Ten Hag can use two defensive midfielders in a game, but only if he feels the opposing team can dominate the midfield to build up the attack. He could apply that idea to the derby against Manchester City but if the opponent is a different team then I think one defensive midfielder is enough.

David DeGea has never been Manchester United's problem. I cannot mention countless times DeGea has been match winner for United. He's a loyal servant that has given his best to the club for 12 good years. The reason ETH wants Andre Onana is because he prefers building play from the back starting with the goalkeeper and not a goalkeeper that always like launching the ball inside, which is one attribute DDG lacks. If you watch the champions league final against City, how confident Onana was passing the ball around with his defenders, you would get a clear picture of what I'm saying. I don't know how good Onana is in the air, with his feet, his reflexes but it's just a shame how United handled DeGea's contract. In a thousand times, I still prefer DDG to Onana.

De gea's contract has been running out but MU has not yet removed his name from the club. The talk between intermilan and manchester unted have not yet happened. This can be a big problem for manchester united if the club won't sign onana as soon as possible.

Considering the situation of Manchester United, the Glazer's are economizing their porse because of the situation on ground about the transfer of ownership should incase the club become sold to another person because Sheikh Jassim offer is still on the table and they are willing to buy the club any moment from now. But even with the little budget, they can bring in good men from other clubs that are willing to live their club for Manchester United, after all we have seen low budget players becomes good assets to another clubs, they don't need to target big players to win leagues.


I think that if Sheik Jassim becomes the real owner Manchester United whether now or towards half way of the season, there could be some strategic shuffle of players, he will be willing to give Erik more money in the January transfer period to acquire more players, however, I still think Manchester United will do fine with the players they are bringing in since last month so far.

Onana was surprisingly good recently. During the final match, the main attraction was his offensive performance. Sometimes he went forward and took a pass between the defenders and brought the forward players to the ball with great passes that guided the game perfectly. Considering that great offensive performance, it wouldn't be a surprise if they go back in the last minutes, he'll come forward at the set piece and be crowned with a goal. Mount can play at many positions. You can play him as winger also but he won't be as effective as he is in central attacking midfielder role. It could be possible like Fernandes going a bit back on defensive midline but is given a right to be a bit aggressive and contribute with attacking moves also. But it would reduce the playing chances of Eriksen as well.

If you ask me I would say ten Haag would start Mount slowly into the matches and then perhaps as a winger later on as matches go by. I don't think that it will be two CAM's as it would really bring back United to their old form and has to cover a lot of ground in opponent counter-attacks. It would be really risky. Two DM's is fine as it is in my opinion.

What I'm noticing at the moment is that Chelsea has dumped some good players and kept bad ones. For example, Mudryk is being defended while Kante, Mason Mount, Silva, Kovacic, Havertz, and many more are all I think players who are still better than those currently being defended. I know the sale was to cover last season's losses due to Todd Boehly carelessness. It's already a risk, but learning from experience now I'm still not sure that Chelsea can finish in the top 4 next season.

I don't think De Gea is a source of problems in Manchester United's defence, but basically their defenders haven't had a great run of form which is the source of their weak defence. But of course we have no right to blame any of them because the coach must be responsible for the strategy and choice of players who will play in the main line-up.

Some of us have said Maguire is not a good defender for Manchester United, but Ten Hag still used him in some games. I don't know, Ten Hag knows what the consequences are and he is responsible for his team's performance. So if Manchester United really wants to appear strong in defense, then they shouldn't just buy a goalkeeper, but several defenders are also important to bring in.

Not only goalkeepers and midfielders are important in football, because of course all players on every line are important to be able to play well. Manchester United has huge ambition for signing Harry Lane but depend on Glatzer want spent above 100 million euro for transfer fees or United have looking new center forward with lower fees transfer from Harry Kane.

You are kind of right, they spent lots of money last season getting players, but its not all about having big squad but the players should be ready to work for the club. See the way Arsenal performed well last season and most of the players in the club are young player, but from their performance, you will see that those players are ready to play for the club. I think Chelsea needs young and talented players, its not all about getting big players, but getting players that are ready to play for the club.

Right from beginning i knew Chelsea's, problem is not from the coach but from the squad, Tuchel was a talented coach, and since they sacked him, things have being getting worst for Chelsea, but lets hope we see a positive result from Chelsea with their new coach.
