I've seen many clubs that are successful not because of their big name or because they are full of star players. But they succeed because of the good relationships they have with each other, with the team officials as a whole, and that has a huge impact on their chemistry on the pitch. In reality, we are presented with many clubs that have big names and star players, but they fail to do their best. I probably don't have to say the name of the club because I'm sure we can judge for ourselves.
There are many reasons and factors, and it must be sought by every club, and now Manchester City can find one or more of the many factors that ultimately make them successful. I also see patience from Mamchester City management who trust the process carried out by the coach.
Indeed. The past football season proved that a roster full of all-stars isn't necessary for success. That was demonstrated by clubs like Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United. However, teams like Newcastle and Arsenal show how a cohesive unit may achieve greater success than a collection of individual players. Look at Newcastle, who beat the odds and qualified for the Champions League. People didn't give them a chance, but they surprised everyone by beating teams with more stars via consistency and teamwork. Their winning formula may include factors such as harmonious team dynamics, skilled leadership and instruction, and even a positive team spirit. Things like this are often overlooked, but they are crucial to any team's success. Therefore, having stars is insufficient. The alignment of the stars plays a role as well.
Therefore, in this case to achieve a good club does not only refer to the problem of expensive players.
Indeed, in this case we also know that with the presence of big players in 1 club it can improve the performance and quality of the average player but on the other hand this is also not a problem with individuals alone but also with the overall chemistry of coaches and players and cohesiveness that makes more value.
Playing with 1 person as an attraction for a club will be very difficult to face 11 players with a team style so in this case the scheme, chemistry and cohesiveness must be maintained in order to get something good in terms of performance.

I don't believe Guardiola would want to change teams. Everything is fine with the Manchester City team at the moment. He is the boss of this team. The players respect him a lot. I'm sure we'll see a few more great seasons. If he goes to another team one day, it could be Barcelona.
I also still really want to see Pep Guardiola train Manchester City and still haven't thought about which team he will go to in the future, because Manchester City is now more suitable for how to train Pep Guardiola so that the team will definitely continue to work with Pep Guardiola in the long term as long as the team can continue to be at a better level in the seasons to come.
Personally I think a good coach or manager like Guordiola should change club for another new challenge to prove his worth as one of the best manager in the world having achieved his aim and  objectives at Man City, Barcelona, Bayern Munich though couldn't win UCL with Bayern Munich but with Man City he had won every trophies except the World club cup which I believe he will win in December, there are equally good club in Europe where he can prove his mettle to win UCL trophy, club like PSG is a perfect choice for him because they have the financial resources and capacity with quality players in their yet they couldn't win UCL trophy,

I think the logical reason why Rasmus Hojlund chose to join the Man United squad over PSG is that he wants a place in the main squad, and doesn't want to be a cover for anyone. Moreover, the presentation is that he is more likely to join United because Hojlund has reached a personal agreement first. At PSG it will be difficult for Hojlund to compete with Neymar and Mbappe if the two names are still there next season.

Man United really need new power in the stirker position for now, but they seem to need to release several players more quickly to get more funds to complete Hojlund's move to Old Traford. Ten Hag had to take a stand to streamline the red devil squad because several players did not make a significant contribution last season, especially their captain Harry Maguire.

Yes Hojlund is needed to replace Anthony Martial because these players often get injured so they can't be relied on the problem is that Manchester United cannot afford to pay if Atlanta asks for 80 million here PSG can take over because they have sufficient funds. Atalanta as the owner certainly wants to get more funds while Hojlund will get more opportunities if he joins Manchester United , the news is that Atalanta is willing to lower the transfer fee to 60 million but so far we haven't heard any further information. As you said Manchester has to let go of some players , Anthony Martial or Harry Maguire could be alternatives.

This Danish forward is really talented and I'm sure Manchester United can invest in this player for the next years because Hojlund is a 20y old player and he had a good performance in Atalanta.
However other than Manchester United, this player is also linked to PSG.

