Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
You wonder why some users regard the gambling board for a place of spam and spammers. Of course not everyone but, most times, those intuitions stems from certain behavioral patterns.
well, I get it... I see the desperation in completing their post count as a silly reason to create gibberish comments all over the place. I know how hard it is to read through this bunch of garbage all the time, which is why I developed the habits of reading from important profiles only. That way, I can stay in the discussion even without having to read through the previous pages....Actmyname has gone on a big break and most of them ain't getting tagged as due.

Well, I didn’t get to view the game, it wasn’t a game I’m interested in so, I had to skip that. However, I’m waiting for what might bring, the Liverpool vs Manchester City fixture. This is an important game for Manchester City to either get some points from Liverpool while playing a catch up game, lose or share points and potentially, have Chelsea or Arsenal or both top them on the league table with Liverpool still keeping there advantage.
For the first part of your comment, Brighton is holding onto the second position in the league table (although not really sure of their next move) especially since they still have over 24 games ahead of them, what if they somehow retain their spot althrough? This is the premier league and anything is possible. Meanwhile, city is no better than Brighton since they both conceived 17 goals, 5 goal difference and the same point. It'll take them more than wining just 3 matches to push Brighton outta that position.

Personally I  feel Manchester City are still very much in the race to win the English Premier League title this season but if they fail to avoid defeat at Anfield on Sunday, I'll have no other option than to write them off. Chelsea who were predicted in the picture story to be the team that'll challenge Liverpool for the league title this season I think can as well win the league but their problem this season have been their inconsistency with their results. Liverpool without doubt are the favorites to win but I don't expect it to be an easy ride for them till the end of the season
To be honest, this season league contenders is really difficult to actually predict. Liverpool has not been consistent on recent seasons which is still why I don't really rate them more as the title favourites.
while Chelsea, my team I don't want to even raise my expectations that high this season to avoid disappointment especially since we can be highly inconsistent notably in recent seasons.

The likes of Manchester City and Arsenal can still bounce back on injuries woes especially now that the January transfer window us closed by and they can easily strengthen their squad, even in areas they're actually lacking.

You're typing this huge wall of text without even waiting for the match to be concluded... Have you checked the recent scores?? It's a tie and we've got 7 minutes to go( at the time of making this post) y'all should always confirm if an information is authentic before posting...

And more importantly, nothing was about the match itself so I doubt he was actually watching the game, he was just counting the points in the table an that's all, an useless wall of text.

Speaking of watching the game, it could have ended even worse, you mentioned you posted it 7 minutes before the final whistle, well, 14 minutes overtime because of that and if we go back Southhampton could have won if it weren't for VAR, and again it proves the decisions behind these are really a pain in the ass since they wasted this much time analyzing one situation then declaring that it doesn't really matter since Armstrong was clearly off. First game of the week and my ticket is void because the last team in premier league played their game of the season.

To me i don't think Brighton was the favorite because they play the way Southampton was suppose to play, very poor display by Brighton. I said it that Brighton are like Newcastle, they're never consistent and to be honest with you, this game was suppose to be for Southampton to take all 3pt from how the game was. Brighton had the chance to be 2nd on the log but they couldn't utilize the opportunity against a very poor opponent, win this game and go ahead of Arsenal and Chelsea even City but Brighton couldn't, I applaud Southampton for how they played out tonight and I hope they improve more in their next game.

They consider Brighton favorite because they are in the top 4 and also play at home so it should be an easy win but unfortunately not, Brighton missed this opportunity
Southampton must be happy to get 1 point in this match because they are the worst team in the Premier League and maybe there will be degraded next season
By the way, I placed bet Both Teams to Score in this match because I know Brighton is a team that almost always conceded in every game.

I didn't feel good about Brighton's performance in this game, how they lost all of their chances to get a lead ahead of Southampton is making me sad, in the second half they even had Southampton getting a second goal which was cancelled and now making Brighton looking like they were just lucky meanwhile they would have had a better victory, but Southampton did well even if Brighton was the favorite in this game.
Brighton had an opportunity to perform to their optimum level in this game but the outcome could be something else all together. However, when many opportunities are lost, it is time to assess the efficiency of the attack and cooperation. In such circumstances, it will be ideal if we look forward to the possibilities which exist and not only look at goals as possibilities to goal but also generally build confidence throughout the match. The second half, which generally proved critical and should have been used to maintain the game evenly, should have depicted more real domination.

I do not want to take away credit from Southampton though as they proved to be able to read the game and applied pressure, which is something that has been missing from the likes of Manchester United. Brighton have extraordinary quality and should have been able to look less nervy at critical stage. Some results such as this one are useful for learning about tactics and also for building the team’s mental fortitude. In the future, we can only wish the team of Brighton to make the most of it, keep full speed and demonstrate that they are not only the title-favorite of the upcoming championship, but they are capable to win it with effort and perseverance.

