In my opinion, whatever the result of the match, I believe this is just a temporary performance by Nottingham which will get worse again when the end of the season approaches.
One fact that we have to see is just the quality of Nottingham players who are not as good as some other teams such as Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal. And on the one hand Nottingham has experienced surprising performances like this before but in the end also lost that performance.
So we should not expect too much from Nottingham in every match. And as bettors we have to be careful with teams like Nottingham who suddenly increase their consistency very quickly.

When compared to the quality of players, of course Nottingham is under elite team players such as Manchester City and Liverpool but Nottingham players rely on cohesiveness  every player works from the front lines to the back line and that is the reason why they can compete in the top 3. We won't see Nottingham players on the top score or top assist list but try to pay attention to their defense lines very solid they are in the top 2 with the best defense at least until the middle of the season, imagine if they have great striker maybe we can see competing in top 1-2.

In the near future, Nottingham Forest will also host the top-ranked team in the English Premier League, Liverpool, and if Nottingham Forest can stop Liverpool from getting full points in this upcoming match, of course Nottingham Forest must be really watched out for by all other teams in the English Premier League this season because the team could be a candidate for the English Premier League champion for this season if Nottingham Forest can still get a series of unstoppable wins in the next few weeks.

Also, the Nottingham Forest boss was also recognised and awarded the manager of the month prize for december  and I think it's another one deserving for Espirito Santo who was able to filter through  to put his club in the top four position up until now, winning all five games in the last month.

He really deserves the award because he has made his club Nottingham Forest look impressive this season and achieved consecutive wins in December, achieving consecutive wins in the Premier League is not easy because the competition in the EPL is very tight while Liverpool who have collected more points they did not achieve consecutive wins like Nottingham Forest did so he should get appreciation for his hard work.
Many factors do support Nuno Santo as the best manager in December, although actually Arteta and Arne Slot are able to bring Liverpool and Arsenal in a better position than Nottingham Forest, but Nottingham Forest consistency in winning consecutive victories does deserve appreciation from all parties, so far they have a solid team and with effective strategic support of course make them currently one of the black horse teams which surprises us in the Premier League, Arne Slot and Arteta may have managed to bring Liverpool and Arsenal to have more points than Nottingham Forest, but I think the award is also inseparable from the reference of how a team can maintain their best performance consistently, especially if the team has a squad whose quality is not better than other teams.

Sugar coat and galvanise it all you like,  I'll still one of them man to say Erling Haaland has been poor and below expectations when it comes to converting the chances he's had both in the Premier League competition and also during the champions league competition  Julian Alvarez would have done well as a back up but he opted for more game time as it was communicated directly to the manager. Getting this Egyptian would be a plus because asides Mo Salah, he has also been outstanding this season. I'm not just proud as African but also excited for him. Nuno Espirito Santos as manager of the month? Well, he's earned it. Saw some post the other day bashing his players to be subpar.

Haaland has been very far away from expectations,  literally it begro feel like he's becoming incompetent, it becomes clear how his brilliance has been dependent on some other of his team mates and their absence has continually mean only but a poor performance for him this period.  Alvarez no doubt would have been a good back up but Haalands proactive and experienced performance before his current decline is the advantage I could spot.
Not just Haaland, Manchester City as a team is really struggling this season, you can see how they put in much effort in every games but still dey still don't get the best compare like previous season. Manchester City is a team that every player plays a good role in making good performance that is why they have always been able to win their games in previous season very easily. This season it is not just easy for Manchester City,  I just hope they will be able to meet up with the target.

Yea, it's very much true that Manchester city are struggling, and just as you have rightfully said, they giving in much and getting little comparing to how they were before that they give in little and get much, and in my own opinion it's not just the injuries that struck their team that cause it, because most of the injured players are back already, but they are still struggling,
The team had been champions for the past few years, but its situation would suddenly deteriorate to a level that was beyond imagination. When the position of the team is so bad, there is no other way but to dismantle it. Pep Guardiola is thinking of removing the old players and incorporating new ones into the team. He wants to reorganize the team. He believes that if the new players join the team, the team will get that momentum again. Currently, the team is in the 6th position, probably their main goal this season will be to reach the top four. If the initiative is successful as expected, then we can definitely see a good result.