Seeing this difference in percentages confirms that Manchester United will be the winner in the hunt for the transfer of Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta. Even though PSG had arrived late, they didn't move so quickly to convince Atalanta in this transfer and if PSG could exceed the offer that Atalantam wanted, they might be able to beat Manchester United this time.

But indeed Rasmus Hojlund seems more interested in playing in the EPL and because of that he seems happy with Manchester United's interest. On the other hand, if he comes to Manchester United, it is certain that he will get a starting place next season for the striker position. I think it's a better advantage to join Manchester United, especially since the team handled by Erik ten Hag is very ripe for next season.

Guardiola will end up leaving Manchester City by the end of his contract or a couple of years later or if he sees that managing a national team might be interesting for him, if the offer was interesting eventually
It is very possible that the coach of Manchester city will like to take up a new challenge in a new league with a new club, trying to lead them to win the champions League the local League as he has done in Barcelona and Manchester city. Since he became the coach of Manchester city, he has raised the status of the club from the regular club to a world-class club and many clubs will be privileged to have Guardiola as their coach. I do not see him as someone who will like to be the coach to a national team.

Guardiola is a talented coach that has something meaningful to offer to any team he join, which is the reason Manchester city is still dominating in premier league and other competitions, because there is a coach that know how to impact new skills to player. If Manchester city coach contract end today, he will not find it difficult to get a team to coach, because many teams has heard about his past record which they will like to have him in their team so that he can help them to break some record by winning some titles. Based on Guardiola level now, I don't think he will like to accept any national offer because the money they will be paying him in that national team will be too small compare the amount of money he is receiving from big team.

Regarding striker position previously Manchester United has several candidate to buy such as Harry Kane and Victor Osimhen but these players has expensive price which makes it impossible for Manchester United to buy them so that's why Ten Hag have looking for other alternatives to gets the player on that position and lately Rasmus Hojlund was linked to Manchester United this because Ten Hag was very impress to his performance during play for Atalanta

Indeed in the term of quality Hojlund still below to Haaland because his goals records too last season is not too impressive because Hojlund only can able to scored 9 goals in Serie A but because he is still young 20 years old and he can still develop his skills and Ten Hag believe he has a potention to being an world class striker but indeed Atalanta want high price for him and Manchester United have to sell the player first because they don't have enough money to gets him especially after spend a lot of money from the transfer Andre Onana and Mason Mount

Hojlund has reportedly agreed to a move to United. and it will be a great experience for the young player. his growth potential could be enormous as he gains a better gaming experience.
but it all depends on how United can negotiate with Atalanta. Of course, they also saw Hojlund as a striker who could develop better. It won't be easy to bring him to United.
let's hope Ten Hag is lucky to get this talented young player.

Manchester United stopped working with De Gea after years of earning many achievements with this player and they hired Onana to fill his place in the next season BBC tried to compare these two goals keepers and it seems Onana had a better performance than De Gea in the last season.

I am more interested in waiting for the club that will become the new club for David de Gea to continue his career and so far there is no news of where he will go, check on the Transfermark site the status is still without a club, he is still 32 years old and for a goalkeeper, it is still relatively young because we can see that many older goalkeepers are still able to get a club to keep playing like Pepe Reina, former Liverpool main goalkeeper who is still playing for one of the strong clubs of Laliga Villareal who will also compete in the European League next season.
At the moment only Al Nassr is interested in David de Gea, and with his status without a club until now maybe he will accept the Arab club's offer, because of course playing in the Saudi Pro League will be better than resting for a while until he get an offer from another club in Europe which may be even more closed because his name is not in circulation so the club can consider making him a permanent player, even more, unpleasant is ending his career as a player without a club so it looks like we will see this former Manchester United goalkeeper join one of the Saudi Arabian clubs

In terms of performance and achievements given, it is clear that Manchester City will continue to try to keep Pep in his contract but on the other hand Pep is one of the coaches who has his own level of desire. He will continue to try at several big clubs until his targets are achieved, once his targets and desires are achieved then there is no real reason to stay and that he has always done at several clubs before.

