The truth is, Havartz doesn't seem to be in form and I am just wondering why Mickel Arteta is confident in putting him on every game that the club plays, even as subs. I guess it is because he wants to continue to give him the chance to prove himself, yet, Havartz isn't living up to promise.

It's been a while since the Arsenal squad become this formidable and that has increased the strength and motivating spirit of each and every player in the team including those sitting on the bench. That has equally increased the level of competition between players as they work together to deliver the team. In this condition, it is easy to fish out any underperforming player right now.

One thing I respect Arteta for is his spirit of sportsmanship. His dedication to carry everyone along and ginger all the players to focus on the goal. Although he has his favorite players but he has continually shown every player sense of belonging. It is not different from the balance he is shown between Aaron Ramsdale and David Raya. Arteta said he was going to rotate between the two goalkeepers and he has applied that in the previous matches where he used David Raya to play the last three matches against Everton, PSV and Tottenham. Raya actually started the Champions league match against PSV which was quite surprising. Now Arteta went ahead to resume Ramsdale in the yesterday's match against Brentford where Arsenal scored a 1-0 win over Brentford. Meaning, Ramsdale is like to play the next match against Bournemouth and other few matches to come before switching to Raya, again.

Indeed it was quite a very good one for Chelsea as the win over Brighton yesterday once again brought about smiles on the faces of their fans as in a long while they have not experienced what it feels like to win a game , that joy has taken a very long while since it was last experienced with the team especially as they were at home and won at home.

But then there are still doubts on every side that Chelsea has really improved as this is just the first after a long time, definitely it will take them a win in about three or five games to get people and the fans to a strong conviction that they are resuming their style of play back with an improved performance, I hope they could come up with such spirit in their premier league game

If they should meet Brighton in a premier league game they are most likely not to win maybe a draw because Brighton will definitely play differently as it an entirely different ball game and league all together, Brighton tried in the game against Chelsea yesterday but then it wasn't good enough for them to secure the win in the game.

Don't pretend that one win covers up the losses you've already had. Brighton clearly wasn't as aggressive in this match as usual, and I'm still sure that if Chelsea played Brighton again in the Premier League the result would be different. In fact, this is usually done by every team that does not have an agenda in the EFL Cup competition. So for Chelsea, don't feel happy yet, because this doesn't mean they are back to their best performance.

Likewise with Man United, only here I am quite optimistic compared to seeing Chelsea. Man United is more structured and only needs to adapt their players. In the next match, the Red Devils returned against Crystal Palace and proved that the results in the EFL Cup also had the same impact in the Premier League competition.

Mauricio Pochettino is out to scout the best performance of Chelsea, atleast he's job is not longer on the line. You're right, one win doesn't really matter in this case, perhaps the team needs all the necessary aides they could be able to lay hands on, and confidence is another thing that will boost the club's performance. Eliminating Brighton from the Carabao Cup, brilliant start for the blues, Jackson scoring the winning goal that made the difference. Chelsea have Fulham this weekend in EPL, I hoped they will be able to force their breakthrough by to winning games just as Liverpool and Arsenal.

I can't conclude anything from their recent performance but what is certain is that I am happy to see Manchester United returning to its positive trend and also hope that this can be consistent.
And it must be admitted that the wins achieved in the last few matches can have quite a big impact on improving the team's mentality and self-confidence, so this is momentum for the Manchester United team to improve to be better even though it is currently in a positive trend so that this team can be much stronger. .

The match was very interesting  though at first I never new Chelsea will won the match considering how inform Brighton is but that's the game of football you hardly predict what the outcome will be, I can see that Chelsea team is slowly coming back let's see how there next will look like

One win doesn't mean anything, but I agree it can help the team have more confidence. Chelsea really has to improve after spending a lot of money on it, but in my opinion Pochettino's task is very difficult in the midst of a crisis of confidence among his players. The team's form is still very difficult to hope for but maybe Pochettino still has hope and time to improve it.

The match against Fulham will probably be another benchmark for Chelsea this season and of course Chelsea must win it and avoid losing points. Every win will help the team gain good confidence, I agree Chelsea should try in the next match.

