Arsenal is one of the most successful clubs in England in this season's transfer window. They have strengthened and reinforced their squad and that is exactly what is needed to be able to win a trophy. Last season Arsenal competed very well against Manchester City, but it is due to their lack of squad depth that was the reason why they did not win any trophy. I think that is what they want to solve this season with this squad depth they have now, they can be able to compete for a title next season.
Arsenal is in fact the most successful team talking about this season's transfer window but the big question is: is that a guarantee that they will succeed when the league begins? Chelsea is one if not the most successful team during last season transfer window but we all know how it ended at the end of the season. What matters now is the players adaptation to the team style of play and the couch role too.

Arsenal will have serious competition primarily from Man City... Newcastle, Man U, Liverpool also showed great results at the end of last season... So I wouldn't count much on Arsenal being able to repeat the same success as last season again... But it will be very interesting to see how the new players can help...
Manchester City and Manchester United will be the toughest competitors for Arsenal to get to the top until the end of the season because the two clubs are quite dominating and for Manchester City itself it is clear that they are the champions for the 2022/23 season so Arsenal must work hard to get to the top.
Even though having several new players does not guarantee that Arsenal can lead the standings to win the championship because the new players will actually make Arsenal have to work even harder with player adaptation and also create better collaborative game tactics than before.

I think Man U can't be compared to Man City... Man City is the most serious club in the EPL right now... I would put Man U next to Liverpool, Newcastle and Arsenal, although all of these clubs can get to the top... But the most important thing is to stay in first place until the end... Arsenal set a bad example last season...

Arsenal has made numerous signings this summer, which is a reference to the club's ability to adapt to any market condition. Mikel Arteta signed even more important players this summer, and their presence has already posed a threat to the veteran players, who will be extremely competitive for regular game time next season. Rumours have circulated concerning Thomas Partey's likely departure from Emirates Stadium this summer, but the manager, Mikel Arteta, has said unequivocally that he intends to keep the Ghanaian in his squad. He's undoubtedly an important player for his project, and he mentioned that he'd be thrilled if the midfielder stayed.

Arsenal's performance last season surprised everyone. Despite not winning the title, this team performed brilliantly. They battled Manchester City for the title. However, several weaknesses were visible in their squad. And if they don't fix the issues this season too, the team has no chance of winning the title. Arsenal will definitely need to strengthen their bench team. Last season the squad had no viable replacements when a player was injured. And this is why Arsenal's performances towards the end of the season were not consistent. Arsenal management should add young talented players to their squad.

I will seriously want Arsenal to repeat their success and become a serious contender for title this season only if they are focused. It is not about chasing all the trophies and titles for the season. If Arsenal can pedal down their target to 1 trophy. Be it English Premier League title or the Emirates FA Cup, it will be very nice. They can even decide to drop out from The Champions League and target the Europa League just for them to be able to win title this season.

If you were watching the statement that was coming from hojlund if hojlund itself who compares him with haaaland. I hink that you can find such statement easily as some news were reporting it. Any striker can be compared between each other even though these strikers are playing in the different league. In my opinion if haaland is far higher compared with hojlund at this moment. MU couldn't afford an expensive striker, so they tried to find an affordable one and ended up with Hojlund. That's why ten hag sees hojlund as the best pick for upcoming season. Hojlund's price was not so expensive and it's also having good stats last season.
Hojlund has worse scoring record and any comparison will be very odds. He and newspaper content writers can make comparisons they see fit but the fact is such comparisons are not reasonable and not based on solid records, stats to prove their comparisons are right.

Ten Hag wants to have a big man as his striker because it is one of his option to break down opponent defense system when other tactical choices don't work. I could be wrong but I guess that Ten Hag only plans to use Hojlund this way and does not consider Hojlund as a constant main striker for Manchester United. It is risky to put such big be Ten Hag will try with some early matches of season and if results are bad, we know what role of the player will be later.

We can't compare him to Haaland based on quality of course Haaland is better but Manchester United know what they want and Rasmus Hojlund was still young has great potential for improvement player 20 year old who has scored 6 goals for Denmark in 6 matches of course we cannot ignore this achievement. We don't know how his career will be in the next 3 years when he is 23 years old like Haaland is now who knows these two players will become competitors when they are in the right team like Manchester United , I don't think it's a bad decision to take him for 50 or 60 million.

