Newcastle are trying to increase the quality of their squad as much as possible. It isn't going on just as I dreamed though. Because I thought they would bring some much bigger names by being more convincing after finishing the season in top 4 and making it to the Champions League group stage.

Still the players they have signed so far are really decent young players. After a defensive midfielder signing like Tonali their bringing Harvey Barnes too will make their attacking line stronger. I wonder if this is a project to make the team younger in time.

Yes, you can be sure it will be difficult for Chelsea and Liverpool, especially for Chelsea who have to change a lot and this takes time to improve under the new coach Mauricio Pochettino. You can see that Chelsea's transfer direction is now good, not carelessly buying players like the previous season. Because buying a player is like gambling, not all experienced players can immediately get chemistry at their new club, and not all potential players immediately perform badly at their new club.

we have to be realistic for this season, even though Man United and Arsenal are building strong squads but Man City's dominance seems difficult for opponents. because this season is the prime peak of Man City. They dominated the English League for six years, and only once did they not get the EPL title when it was picked up by Liverpool. Almost every season, Man City has never failed to win the title. Last season they were also able to catch Man United's two achievements in one season, Treble and Three-peat EP. So it's only natural that this season Man City remains the favorite to win the EPL league title.

Of course we hope Chelsea can be stronger next season after they slumped last season. Many Chelsea players have been sold to other teams in this transfer window. But look at the friendly match against Brighton where Chelsea game was better and quite organized in that match. Yes, Pouchettino certainly welcomed this result quite happily because his first debut with Chelsea started with a win even though it happened in a friendly match.

Apart from that, we have seen a more aggressive tactic developed by Pouchettino in the Chelsea game where they are so focused on making lots of shots at goal when they has the ball. So if Chelsea plays a game like this match in the EPL next season I think Chelsea can compete again in the top 4 next season.

Football games are not decided by the tactics a team uses on the field of play; rather, they are decided by the type of players a team possesses who will work well with the techniques the coach wishes to employ. The players on a team may not be able to play according to the coach's ideal style of play, despite the coach's best efforts to make them play like Manchester City? Every team in the premier league should play the way they know best

Advising a team to use Manchester City tactics won't work because every team has a pattern that works for them. Without first figuring out how to build their team and counter those teams whose tactics cause them to lose games when playing against them, they can't start to divert their tactics to another club's tactics.

Newcastle United is cooking a competitive team 2x stronger and better than the previous season performance and @google+ you're right saying Barnes made a right choice moving to Newcastle s they are not just competing in the champion's league next season but also in the EPL they now have an eye for the top four position on the EPL table and just like Leicester city in the 2015/16 season I won't be surprised seeing Newcastle united winning the EPL title two seasons from now with the pace at which they club management are building the club.  This was how Chelsea took up the stage winning titles all over Europe when  Roman Abramovich took over the club in 2003 putting Chelsea at a limelight in the EPL and Europe.

Last season was the best chance for Arsenal to lift the trophy as the underdogs, the last time something similar happened when majority of the top 6 teams were playing badly that season, Leicester city won the title after Chelsea ended the hopes of Tottenham Hotspur to win the title at the last day of the tournament when Eden Hazard destroyed the Tottenham Hotspur team. Arsenal thew their opportunity away after Manchester city gifted them the trophies but because of the lack of experience from Arteta, he floped and gave his boss (Pep Guardiola) the tittle. Last season wasn't a good one for the top premier league clubs as smaller teams were dominating.

But this season is going to be different because you can see the top teams trying to make adjustments to their squad and teams like Chelsea is letting go of all the old players that are feeling too big to play for the club and recruiting new youngster to play for them. Liverpool are also in the transfer market looking for players to revive the club as well as Arsenal strengthening their midfield to be able to compete for the title next season. It'll be a shame to the premier league if Manchester city wins it again making it a fourth consecutive wins which is exactly what's happening at the other leagues that we're calling farmers leagues.

Although Chelsea didn't win the match with a big gap of scores, we must appreciate them. They look like playing more effectively now, they can score more accurately. Just look at the stats, actually Brighton has more shoot attempts. Brighton made 14 shoots, 8 shoots on the target. While Chelsea only made 10 shoots, 4 on the target. Surprisingly, Chelsea can score 4 goals but Brighton scored 3 goals only. Nkunku, Mudryk, Jackson, and Gallagher have contributed for the goals. With this result, we can assume that Chelsea possibly perform better in the next season.

I'm not certain about the proficiency of Chelsea preseason but with the number of players they have signed, Pochettino can actually kick start the Premier League without any fear of been beating by other teams, he has cook good guys into the team he needed, there still more than 6 weeks before the transfer window close and after that, they wouldn't be able to do much except there is already discussion about a player they have already had underground but I can say that with the team they have already, I'm satisfied with Chelsea concortion and Liverpool is very still in good shape, but I'm not confident about their position in the coming season.


Manchester City don't needed a vulcanizer to improved the team, Guardiola has the players he needed and he has strengthen his Midfielders, so he is good to go and Erik didn't even stress yesterday when the play against Arsenal in the friendly match, the more I look into their yesterday moves, they have should stay in between second or third place till the end of the season or perhaps first place in the table, they have that energy.

