I wasn't surprised with how they played because they've had a decent run of form at Old Trafford especially since the appointment of Erik Ten Hag as coach of Manchester United. He's created his own record too becoming the manager of Manchester United who have won more games in his debut season.

The lads has shown so much confidence in today's game, the chase for the Champions League has become more real, I really do hope they don't make mistakes with the next games ahead. They will face Bournemouth next and I'm certain they'll win.

Liverpool is beginning to fall out of the top four, as they are four points behind Manchester United and Newcastle United, respectively. Manchester United and Newcastle United don't appear to be clubs that will give up on the top four fight, which means they can aim to obtain positive results in their remaining matches.

Yes, exactly, as neither team wants to be taken out from the Champions League competition next season, and with the recovery performances both Manchester United and Newcastle United have shown after their last matches before today's match, it was very impressive as they both secured points in the match. Liverpool is simply hoping that one of these clubs would slip up, which I believe will be difficult this time. I believe they have forfeited their chance to compete in the Champions League next season.

After 11 successful years, Southampton's time in the premier league comes to an end today. It's unfortunate that things ended this way, but they will still be able to play in the premier league in the future. There will always be a second chance for them to enter the Premier League stronger and more qualified with a fresh group of players, in my opinion.

There are some difficult games Everton, Leeds, and Leicester must play. I wonder what will happen to them in those remaining games of theirs, but if by chance one of them wins, that automatically moves the team out of the relegation zone. However, if they all lose their remaining games, Everton will be qualified for the next Premier League season.

Chelsea has been a shadow of themselves since the start of the season. They've been playing like an average club which I think is a result of the new owner's harsh decisions since taking over the ownership of the club.

Against Nottingham Forest they were expected to win the match but couldn't do it. I think the Chelsea squad lacks the motivation and enthusiasm to win games. They have the needed quality players to be competitive in the league but lacks the morale to play beautiful football and that's why he club needs a high profile manager that can restore confidence to the team.

It is possible that something like this could still happen but on the other hand when looking at the schemes being carried out especially for Newcastle this time it was indeed a bit more risky for them in the last 3 matches.
On the other hand, it would be great if Liverpool could wipe out a win, but when you look at their statistics, even though they have improved now, sometimes unconvincing performances always happen to them.

It was an important win for Manchester United,  atleast ending the season in top 4 is sure for Manchester United.  The victory has made them to distance from Liverpool. Manchester will continue to win their remaining games not giving Liverpool any opportunity to take up their position.

The Newcastle that played against Leeds wasn't the Newcastle we saw trashing teams 5-1 4-1 is surprising that they could not extend the gap between them and Man UTD, knowing quite well what's a stake, they [Newcastle]  should have won the game without looking back, with Bamford missing the penalty was suppose to make the Newcastle squad go crazy for goals but they let Leeds to share pts with them. It would be very bad not to see Newcastle go to the UCL after their hard work.

The last hope for the Gunners will be tomorrow when City will face Everton.

If Manchester will win, it will be over for them.

Chelsea will automatically close the season in any place this season, there is no hope for them because there are only 3 more matches left which might also be quite difficult for them to win the upcoming match. Chelsea next season will automatically not play in the Champions League and Europa League, they are like being a weak team for this season and the worst for them.

Playing at home or away is no longer a big difference for Chelsea this season, they are not very strong enough to provide strong resistance to their opponents. The good quality players in the Chelsea squad are almost all of the best quality but they haven't been able to show this on the pitch. Thus the large purchases made in two transfer windows by Chelsea management ended in vain this season.

Southampton fought hard to survive relegation unfortunately all there efforts proved abortive, there loss against Fulham at home was a big disappointment, having spent 11'seasons in the top flight EPL they are back to Championship, I hope they will fight there way back to EPL soonest, in tomorrow match Everton and Leceister City has a herculean task ahead of them in there bid to avoid relegation both clubs needed to win there matches though a draw favor Everton against Man City but not Leceister City who has to win because  Leceister City survival is a bit tougher compared to Everton who is few points above the relegation zone.

The competition in each league is always focused on their target of entering the Champions League, especially for big clubs which are indeed the main prestige arena for big clubs. Their hope of getting into the Champions League is a big boost and motivation for them. But unfortunately, sometimes their condition and performance just don't seem to push or align with their wishes. They were really down sometimes, so they even struggled to qualify. and their inconsistencies are sometimes what let their performances go down a long way. As with Chelsea this season, it's really outrageous and dropped so much to be a bunch in the middle club positions.