As long as Pep Guardiola's demands are met at the team he goes he is able to bring successes to that team most of the time. He has been managing only top teams maybe and we haven't seen him at a lower level team. Most probably we won't as well. However I still don't think this makes him a manager to have doubts about.

He is a very successful quality manager. He just needs a lot of money to build the kind of a team he would like.  Grin  He can find that kind of a budget at only rich teams as a result. He has finally achieved the Champions League title with Manchester City as well and achieved his main target too.
Yes, because he's a coach who may have a high selling price so it's impossible for a lower-tier club to be able to buy him to train a lower-tier club, only top and rich clubs can afford him to train Manchester City, I think we all also know that he is a great coach who can bring Manchester City to a treble winner last season.

Unless he as a coach doesn't have any reputation and there is a bad reputation of course the selling price is very cheap and bottom clubs can afford it, this is all talking about reputation and selling points, so indeed Pep Guardiola is only right at the richest club so he can buy the great players he wants to make his club a scary club and can win European championships and domestic leagues.

I don't believe Guardiola would want to change teams. Everything is fine with the Manchester City team at the moment. He is the boss of this team. The players respect him a lot. I'm sure we'll see a few more great seasons. If he goes to another team one day, it could be Barcelona.
I also still really want to see Pep Guardiola train Manchester City and still haven't thought about which team he will go to in the future, because Manchester City is now more suitable for how to train Pep Guardiola so that the team will definitely continue to work with Pep Guardiola in the long term as long as the team can continue to be at a better level in the seasons to come.
Personally I think a good coach or manager like Guordiola should change club for another new challenge to prove his worth as one of the best manager in the world having achieved his aim and  objectives at Man City, Barcelona, Bayern Munich though couldn't win UCL with Bayern Munich but with Man City he had won every trophies except the World club cup which I believe he will win in December, there are equally good club in Europe where he can prove his mettle to win UCL trophy, club like PSG is a perfect choice for him because they have the financial resources and capacity with quality players in their yet they couldn't win UCL trophy,
in the end everyone admits that Guardiola is one of the best players after successfully bringing Man City to the treble title but in the past some people doubted Guardiola talent when he couldn't give anything at Man City.
now let just take positive thoughts about Guardiola that in reality he is a great coach with so much experience but even so he has a bad thing that I really don't like, namely when he has achieved what he want, for example the champions league title after that he will leave his team. well, this is what I didn't like about Guardiola from the past and it might happen for Man City.
we can only hope that Guardiola doesn't actually leave City until the season is over.

I think that was a response from arsenal to the result of last season. I meant arsenal was a bottle club. That thing has been repeating 4 times. I think that you have seen how arsenal was making domination in the early till mid game but it lost its strength at the end of season.
Manchester city was again and again winning the EPL title. Arsenal is not even consistent. I think that arteta gets triggered caused by last season's result. He signed many players to have backup in case Arsenal faced a similar situation.. It's a shame to see how arsenal was losing the race in getting EPL title last season. It will be so dumb if arteta will not strengthen its club for the upcoming season. The new history being made by arsenal to spend a lot of money to buy the players.
Arsenal was rarely doing this thing before. It's surprising me to see how arsenal is really becoming aggressive in hunting the new player. Let's see whether there will be a new name to come soon or not.

The main thing is obviously quality and then money the combination of both will bring success. If we only talk about money obviously there is no guarantee a club can win the title, in the Premier League we have one example they are Chelsea who spent €611 million last season which brings about 14 players and we know Chelsea won nothing even out of top 10 while their competitors spent less yet managed to finish in the top 4 they are Newcastle United who spent €185 million last season, Arsenal €192 million and Manchester united  €243 million. If we combine the total expenses of these 3 clubs, this is equivalent to Chelsea spending last season.

Manchester City only spent €152 million last season including Haaland in it, the difference is that Manchester City has built a team a few seasons ago so they only need to strengthen lines that are considered weak or have gaps. What's surprising is Newcastle they started quickly and on a lower budget and in my opinion they deserve to be called the best club last season., they don't use a combination of money but a combination of strategy and cohesiveness. I'm curious how they are going through this new season with more challenges and schedules of course.

