Despite all the money they have spent, they only have one win in six Premier League matches, which is very bad for a team with a reputation and name like Chelsea. Since Roman Abrahamovich sold the club to Tadd Bohly, Chelsea’s performance has dropped drastically, and I also blame the new owners for not managing the club well despite all the money they have.

Bookmakers are not always right they just set the odds mostly base on form and or past head to heads. This time around I see that the odd is probably set not base on form but base on the past head to head encounters. Chelsea are definitely superior to their London rivals and this was probably why the odds favour them but a difference of 2 whole odds is too big if you ask me. Since the start of last season Fulham have been better than Chelsea, this season they have also won more games (2) than Chelsea (1) and also taking points off team like arsenal on the road. Them being at home should actually make them have a lower odds than Chelsea or better still almost something similar.

From my point of view, Chelsea will not win this match knowing fully well that Fulham is a strong team this season. This season Chelsea has nothing to offer so I no longer put my hope on Chelsea rather I support there opponent, am definetly watching this match I want to see what Chelsea can do.

You have just analyzed football like a sentimental person. Granted, Chelsea have not been impressive but that doesn't rule out the fact that they were able to beat Brighton and that proves that football is full of surprises. Now , if we judged by their performance, they actually stood no chance with Brighton but then what happened?
Monday night games usually go in favor of the Blues and stats show that they have won 11 of their 17 games and drawn four. You could argue further that Fulham can bag the three points because they have just won two games and are desperate to get another 3 points to push them up from their 12th place but then so is Chelsea. And you'd agree with me that the Blues won't pay a visit to the Craven Cottage with the intent of losing.

Chelsea is in a bad scoring form, I wouldn't advice on betting on BTS. If you want to be on the safer side, maybe under 3.5 goals? Fulham managed to get a draw against in form Spurs lineup albeit was on EFL cup. I'm fairly surprised that the bookmakers still give just 2x on Chelsea to win. It doesn't look that clear cut to me. Should be an interesting game and might define both team's actual strength with the upcoming fixture, as both teams have had fairly similar competitive fixtures so far and both teams trying to reach top half of the prem table.

Fulham and Chelsea now have a three point gap in the standings so yes, at least even though Fulham is playing at home it still doesn't guarantee Fulham will beat Chelsea. But even so, even though in this match too at least Chelsea is still a favorite. But yes, because Chelsea so far this season has not had a stable performance, then it seems that Chelsea also cannot guarantee to be able to win in this match. Therefore, then at least any result can happen in this match but in my prediction, it seems that there will not be many goals that occur in this match.

I think so because if it was a clear off-side, you'd see the lines on the screen but it wasn't there. They went over the decision to disallow the goal very quickly.

It would be great to see PGMOL being held accountable otherwise, these kinds of "significant human errors" is bound to repeat itself in the premier league. It's outright unfair to any club that is dealt that hand.

Thanks for sharing and this is really great into what's happening. I missed all of this and you know what, imagine the worst case scenario and this didn't happen at the beginning of the season, but in a head to head race on the last two matchdays when the title was still to be won for two teams and one team would be affected by such a decision. Skipping a goal scene like this and not drawing the graphic line with a computer is something that goes beyond me. I don't get it. I would really like to know whether they had technical issues or prefer to claim "significant human error". Both is really bad because a computer should be able to calculate it unless, and this is a problem, we are talking about 0.5 mm or something like that. Can their computers even catch that? I would also like to know the tolerances because it was very close but if I had to guess, I would say it was a goal. That is unacceptable.

Anybody who watched the game would know that was a clear on-side but the referrees were very quick to dismiss it and after queries from Liverpool players for the goal to be checked, they did and immediately showed that VAR has officially disallowed the goal. What's more interesting is that this happened early in the first half long before Tottenham even scored.

Like you said, if this had happened when each game might decide if title races are a hit or miss, such "significant human errors" can be catastrophic. I thought this is why we have VAR in the first place?

Very sad to see that if liverpool was accepting unfair decision from what happeend due to the var. Var needs to be evaluated even more. It's caused by liverpool was not the only one. There have been many clubs were also getting disadvantage due to the var.
I think that this tech is not perfect yet being used in the EPL.

Blaming Pochettino seems unfair. Indeed, statements about young players about Chelsea's game are not the right reason. Chelsea are currently in a state of relegation of achievements and strength. This has also been the case for Arsenal with Arteta. Maybe Pochettino has the same fate, they can't instantly build a team. They need time like Arteta used to make me unbelievable. But at the moment Arsenal have changed and I am quite reluctant with Arteta. Next is Chelsea, I think Chelsea don't need to have big targets this season. Game improvement and strength are the main focus. Chelseaa seem to have to learn from Arsenal.