Nottingham Forest has an unbelievable season and they are exploring this adventure as best as possible till the end of season. I believe that the ending rank in this season, no matter high or low it is, does not affect or destroy big impression they have made in this season after the first half.

With what they have done impressively so far, they will not accept to end at too low rank like under area that can help them to be eligible for either Champions League, Europa League or Conference League. Champions League is too high and ambitious ending for Nottingham Forest and they are trying to get it, but I think a more possible and realistic position is in top 6, to be eligible for Europa League 2025 - 2026 season.

Hosting top-ranked teams in coming weeks will be very big challenge for Nottingham Forest but they are not fearful to any opponent through played matches so far.

This is absolutely perfect from Notthm Forest at the moment they are in good form and keeping the win in every match is amazing, and currently 7 matches in a row in an impressive state with a win, the name Espirito Santo is an extraordinary conversation at the moment this Portuguese descent coach is the best in the last month as a coach he managed to bring Notthm Forest to rank 3 in the EPL.

Nuno was doubted when he replaced the Nottm Forest coach at first but now he has proven with the extraordinary achievements they have achieved this season, quite in accordance with what I saw they created goals and were quite good at defending this is extraordinary and like this team is a big team they are quite confident with their players and I think Nottm Forest will be a dark horse team to watch out for.

I think it’s a well deserved award for incredible work Espirito Santo has done with this Nottingham Forest team. Never in a million years would I have imagined that Nottingham Forest would have this run of form in the Premier League. Under his management displaying improved style of play and structure. Nuno Espirito Santo ability to inspire the players and maximize their potential has been instrumental in their success in competitions this season. Nottingham Forest won Luton Town today in the FA Cup.
I just remember when he coached Tottenham back then where the official was to recruit him to bring that club to top premier league. But, he did not meet expectations, and the official fired him middle of session. As I know, Espirito Santo has technic in managing a player and know how to put players in their specialty. Even the forest have the player whose abilities are not so good compared to players who play on big club like the city, Liverpool, and Chelsea, but Espirito Santo know how to maximalize them, he will place players who have advantages among players who have disadvantages, so that it is balanced, and can cover the gap on the fields.

Totenham's problem more like in the managerial and owner. Nuno has tried his best there, but failed to get his confidence. This also happens to the a lot of coaches before him, and that's the reason why Tottenham stuck.

Nottingham Forest gave him good support to build his own dream club. Although, his club was only low budget club, he showed the budget doesn't matter as long as it's coached by the right hand.

The only problem is how long his current squad can keep it up. There will be so many offers to come from big clubs, and this can destroy his club caused by his key players decide to step up their careers in the bigger clubs.

In selling their key players, Manchester City forgot the fact that after some time they will not have players who can perform well for the club. They may have considered some players important to the club but those players were dependent on all the other players the current players were dependent on those who left. That's why this club is not doing very well. I only strengthened the strike position, on the contrary, if my other positions were weak, my club would not do well at all. Manchester City should once again recruit talented players to their club so that they can perform well in all positions. This season, Manchester City may not be able to stay between one and five points in the table, in that case they will fail to qualify for the Champions League next season. So now their only aim should be to secure their position at least between 1 and 5 in the Premier League points table.

