That's one advantage Pep has over other managers. He already has a team, he has worked with most of the players over the years, he understands them very well and only needs to bring in few players to strengthen the team. But various clubs are getting many financial backings from their owners as never before and Pep knows this too. Imagine Liverpool going for Mbappe? I never could have thought of that since they don't have the habit of spending heavily on new signings. This is to tell you that everyone means business. City are still favorite but let's see if they can be able to retain the title.
Obviously Liverpool would be more stronger, don't forget Klopp is one of the best manager, he had built many talented players when he was in Dortmund. Quite similar, he have built many talented players in Liverpool too, but the problem is Liverpool don't have a lot players. They're very strong when the starting eleven playing, but when one or two players injured, the substitute players don't have a same level like their teammates and Liverpool performance would declining.

Yes. Arsenal plans to bring in a number of new players in the summer of 2023/2024. Because Arsenal do have a number of areas that need improvement. For example in the attack line, where their ammo is limited. Arsenal also need reinforcements in their midfield. Mikel Arteta has learned from last season's failure that had to give up the title to Manchester City. Mikel Arteta reasoned that Arsenal failed to win last season due to the injury of many of their main players. On the other hand, Man City has many top players, both in the first team and on the bench. Therefore, Mikel Arteta brought in a number of top players so that his team would appear even more competitive next season.

So far Arsenal only brought Kai Havertz in the attack line and some players returned after going through the loan period,  as we know the problem of Arsenal is in the player's injury so they need to find additional players to anticipate the same problem, actually Arsenal's attack line wasn't too bad because last season Arsenal scored 88 goals in 38 matches only 6 goals adrift of Manchester City with 94 goals I will agree more if Arsenal focus on defense they conceded 43 goals and in fact Newcastle's defense was stronger, imagine if Arsenal could combine defenses like Newcastle.
Yes, Arsenal's attackers were not bad, hence the being contender for the championship but there were a lot missing on the offensive line also. We can see that in those 5 weeks that championship was lost for Arsenal. In fact, according to the quality of the staff, they took the whole season well. They deserve the credit for this. But in my personal opinion, there has never been a team like Milan, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Bayern, Liverpool in terms of size. even though it had a lot of world stars in the past. I do not measure greatness only as league championship, European cup. I think a team in this budget should be in the top 4 in the league every year. Arsenal can't even do that. I feel like they can't do well again next year.

Pep Guardiola present as the manager will still make the team very strong and unbeatable easily for now. It’ll take time maybe for other teams to always find the lapses of the club in order to be able to penetrate them and win matches against them. I don’t know how much long Pep Guardiola will remain in Manchester City unless he wasn’t to become the new longest managers in premier league history, just as the likes of Alex Ferguson of Manchester United and Arsene Wenger of Arsenal which I doubt. He’s a great manager with a lot of experience and many teams will love to have him in their club. After few seasons, if he gets a good offer from another club, he might possibly leave and join them.

I don't think Chelsea will be strong enough to contend for the league title and compete with the other top teams, Pochettino will start a process of rebuilding the team to become formidable thus I don't think the squad will be strong next season,
Am not expecting Chelsea to even contest for the tittle next season, all I want from Chelsea is for them to end the season in a better position, if Chelsea can end the next season in top 3, then Pochettino have really tried. People’s expectation are really high on Pochettino, let’s just hope he won’t disappoint most Chelsea fans, but with the way Pochettino is trying to arrange Chelsea squad, then I believe Pochettino  will try for Chelsea next season.

meanwhile Arsenal having known their weak areas and points in their squad last season had strengthened their midfield and signed a new defender Timber obviously the team is now solid and will continue from they where they stopped last season, Man City, Liverpool, Man Utd and Tottenham are other clubs that had strengthened their squad too thus makes next season to be one of the toughest season and I am very sure other mid table clubs will also up their game as well.
Next season won’t really be a easy season For any club, every clubs are trying to improve their squad, no club should be under estimated next season, Arsenal not having much experienced players in their substitution really affected them last season, but they are already trying to correct their mistake which will improve their performance next season.