I was not surprised that Pep Guadiola's contract was extended even in the face of attacks and criticism. There is speculation that his performance will keep declining but City management still has confidence in him. A coach who has won 15 major trophies in nine seasons deserves a new contract. But he might not win the EPL this season because Liverpool looks stronger than the defending champions.

I don't doubt it, because things always are that way when they focus on what each team is, when we see a team like Liverpool and City we see that Liverpool is going all out, but this is no reason to rush to say that they will win, no, because it happened last season where Liverpool and Arsenal were fighting for first place and in the end City caught up with them and passed them, so it's no guarantee, and that's just what I like about the PL, which is one of the Most Competitive leagues in every sense , so I still couldn't give a clear prediction of who could win just Because of that detail.

Now I stumbled on this image which relates with your thoughts about Manchester city this season as having Chelsea and Liverpool staying top for the title and not just for top four. But for someone like me I disagree. Manchester city are only having a rough time which is going to be temporary. When they bounce back to great form we won't be so confident about canceling City and giving Liverpool the league with just 8 points difference at this early stage.

The reason why I think what is in that image is likely possible to happen is because before April 2025 Manchester City may likely drop more points than we have seen happening already and Liverpool and Chelsea who is in good form right now will take the advantage to gap Manchester City very well. Most teams that has suffered a set back in the league stayed for a full season some teams even go as far as experiencing bad results for two seasons from what Manchester City is going through right now I don't see them coming out soon unless their coach will take a bow and allow a new manager to try another strategy to the team.
Mate, you are being subjective on this argument. Chelsea or Liverpool in particular can in the middle of the season drop form as well due to injuries to their key players and it's going to affect their form causing a setback for them too under such circumstances.  Which is exactly what's affecting Manchester city right now as their best midfielder Rodri and other key defenders  are at the moment battling with injuries and not that it's due to Pep Gardiola not having to execute a good strategy with the team that's has made them drop points. I trust City  will bounce back soon immediately some of the players return from injury. The league is still open for all at the moment.

You are right, I'm being subjective right now because Chelsea and Liverpool have also suffered their own set back as a result of injury and poor form Manchester City is not having bad results because of the absence of Rodri and the other players which you didn't mention if you have been watching the game play of Manchester City before this season you will understand that they have even played without their key players before and still managed to win games right now they are in poor form no matter how they dominate in a match they are finding it very difficult to score goals which is exactly what was happening to Chelsea when they were still struggling in the league.

Liverpool and Chelsea may later have injury issues but don't you think that before that will happen Manchester City will still not get better? Arsenal team is not included in the team that could possibly win the league for me because they are known for starting very well but when they need to do better to win the league they will drop points to the point where it will be obvious that they are not prepared for the league.

Again, the first goal scored by mitoma was stunning... He's been very relentless in his skills, especially his dribbling accuracies. I never knew dribbling was such an art until mitoma said that himself...
DON'T always make conclusions base off of the play pattern when the game hasn't even ended.. Southampton had a pretty good possession of the ball throughout the game while Brighton forced their way through to create opportunities for more shots on target....

Chelsea finish aged of Arsenal this season is very possible, Arsenal is not always consistent no matter how good their performance is in every season so I think with the current form of Chelsea they are likely going to overtake Arsenal in the table but Chelsea can't win the league this season.

Chelsea has no direct competition with Arsenal,  I believe that was the long plan when Enzo Fernandez was appointed ashead coach of Chelsea. Finishing top four amongst the first club for thr next Champions league competition next season is something they've always looked up to. More games are still there to play, I believe with the way they have done well against the top clubs they're deff qualifying for the CL Competition next season.
Finish top four is one of Maresca’s top priority as he was appointed because the team has started losing its credibility as big team since they change management, and as such Maresca is doing his best to restore the dignity of the team which is what is actually doing, but as he is doing well and Arsenal we’re facing some challenges back then, they happen to have the same points which has indirectly bring a tough competition amongs them which will soon end because Arsenal and their full squad are back on form, which means the title race will be very intense this time because I have seen how Arsenal are performing since Odegard return from injury even in the Champions by recording the highest score line they never get this season.

Just after we saw bad performances from Manchester City I saw the news that Manchester City wanted to get their coach Pep Guardiola fired from this team and this made us worried because he was having good performances for years and tried to do his best for Manchester City during the time since he started working there.
Now it seems after he extended his contract with Manchester City he proved to us and that he is not going to run away and he won't let Manchester City alone.
I think the only thing they should do in Manchester City is now just give Guardiola more tools and start hiring more players to improve the team.
The rumors seemed too misleading to be true, so I wouldn't easily believe what I read above. Manchester City are not expected to fail to defend their title this season for the fifth time in a row, but their performance so far has been very mixed and is likely to drop points easily. It is very unlikely that Manchester City will fire their great coach just because they failed to defend their title this season, but I am sure they will provide more spending money for Pep so they can strengthen their team again next season.

