Agreed, the defensive line of manchester united has always become a never ending problem. Manchester united does not have a good line up on its defenders. This is a problem that has been facing by manchester united. The main question is why didn't ten hag solve it during the summer transfer season? Unlike Manchester City, Manchester United has a limited budget for building their club.

Im not really feelign amazing with ten hag's recruitment especially for mount which is useless for the club. My honest opinion if mount's quality was not even really worth with his price.
MU was getting scammed by chelsea to sign him with non sense price while mount seems so difficult to deliver for manchester united.

There iwll always be many criticism will come toward manchester united and ten hag if mu will not try to solve the problem in the defenders. Ten hag will only make MU to regress if he will not solve it during the winter transfer season which is still a few months away.

There's no need to critize this club as there was no improvement on its defensive lines. The goal keeper and defenders are facing the same problems right now as they were being too inconsistent during the game.
I see manchester untied has been regressing since the first week of EPL. Ten hag has been solving all of the problems owned by manchester united.

I don't even know why ten hag was not even doing revamp to the defensive line of manchester united. Some guys were performing so badly, like dalot or lindelof. People said that if they shall not be judge off but their performance made them all deserved to be judged.
Onana is just also adding another problem for manchester united right now. I don't even know what kind of solution to fix all of problems faced by manchester united at this moment.

It seemed to me if this problem will be preventing MU from going to further stage.

Manchester United will win streak because their next matches are against mediocre teams e.g. Burnley, Crystal Palace, Brentford and Sheffield United. But after that they will meet Manchester City and it's already obvious Manchester City will win.

Manchester United will have a tough time in order to reach top four, all they need is praying Haaland, De Bruyne, Salah, Nunez, Diaz, Saka, Odegaard, Rice are injured, so Manchester United able to compete against big teams.

Well it's true what you say, I think we would all have the same view about Manchester City's performance this season, but even with that, it doesn't guarantee that they can comfortably win the title. Competition is always there and also keep in mind that they are in the Premier League which we all know how competitive it is. It's just that maybe the difference is that their chances are greater than other teams, because they are at their highest level and arguably this is the golden era of Manchester City under Pep Guardiola. I just want to say that they should not underestimate other contestants with their current condition.

EPL always presents fierce competition and it is not uncommon for the champion to be determined until the last week.

Do you mean the EPL handing over the trophy to them already? If so I don't think that would be nice, because they have to prove themselves worthy of winning it since they're currently the best, because in football anything is possible, you could see them drawing match win several lose along the line and miss on winning the league, although chances of that happening currently is not very much but it's still possible.

I just love the standards Pep has set for the team, he's made them very comfortable to win matches without their key players and still succeed when Gundogan left and Debruyne got injured at the beginning of the tournament I though City would decline in form but their strength kept increasing, well winning the Premier league league this season is very possible but for the treble I'm not very sure of that.

If Ten Hag can only strengthen the defence, I think the whole scenario of Manchester United's performance will change. But so far United's defense has failed to strengthen Ten hag. ten Hag should have added experienced defenders to the squad this season.
