One issue I am having with ten hag and united fans was the nature at which De Gea was pushed away, De Gea saved matches for United despite been old and not good with foot playing even when the team is performing bad  last season. He was worth a season more to working side by side Onana until before the end of the season Onana would have been able to gather the confidence he needs to stop shots just like De gea.

While the did has already been done, Manchester United need to adapt to the system as it is by preventing blunder from occuring at the defense and making sure to score more goals than their opponent in every match so they don't get drawbacks from Onana's goals conceding in each game,



 

Pep guardiola has built a formidable team that can withstand any club in the world at the moment. I was seriously hoping this season CITY will drop in their performance but it has rather improved.
I can't stick my gun's with arsenal if they are playing CITY, because the last time both of them met arsenal didn't put up a good show. UNITED and Liverpool might get away with a tie if they both meet CITY.

the only average team I felt could do something this season, is Newcastle United, but they haven't lived up to expectations for their last few matches though I give it to them on their champions League game, they really tried  but as it concerns their league games, I was expecting more.

Ten Hag understands that he needs to get out of this losing streak, he needs victories and 13th place is definitely not what they expected to see at the start. Manchester United concede too much, their defense is bad and to be honest I don’t like the way Onana plays. Burnley also do not have the best defense and they conceded even more than Manchester United, so I think that Manchester United will score today, despite the fact that this is an away match, I expect them to score two or more goals, most likely they will also concede.

This encounter is all about pride and I believe Tottenham will come out with a lot of confidence in winning this game but they shouldn't forget how it always turn out to be at the end.
I don't expect this game between the Gunners and Spurs to end in a draw because I'd like to see who will be the first to lose all 3pt but as it stands I see the Gunners taking all 3pts, the way Arsenal will go about this game I don't think Tottenham will know what hit them, I'll give it to the Gunners I'm this London derby.

You can’t underrate any team in the EPL again because It’s now like there is no small team anymore and every match now seem like a big match and even in form Manchester City find it difficult to win some of the small clubs. That’s what i love about the EPL, it’s always so competitive but i must say Manchester City are actually almost unbeatable and I doubt if Arsenal can win them currently, both teams are playing well at the moment but until they face bigger teams that’s when we can decide who is better between the two.

Arsenal will be playing Tottenham today which will be a very big test for them because tottenham has been playing wonderfully well so far, they have been in top form since the start of the season and i think it is the biggest match of the day and will be an interesting match to watch.

You have a strong point, the reason could actually have been adaptation. Some players find it difficult to adapt to a certain league and environment and the fact that the team in general is struggling is another reason making life difficult for him. We all know how onana performed last season and that was why he was considered as first choice goalie. I think if it was Arsenal or Manchester City he joined the story could have been different because they are currently performing well and it is easier for every player who joins them to adapt to the style of play. Onana needs to given more time to settle in but I think the team doesn’t have such time.

Last season the competition in the English Premier League was strictly between Manchester City and Arsenal. That is how it is going to be again in this season. I have not seen any club that will give them hardkick apart from Liverpool, as you said this is because Liverpool has improved in their performance and many of their players are back from injury. So we expect that this players will continue to play their best because because this season will not be difficult task.
This weekend, I do not expect that club like Nottingham Forest will have anything to get against Manchester City.

This is the most important match of the day. Both Arsenal and Tottenham are in very good form at the moment. Both teams have scored 13 points in 5 matches. And so it is important for both of them to secure the second place in the table by securing 3 points in this match. Arsenal have proved their mettle. The team played very well in the Champions League match. Even then, it cannot be said for sure that Arsenal will win this match. The match between these two teams is competitive. If manchester city will be able to beat arsenal for two times in a row again this season. I would like to call manchester city was winning the trophy this season. I don't even count liverpool as its performance was not as stable as arsenal right now.
Manchester city is always at the favorable condition even though the club was missing some players. We shall also learn a lot from how manchester city was just beating arsenal easily to get EPL trophy at the end of season.

The same thing is gonna repeat soon. Havertz is utterly scam transfer. Arsenal was just wasting a lot of money on a garbage player like him which is actually useless for the club. Havertz's decision making was horrific.
Arteta shall not usee that guy again on its squad. I prefer arsenal to use vieira instead of him.

Arsenal are in great shape at the moment. They are still moving on unbeaten and they have won nearly all of their games so far. Lastly they crushed PSV in Emirates by 4-0 in the Champions League. I wasn't surprised with this result at all by the way. Some people were thinking PSV would be challenging opponent for them but I didn't think the same.

There is a huge quality gap and Arsenal are performing incredible. This is the Champions League too not the Europa League. Anyway I think Tottenham have a really difficult job despite making a good start. I think Arsenal will win in Emirates.

