Rodri escapes lots of bookings last season, most at times, these are big games and the officials over looks it because he fouks his opponents professionally.
Today, he was not lucky enough to escape it. Glad to see the full-time results was in favor of the citizens still.

I'm sure Manchester City will play better against Arsenal, it will definitely be a tough game for both of them. But no matter how difficult it is, I think Manchester City will still be the favorite considering its consistent performance.

Yeah a strong star fom City so far in the PL but they also haven't been properly challenged as well. City have game against Arsenal in October and that's the game where there is possible of a break in City's consistent form. Brighton in the next game after Arsenal will also be a tough fixture and possible drop of points for City. So some tough fixtures are getting lined up and busy schedule with CL games too. It would be interesting to see how City handles their games ahead.

Last season, Manchester City and Arsenal were pretty much the only teams that could win. Liverpool added some spice, but they didnt show up often enough. Its interesting how you've brought up Arsenal's promise this season, especially when you think about the problems Manchester City could have. Im not sure that Nottingham Forest is going to be a big problem for City this weekend. But what makes me both happy and worried is how City has changed. They dont depend on KDB as much as they used to, which shows how flexible they are. Arsenal has to do better. Also, I have to laugh a little bit. Some deals, like Havertz, are questionable, but I wouldnt be too harsh.

Manchester City basically had great difficulty maintaining their defense because they played with 10 people. Pep Guardiola is aware of that and doesn't take too many risks by continuing to play lots of attacking players. Pep replaced Doku and Alvarez by playing Kalvin Phillips and Nathan Ake, this was done because Pep Guardiola knew his team would not play better with 10 players when Nottingham managed to find good form.

In the end Manchester City still managed to seal the win despite a tiring second half. City have collected 18 points from 6 consecutive matches and they are still too difficult to stop so far. Rodri will certainly be absent against Wolves, but the match against Arsenal will make things difficult for Manchester City.

This victory makes Manchester City the only team that has managed to achieve perfect points in the 6 games they have played, the first position is still theirs because the points they have collected have not been able to be caught up by their rivals.

Manchester City were very aggressive from the start and Forest resisted heavily. Manchester City scored two goals before halftime and did not score any more goals. Meanwhile, after half time, Rodri got a red card and left the field. His foul was horrible to say the least. Even though city was playing only with 10 players but the quality said the truth here. Manchester city is still having a very solid defensive line at this moment. It's very hard for forest to use counter attack against manchester city.

Some backs like walker was always securing the sideline. The quality was never a lie. There is a reason why manchester city being called as best club in the world right now.

City can still keep the cleansheet even with 10 players against 11 players of nottingham forest.

Manchester City won today's match against Nottingham Forest by two goals, but Manchester City did not do much better in the second half than in the first half.  
Manchester City scored two goals early in the first half, but then Manchester City was unable to create any more stories against Nottingham Forest. Manchester City reduced to 10 men is the main reason not to perform well in the second half?  

When Manchester City scored two goals in the first half, it was thought that maybe Manchester City could score one to two more goals in the second half, but that was not the case. With the maximum number of points (18), Manchester City is currently on top of all other teams. I don't think any other team will be able to close the points gap that Manchester City has created early on with all the other teams.

The gap is too big. That match is finished for nottingham forest. The club must also admit that if manchester city is a very strong club in EPL. That's why it was always dominating the EPL since the previous seasons.
Nottingham should not even play the game if they could do that caused by the result was clear if manchester city is winning the game. It's hard to imagine city would be loosing against a weak club like nottingham forest.
The odds is very disappointed caused by it's very small for city due to the its superiority against nottingham forest.

Flashback, referring to Manchester United's match against Bayern. In the first 20 minutes of the first half, United made it difficult for Bayern Munich. but after that, United's game was again inconsistent. Well, there are several points that I took from that match, and this will influence United's future matches.
Referring to the Burnley vs Manchester Utd match, I am quite sure that Ten Hag has actually studied the weaknesses of his team's squad apart from several injured players. IMO, in this match United will get full points and ensure they will be better. Moreover, Ten Hag really needs a win to increase his ranking in the Premier League standings. plus, raising the squad mentality of his team.

Well, there are several players who look like they can play even though their status is still in doubt, such as Varene, Amrabat and Mason Mount. If so, some of these players will start from the bench. Plus, it looks like Marcus Rashford is no longer playing selfishly. we can refer to, when Rashford provided an assist for Hojlund in the match against Bayern, this was the game that United should have shown. In the match against Burnley, I am quite confident that United will win the match. even though in fact, despite the poor performance of the home team. Manchester City has a complete package of all players and all lines, especially in defense, so it is very difficult to penetrate their defense unless they make a mistake.
Actually I thought Manchester City against Nottingham Forest would be their goal party, but 2 goals with 10 players because Rodri got a red card and went off the field. And two goals is a good result and both goals came from Voden and Halaand, and Manchester City continued its record of never losing or drawing in 6 matches and remaining at the top of the standings.

The match was over and Nottingham was still unable to score a goal even though they created more goal opportunities in the second half. Nottingham played better in the second half because Manchester City tended to defend due to a lack of 1 player. Of course, Nottingham almost scored a goal, but Ederson's neat performance prevented it.

I don't know why there was so much drama in this match that the Manchester City players shouldn't have. The match became increasingly tense throughout the second half, but Manchester City again proved that they had a good defense rather than the sharpness of their striker.

There is no longer any hope for Nottingham to catch up or even beat Manchester City.
Even though Manchester City received a red card and had to play with 10 players Manchester City could still optimize their strength making it impossible for Nottingham to have a chance to equalize.
Now time is up and it continues with extra time and let see a win for Manchester City.

City are possession playing team and with that opponents doesn't has much chances. A team planning to win against City should be able to sharpen their attack enough to find goals in just few attempts because that is how it is when a club faces a side like City. Forest are not sharp enough and no wonder that they haven't found a goal against City till now. I think even with red card they wouldn't be able to find a goal.
