The defenders of both teams looked good in this match, but it must be admitted that Chelsea's defense was much better than Manchester City's defense. Pep Guardiola made a three-defender formation in this match because he tried to place four players in front positions with Haaland as the sole striker. The match went well in the first half because Haaland managed to score a goal even though Silva responded afterwards, but unfortunately the formation which is usually quite successful in reducing the opponent's attacks by using three defenders actually resulted in more goals being conceded in this match.

This match was very entertaining and very different from when the Manchester duo met because the match was not that exciting. Next, Pep Guardiola will face Jurgen Klopp's team and Chelsea will visit Newcastle headquarters. I also hope the match will be more interesting because these two matches will be the next big matches in the Premier League. Chelsea needs full points to move up to a better position in the standings while Manchester City wants to secure its position from Liverpool in second place.

Last two matches was a surprised to many people, because nobody believe that Chelsea can defeat Tottenham Hotspur 4-1 in their home which they did it to improve their points, and it give their coach more moral to train the players more in a way they will maintain a steady winning like Manchester city. I think, Chelsea is among the teams that signed potential players in this season and they are experiencing the results of signing a good players despite the money involve, and the Players are displaying what will make them to come close to 6th position for people to respect Chelsea new coach for the good work.

Tottenham's match against Aston Villa will be an interesting match because the two are only one point apart in the standings. I don't think what the unlucky factor from Pep Guardiola in this season behind result achievement won Premier League, FA Cup and UEFA Champion League trophies last season. Pep Guardiola is smart coach and he manages well with the same level between regular and substitute players, there are not problem with how many players are injured because Manchester City keep dominance in Premier League. For Kevin De Bruyne injured can replace well by Rodri and Mateo Kovacic, but international break out made Ederson and Kovacic have absent due injured still have many players will replace their position with the same level perform.

Seriously Pep is one of most lucky coaches in Premier League and can be the most luckiest coach in the league too. Manchester City give him a lot of money for transfers and allows him great power to control many things in the club, transfer strategy, choose players he want to buy or sell, free to do his management job in squad tactic, free to use his creative tactics. Manchester City have a deepest player resource amongst many clubs in Premier League in the last 6 seasons.

Even in the last season, Pep already used Kevin De Bruyne less than previous seasons. It is an early signal that he plans to gradually replace the Belgium midfielder.
