Liverpool vs City is always a risky bet, while I understand that in the last six games Liverpool won all, and City won none, and lost five, that seems like it's going to be the talking point, but City is still City and they are always great. Plus, now they are feeling like they are backed to a corner, and that means it's going to be a little bit of a difficult situation as well, we can't really see how this could change for the long term.

I believe we can make this work if we try hard enough and betting on this means we do not have to pick a winner. I believe 1.5 over or even 2.5 over seems like a good bet, I am sure that neither team will park the bus, so they will have some decent offense going around. Plus, City had the worst defense in the last six games, they do not have much problem scoring, thanks to Haaland obviously, but they do have hard time stopping other teams. So having 3 goals in this game total, isn't really a bad bet at all, seems possible.

West Ham vs Arsenal (Arsenal -1.25)
Crystal Palace vs Newcastle (BTTS)
Nottingham vs Ipswich (Nottingham -1)
Brentford vs Leicester (Brentford win)

Looking at Arsenal current condition, even though they will be playing as guests at West Ham home ground, Arsenal should at least be able to score 2 goals and hold a clean sheet. On the one hand, I believe that Arsenal current defense is reliable and while West Ham is experiencing unstable performance lately.

Interesting Saturday's fixture, though tomorrow holds a better one. I think the Arsenal game is actually the last game for today, but they should be able to secure all 3 points, and maybe with a margin of 4 goals. As for the Newcastle game, I think they've what it takes to secure all 3 points, but I feel that it might just end in a draw. Nottingham forest will definitely take all 3 points, and no doubt about that. While for Leicester city,  I really doubt if they can take any point from Brentford, and Van Nistelrooy hasn't even resumed yet. Good luck to all sides today.

It would take a miracle for the Manchester city that I've seen play for sometime now to actually draw with Liverpool, talkless of winning them. Liverpool is in a beast from now and Manchester city is struggling to find their feet currently. With the returning players from injury not yet fully performing. My stakes are with Liverpool. Took them straight win and I have more confidence in them for now until city proves me wrong, but definitely not in this game
True, it's going to take only a miracle for City and a bad luck for Liverpool together in order for Manchester city to get a full three points in this match because reminiscing the pressure  with which Liverpool had to punish Real Madrid at anfield stadium in the champions league game, even a draw for Manchester city doesn't look attainable as a result of their poor performance lately which has demoralised their winning prowess for sometime now. Winning Liverpool today will be massive booster to their confidence.
Never say never because nothing seems impossible in football. In everybody's mind, Liverpool seems favorable in winning the match, but who knows whether Liverpool will have difficulty sustaining their form in winning against Manchester City because their last two matches were draws when they faced each other, and the last time Liverpool won against Manchester City was 2 years ago(Oct 2022), nothing bad if Liverpool wins Manchester City this time they are in form. Let's see how the match rolls out by the way, whether Manchester City will limit Liverpool from advancing further in their lead of the Premier League table.

Here's my picks.

Arsenal vs Westham = Arsenal
Palace vs Newcaste = Newcastle -0.75
Forest vs Ipswich = Over 3
Brentford vs Leicester = BTTS

I took Arsenal win consider it offers ez bet to me. I have no risk to lose my bet on Arsenal consider they're still at peak performance. They're having their key players comeback from their injury. 2 goals looks very easy, but i expect more than it. It seems to me they may win with 3 - 4 goals in total.

As for newcastle, they may be dominating the game against Palace, and win with at least 1 or 2 goal difference.

West Ham vs Arsenal

West Ham hosting Arsenal can be a hard one for Arsenal because for some time now the Gunners do find it difficult to play against the Hammers couple with the fact that Arsenal was in a game against Sporting in the champions league which we saw them winning 1-5. Let's not expect too much goals in this encounter. I'm hoping to see a little of what we saw in the champions league against Sporting, more speed in marking and chances created but the Hammers will find the back of the net in this encounter no matter how good the Arsenal defense are going to be today, I'm expecting the game to end in a 1-3 in favor of Arsenal.

West Ham should also be in good shape after winning 0-2 against Newcastle. And now they will play at home, there should be a very surprising resistance from Arsenal who have not performed as consistently as last season.
Although Arsenal will be more favored, maybe they will not score more than 2 goals. That's my prediction. West Ham also really needs this point, and if it is difficult to win, at least they have to work hard to hold Arsenal to a draw.
The victory over Newcastle should give them more motivation at the moment when facing Arsenal later, besides that the home play factor must of course be used well by them to be able to get points, in my opinion, although Arsenal maybe the favorite in the match, but West Ham must be able to play solid and try to pressure Arsenal to find the first goal and then survive completely, because although Arsenal is favored, so far they have not shown consistent performance like last season, so this could be an opportunity for West Ham to surprise them by taking advantage of every opportunity exists in the match.