Arsenal is not the only team that will appear with a different face and be stronger by next season. Other teams like Chelsea are doing the same thing. They have changed close to about 99% of their players plus the coach. We expect to see a different face and formation in the Chelsea team.
Next season will be a tough one for every team in the premier league because every team is signing quality players to their team. I don't think Arsenal will be dominant in the premier league as they did last season. They miss their chance to lift the premier league and I don't think they will have such an opportunity again

Why do you believe Chelsea has become power destitute to the point where you doubt their ability to compete with other teams? You haven't provided any reasons to support this claim. If the issue is money, Pochettino has the resources to build a formidable team. Chelsea has generated significant funds through player sales and acquisitions, amounting to approximately $200 million. Moreover, an additional $100 million has been allocated to secure the necessary players to kickstart their Premier League campaign. It's unfortunate that they will not participate in any European competitions, but I'm happy they still possess the strength to remain competitive in the Premier League.

Arsenal had problems with their defensive Midfield and Arteta recognized that by bringing in Havertz from Chelsea, I will love to see more players that will be coming to Arsenal to protect the position they have secured in the Champions League, who knows maybe by December, we would be celebrating Arsenal way among the teams that has the Champions League in their gallery.

Arsenal will appear with a different face and will appear to be stronger in the upcoming 2023/2024 season. Yesterday in the 2022/2023 season, Arsenal looked attractive from the start to almost the end of the Premier League competition. They were able to dominate the top of the standings before being painfully cornered by Manchester City. Arsenal are even more determined to improve. Moreover, this season they will play in the Champions League as well. Arsenal have also targeted a number of players, including Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber. For next season I think Chelsea's goal is not to compete in the top 4 it's too have high expectations for Chelsea because we know with their condition in this season which is very chaotic obviously this will not be able to have high expectations when in the top 4 especially with almost all lines in the content of new players and new coaches having hopes for the top 4 is still very good but I don't have any expectations because the hope for Chelsea is clearly to improve their position so that it is not the same as this season.
At least being in the top 8 or even lower than that at least it is also still very good for Chelsea because wanting to reach the top 4 or wanting to compete in the title is clearly still too far away i think.

Your opinion can be right can also be wrong I know you say it because you haven't seen Chelsea moving in this transfer window but this is not final, the transfer window is still available more than 3 weeks this means that Chelsea still have time to do something including negotiations so we have to watch first. Based on quality actually Chelsea players are not bad we believe they just haven't found a suitable coach and now Chelsea have Mauricio Pochettino, hope is on him to bring change although the main target is not the title but Champions League zone is enough so that the time will answer.

Yes, it is indeed quite difficult for Chelsea to be able to compete with big clubs in the Premier League next season, considering the problems that are currently facing the club. I don't really expect Chelsea to give a significant performance but being able to compete in 1st - 6th place is already very good for a club that is in a very low state. But on the other hand I believe that Pochettino will be able to make the Blues recover even though they need a lot of time. Arsenal have carried out several massive maneuvers because we know that it is impossible for Arteta to let the trophy next season fall into the hands of Manchester City and also Manchester United, Liverpool will always be behind them and it is clear that next season's Premier League will be a fierce competition.

Last season was indeed one of the best seasons for Arsenal, how could they get up and at least manage to put pressure on Manchester City to fight for the EPL title. It was a great achievement in one season and in the end Arsenal also got a place in the champions league even though they failed to win the EPL.

