Consistency was a problem for Arsenal last season but I think what Arteta has done in the transfer market this summer is to improve on their weaknesses last season by recruiting several potential players who have the same quality as the core players so that there are no game changes when there is a rotation in the middle or at the end of the competition.
The power of money cannot change, but everything needs a process. After being handled by Arteta, there have been many positive changes for the Arsenal team, and I believe in the process that Arteta is doing to make Arsenal even better.
If Arsenal had enough experience player’s on bench last season, they will have won the premier league, it was very obvious why they couldn’t win the league, Arteta over used all his players, he didn’t give them enough rest, so at the end they couldn’t perform well again, if he had enough quality players on bench, they he will be able to rotate them and of them will be able to rest and prepare for their next match. We all saw how Pep Guardiola was changing his players last season, their are some major players which he will just allow them to play only first half and he will substitute them, just because he want them to rest. I can say lack of experience caused Arteta not to win the premier league last season, but let’s see what will happen next season, but am not expecting  Arsenal to be in form like last season.

This is not really a sound argument now since Chelsea had the most changes the past couple of years from top management. I would argue that they are still in the rediscovery phase but I'm glad that they seem to be moving in the right direction.
If Chelsea have moved in the right direction by trying to rediscover the strengths that have been lost to themselves, that will of course be very good for Chelsea because next season Chelsea must be able to compete in the top four of the standings. And it is also hoped by the fans that Chelsea must be able to disrupt the top of the standings next season with the players they have recruited at this time. I am also quite sure of the direction Chelsea are going now in order to prepare him for next season.

Despite outstanding performances shown by gallagher and the club is still deciding to sell him during the summer transfer season. Some clubs reportedly interested in signing him as a new midfielder. Westham and Tottenham are interested in Gallagher. Westham's recent sale of Rice to Arsenal suggests they may have the funds to win Gallagher's signature.. It's not yet clear how much fees that must be paid by westham to the chelsea for him. I knew that if gallagher is still having 2 years remaining on his contract with chelsea. So many chelsea fans are feeling no problem by seeing him to leave from the club.

gallagher has been winning a lot of trophies with chelsea. Gallagher has been staying in chelsea for 17 years. Finally, he must leave from the club as gallagher already agreed with the decision taken by the club to sell him to the rival.
He has become as good as mason mount. Leaving from chelsea as a professional football player. Chelsea's academic was able developing so many great talents.

Transfers within the Premier League itself always come at very high prices. Newcastle United bought Harvey Barnes from Leicester City for 44 million Euro. If this player played in another league, this money would definitely not be given.
Harvey Barnes was pretty successful last season. He made a name for himself both with his actions in the midfield and with the goals he scored. I'm sure he will be successful at Newcastle United. He will also play in Champions League, that would be a different challenge for him.

The Arsenal squad already has good quality, but as far as I know they don't fully have a winning mentality. Arsenal are still struggling to get out of the pressure like last season, but gradually this can be changed as the players mature.

The same thing happened to Manchester City in the Champions League, even Pep Guardiola admits it. In the end experience has given them the mentality that ultimately helped Manchester City win its first title. Arsenal also have the opportunity to do so, but of course they have to learn from past experiences.
Well they're still under the process  of building a very tough squad that would challenge for a very long time and that's why they hired Mikel Arteta who has a mentality for recruiting young talented  players as their manager, aslo because of the experience he's had under Pep Guardiola in Manchester City and if you observe there's a similarity in the style of play of both managers, and gradually Arteta would instil that winning mentality to his squad, they took everyone by surprise last year, and had a very good start at the early stages of the competition
and most people even thought they were going to win the league
though they lost their position to City and bottle it, too bad.
Left for me I think the squad is okay and strong enough to take on any team in the league but there's still some areas they need to strengthen which is the defence, and hopefully is going to be different this year because they've added some tough players into various areas of the squad and even introduced a player with a very good mentality in winning the ball, one thing i know for sure is that even if they don't win the league this season they'll very strong tittle contenders and would learn from their mistakes of last season.

Liverpool strengthened their midfield with new signings. According to media reports, Klopp wants to sign either Osimhen or Mbappe. Frankly, I think that under normal circumstances Liverpool's chances of winning the title next season are low, but if they manage to sign either Osimhen or Mbappe, they may have a chance to change everything in the Premier League. That's why their transfers to the forward zone are very important to them. If they manage to transfer a forward that can play in harmony with Salah and Nunez, they can be one of the ambitious teams in the league next season.

Again we hear news regarding Mbappe and Osimhen which is actually difficult for Liverpool to get one of these players, what we are hearing are rumours and the fact is that Liverpool have never met their representatives which means this rumor is weak or just a topic of news, we can speculate if the two parties have met, even if no agreement is reached at least we know Liverpool are serious and interested but so far not yet. I honestly agree with you that Liverpool need a new striker without a new striker I doubt they can compete even for 4th place it will be difficult, what is certain is that Mbappe and Osimhen have no chance of moving to Liverpool IMO, there are a lot of big clubs eyeing those who offer better places.