Crystal palace - Newcastle: I will go with Newcastle win because crystal palace are very poor in defence and Newcastle would be able to explore that and also hold them out in defence.

Newcastle are also struggling defensively this season, did you watch their game against West Ham last week? Thy have some serious injury crisis at the back and crystal palace could as well explore same way Westham did, I think the best market option is BTS or over 2.5 goals as there will be a lot of goals in this one.

West Ham also really needs this point, and if it is difficult to win, at least they have to work hard to hold Arsenal to a draw.

Arsenal are in good form since Odegaard and Saka came back from injury and should win this one easily.

Right from the first times that Haaland joined Manchester city. When he was interviewed about how long he will stay in Manchester city. He said he will stay for quite a long time, definitely his longest club.
When asked if he is confident that he will continue to score good amounts of goals. He said yes, but with conditions. The conditions was if KDB will remain in the club and continue to feed him with the ball. He didn't hide it.
We all know that Haaland is not like Kane or Benz of Real Madrid that will return to the midfield to possess the ball. If Manchester City continue to be weak in the midfield, Haaland will score small amount of goals.
Yes, when compared to other strikers like Harry Kane or Victor Osimhen, Haaland tends to stay in certain positions waiting for an assist rather than dropping back into the midfield to build up play. This is the way he has always played at City which makes his goals highly dependent on Kevin De Bruyne. This season we have seen Haaland dropping back into the midfield, tackling hard and trying to create chances for himself. It’s going to take a while for City’s goal machine to become a playmaker so the fans should be patient.

His physical characteristics are not very suitable for this. But he has to come into the midfield and help his team build the game. In fact, his technical qualities are not suitable for that either. But with time he can improve his game. Of course, I still think he's not the right player for that. Manchester City should sign players who can support Haaland. He is one of the best strikers in the world. I think it would be better for them than waiting for him to turn into a playmaker.

This season we have seen Haaland dropping back into the midfield, tackling hard and trying to create chances for himself. It’s going to take a while for City’s goal machine to become a playmaker so the fans should be patient.

Halaand has never been a ball-playing striker; he is only a finisher, and his teammates understand that. That is why having someone create chances for him is critical to the role he plays in the team, and for the past few months, he has been playing all by himself, struggling to create opportunities for himself, which he is not good at.

He is heavily reliant on passes from the midfield to score, yet there are strikers who cannot do what he does, which is score at any opportunity.

That's completely right. Haaland doesn't play the ball, but he can actually hold the ball once he receives it and then prepare the attack himself. And he can run during counter attacks, but since he plays for Manchester City, most opponents are positioned very deeply and he almost never has the space to use his speed. That is why the game isn't that easy for him and you can see in the Champions League that the good teams understand quite well how to take Haaland out of the game. He hasn't scored a lot in any of the important games last season and this season in the Champions League. When he played for Dortmund, he had more weight on the game. But Manchester City as a high ball possession team maybe not the optimal team for him to play for.

Haaland is a typical finisher, therefore, he needs good support so that he can score goals, so when there is no one to feed him, he becomes nearly invisible. One of his strengths is that he has clinical finishing, but for some reason, he seems to have lost it lately. It doesn't seem like just because he's getting a bit of a feed but I guess he's also having problems with his confidence. It's really very different from him at the start of the season, where he became a goal scoring machine and scored in every game.

On the one hand, I believe that Arsenal current defense is reliable and while West Ham is experiencing unstable performance lately.

Westham are not in their best form that's true but there is something About the games between two London teams it's actually very hard to predict. I am not sure if this would be in effect today because Arsenal has lots of their players back from Injury and they are playing exceptionally well.
To other games

Crystal palace - Newcastle: I will go with Newcastle win because crystal palace are very poor in defence and Newcastle would be able to explore that and also hold them out in defence.

Nottingham vs Ipswich: I would go with Ipswich I believe they can win this one and I don't know why their odds to win today is that high. They are a solid team.

Brentford vs Leicester: I think Leicester troubles would still continue this weekend and they would lose to Brentford today.