Arsenal is once again proving herself to be the Arsenal we all have known before with their recent display both in EPL and other competition. I have no doubt in Arsenal winning in the north London derby against Spurs despite Spurs recent performance. Arteta squad showcased a wonderful display during the UCL and I don't expect less performance and result when they lock horns tomorrow. Tottenham might equally surprise us as football is an unpredictable game but I don't really see that happening. How Arsenal suddenly turn from a laughable team to a serious team since last two seasons is still shocking to some of us. Arteta deserve the glory for improving the team beyond expectations.

Tottenham's performance at the start of this season was beyond many people's expectations, surprisingly their new coach managed to create a new strength in this team after it was predicted that its performance would worsen after being left by Harry Kane.
And the next 2 matches will be real proof that Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool are also strong teams at the start of this season so of course this will be a very interesting match.
This weekend Tottenham will face Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, this is a derby match which always presents a fierce match and I am quite optimistic that Tottenham will provide a fierce opponent.

The North London derby between Arsenal vs Tottenham Hotspurs in week six will be exciting and hot. Moreover, both of them are performing well and are undefeated.

 I will not put it past Arsenal to allow over confidence make them feel they've got tomorrow's game against Tottenham Hotspur in the bag and with both of them having good records in the last five games, it's going to be a tough game. The game tomorrow will be a decider for which team will record the first loss and of Arsenal is hoping to take the three points home, they'd have to be mindful of any surprises Tottenham Hotspur will bring. And they'd have to be especially wary of James Madison, because ever since he came to Tottenham from Leicester, he has proven that the £40m spent on him was not a wasted investment and has been able to create chances for goal, making them miss Harry Kane less.
 The likes of Son Heung Min, Richarlison (that's if he'd start) and the Senegalese signing, Pape Matar Sarr will be looking to have their names registered in the goals score board but I'm still feeling like the Gunners can hold their own especially now that Gabriel Jesus has returned in action.
Arsenal have proven to be a strong club and they will be tested again in tomorrow's 208th competitive North London derby of which the Gunners have won 4 out of their 5 last meetings.

its too early to say what the future holds for a team at the end of this season. I mean the journey of the match is still very long, of course there will be many changes in a team when there are injured players that have a bad influence or even the arrival new players which helps improve the team performance and I will not agree with @Odusko statement because this season I dont see if they have problems in every match and I see that Arteta is more able to stabilize the performance Arsenal players and this has been proven since last season. except Arsenal experienced a lot of problems such as player injuries before the end of the season and this is what is called a surprise coming because we will never know what will happen at the end the season and what we have to assess is the good side a team that has tried to appear more consistently like a team top flight in this EPL.

I agree that so far Arsenal seem to be much more hopeful than at the end of last season. At that time several Arsenal players were suffering from injuries. And they had to face Man City who were in optimal condition at that time. And of course Man City could win easily last season. But I think this season there will be a little difference. At least even though Arsenal didn't win, I think if Arsenal played against Man City then a draw could happen. And Man City's current condition is actually not that good because several of their core players are injured. for example, Kevin De Bruyne, John Stones, Mateo Kovacic, Jack Grealish and even Bernardo Silva are also suffering from injuries. So Man City's performance is not in optimal condition at the moment. But in 2 weeks, maybe the Man City players will recover when they have to face Arsenal on Matchday 8.

Today Man City will face Nottingham. And if conditions are optimal, victory is guaranteed in Man City's hands. But this time, Nottingham might be able to provide a little resistance. Because several key Man City players are still injured.

The thing is that they're both good in there own ways, David De  Gea,no doubt has more experience than Onana when it comes to shot stopping he was one of the best shot stoppers I'm the EPL before he left Manchester United and can stop shots at a close range and from Afar as well, but is not really good with his foot and it's confident enough in receiving back passes and distributing to his players upfront.

 But Onana is a ball playing goalie and he's very confidence in receiving ball from the defenders calm the situation and distribute it to the attackers, when it comes to playing from the build up you can count on him and that's what Erik Ten Hag likes because it's suitable for his pattern, but when it comes to shot stopping he's not really bad, but he's no where compared to David de Gea cause he loses focus atimes I think Onana is being pressured by the fans and he needs to be calm and work on his shot stopping.

If you look at Arteta ambitions, it seems he is really motivated by last season's careless defeat because he feels safe at the top of the standings for a long time. So they don't realize that Man City has more than what Arsenal has. Therefore, this season will be Arsenal's opportunity to improve on what they forgot last season. Don't forget that Liverpool has also improved quite a lot and I agree that it is a strong competitor that Man City can face. Man United and Tottenham are currently unable to reach that level, without Harry Kane making Spurs sway a little. The start of the season was indeed impressive but it still wasn't enough when it came to facing Man City. Then the Red Devils actually lost a little from last season's performance. The current goalkeeper cannot replace David de Gea. Erik Ten Hag's attack line is also in the process of being adjusted.