There is a secret fight between Manchester United and Newcastle and that fight would be settled by Chelsea this season. What I'm saying is that Chelsea will have to play Manchester United and they will also have to play Newcastle United.  Their flop or win in either of the matches will impact the league table greatly.
I will not be surprised if Manchester United cannot win against Chelsea because whenever Chelsea sees Manchester United they play with all their strengths even if they are not inform.

well, the question here will be what will manchester and newcastle do if they reach the champions league, in the case of newcastle i believe that if they reach the champions league they will already have the attention of great players which will make it easier for them to hire great players and have objective of winning the premier league next season and who knows, they may go far in the champions league, as for manchester united, honestly, it doesn't seem to me that they have changed in terms of being able to sign good players, they have always made mistakes in spending a lot of money in signing players who don't even score many goals

I can't understand why a big team like manchester united doesn't focus on bringing good players that have a lot of attention in the market, that's why I don't see manchester united getting far in the champions league in case they manage to finish in 4th place, anyway anyway the teams earn money when they are in the champions league so in that part it is already something beneficial for any team that enters the champions league, if liverpool at least manages to go to the europe league it will be a good thing, next season we will manage to be in the top or win the premier league, this season liverpool were unlucky with injuries

Whereas if you look at the condition of the team against Nottingham Forrest they should try harder and bring 3 points in this match because regardless of the condition it will be difficult for them in the rest of the upcoming match.
The last 3 opponents are clubs that are in the top 4 at the moment, obviously this will be a big problem if they have to lose all points from the 3 remaining games of the season because if that happens they will drop to a lower position.

The season is nearly over for Chelsea and there is no hope for them to take a better place in the league this season, Chelsea lost points against the teams they should normally win without a problem, and the three remaining games for Chelsea are almost the hardest games because they have to face Manchester City, Macnshter United, and Newcastle while all these teams had good performance recently.

The battle for the Champions League spots is heating up. Newcastle missed their chance to widen the gap with Man United, leaving both teams vulnerable to Liverpool, who could potentially steal a spot in the league.

Newcastle's remaining fixtures are against Brighton, Leicester, and Chelsea, while Man United will face Bournemouth, Chelsea, and Fulham. Meanwhile, Liverpool's last games are against Leicester, Aston Villa, and Southampton.

All three teams have a great chance of winning all their remaining matches. If predictions hold true, they will each secure nine points, which would leave Liverpool out of the Champions League race.

Now with conditions like this I don't even think Chelsea is a tough opponent and instead Chlesea should be worried because they will face Manchester City, Newcastle and Manchester United now.
Btw talking about Chelsea they were again held to a draw by Nottingham Forrest which made their momentum disappear again.

The first goal, really crazy build up from the middle, the passing and finally the drill cross, the off the ball is good, seriously. Chances are A. Martial, Weghorst is really useful as a fake runner (but in my opinion Man United needs a better pure striker for next season) so they can compete in the EPL and UCL.

second goal, good through ball horizontal (not floating) like this is what Man United needs. Meanwhile, there are Bruno, Eriksen, Casemiro who are good at killer balls like this. Apart from that, Man United needs one more back-up midfielder who can act as a back-up. Overall Man United did play well and controlled the game, but if Man United wants to be even more perfect, try not to be selfish in playing, Sancho should give the ball to Bruno and that is a possible goal, from yesterday's matches Man United had many opportunities but the players were selfish.

Southampton had two consecutive Top 6 finishes in 2014/15 and 2015/16. Southampton even beat Inter Milan in the last season of the Europa League, despite finishing third. Southampton also have two good managers (Pochettino and Koeman). After the departures of Mane and Van Dijk to Liverpool, Southampton fell apart. Yes, both Man United and Newcastle have the same points now. They also still have 1 tough match, against Chelsea. But I think both Man United and Newcastle seem to beat Chelsea, Chelsea performs unconvincingly. So, I assume both will maintain their position in the top 4 until the end of this season. For Liverpool, it seems a bit difficult to overtake Man United or Newcastle, there are 4 point difference. Even if Liverpool wins against Leicester City, it won't impact anything if Man United and Newcastle keep winning the next matches.