Instead of bringing in expensive players, Liverpool are rumored to be looking for a replacement for Fabinho  who will leave to Saudi Pro League, one of their targets was Joao Palhinha from Fulham this player has consistently recorded improvements since 2020 thus attracting the attention of Liverpool. Liverpool also has another candidate as an alternative, he is Romeo Lavia from Southampton but Liverpool are not the only ones interested in him there Arsenal in the races, we will see a final decision before September.

Now that is very clear, they performed very well and started everything well so that they could slowly climb to the first position in the standings, then there was an assumption that Arsenal would become champions to win the trophy last season. However, all these speculations have unfortunately been broken by the fact that in the end, as you said, Arsenal lost their balance towards the end of the season, they were very easily beaten even by some weak teams. This incident is very unfortunate when a trophy is in sight but they fail to reach it. So far I see that Arteta is really serious about improving his squad including the players on the bench and then I am very happy to see that Arsenal have now managed to bring in Declan Rice even though at a fantastic price from West Ham. I hope he will be a sharp player for Arsenal and hopefully help Arteta win titles from Manchester City. So with all the updates that have been made by Arsenal, I don't think there is any reason for the Gunners to experience another failure next season.
we still can't be sure that Arsenal will be very good and consistent in this season. Arteta's performance in building the team was indeed very good. we could see that in the last season. but he did not have enough players to rotate. when the player of his choice experienced problems, Arsenal's appearance seemed to decrease greatly. that was his mistake last season until Man City finally took back his position.
This season Arsenal did make several transfers. but that's not necessarily going to be enough to maintain his consistency in one season. I hope Arteta gets what he wants. the players he brought in at a high price should not be a wasted purchase.

The Arsenal team played well last season. And Mikel Arteta played an important role behind it. His match technique was outstanding. At the same time, Mikel Arteta was able to strengthen the bond between the players. This is why Arsenal's performance was stable. But at the end of the season, Arsenal team lost truck due to injuries of several players. This is why Arsenal failed to win the title. Mikel Arteta must try to stabilize the team. At the same time, the squad should also be strengthened by adding more experienced players to the team. Arsenal also need to tighten up the defense a bit.

I would say Arsenal played well in the last season from the start of the season until the last few weeks but in the end, it seems they didn't give enough potential to continue their good performance and that's why Arsenal failed to win the title. I think after spending money on this team and hiring better and more expensive players, they are now in the situation to have a better chance for the next season.

I think those were important players for Liverpool but not at the levels to impact Liverpool game play.I am sure that the substituting players will not make this be felt in the field. It is very important for Liverpool to act fast and transfer some good players while they are still available as if they leave it for the last moments they may not find such players and be forced to continue with young players from their academy. If that is the case then Liverpool in this upcoming season will most probably not be fighting for any title and should be happy with whatever results they get.
I don't believe Liverpool are the team that will be fighting for the title next season so I wouldn't consider them as the favorites for the title. Regardless of what other users think, I think Liverpool have been a lot different and they have a lower chance of winning the title.

Liverpool have brought in some quality players to prepare for next season, but once again I believe they will not easily win the title as long as Manchester City are still dominating. Arsenal can be said to have more chances to win the title than Liverpool, but I can consider Liverpool to be in the top 4 at the end of the season.

I don't know, there are many examples where money can't fix the fact that a team can't become champions. Arteta may not have picked the right time, when the team at the end of the season was not as full of energy as it was at the beginning of the season. Both money and new players won't be able to fix anything if the situation repeats itself, but I think that Arteta should draw conclusions.

Did you know that Liverpool's performance will be impacted by Henderson and Fabinho's absence? I believe the answer is yes because this player is one of the best on the team. Without good players, the team's performance will be very poor, even though I am unable to judge the team's performance given that Sadio Mane's departure caused them to finish in the top four of the Premier League. Now that they are about to lose another player, this will have an impact on Liverpool's performance in the upcoming season.

It's very clear to say that a team's performance will suffer if one of their mainstay players leaves, there will be many voids in it. as you said that it will be bad for the team's journey if they can't get the right candidate, and if Klopp can't get the right replacement then Liverpool will lose the balance in every game. Now Henderson has accepted an offer from the Saudi Arabian club and is now waiting for Liverpool to negotiate a transfer fee for his departure. Meanwhile, Fabinho is also being linked with Al Ittihad, and the Saudi Arabian club has reportedly made an offer of around 47 million euros to Liverpool. It is one that most likely will be deemed too good to turn down, and Liverpool will not waste this opportunity to make a profit there. Despite all the news I'm a little worried about Liverpool's performance next season, I hope that Klopp will get the right replacement or something better to help the team's development in every competition.

The 2023/2024 premier league will be more thrilling and unexpected because the Chelsea team, which many other teams were defeating in any case during the 2022/2023 season league, has grown stronger in preseason games. However, if it is true that Chelsea are in a better position to play the premier league very well, then there will be a significant challenge.