I think going for Arsenal is not a bad choice, they're in good shape currently and their position on the table is fair enough, they lashed Sporting Lisbon mercilessly and that's enough motivational boost for the players ahead of the match against Westham, moreover several of their key players have returned from injury. I understand it's a derby match though but it won't be as tough as Chelsea vs Arsenal or even Tottenham vs Arsenal, I believe Arsenal won't lose this match and I strongly believe they'll win. However, in the match between Crystal Palace and Newcastle, I'll pick Newcastle as well, and my trust is on Isak, if he's in a good form currently then I think Newcastle would win easily. I don't really know who to pick between Nottingham forest and Ipswich but I think both teams would score therefore I'll go with that option. As for Leicester City, they might mount pressure on Brentford but I don't see them winning so my most likely to win is Brentford.

I don't see man city having a chance to get a positive result in that match, not to underestimate but because Liverpool are in shape at the moment and of course winning 3 points for Arne Selot's troops will smooth the way to the trophy if their heavy competitors can be overthrown in this match. I will 100% bet on the red's victory.

Haaland is very strong physically and has good speed too but he isn't a striker who can independently create chances and have goals by himself. He needs support from his teammates to have good space for him in order to exploit defense system of opponent. He needs to receive enough balls, key passes, assists from his teammates too. If he receives enough support, he is a very dangerous striker with many goals, but without enough support, Haaland will become more likely a harmless striker.

Haaland is not a striker who can connect too well with his teammates and using Haaland means the whole team have to serve him while in return they only can expect goals scored by Haaland, and almost nothing more than goals.

I was expecting Brighton to beat Southampton because they have been playing well this season. But game ended in 1-1 tie which was unexpected. Game changed when Southampton scored goal to tie game and that changed momentum. Changes made by Southampton coach worked and they were able to tie the game. Even though Brighton did not win they are still doing well in the league standings which should give them confidence to keep playing well and maybe even break some records in the Premier League.
I think a lot of people were expecting Brighton to win Southampton at home, the game ended in a disappointing draw. It was a disappointing performance from Brighton, they were sloppy in the midfield, they were constantly losing the ball, and their attack wasn't as effective as it used to be. Southampton on the other hand did a brilliant job to be able to neutralize the attacking threat of Brighton. Even though they parked the bus in the game, it was a great performance for Flynn Downes who got the goal for Southampton and a good performance in general for the team.

Quote
After Liverpool's performance in the last match against Real Madrid in the Champions League, I now feel that Liverpool will win the English Premier League this season anyway. Manchester City may have depth in their squad but with the way they are currently performing they won't fare well against Liverpool.

In the last five matches that Manchester City played in the Premier League, Manchester City went against all the results. On the other hand, Liverpool have been consistently performing everywhere in the English Premier League or Champions League and they seem to be the most balanced team in the Premier League at the moment. Now if their consistency is maintained till the end of the season then at the end of the season Liverpool will be the most favorite position in the title winning list.
Yea, at this point, I think that Liverpool are the favourite to win this year English premier league because just as you rightfully said, they are the most balance team in the English premier league and Manchester city is in the worst possible form to compete against them, and arsenal and the rest of the other top premier league teams aren't up to it, I mean the fight for the premier league title, so it's just like a clear path for Liverpool to win this year English premier league title, unless something terrible happens along the way to their form and they start losing games easily, if not, nothing is stopping them from winning this year English premier league title.

Lastly, the upcoming premier league encounter between Liverpool vs Manchester city coming up looks like a one sided affair to me because with the kind of terrible form Manchester city is right now, if they don't step up their game and they played like they did in their last premier league game and champions league game, they will definitely get a beating of their lives from this Liverpool side, but no matter what, I believe that Liverpool have all it takes to win comfortable in this upcoming encounter.
When a team consistently performs well, the team's self-confidence increases, which makes them feel that all teams are equal. Liverpool's confidence may have been boosted after their big win over Real Madrid in the Champions League and they may be more optimistic about their match against Manchester City. Whether Manchester City will attack against Liverpool or resist Liverpool's attack is a big challenge for them now. When a certain player of a team performs well, it is easy for the opposite team to plan on him, but every player in Liverpool is performing well in every position, so Manchester City has no chance to target any player except any player.

I think Manchester City will not do very well against Liverpool and Liverpool will perform well collectively and beat Manchester City in the next match.
Manchester City may have loss for form over some past weeks now where they have lost 5 game in a row and also a draw with Feyenoord in the UEFA Champions league after scoring 3 goals which was later equalize by Feyenoord meanwhile Liverpool has been constantly winning games but let's not conclude yet as Manchester City is still a big masquerade the game might change Manchester City may win Liverpool and the world will be surprised football can be like that I won't be surprised if Manchester City wins Liverpool despite Liverpool are favorite to win it could also be a bad day for Liverpool to loss.
