I feel so disappointed by the action of Ruben Amorin because it shows some level of ungratefulness and it is obvious he is setting himself up to fail. .
Some media said that this decision was because Amorim already had his own coaching staff and Nistelrooy had a different coaching style. I don't know if the news is true or not. But this dismissal has disappointed some fans. This will also increase the pressure on Amorim because Nistelrooy managed to make United more stable and better. If Amorim gets a few defeats in his first match as a coach then of course he will not be liked. This is a gamble for Amorim. If he can provide positive results then his decision to dismiss Nistelrooy will be acceptable.

Isn't it that Arsenal is not doing very well in the last few weeks? You could call this an improvement on part of Chelsea, but you could as well point out that Arsenal has been having problems for a while now. Note that Arsenal wasn't able to win any of their last four games in the Premier League, that is why I am not that impressed by this draw. Both teams have had a few bad weeks now and this draw was probably more imminent than many were expecting.

Well, I saw the match and, honestly, Chelsea didn't do badly at all. Chelsea were playing disorganized at the beginning but they were able to take the match ahead. A draw is better than losing the game. For me, Chelsea did excellently Arsenal came out with everything, but it must be recognized that Chelsea knew how to read Slot's strategy, so the match was very close and this draw could have been achieved. Many bet against Chelsea, but to tell the truth, it seems that Chelsea has improved a lot and that must be recognized.

If we just draw on the statistics, it is pretty simple: last season Chelsea had 15 points and +5 goals after 11 games and now they have 19 points and +8 after 11 games. Now what made a big difference last season is something else because the first five clubs after 11 games had 27/26/24/24/22 points and this season the first five have 28/23/19/19/19.

You can tell from those numbers that the top teams, which were expected to take the lead in the early season, performed much better collectively than they do this season except for Liverpool. Tottenham was at 26 points last season after 11 games! Now they have got 16 points. That's massive.

Manchester City is only 5 points behind Liverpool who are leading the standings, I think 5 points is not something that is difficult enough for Manchester City to catch up with because there are still many matches left this season. Even for Liverpool, they could lose points and that would be a great opportunity for Manchester City to reduce the points gap.
I also believe that Manchester City's performance is not bad enough and two consecutive defeats are certainly not fair to say that Manchester City will have difficulty competing for the title.

Manchester City will target a lot of hope this season, they want to extend their record as a team that has won the title for the 5th time in a row. But still every season requires hard work and I think Pep Guardiola will be able to bring his team to victory in the upcoming matches.
5 points is number that can be said to be quite large but can also be an easy number to surpass for certain team that do have quite good playing quality, I think with that point difference there is still chance for Manchester City to surpass it and defend the title again.
Only answer is how Liverpool performance in the long term will they be able to maintain it well or experience some obstacles, I just hope Manchester City is able to realize all the dreams of the fans and can still see Pep with them for longer time.
The difference in points is not too big because there are still a lot of matches left this season but the problem now is how Manchester City can get out of their slump after Pep Guardiola's team failed to win a match in 4 consecutive matches and even their performance was very bad.

We have seen how Pep Guardiola can always overcome the problems in the Manchester City team in previous seasons so the same thing is also possible to happen this season, so I think it's all a matter of time and Manchester City can definitely rise and return to the path of competition for the PL title this season.

Of course, I also expect him to take some players from Sporting with him to Manchester United. Manchester United is a very good team and one of the legendary teams in England. Coach Amorim does not want to transfer 39-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo to a team full of past successes. Ronaldo will probably end his football career in Saudi Arabia. Because no other team will give him the money they give him. I think it is time for him to retire.
I remember when someone made a statement about Ruben Amorim not wanting to take players from Sporting because he has built the club with great difficulty to this point so even if he moves to Man United he doesn't want to change anything he has built at Sporting, but I think sometimes statements can change before he said he was comfortable at Sporting and had no interest in coaching any club but in reality after he was offered a tempting salary he was willing to move and the club was also willing to let him go because they benefited from the Man United offer so I think Amorim might take some players from Sporting in transfer window later.

