I expected myself a humiliating defeat for Manchester United and Ten Hag to be sacked few hours later but it appears that things went of favour of Ten Hag since this result of 0 - 0 is good for the club. Believe me Manchester United has no other way to approach this game, they have to be defending and defensive, the tactics seems to be working but they have failed to utilized the chances the chances they had.
Liverpool though have been the better side in this game, they have also failed to score no much of chances created in between. You are right when it comes to big team, the weak big clubs don't accept defeat and it use to be a turgue of war. Liverpool has a better chance of scoring Manchester United in the last quarter of the first half but Manchester United didn't give them that chance as they sealed their defense. To be honest with you I never expected that Manchester United will be able to hold their ground and face Liverpool with strong will of not allowing Liverpool to win the game. Nunez is always on offside in this match, both clubs are trying but none of them have been able to break the deadlock yet. It is still goalless draw.
I do not see Aston Villa going down from the top-four position in a few weeks, Aston Villa will be in the top-four position for a very long term. Aston Villa's coming from behind to beat Brighton shows that they are fully ready to win the Premier League this season.
I understand why you are so confident in saying Aston Villa will be in the top 4 for a long time because I saw their match schedule and there are no big matches until next March there are only a few games against Manchester United and I'm not sure if they can be called big games because in fact Aston Villa's performance is much better, but next April they will face 2 strong teams such as Manchester City and Arsenal well, here we can't be sure whether Aston Villa is still safe or vice versa. As we can see in the table, each team has adjacent points meaning there is still a chance to overtake each other among the top 4 but to win the League I'm not sure Aston Villa can do it.