Mikel Arteta certainly doesn't want to get the same results for next season and become runner up again, this time he will definitely be more serious about bringing his players for totality in every game so they can get an additional three points. Very fierce competition will occur in the next season and some of the clubs that you have mentioned above deserve to be able to compete again for the EPL title.
Every club has their season to make an impact and last season was Arsenal's opportunity, but they botched everything and missed the league title to their archrival, Manchester City. We don't know which clubs will be competitive and in form next season, but we'll keep an eye on them. Arsenal belted up and were at their best last season, their outstanding performance surprised everyone, who would have believed that Arsenal, a team full of players with mediocre experiences, would have a chance to fight for the Premier League title. Next season, is an another opportunity for them to try again.
An opportunity loss in football is not always the same opportunity to be given next season. Arsenal does miss their golden opportunity to be crowned the champions of the premier league. We don't know whether they will make it to the top again next season because we can't tell which club will wow us with their competitive impressive form next season. It can be Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United/City or Newcastle. As far as competing for the Premier League trophy is concerned, no premier club is an exception. The PL title is open for any team to lift it

Manchester City management has really proven its performance in terms of player recruitment. The players they are hunting for clearly have prospects and potential so they will not hesitate to spend money even though the player's price is very expensive. If they succeed in bringing in Gvardiol then the strength at the back will be very solid and difficult for other teams to match. Apart from that, Kovacic is also a suitable replacement for Gundogan who has left. I believe that in the next few seasons Manchester City will be difficult to stop, especially since they are still managed by Pep Guardiola.

Pep Guardiola present as the manager will still make the team very strong and unbeatable easily for now. Pep Guardiola's role in making the Manchester City club reach the peak of its glory, we must admit that he is a very extraordinary coach. He is a coach who is competent in coaching the club and he is also competent in seeing the potential of every player recruited by the Club. If Man City loses Pep Guardiola. then I think Man City's glory could end abruptly. Because I think it was Pep Guardiola's role that could build this club into what it is now. Financial factors after changing ownership are certainly the initial triggers. but the choice to bring in pep guardiola as coach of Man City at that time was a step towards true success. Because many other wealthy clubs have not been as lucky as Man City, even though they have brought in great players.

The Premier League is very dynamic and it is very difficult to predict who will be able to compete at the top. Arsenal have improved tremendously under Arteta so far. The presence of a number of new players is expected to be able to make a real contribution to the team. I'm sure Arsenal's performance will not be much different from last season, they will still be serious challengers.
Agreed, that's why buying a player with more than 100m of price is not giving a guarantee for the club to win trophy easily. Remember that what happened with chelsea. Chelsea gave us very important lesson sometime the transfer record could become a failed transfer.
Im not feeling optism nor skeptical about him. I just wanna see how well he will be on the pre match of arsenal. The club will be facing some matches this month.
This gonna be matches to prove whether he was worthy with such amount or not. So many people were expecting big from him, but that reminds me with gakpo and nunez.
FOMO is real. People are falling to the how big price from rice.

People is now expect huge return from his price.

Aston Villa was one of the teams that was quite consistent last season where they closed the season in 7th place and were a participant in the European Conference League Qualification for next season. I think they were better than Tottenham last season. But so far I haven't seen any changes happening with them in this transfer window. So far only Youri Tielemans signing has been worked out by Aston villa and he was signed by Aston Villa on a free transfer. I think Unai Emery will try to bring in a few more players to add to their strength next season. One of their targets is Ferran Torres in this season's transfer window. I think if they get Torres most likely their front line will be stronger next season. What's more, Ferran Torres doesn't seem to be included in Xavi plans for next season so Aston villa can take advantage of this opportunity to bring in Torres. Apart from that, Newcastle is also in the team that wants to get Ferran Torres. I think these two teams will compete to get this bomber from Barcelona.
Aston Villa football club is an evidence that hiring a good coach could lead a club from an ordinary stage to a good stage. Comparing Aston Villa and Tottenham will show that when the season started newly, Tottenham had a better preparation and they also started the season very well by winning matches. But in the other hand, Aston Villa struggled right from the beginning, but could not make better waves. Towards the ending of the season, a new coach was hired by Aston Villa. The arrival of Emry changed many things in Aston Villa and today they are in European competition.

They may not have enough money to bring in star players, but at least they need some kind of reinforcement to enable them play both in the European level and in the England football level.

