From my personal point of view truly if Pep Guardiola leaves now it would be a welcome development for other premier league managers who had been trying to win the league but Man City outstanding performance courtesy of Pep Guardiola every season had hindered and elusive to those clubs , I think there would be a big opportunity for team like Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea to try winning the league, though Pep Guardiola had agreed a contract extension thus he would see through his contract till the end of the season probably if things turn around positively for the league after a four straight losses which had never happened in his entire career as a manager.

I don't see any reason for Pep Gaurdiola to retire from coaching as far as the media is concerned, but he was interested in national teams like England but the offer never happened because Pep Guardiola still wanted to be at the club.

Man City will definitely keep Pep Guardiola until he continues to do his best, meaning where he can continue to provide trophies, if for example Man City starts to decline I think the club management will consider again to extend his contract.

You are correct. if Guadiola didn't renew is contract with Manchester City, he can move to Brazil national team. he will be a nice move, because he will be very difficult if not Guadiola will win the world Cup for them 2026. because he as the experience and a coach and he will no what do and achieve the trophy.