Yes, this season Manchester City have sold several players who in my opinion are quite valuable. Examples include Julian Alvarez, Joao Cancelo, Harwood and Sergio Gomez. In fact, these four players would most likely make the Manchester City squad better if they were not sold in the transfer market last summer. So this is indeed a quite serious mistake made by Manchester City. For this reason, currently Manchester City has really lost its best performance, which means that its current position is threatened with not being able to finish in the top 5 in the English league and of course could fail to get a ticket to the Champions League. So the only way to make Manchester City rise again at this time is to bring in several more players who can improve Manchester City's position, which is currently weak. But as far as I know, until now Manchester City doesn't seem to be pursuing any new players to bring in. I don't know what is the cause, maybe Manchester City is currently still too confident in the squad they currently have. So Manchester City feels that with the squad it currently has, it is still able to compete well in the English league, even though in reality it is not.

Because Pep as the coach at Manchester City also seems to have run out of strategies and ways to make Manchester City rise again. Therefore, bringing in new players must be made the main option for Manchester City at this time. Apart from that, the Manchester City players must be properly motivated again, so that they can regain their enthusiasm.

It seems to me Haaland lacked of motivation due to the less competition for him. He played well when Alvarez was there who always treathened his position in starting line up. Things changed when he has no others to compete with.

I like Marmous. I believe he can give Haaland a fierce competition to become the main striker. It's gonna push Haaland to play better.
Pep Guardiola controls the club and making top running and accomplishment becomes his thing. He trigger the sell clause of most of his important players and also making imperative signings for the club. What are the motivation the Norway international needs for his progress? He's whereas one of the very best players in the club, he becomes popular for his goals tally and recognition grown rapidly. Manchester City frontline, Erling Haaland is perfect player than Julian Alvarez? Well these players differs in their stats because Alvarez possess good footings on the ball while, he contributed to goals and Erling Haaland has top qualities, confidence infront of goals. He doesn't bother because he's already fierce oppositions and aggressive in his role. Julian Alvarez was once an important player for Manchester City under Pep Guardiola. He banged goals for the club and winning titles was absolutely his routine and standards for the club.

Just like you, a very passionate Arsenal fan I know did tell me that he's taken his time to study the club's performance in the last three seasons and have come to  conclusion that Arsenal's problem isn't about the players but the manager. The truth is Arsenal is currently better than how they were when Mikel Arteta was appointed as the club manager but the Spanish manager really needs to step up his game and improve the team from being a regular title pretenders to a title winners. I believe he has the managerial abilities to achieve that if he really works to achieve it

After this season I personally think Arteta out will begin to roll again in the stadium by many fans because they are currently tired and need some changes, there is no denying the fact that Arteta has actually turned Arsenal to a title contender over the last two seasons having fail to win both thanks to the brilliance of Pep Guardiola and the Manchester city players. So since Arsene winger Arsenal have actually been able to cement their place back into the top four of the Premier League again and are usually regarded as tittle contenders all under Arteta, so for some people he is doing great.

But realistically he is at a point now where he needs to actually start facing the questions of what are is achievement, he has won FA cup and community shield which I don’t think is highly regarded as the league and over his years he has spent more money. Arsenal weren’t used to buying of expensive players until after the departure of Arsene Wenger and yet with the 9 figures players he can’t still win some major trophies then he needs to be questioned. Some fans will tell you he needs time but personally I think Arteta has had enough to build even an army, he is almost five years at the club or more now that’s a enough time to actually win something. This season I was rooting for them to go all the way because of the way they have been closely behind Manchester City but yet like last two seasons they still bottled it, if Manchester United knock them out tomorrow then Arteta might be facing difficult questions about his future