We all know that Manchester City has been playing very well, but now they are facing some challenges due to injuries, which we still have to put hope on them to see if they will be able to make it to the trip again if it was last season, but talking of this season, the challenges are different, as there are three different teams that are trying to see if they made it to the top of the table, excluding Manchester City. But if we are to include them, then we are talking about 4 teams, which are Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester City itself, so with injuries, their chances of making it are still less because a lot of competitors are there, and we are not supposed to downgrade any of them because anything can happen; that is why it is called a game.
I think the best thing for Manchester City now is to prepare themselves for this coming transfer window and use  the opportunity to get good replacement to avoid all this disappointment because it very bad to see the current champions facing a lot of embarrassment due to injury, it's clear that those players that were injured are the faces of the team. Talking of four teams I don't think arsenal are in that line because I was not impressed with their style of play but Chelsea are showing sign of seriousness and they are working towards achieving that goal, with the way they are going i expect to see them on the top of table only if they continue to push harder, currently Liverpool are the leading team in the table with 9 matches won, a draw and a defeat and leading the current champions with 5 points, l still don't expect much from Manchester City if those players are not back.

Yes, officially Ruben Amorim will start coaching Man United starting November 11. And this means Ruud Van Nistelrooy will still accompany Man United as the coach until the next 2 matches in the Premier League. He doesn't need to prove anything anymore, just give his best so that the entire squad can work together more solidly and be as optimal as possible, so that his name can be remembered well even if only for a moment as an interim coach.
This will also open up Nistelrooy opportunities to train another club in the future. For a while, Nistelrooy gave a breath to fans if their team is still live even as interim coach. I'm a little amazed when I look at how Bruno and Casemiro's movements changed dramatically when faced Leicester ago. They have more freedom to movement in the front area. This is a different thing when I look at how they performed before. in a moment, Nistelrooy just changed a bit situation after his boss was gone. With this situation, I think it's too fast for the official to sign a contract with Amorim. They should have given a chance Nistelrooy until last year because I think he was good at concocting MU's performance as head coach.

Before starting work on Manchester United. Nistelrooy was working for PSV and maybe this means Nistelrooy is experienced enough to help Manchester United where he played therefor years. Even he had a good performance as the coach of Macnshter United when they were playing against Newcastle United and maybe that's a good sign to say Nistelrooy could help this team even more than Ten Hag
I think since Nistelrooy is familiar with the team the best they can do is to keep Nistelrooy for a longer time to help Amorim if Amorim agrees. Because Amorim is not familiar with the Premier League at all.
I think Van Nistelrooy has left the team. I am sure Ruben Amorim has his own team. He will want to work with his own team and I understand that because he really did a great job with his team at Sporting Lisbon. He will probably bring some important players from Lisbon to Manchester. I believe the Portuguese manager will bring a new breath to Manchester. He has made a good start to his career. I hope he can show us a Manchester United that can play at the top of the Premier League.

If you only go by the number of points they have lost so far after 11 games, then you could argue that they are at their lowest. They could not win 4 out of their 11 games
It's true that Manchester City has played 11 games in the Premier League but the 4 loss didn't come in the Premier League games alone, it's a combination of games they have played in last month to now and it's 4 in total. They have only lose 2 games in the Premier League, when you compare the number to last season, no hope lost yet because they actually lost 3 games last season and were still able to win the Premier League title over Arsenal.
Indeed, Man City has played 11 matches in the EPL, only lost 2 times, and drew 2 times. While the 4 consecutive defeats were their defeats in the EFL, UCL, and 2 in the EPL. But indeed this makes the public towards Man City worse because they lost in 3 leagues.

Manchester City match result - 4

However, we all hope that the defeat will end soon and become a victory. They must be able to, but, the problem is that Tottenham will be their opponent in the EPL, followed by Liverpool, the challenge is so big for Man City this time.
We see overall apart from their overall defeat not in the Premier League match but it must also be admitted that Manchester City's performance is currently very low because the injury problems they experienced have made their performance decrease drastically so that in 4 consecutive matches the Manchester City team has not been able to win the match.

However, I am optimistic that Pep Guardiola can solve this problem, he is a very experienced coach so we just need to wait for Pep to solve this problem.

From the look of things he's great at communicating with players. And know exactly what Man U needs to lift up their position in the premier league. Especially this season that the competition is high and tough. Any team that doesn't offer their best would be left behind not minding how big they've been in the past. The story behind Man U backward results stems from the management. And a good manager is the one loved by both the fans and players, a team player that could bring out the best in his boys. And that's who Ruud is. The fans love, gives him the charisma to deliver, and not to lose the respect of the club.
Fans love their ex-legendary players like Ruud van Nistelrooy to become their head coach, and give the coach huge support, but it does not last too long if the coach can not lead the team to success or at least good results. The relationship between a club coach and fans can be broken very quickly, as well as between the coach and club owner. Ruud has very short time as a temporary head coach and it's sweet time for all, hopefully he will return to the club in future with a head coach position.