Newcastle United's success in bringing in Barnes will make the Newcastle United squad even stronger in the next season. I see him as a quality player who can develop quite well with Newcastle United next season. Two midfielders were successfully brought in by Newcastle United this season. Previously, it was star Ac Milan Tonali, who had joined the Newcastle United squad earlier. Newcastle United are still active in this transfer window to sign a few more players as they will be playing in several competitions next season.

Now for Barnes he got the right team for his next career because Newcastle United will play in the Champions League next season which is a good opportunity for him to show his quality in next season's Champions League competition. Maybe after seeing the reshuffle that has occurred in the transfer market it is likely that Newcastle United will be stronger next season in the EPL in competition at the top of the standings.

I would've been surprised if City didn't win the league. I know that Arsenal were on the summit of the table for nearly the entire season, but during that period i still believed that City would win the EPL title. Manchester City know exactly what needs to be done in order to win the league, thus once it gets to the final part of the season, they get into gear and become unstoppable. Arsenal put on a great show last season, but it just wasn't enough.

City are yet again favorites for the title, but with the good business that Arsenal have done this summer, they will be one of the contenders for the title, this new season will even be more competitive than last season, and the big clubs would want to make sure that City do not win it again.

It is definitely going to be a tough season for everyone and that includes Chelsea and Liverpool, although both teams has actually had a good transfer market and the market hasn't ended yet meaning that they can still get more players into their team.

I am still looking at Manchester city, arsenal and Manchester united this would be the teams to actually drag for the English premier league and I am still going for Manchester city to lift the league but it would be heavily contested.

Last season was competitive and interesting, I was surprise to see Manchester City win the league. At the beginning of the season when Arsenal was performing well, I was expecting Arsenal to drop in performance before the middle of the season just the way they do every season, but I was just surprise that Arsenal continued with their incredible performance till middle of the season and they were using reasonable points to lead Manchester City that was in second position, so all my taught was that Arsenal will win the league, I was just surprise when I saw Manchester City covering up the space which Arsenal gave them. Arsenal performance got worst when the season has ended already, they made Manchester City won the league even before the last match was played.

It's a difficult start for Chelsea to begin the season away at Anfield Road. I believe there are better places to find out where you stand at the beginning of a new season.

But this is already a hot game between two teams who want to avoid as good as possible to start into the new season with a loss. Klopp would be immediately discussed everywhere and the question would be whether Liverpool will again be as weak as they were last season and especially the first months of the last season. 

Chelsea does seem to be improving, but I don't think their performance will be the same when the Premier League officially rolls around. Chelsea's first match will be difficult because Liverpool is an equally good team, even Chelsea does not have a higher probability of winning than Liverpool even though Chelsea are playing at home.

Yesterday Chelsea managed to beat Brighton with a score of 4-3, but if you remember that they had to concede 2 goals vs 10 Brighton players, then Chelsea's defense is not entirely good at the moment. Pochettino must improve the mentality of his players and the quality of his defense, and this is very possible to improve.

I agree that Kane would have been a good transfer for Manchester United, but they have Bayern competing with them for that striker and I think Bayern would not shy away from raising their offer if they need to. It is said that Kane already gave his word to Bayern, but who knows if that is true. It is complicated to make a prediction about how Manchester United will do in the next season and when Kane wants nothing more but titles, I think that Bayern would be the better choice for him. What are the chances that Manchester United wins a title next season? The chances are probably low. They might have a chance to win the FA Cup, but I doubt that they are strong enough win the Champions League or the Premier League.

Pep Guardiola is one of the best coaches in Europe right now and he can adapt his strategy whenever he feels the need to. Manchester City is also supported by a lot of quality players so it's not too difficult for them to win the game even if their opponents play tough in defense, but on many occasions we can see them find loopholes to win the game.

Manchester City is the favorite team for next season even though many Premier League teams are building the quality of their teams with several new players. I'm not sure many teams can stop Manchester City's dominance of the Premier League, but it is always possible because football is a team game which in reality can produce different results when they fight together to win or avoid defeat.

I feel United has made every signings they needed to have but the only one they need to do now is a striker. There is no dire need since Rashford can fill the position and he has done a great job last season as well. Still I think there needs to be a striker who can give them lot of goals like Harry Kane. I don't know what happened but United actually had Harry Kane in list. I think Harry Kane is a safe and a very good target as he has got PL experience and scores at least 20 goals per season. He is a proper team player up in attack which can really give United a strong edge. Also 100m will be like money well spent for United.

Expect to create a blockbuster in this transfer period. Looking at the massive shopping rivals, I feel worried for Man United. They have recruited midfielder Mason Mount from Chelsea and goalkeeper Onana from Inter Milan. Ten Hag is urging Man United transfer department to quickly deal with the future of unnecessary players to get more transfer budget. Although the top priority was indicated as the immediate need to add a top-class striker to fill the void left by Cristiano Ronaldo, coach Erik Ten Hag insists the club will not panic shopping in this transfer window. Their ability to score at the moment is inferior. Marcus Rashford is their mainstay but has only scored six goals in the Premier League. Perhaps Erik Ten is cautious with this choice. Otherwise, they are just burning money.

Although in the end Chelsea's four goals had to be paid for by goalkeeper Kepa who also concede three goals, right
Because I missed this match that's why I was curious about the four goals as you said and it seems you forget to explain the final score of the match, but after know the final score it turned out to be a narrow 4-3 win for Chelsea
Nothing special in my opinion because in the end Brighton also managed to score a goal in this match