Everyone will say that next season's Premier League will be more prestigious and more interesting than last season, and this is certain. Several elite clubs will put in significant performances especially for Arsenal and Manchester City looking to strengthen their game further to defend the title. To be honest for Chelsea I wouldn't get my hopes up too much about what they will show, I think it's quite difficult with the current state of Chelsea to be able to give a significant performance next season. But nothing is impossible and on the pitch anything can happen.

I am still looking at Manchester city, arsenal and Manchester united this would be the teams to actually drag for the English premier league and I am still going for Manchester city to lift the league but it would be heavily contested.
It's laughable seeing how you excluded teams like Chelsea, Liverpool in the title race for next season only because they never a great performance in the previous season. You don't judge the worthiness of a club to perform well or not by one bad season they encountered. For the past dacade Chelsea as a club has been one of the most successful decorated club both in England and Europe maybe you don't know. For what I can express, the EPL is going to be more competitive next season than it has ever been with Newcastle united now contending in the top four EPL table increasing the number of contenders for the top. It's going to be hot.

Manchester city will definitely surprise people in this season again, because the way the coach is comfortable about his players showed that he has prepared them to still dominate in this season. Despite, the new players some teams are bringing into their team in this summer, I don't think it will stop Manchester city not to embrace this premier league title because their goalkeeper is a potential keeper that know how to save the team in a difficult time, which he has done it in many competition just to help the team to lift the title. I don't think, Arsenal will still be able to maintain that second position they managed to embraced last season, because there are many strong teams busy signing new potential players in this summer to drag that position from Arsenal in this season.

Liverpool strengthened their midfield with new signings. According to media reports, Klopp wants to sign either Osimhen or Mbappe. Bringing Osimhen from Napoli this season seems impossible to achieve. Because now Osimhen seems to have planned to extend his contract at Napoli. Although actually Osimhen's contract at Napoli is still long, namely until 2025. But it seems that Osimhen has discussed an agreement to extend the contract until 2027. or extended for 2 seasons. And of course Osimhen will also get a sizeable salary increase at Napoli. So for now Osimhen will definitely not intend to leave Napoli. So I think Liverpool are a bit unlikely to sign Osimhen. Unless Liverpool have big funds and make enough offers that are expected by Napoli.

Likewise with Mbappe. Currently Mbappe is closer to joining Real Madrid. Because Real Madrid have been targeting Mbappe since last season. And I think Mbappe's side and Real Madrid may have spoken privately between the two parties. Because remembering Mbappe who remains reluctant to extend his contract at PSG. There must be a reason behind all of Mbappe's decisions to refuse the contract extension. And PSG certainly doesn't want to lose Mbappe for free next season when his contract expires. So that now PSG has indeed opened the door to clubs that are able to pay the ransom for the transfer price set by PSG. and right now it seems that Real Madrid are at the forefront of the queue for Mbappe's signature. And Liverpool may have to line up for this. except once again Liverpool made a surprise by agreeing to the transfer fee desired by PSG. Then Liverpool can definitely overtake Real Madrid to get Mbappe. But I don't think Liverpool will dare to pay Mbappe's very expensive transfer fee.

Not Ten Hag and his players, but I think Manchester City is the strongest competitor for Arsenal and in fact, Manchester City has a better chance of winning the Premier League title now that Guardiola has taken over the team and the improvements they have made. In the past few years since Guardiola has joined this team, they have won the premier league on several occasions and they can win it again in the near future.
There's numerous managers that pull a big threat for Mikel Arteta, not only Pep Guardiola. The gunners did an amazing job by portraying a competitive race against the cityzens. Let's say, Gunners ran out of luck towards ending of the league campaign, they started with an impressive start, and not ending lifting the title is something that baffles both the coach, the players and leaving the supporters hope and chant shattered. However they could always returned back to the league with more additional performance, Mikel Arteta is using this time to fixed the weak spots on his squad.

perhaps I can't guarantee that the Gunners are still in condition following their pre-season loss to Manchester United, Mikel Arteta has a lot of work to do for his team.
Another factor is the different mentality of opposing teams have against them next season. They came out last season as pretty much the underdog so majority of us didn't really think that they would be in a position to compete for the title. A lot of teams were probably caught off-guard too but that won't be the case anymore.

It's impossible for liverpool to sign mbappe at this moment. As reported by romano if al hilal has been sending 300 millions bid for mbappe. Will liverpool wanna send more bid compared with al hilal? I don't even think liverpool will get him.
Al hilal is definitely beating all the competitors to sign mbappe in the future with its first bid. Even real madrid is not even willing to spend so much money like that for mbappe. Osimhen remains a viable option for Liverpool, contingent on Klopp's willingness to shell out at least 100 million. I don't even think this is possible to happen. We shall wait until there will be a bid come from liverpool to the napoli for osimhen. Even napoli wanna increasing osimhen's release clause but osimhen rejected it.

Yes, for osimhen but no for mbappe as liverpool cannot beat 300 millions bid from al hilal.