Newcastle striker Alexander Isak have won the English Premier League Player Of The Month award from December as well the as Best Goal of the Month award. Personally, I felt he deserved it more than any one else after his stellar performances for his club last month. His stunning goal against Manchester United in their 3:3 draw last month earned him the award for best goal of the month which helped the swedish striker win double awards in December. Do you think he deserves it or do you any a different opinion as to who deserved it more? Let me read your thoughts
What an absolutely brilliance from Alexander Isak. Since his arrival to Newcastle, he has been contributing to the clubs success and I’m glad to see he has become one of the premier league best strikers. He deserves the English Premier League player of the month award for December. What a great individual performance from the young Swedish striker. I hope he keeps up the good form.
Alexander Isak has been fantastic this season with Newcastle for sure but I was thinking that Salah of Liverpool actually deserves this prize more than Isak do. I mean Mohamed Salah has made a superior performance than Isak having scored 7 goals with 7 assists in December with his team as leaders of the premier league table, while Isak had 8 goals with just 2 assists and that's for me not so good despite how fine Isak has performed Salah stats appear to be better than his for December.
I agree with you that Muhammad Salah deserves it more than Alexander Ishak. Because this season he played such an impressive performance. He scored 7 goals in last month and contributed 7 assists while Alexander Ishak is also doing well. He scored 8 goals but his contribution regarding through the assists in the team stats is bit hazy. So I believe that Muhammad Salah was more deserving of this award as compared to Alexander Ishak. Muhammad Salah has not only dominated the player performance but has also contributed to the team performance for Liverpool. Alexander Ishak has only expressed his individuals performance and his team performance is far behind Muhammad Salah. So, I think Muhammad Salah was much more deserving of this award, player of the month.

However, Alexander Ishak also put in a lot of effort for the team. He is also worth mentioning. Literally, he has performed very well. And because of this, his efforts turned out to be fruitful.

I totally agree with you about how Arsenal buys players. Team has spent a lot of money on new players in last few years but they have not always played as well as expected. To really make team stronger Arsenal needs to be smarter about who they buy. They should choose players who fit with coach plan. Also as you said they need to make their backup players stronger. This will help them keep playing well even when their best players get hurt or are too tired. If Arsenal can do this they will be able to reach their full potential and have long term success.

I haven't checked whether Arsenal are involved in the hunt for players this winter, but if they are indeed targeting players, they should recruit what the team really needs. In fact, what they need right now is a pure striker who can be a goal machine in their squad, as for other players, maybe they can bring them in the summer transfer window after conducting a team evaluation as a whole. Regarding the second reserve player, Arsenal actually has experienced players. So what Arteta should focus on is returning to the pure striker they were targeting in the previous season, or a qualified winger, because it seems like Martinelli is difficult to rely on consistently throughout his match. Regarding the competition in the Premier League competition, I think the opportunity is still wide open for Arsenal, it's just that it won't be easy for Arsenal, especially since Liverpool is performing well. However, this competition still offers something interesting.

If Arteta fails to bring a trophy to Arsenal this season, I think the management and club officials should consider looking for a new manager. Arsenal so far seem overwhelmed in competing for trophies, they are not as strong as the last two seasons, so that is another advantage for Liverpool to continue to lead the standings. Besides that, Arsenal really needs a sharp number 9 striker, who can consistently score goals in every match. Arsenal front line looks worrying when Saka was injured, Arteta should have used the January transfer market to make a new breakthrough. It is true, Arsenal still has the opportunity to compete with Liverpool, but cutting 6 points that have the potential to become 9 points is quite difficult to do.

Sure. Arsenal bought players and spent a lot of money, but they are still finding it difficult to get what they want at the end of the season; however, to me this is not really from the players. I think the coach is the one who plans how these players will play their match, so for this he should be the one to plan what will suit these players and get what they want.

Arsenal are famous for their loyalty in buying players but in the end when compared to these few seasons with the beginning of Arteta's tenure the results are actually not too bad because their performance continues to improve even though it cannot be denied if the benchmark is the trophy then obviously Arsenal still cannot win anything even though they have poured a lot of money.

But in the end looking at the story of Arsenal from the Arsene Wenger era to the current era I think the officials still won't make any protests even though they always pour money and don't get a single trophy because in the end as long as they are in the top big 4 back as they are now they seem quite comfortable even though it cannot be denied that there should be more things to offer for now because indeed the expenses they have made are very large but the results given are still very minimal.