He was very successful at Barcelona even with his Sextuple but he went to Bayern even though he failed in the Champions League but he managed to bring Bayern very successful and now at Manchester City. Pep's target of getting the Champions League and Treble this season has actually satisfied him and there is nothing to look for anymore so he decided not to extend the contract at Manchester City.
Pep Guardiola's achievement since become Manchester City manager in 2016

  • 5x Primer League tittles
  • 4x EFL Cup
  • 2x FA Cup
  • 1x UEFA Champion League

Actually Pep Guardiola will collect many tittles few years later with Manchester City and I don't management won't extend his contract, Pep Guardiola have been success manager with Manchester City actually after winning Champion League tittle and how City dominance in Primer League since last 6 years after Pep arriving he miss one season for winning Primer League tittles.

The Red Devils had better be convincing with their offer to Atalanta. But I think they will start with a much lower fee then the amount Atalanta expects classically. But the Red Devils really need a striker as there is only Martial if we think Rashford as playing on his wing.
Rasmus Hojlund is quite expensive, his market value is €50 Millions, I think Manchester United need to spend  €50-60 Millions. His performance in Atalanta wasn't that good, but his performance in Denmark is quite good and he's still 20 years old, so there's a potential he could develop become a great player.

Manchester United need a new striker, they always lack of striker and Rashford is forced to play in this position.

Actually in today's football 50 million euros for a player isn't that expensive. Especially if that player has a good potential for the future I mean. Besides if the team to pay that amount are rich then they wouldn't even be affected very badly in terms of finances. Manchester United are one of the rich teams of course.

50-60 million euros wouldn't be found enough by Atalanta most probably. I heard that they could ask for 80 million. It feels like the Red Devils can find a middle way at 65-70 million euros to finish this deal. However do they really want him that much? We will see that.
Rasmus Hojlund might be a very good striker but his kind of quality isn't what Manchester United needs at the moment. They need a world class striker that'll be strong enough to take come to the English Premier League and start delivering immediately just like Erling Haaland did when he arrived Manchester City last summer.
Unless they want to have a season to regret, Manchester United must as a matter of urgency get a good striker

We don't know how his career will be in the next 3 years when he is 23 years old like Haaland is now who knows these two players will become competitors when they are in the right team like Manchester United , I don't think it's a bad decision to take him for 50 or 60 million.

Which will offer a lot of money Wink I think it won't matter much for Guardiola which team to train. The only thing that will surely be crucial for him is that this team is from among the top and therefore there are real chances of winning titles. Nevertheless, it is quite problematic to buy all the players you like into the national team Wink I think that Pep will inevitably someday be ripe for the idea of trying something new and coaching some national team.
It is never about the money for a coach; rather, it is about building an outstanding track record for themselves and the presence of their importance in the role of headcoach for that team. Managing a national team could be his final stop on the bus for his career. Pep Guardiola arrived at Manchester City at a pivotal juncture in the club's history. Everything went well for Pep over the years because he worked hard to stay consistent, and winning has become their ultimate aim. Currently, the cityzens have become so desperate to win a game inother to secure a good positions on the league table.

I concur to your statement but I think he'll want to stay for a season or two more before leaving England since he's already had a Treble with them and winning about 5 Premier league trophies since he arrived in 2016 in Manchester City, I believe he's going to depend the trophy this season and try to prove himself as the greatest coach in England after Sir Alex Ferguson of Manchester United, he's trimed his squads by letting go of some world class players that made it possible for them to be crowned the UEFA Champions League Winner so therefore I thinking defending it is not going to come easy though they'll have a great performance and could participate in another final again.