You may have many good players in the team, but you cannot be successful if you do not have a coach to play them well. The coach has a big part in the success of Aston Villa. The players also had a good season. I think they could have finished the league in a higher ranking. I think they will continue this success in the next season as well.

The team could be better if the Torres transfer happens. Although their financial strength is not very good, they can become a better team with a few transfers.

I agree that they were better than Tottenham last season but Tottenham continues their success and game every season. Aston Villa should show its success in this way every season.

The next season for Gurdiola is going to be harder because other teams and especially Arsenal are trying hard to hire better players and even in Arsenal Arteta is a more experienced coach and he can make trouble for Gurdiola in the next season.

On the other hand, Manchester United will start with Ten Hag and this team will not lose points like they lose in the last season.

However, Guardiola sold some players and especially older players to make him this younger and fresher but still, I'm sure next season won't be easy like we saw in the previous season.

In the last 2 seasons there have been teams that have made it difficult for Manchester City to win titles in the Premier League, Liverpool and Arsenal. Liverpool are their competitors in the 2021 season, and Arsenal make it difficult for them in the 2022/2023 season. I think that in the coming season there will be more competitors that will appear again and there will be even more. Mancehster City must be prepared for the pressure they will receive.

Especially for me, I want to see Liverpool on a winning streak again, and they are already prepared by signing 2 very good midfielders next season. Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai are the players they have successfully signed in the transfer market. I hope many of them bring a different game that will make Liverpool even stronger.

Torres has into sell lists from Barcelona so maybe if Aston Villa attempts to bid him Barcelona will considering that offer and recently he has give his respond about this rumour that actually Torres want to stayed much longer in Barcelona and he wanted to prove to Xavi that he was a good player and deserves to be given the opportunity and Torres position is a winger

But the current problem is there were several players who has the same position as him such as Rapinha, Ousmane Dembele and Ansu Fati so Torres will not always be the first choice for Xavi because he have to compete with these players for winger position and i think Torres should be thinking realistic that if he staying at Barcelona he wouldn't gets much minutes to play but if he willing moved to other teams such as Aston Villa his chance to play regularly will be very open so if this rumour is true i think Torres have to considering that offer
Aston Villa signed another Torres in a different position to play than Ferran Torres, and it seems Unai Emery saw one of the weaknesses of his side last season was also in defence. Aston Villa are reportedly set to sign a centre-back from Villarreal for a fee of €32.5m plus €5m add-ons Pau Torres. Source
Last season Aston Villa was quite impressive after Unai Emery took over the club but they are not a club with a financial like City or other big clubs so they will focus more on getting players with a market value that is not high but has impressive enough performances to help them later achieve better position.
Ferran Torres is reportedly not only in demand by Aston Villa but also Newcastle United, but it looks like this player doesn't want to leave Barcelona and wants to stay at the club, although there is no certainty that he will be included in Xavi's starting line-up next season, it will indeed be better at his age get a lot of playing portions and if he doesn't get it at Barcelona he should accept offers from other clubs even though the club may not be like barcelona who have the chance to win the title but more often on the bench is certainly not a pleasant thing and he should think about his career for the long term long by leaving the club.

With their movements in the transfer market, of course they are serious about wading through the 2023/2024 season. They realized that the previous season, even though they were so solid, there were still deficiencies in their squad so that in the end they had to give up the title, which was actually close to them. Some of the players they have added this season will make them even more ready. But they also have to show that they can do that, because sometimes there are very promising clubs who have to experience bad luck in competitions.

Xhaka's departure is now certain and they also have Havertz and Rice to add to the punch for a more capable midfield.
At the moment the rumors about Caicedo with Arsenal are also still there but indeed some players will definitely be sacrificed again in this case.
There were several that were included in the sales list in several reports such as Rowe, Tierney and even Partey who were also said to have entered the sales list this season but so far there has been no further news.
Now we just have to wait for what steps they will take to further strengthen them in the next season, especially for next season the Champions League will definitely make their schedule tight.