Quote
However, Amorim on the other hand, won't be a failure, he's making new decisions and would add players who understands his pattern of football to the first 11. He's the type that'll revive some of the benched footballers in the team, and feature them more in matches. Which isn't a wrong move.
Amorim did great jobs in Sporting Lisbon and he has very bright future but between Sporting Lisbon and Manchester United, there are big differences from pressure, expectation and challenge from stronger competitors in the league too. Amorim has some necessary things to succeed in Manchester United but he has to learn many things in a new club and new league too, it's generally very challenging.

Earlier today, he penned down his farewell message to the club fans and I think it was a very emotional one

There is one thing that you guys don't understand in this case and someone explained it and I had to agree with him.

Check out;
Assuming that you are Manchester city owner, you employ Amorim and Ruud becomes his assistant after an excellent stat as an interim coach.

Then, Amorim lost 6 matches, won 2 and drew 2 in his first 10 matches. What will be your next move?

Sack Amorim and make Ruud the head coach right? Have you seen why Ruud will not assist Amorim. Even if Ruud wishes to, Amorim will not agree.

Manchester united understands that Van Niestelrooy is a very important piece in their coaching crew and he has proven beyond reasonable doubt of how much he's deserving of been maintained as their coach or even been in the crew to help and assist. Amorim in piloting the affairs of the team but Amorim is coming with his own crew according to the news i got and they may not be needing the presence of Nestelrooy and so Manchester united will have to let go of him.

Nistelrooy doesn't need experience of PSV to succeed in the short time he managed Manchester United. All he needed was common sense, as someone who has worked with Ten Hang also in the same team. There were some odd fixtures that Erik Ten Hang was doing in Manchester United whereby even the fans will not know things will not work.

Apart from the quality of play, the attitude of the coach towards the players and his body language says alot. Manchester United just needed a change and they made the change.

If you only go by the number of points they have lost so far after 11 games, then you could argue that they are at their lowest. They could not win 4 out of their 11 games, which I think was not the case in the season 22/23. Back then I believe both Arsenal and Manchester City were doing quite well and were not dropping a lot of points during the early phase of the season. It wasn't a perfect start for either of them if remember correctly, but this is unusual for Manchester City. Taking into account how they have been doing across all competitions, I think that this is their lowest considering the last couple of years and how they have been doing then.

It's true that Manchester City has played 11 games in the Premier League but the 4 loss didn't come in the Premier League games alone, it's a combination of games they have played in last month to now and it's 4 in total. It's not Manchester City doesn't lost or draw matches, they do but it's been a long time since they lost match in a row. Only teams below top 10 and relegation zone experience such kind of games but there is not best in any competition, anyone can loss and anyone can win and that's just the phase Manchester City is experiencing right now. In my opinion, they can still win this league if they really want to, it's not like they are that bad with much injuries.
I was really surprised when Ruben Amorim beat Manchester City in the Champions League in the previous match and now he will come to the Premier League for Manchester United. Pep Guardiola will probably consider Amorim as one of the dangerous coaches, so the competition will only increase after he arrives.

Ruud van Nistelrooy will ultimately be considered the coach who had a positive impact on Manchester United's performance after Ten Hag was fired, but however we must remember that Ruud van Nistelrooy did not have many games so we cannot draw too far conclusions. He is good and has an impact on the team's morale and performance, while he has not been able to provide proof that Manchester United can be consistent throughout the season under him.

Keeping Ruud Van Nistelrooy will not be the best option for Manchester United at this moment since they couldn’t be patient for him to complete the season as a caretaker before they can decide weather to sign another coach or not, they could have given him some time so that they can judge from his performance.

For me, he is better than Ten Hag, his pattern play coaching is good, he is doing the right thing, and in terms of substitutions, he is also good because he knows the player to bring in to change the game.

Amorim will come with his coaching staff, he will not have space for Van Nistelrooy that’s why the management let him go, but no matter how good Amorim is as a coach, he will have to struggle to adapt to the Premier League style of play, but if he can work with Nistelrooy, it will be easier because he already knows how the Premier League works.