Guardiola will end up leaving Manchester City by the end of his contract or a couple of years later or if he sees that managing a national team might be interesting for him, if the offer was interesting eventually
It is very possible that the coach of Manchester city will like to take up a new challenge in a new league with a new club, trying to lead them to win the champions League the local League as he has done in Barcelona and Manchester city. Since he became the coach of Manchester city, he has raised the status of the club from the regular club to a world-class club and many clubs will be privileged to have Guardiola as their coach. I do not see him as someone who will like to be the coach to a national team.

Guardiola is a talented coach that has something meaningful to offer to any team he join, which is the reason Manchester city is still dominating in premier league and other competitions, because there is a coach that know how to impact new skills to player. If Manchester city coach contract end today, he will not find it difficult to get a team to coach, because many teams has heard about his past record which they will like to have him in their team so that he can help them to break some record by winning some titles. Based on Guardiola level now, I don't think he will like to accept any national offer because the money they will be paying him in that national team will be too small compare the amount of money he is receiving from big team.
Apart from that, it cannot be denied that Guardiola is a coach who likes new challenges, when he used to be successful with Barcelona but he also needs to find new experiences, as well as at this time does not rule out Guardiola leaving Manchester City after the success he has achieved.
But in my opinion even if Guardiola leaves the Man City team this team will still be strong and be at the top of the Premier League standings, although not as strong as now, it's all because the Man City team has been built with a strong foundation and a long process.
Guardiwala has turned Manchester City into a consistent team. When Guardiwala first took charge of Manchester City, Manchester City was not doing so well. It took a lot of hard work and strategy for the former Barcelona manager to bring Manchester City from a first position to such a position. Manchester City is now one of the best teams in the English Premier League after a long effort. As Guardiwala always likes to take on new challenges, he may not stay at Manchester City for long and may take charge of another team. Guardiwala has turned Manchester City into a consistent team, so if another manager takes charge of this team, the performance of the team should not be so bad, but Manchester City may not find a manager like Guardiwala.

Yes, he does have a track record that is always with the big teams in his coaching career, Barcelona, Bayern Munich are the names of the giant teams in each league, and currently he is with one of the new giants in the English League. I say Mamchester City is a new giant because they were born far from the teams that first competed here. I don't mean to differentiate, because they can also show extraordinary achievements.
You are right, although he is a coach who has always been with the big teams, but that does not diminish in the slightest that he is one of the best coaches I have ever seen in the world of football.

Guardiola level makes him deserve to be with a club that is able to facilitate all his desires to form a squad capable of competing in the title race, Guardiola has succeeded in doing so armed with the philosophy and tactics he uses to change the team's game according to his wishes. Lower level teams that want to bring in Guardiola will be seen as joking by football fans and observers, small teams might be able to bring in Guardiola by fulfilling his salary demands but they are unable to facilitate Guardiola with quality players.

Manchester City had brought in quality players before Guardiola came, the coaches who had handled Manchester City were always equipped with quality players but none of them were able to give the Champions League trophy to Manchester City. Only in the Guardiola Era were Manchester City able to achieve great success, just look at it like PSG who always bring in quality players, so far they have never been able to win the UCL trophy.
There is no guarantee that a squad filled with star players can win titles without the support of a great coach, and vice versa. However, Guardiola existence has given Manchester City a big advantage.

Pep Guardiola's achievement since become Manchester City manager in 2016

  • 5x Primer League tittles
  • 4x EFL Cup
  • 2x FA Cup
  • 1x UEFA Champion League

Actually Pep Guardiola will collect many tittles few years later with Manchester City and I don't management won't extend his contract, Pep Guardiola have been success manager with Manchester City actually after winning Champion League tittle and how City dominance in Primer League since last 6 years after Pep arriving he miss one season for winning Primer League tittles.
Pep Guardiola is a fantastic coach, but he would never guide a team that does not have the funds to buy world-class players because he understands that good and quality players are the consequence of practically all football triumphs.

Aside from that, he is a coach with good tactics and a love for winning trophies, which is why he is always good at signing the player that he believes will be good for his club regardless of the money spent to get the player.

His arrival at Manchester City has drastically transformed the team, as they are now regarded among the best in the world and have won the Champions League for the first time.