Anyways Pep is a great coach and is not scared of facing new challenges so there's a tendency that may seize to be the Manchester City coach after this season, I feel he'll prefer moving to France than Italy or Germany again, he has the winning, mentality, tactics and ability to scout and transform veteran players into world class so he'll want to join a club that would listen to his demands and back him up with funds like Manchester City did and PSG would be the rightful club capable of doing that, they'll be willing to get him at the snap of a finger as far a he declares his intentions to leave City, because he's a coach capable of giving them an opportunity of lifting the champions league trophy which they are desperately in need of.
Pep Guardiola will definitely stay with Manchester City until his contract expires. To talk about his tactics, of course the team handled by Pep Guardiola can turn into a stronger team from all aspects, because he was able to make big changes for Manchester City since he coached Manchester City. For now Pep Guardiola is still quite comfortable with Manchester City and he even wants to bring Manchester City to win lots of trophies for next season.

Looking at the transfer market in the Manchester City team of course we have seen Many star players who left in this transfer window, such as Mahrez and Gundogan. So that Pep Guardiola will be active enough to bring in other players in this transfer market to be able to close the hole he left behind. Well, it seems that Mahrez will officially leave in this transfer window after he agreed to an offer to join the Al Ahli team. I think Manchester City will sign some young players in this transfer window to be able to balance their strengths next season. Manchester city will face Bayern Munich in a friendly match on the 26th. We will see this match as a big one to take a look at their strength for next season.

One cannot tell if he has something like that in mind in the future, coaching a national team. We all know how Guardiola is full of action day in day out, by joining a national team to coach them will limit him on some great plan of action he’s always into throughout the season. As an adventurous coach, he might like to have a taste of the national team too, but for now, I think he’s still in his prime and will want to add more trophies to his name before considering coaching a national team now. No doubts many national teams will want him to coach their side, but he’ll be very skeptical on the final decision he’ll make on the team to coach. Which team do you think he’ll coach if he’s to coach a national team??

No doubt about that. Onana's performance was so impressive. That's also the main reason he was able bringing intermilan to go to the final. The stat above was also one reason why intermilan could go to the final of UCL but it's failed to win against manchester united.
That's also a very strong reason de gea being replaced caused by his performance was very bad last season. Some blunders that being made by him made ten hag thought, if that's the time for his position to be replaced with a new goal keeper. Meguire will become the next one to be replaced by ten hag with better talent. It's all to make sure manchester united will able to perform so well next season. I do believe if everything is fine right now. Interimlan gonna be even stronger than before.
MU has been performing so well on its debut. I think that the club will always have an impressive performance in EPL soon. We gonna see so many new faces in EPL which is good. Even chelsea was also coming with so many young players.

Football clubs are just like every other business and just because you have to spend a huge amount on players doesn't mean the player signed doesn't have the right to decline the offer if the condition of the contract is not favourable to the player in question,  because football is a big business and clubs owners including the players are assets of the club so at that we must have to come to term with that reality.

Spending $ 50 million on a player isn't a big deal more also the fact that the player in question has to undergo a series of injuries and treatments to be able to be worth such an amount,  but let's see how things go and how clubs play the cards around.

With that amount of money, it cannot be ensured that all football players can get such an expensive price. 50 million euros still have to look at the condition of the players they want to buy. As long as they have good performance and don't have a bad record when on the field, it will be easy to get that price and has the potential to get more, but if someone has a record of bad behavior on the field, this price will not be easy to get.

His price doesn't matter a lot for manchester united. MU is still having enough time to raise money from selling its players. I see no option for MU other than selling some useless players like meguire to buy hojlund from atalanta.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/manutd-takeover-live-jassim-hojlund-30410500

I think that if MU shall sell some players. The club is now in the need recruiting a new striker. Ten Hag no longer trusts Greenwood, and Hojlund has become a new option.. There are so many parties who told greenwood to leave from the club as soon as possible to secure his career in professional football. In my opinion that if we will be seeing dynamic situation in manchester united. There are so many players are still uncertain about their future.

MU shall not force rashford to play as central striker again. The club really needs a new striker. Hojlund is the best choice for manchester united right now.

Man United will have to move fast if they want to sign Hojlund because PSG seems quite serious in pursuing Hojlund. The price set by Atalanta is quite high, but I think it's still a good investment considering Hojlund is still very young and he also looks to have good potential.
