Of course it was deserved for Nuno, he brought a small team to the face of competition, it is the biggest credit. We saw last season Nottingham Forest were in the 17th position in the points table, but now they have changed their game so much that they are competing in the 3rd position in the points table. Nuno has taken a low-cost team ahead of a big team like Chelsea, this is the most interesting thing about this season. He deserved it so he was able to win this award, congratulations to this coach who has achieved something big with a small team where the big teams could not achieve. However, although it is small for a big coach, it is very big for Nuno, he will definitely work better to maintain this response. English Premier League is one of the most competitive but full of surprises as well because many times we have surprises which bring huge impact on league top race even we have dark horses which give shocking performance and have surprise for rest of soccer world as well.

In this season we have great improvement in Liverpool, Nottingham Forest and Chelsea while we have huge decline in Manchester City and Aston Villa which are now badly down and out of top 4 race due to inconsistency while we have chance of good comeback from Manchester City which is increasing their squad quality with few good changes.

Liverpool is currently having good hand on four trophies now how many they can grab it's surely not easy because they needed to be stayed at good level while injuries and other problems can bring problems for them so having good rotation is also important for Arne Slot who is doing good job in his first season.

Previously I also wanted to say congratulate Nuno and also Isak who became the best coach and player of the English league this December, his ability to train really surprised us especially last season they only ended the season in 17th place, but Nuno cold hands were able to turn Nottingham into a strong team in the top 4 zone this season, to be honest, when he first coached Nottingham, I personally didn't believe he could bring Nottingham to what it is today, especially indeed his coaching career also no better than Steve Copper who coached them previously, moreover we know him was fired by Tottenham previously, but this season he brought extraordinary things to Nottingham Forest.

I am also surprised by Nottingham Forest's performance this season, indeed I don't know many Nottingham Forest players but Nuno Espírito Santo really brought changes to a club like Nottingham Forest into a promotion team that is able to compete with big clubs in the Premier League, being in 3rd place in the standings and having the same points as Arsenal makes their quality questionable whether they are able to shift Arsenal in second place in the Premier League, but looking at the records of several matches it seems that they are consistent and have achieved good results for their last five matches, They always provide victory in every week they play, most likely they can shift Arsenal even if they continue to be consistent Nottingham Forest could catch up with Liverpool from the top of the standings.

Once again, congratulations to Nuno Espírito Santo who managed to get the award as the best manager in December, an achievement that will probably always be remembered by him throughout history for himself and the Premier League. I hope Nuno Espírito Santo is not satisfied with the awards he received for this season, because it could backfire on him if the feeling of satisfaction is prolonged because the Premier League competition is still long and the journey for Nottingham Forest is still very steep so stay consistent whatever happens that what is done for this season is the best decision for Nuno Espírito Santo and his team to go further.

Of course, Coach Nuno Espirito Santo has gone furthermore to prove to many that sometimes without doing the big spending any team can also make a mark in the premiership just like Leicester city did when they won the title, though Nottingham Forest are not vying for the trophy but with what they have achieved during the first phase of the league in this ongoing season shows how much hard work and dedication the team has put in despite the kind of low rated players they have in the team and for me I think this is going to be one of their greatest run in top flight football in decades and I hope they would maintain this pace until the end of the campaign.

Just checked Manchester's odds, they are playing against the last team in the League, a team that has 4 losses out of 5 last games, one win in 20 rounds, the worst scoring, goal difference, and goals received, and United is still 2.37 currently at Stake for a -2 handicap.
If there is one team deserving a gasp and the exclamation "how the mighty have fallen" they are the top pick.


The team that is second in the Premier League and 3rd in the Champions League is in "serious" need of players and fresh blood?

Nuno deserved it. I would never see Forest to compete for the UCL spot if it was not him who coached them. I'm still amazed with the performance of their team. They have low budget squad, but able to perform as good as billion squad owned by Chelsea.

It's weird if he was not winning the award, but he did it. I congratulate him for this. This looks small achievement for the big coach, but it means a lot for him. He can work better to keep it.

Alexander Isak has been fantastic this season with Newcastle for sure but I was thinking that Salah of Liverpool actually deserves this prize more than Isak do. I mean Mohamed Salah has made a superior performance than Isak having scored 7 goals with 7 assists in December with his team as leaders of the premier league table, while Isak had 8 goals with just 2 assists and that's for me not so good despite how fine Isak has performed Salah stats appear to be better than his for December.

No one but Alexander Isak deserves the guinness man of the match EPL award of last month. He made a tremendous impact in his team in all games throughout december and so I believe there shouldn't have been a different winner than him Isak.

Also, the Nottingham Forest boss was also recognised and awarded the manager of the month prize for december  and I think it's another one deserving for Espirito Santo who was able to filter through  to put his club in the top four position up until now, winning all five games in the last month.