Since Rodri was injured, Pep Guardiola has really had difficulty finding a good defensive midfielder. The team's performance was very chaotic and they could not win the match as expected. This is definitely not a good sign for them this season in their efforts to defend the title, but it is a good sign for other teams because this is the only way they can make Manchester City fail to record a history of 5 consecutive titles in the Premier League.

There are some news that are meant to be disregarded no matter how true it looks, I guess it might be a frustrated City fan or maybe rival fan or even pundits seeking social media likes that published and circulated that rumor, Manchester City might be going through tough times but I think sacking Pep Guardiola is the last thing on the mind of the decision makers in the club, he's brought them this far and gave them trophies they couldn't achieve for years, infact he's the person who put City on the spotlight so sacking him would seem like a betrayal, it would be so unfair and like I said earlier it's the last thing the board would be thinking right now. I think they'll be focused on looking for ways to back him up in the January transfer window by bring good players as backup to help him out of this tough situation he's found himself in. Pep is a genius and I believe he'll bounce back he's not the only coach to have been in such situation before and based on his experience he'll sort things out and make his team pushing for the top again.

I am starting to worried about Liverpool because confirmed their defender players Conor Bradley and Ibrahima Konate will be absense when Liverpool facing Manchester City later and i think this is huge lost because these players is very important for Liverpool especially Ibrahima Konate that at Liverpool defensive lines his position with Van Djik is irreplaceable and i know for centre defender Liverpool has Jarell Quansah but i am not sure he is good option for Liverpool or not because his performance is not stable even Arne Slot didn't too trust him to playing regularly and during this season Jarell Quansah only played twice but besides the update for the players above i have a good news too because Trent Alexander-Arnold in the good fitness and he will be available to played

I agree with you that what Chelsea management really needs from Enzo Maresca this season is for him to end the season in the top 4, they just want Chelsea to qualify for the Champions League. They are not fighting for Chelsea to win the Premier League title this season, and with the way Chelsea's performance has been good, if they can continue with their good performance, then they should be able to end the season in the top 4. Chelsea are currently in 3rd position, which I never believed Chelsea would be at this their current position, but their performance has been good, and they really deserve to be at the position.

Finishing in the Champions League zone is a realistic target for Chelsea, but their chances of becoming a title challenger are still open. The same goes for Arsenal and Manchester City, although they are currently experiencing a decline in performance. In the last two seasons, Chelsea have not played in the Champions League, Enzo Maresca is likely to make it happen this time if he can maintain consistency until the end of the season.

Of course, it is not easy to maintain a position in the top four of the standings until the end of the season, the competition looks tighter this season. Chelsea are fortunate not to be bothered by the problem of a storm of injuries, and Enzo Maresca has more rotation options than Pochesttino last season. Chelsea will face Aston Villa in the next match, this is an opportunity to move up to second place in the standings if Manchester City lose points when visiting Liverpool.

Brighton against a side that almost gave Liverpool a heart break as of last week, talking of Southampton who occupies 20th spot on the log. We saw how they (Southampton) tried to be at their best against the league leaders who some are tipping to be the champions this very campaign but time will tell. Brighton are some how in a good shape but they have this behavior of Newcastle and I can't really rely on them to win Southampton even if they're the favorite in this encounter, it might be a similar situation like the game between Newcastle vs West Ham that we all thought it would be an easy game for the host Newcastle but it went the other way.

Brighton is considered the favorite against Southampton in today's match. Southampton is not a strong team. Also, this is Brighton's home match. Brighton's performance is quite good this season. Brighton is now in fifth place in the table.

However, Southampton is a weak team but they have performed well at times. Last week we saw Southampton's players perform well against Liverpool. However, I don't think Southampton will play well against Brighton either. This team's performance is very inconsistent. I have decided to bet on Brighton to win.

That's the same thing we saw on Monday when Newcastle wanted to play a weak West Ham side but at the end the Hammers won without the home side scoring a goal. I'll disagree with you about Brighton being better this season, I prefer the Brighton of last season than this very Brighton, they are not that consistent with the kind of position they're chasing or occupying, they need to do better so this game can go anywhere but I'm tipping it to be a draw. I believe that the way Southampton played last week has given them that strong spirit to go into any game starting from this one and it would be very hard to say Southampton are going to lose a game without putting any effort to get something.