Erik ten Hag does a lot of great things, but the situation between him and Sancho is not supposed to be this bad. He should keep in mind that Sancho is the team's top player, and he should take that into account before acting. You would assume that I disliked Erik ten Hag if I claimed that he was to blame for Manchester United's terrible performance, therefore I won't make that claim. I'm not endorsing the player; I'm just speaking the truth as it comes to my mind. A player does need to be punished for misbehaving, but right now, when Manchester United's performance is poor, he should let all of the players to play.

The correct conclusion to assess Chelsea's current performance is that they are still a very unstable team, especially if they are expected to win in a very difficult match. I can't be sure that Chelsea can play well in the next 1 to 2 matches even if they can beat Brighton in the EFL Cup, but Fulham can still be said to be better in terms of performance than Chelsea. But just this time I want to bet on something that doesn't even match the analysis. I want to test my luck. Or maybe I can't stand seeing Chelsea keep losing in the Premier League. So I thought it might be different this time. Chelsea have won the match against Brighton in the EFL Cup. Even though in this match Brighton did not appear to be at its best. And Chelsea didn't perform so well either. It's just that Chelsea won it. And in the match against Fullham, I think it's possible that Fullham will put pressure on Chelsea. But I still can't imagine Chelsea will get any closer to the relegation zone than this. But the chances of a draw may be much greater. Because the performance of the two is not much different.

In fact, if Chelsea can play more comfortably and with more confidence then of course against Fullham it won't be a big problem. Chelsea is hard to predict, but with their poor performance now, their chances of winning at Fulham are very small, but personally I don't dare to bet on anything in this match, after experiencing many losing bets on Chelsea matches, this made me stop. from now on to bet on matches played by Chelsea, this is a very strange team in my opinion, they have quality players who were bought very expensively but suddenly the player turns into a useless football player.

It was a surprised to we the Chelsea fans because we were expecting Brighton to win as other fans were expecting but judging based on the game, Chelsea deserve the win they got. We didn't start our best men just as Brighton didn't start their but the atmosphere is different since it isn't the premier league so maybe that's why Brighton didn't go home with the victory. I just hope the boys can get some motivation from this victory and win their next game in the Premier league. Sadly Nicholas Jackson won't be available for the next premier league game due to suspension but Broja is back from injury and he'll be starting and from the few minutes he was on the pitch, he's looking promising, our next match against Fulham should be a win as well considering players like mudrky has begun to see more starting call up and he isn't disappointing with his display.


We needed this break because it was looking like nothing is working for us and that can be very frustrating. Cucurella was decent and so were other player especially C. Palmer and I'll love him to be given more strating role by Pochettino. He was the reason Jackson got the first goal and also played a part in the disallowed goal. He was playing the playmaker role very well and the whole game yesterday was interesting to watch. It was the first time I watched Chelsea game in like forever and was satisfied with everybody. The goalkeep also put on his best performance with the saves he made although he cause alot of discomfort to the defense with his mistakes but he still made up for them by saving the ball. It was a great game after all and onto the Fulham game we wait on Monday.

I think he needs some more time. When we look at his past, he has always played in good teams and his performance is not bad at all. He may not be able to play very well right now, but he has great potential and will start playing well again.
If you are going to play in a team like Arsenal, you must be one of the best. If your role in the team is so important, you must contribute to the team in terms of score. He's getting some attention because he's not very successful right now, but I think he'll start playing much better

The day before yesterday I made a multi-bet where one of the outcomes was Chelsea winning over Fulham with odds of 2.02. I’m also waiting for the end of Chelsea’s unsuccessful streak and want to benefit from it, so the funny thing is that after yesterday’s game the quotes changed not in Chelsea’s favor - now they are 2.06. To be honest, I expected the opposite change.

I can't really trust this club anymore even after chelsea won against brighton in carabao cup. It's not yet satisfying me to pick this club again. The last formation is quite good as there was a connection between attackers and midfielders but im still lack of confidence to pick chelsea.

That's true and this is why i was refraining myself in picking chelsea. The club is not yet delivering. I expect fulham will be able to defeat chelsea when the club will play at home. Chelse never play good once it was going away.
Chelsea beat brighton but it not even guarantee chelsea in winning the away game against fulham.