I think This is the main reason for this league: if a team is playing well, then they have to keep their record strong. If they get weak in any two or four matches, then they will lose the title rope, and they will have to repeat it. It will take a long time to get stronger. This is the dream of every team, but the victory belongs only to the team that will work the hardest and keep its record strong. It will have a chance to win the title. That is why all the teams of Sari are strong and win every match by playing well. If it works hard on its own players, it can still be strong. Arsenal will have to balance between finding a new striker and maybe players at other positions too, and their club salary ceiling as well as avoid overspending that  is proven as biggest reason of financial issues and collapses in many clubs.

They can spend big money for buying one or some star players but they can perform good or bad for Arsenal and if after some seasons, no better performances of the team, no titles, these expensive transfers will be failures. By spending too much money for transfer costs and player salary, Arsenal finance will be worse than now.

They are seriously in need of players and that is one of the things that is affecting there players that they are unable to perform very well, they need fresh blood and instead of arteta going for attackers his busy defenders having defenders is good but balancing everything is very okay and when the club is balanced in all positions then the impact will be felt.


They will benefit from adding players but it is not even about young players because sometimes this young players don't have any experience and already people have believed in them, it is better they go for a player that is experienced and will give them exactly what they want, from last two season them became Manchester City rival and I was already thinking that this season we are not performing well arsenal will be the one to take advantage of this whole situation not know Liverpool was the next in line and arsenal really disappointed a lot.

Arsenal should be able to compete fiercely in the Premier League title race this season after in the previous 2 seasons they were always under the shadow of Manchester City, but what happened this season made me pessimistic about the quality of Arteta's coaching, as if he could not build a team mentality and also could not maintain consistency, I think this season is proof for Arteta, if he can't get the title it means he has failed.

The English Premier League is not an easy competition, the English Premier League teams are not the same as the French League teams, Liverpool's thoughts remain. You can never guarantee that Liverpool will win the Premier League title just because they are at the top of the points table. Apart from Liverpool, there are many other teams who are moving forward in the race for the Premier League title. If Liverpool performs poorly in some future matches, on the contrary, the teams in the number one or two positions of the points table perform well, then it will be seen that Liverpool is falling behind in the competition. We can say that Liverpool should finally maintain a consistent performance and their performance should never deteriorate. If they perform poorly then other teams in the Premier League will take that chance.

They're doing fine, if they were not, they won't have been in the top 4 currently, i admire Arteta's coaching strategy it's help him finish as runner ups consecutively but i wonder why he's not able to win much trophies with it, especially the EPL trophy. Anyways an improvement is needed even if it means bringing signing extra legs on loan to help them for the rest of the season, i noticed that ever since Saka was injured they don't really create chances from the flank and depend on goals from setpieces, well it paid off but not for too long since other teams have taken note of it and are very careful when playing against them. Nottingham Forest is one of the underdogs in the EPL that has shocked me this season, im still suprised at their current position and I'll be more shocked if they qualify for the Champions League next season, i doubt they will though, maybe sooner or later they'll start dropping points and go downwards on the table, well  only time would tell.

Regardless of what strategy Arteta will use at this time, what is clear is that Arteta must be able to make Arsenal's performance better in the rest of this season, because if there is still no sufficient change in the rest of this season, I am worried that Arsenal's position will be taken by another team like Nottingham Forest. Because Nottingham Forest's current number of points is the same as Arsenal's number of points, this has made Arsenal's position unsafe from Nottingham Forest's pursuit, which has so far been quite good at getting points in every match.

They have to sell some first. They have to rebalance their financial in order to add the new squad.

Talking about Arsenal's performance, they have been signing and selling so many times, yet nothing improved in their performance especially their mentality. Isn't it enough proving it doesn't matter what players they are signing, and the result will still the same?

I saw enough Arsenal. It doesn't matter how many players signed by them, the output will always be the same.

The Premier League is very competitive. If you can't maintain a good performance, it is not possible to win the title. There are several teams fighting for the title. At the same time, most of the teams in the Premier League are quite strong. Arsenal's squad needs to be strengthened if they want to win the title. They need to add more talented players to the squad. At the same time, Arsenal definitely needs to strengthen their bench team. They need to keep worthy replacements for the players in the squad. Otherwise, it will not be possible to win the title by dominating a competitive league like the Premier League.

Arsenal are quite impressive with their style of play but they have to do more if they must win a trophy. Being intentional about this pursuit for the title is what they must do. And to achieve this they just have to play every match as though it were their final. If the can play all matches with equal level of seriousness I believe they will add a title to their effort.

We all know how competitive the premier league is and every club at every point in time is desperate for a point, it's  either they need a point to retain their position or get closer to the top 4 or 5 or even stay above relegation zone so Arsenal treating every single match has their final will go a long way.
