If you ask me I would say ten Haag would start Mount slowly into the matches and then perhaps as a winger later on as matches go by. I don't think that it will be two CAM's as it would really bring back United to their old form and has to cover a lot of ground in opponent counter-attacks. It would be really risky. Two DM's is fine as it is in my opinion.
Ten Hag can use two defensive midfielders in a game, but only if he feels the opposing team can dominate the midfield to build up the attack. He could apply that idea to the derby against Manchester City but if the opponent is a different team then I think one defensive midfielder is enough.

Playing two defensive midfielders is a defensive style, sometimes not very good, especially when you are a few goals behind your opponent. Such a strategy is good only if the defensive midfielder can play in two different positions and has good flexibility in adjustments.

De gea's contract has been running out but MU has not yet removed his name from the club. The talk between intermilan and manchester unted have not yet happened. This can be a big problem for manchester united if the club won't sign onana as soon as possible.
I remember that de gea has been rumored to get a new contract from manchester united but it's likely he is not interesting anymore to take it as MU has been deceiving him by decreasing his salary in the new contract.
De gea may able to get a new club as soon as possible. His journey with manchester united finally come to its end. De gea has become one of important part from manchester united for so many years.
It's now for onana to replace him as a keeper in manchester united. GBU de gea. Good luck in your new team.

Manchester United are in a very difficult situation for them. because the Ten Hag had to weigh every decision they would make. because, they only have a limited amount of funds to spend on players in the transfer market this summer. Well, I don't know how far United's acquisition process has reached. but if it's done quicker, at least it's better. because, you can be sure that Ten Hag will get funds to buy the players he wants. As for De Gea, the performance of United's No.1 goalkeeper sometimes goes ups and downs, especially in crucial matches. at this time, Ten Hag wanted Onana as United's goalkeeper. unfortunately, Inter has a fairly high price tag. and it doesn't mean that Onana is better than De Gea, in fact I see it from the other side.

IMO, Ten Hag wants the Build Up attack to start from the goalkeeper. and Onana, fulfilling the criteria with the system run by Ten Hag. after all, Onana is a former Ajax player. Quoting Romano, Inter claim there was no official offer on Friday but Inter and United are in touch regarding Onana's deal. well, United will have additional funds from the sale of some of its players. unfortunately, the sales results will not be that big on them. except, if United offer him to the Saudi Club. by the way, at least Ten Hag needs 4 or 5 newcomers.

You are kind of right, they spent lots of money last season getting players, but its not all about having big squad but the players should be ready to work for the club. See the way Arsenal performed well last season and most of the players in the club are young player, but from their performance, you will see that those players are ready to play for the club. I think Chelsea needs young and talented players, its not all about getting big players, but getting players that are ready to play for the club.
They have spent a lot of money to get quality players but still in the end there is no change they can get. In my opinion the players have worked hard according to their respective qualities and what is the problem in my opinion personally is from management who lacks attention and cannot give freedom to the coach, they just play and cannot work well together on the field so that team cohesiveness is difficult created.
Right from beginning i knew Chelsea's, problem is not from the coach but from the squad, Tuchel was a talented coach, and since they sacked him, things have being getting worst for Chelsea, but lets hope we see a positive result from Chelsea with their new coach.
Yes, it's a shame, I think that at that time the Chelsea management had not sacked Tuchel from his coaching chair maybe the situation would not be as bad as it is now and we can see how Bayern Munich are now, they are successful in the Bundesliga.
From my own point of view is that Chelsea poor performance last season can be attributed to lack of team work in the squad because many of players are newly signed it take time before the team would be cohesive enough to get good results and become formidable, it has nothing to do with how good their manager is,  Arsenal had one or two newly signed players Gabriel Jesus and Zinchenko integrated into an already balance squad with team work that was why the team was very formidable throughout last season except towards the end of the season, now that Pochettino is in charge I believe he start a rebuilding process to reposition the team with young players as a bulk of the squad.

I agree with you. Chelsea's lackluster and erratic performances can certainly be attributed to their poor teamwork. The understanding between the Chelsea players was not good. The players were not on friendly terms. And at the same time, this team's match strategy was not good. And so despite having a lot of star players in the squad, their overall performance was very poor. The Chelsea management is bringing a lot of changes to the squad in the upcoming season. Chelsea's performance is expected to be more stable than last season.

David de Gea is reportedly no longer included in Erik ten Hag's squad and is also in the spotlight of netizens, and Erik ten Hag is considered to be interested in getting a new stopper this summer. And six players have left Manchester United, two of whom are club legends. Transfer news of 6 players leaving Manchester United. Two Club Legends names, David De Gea and Phil Jones.
and reportedly de gea's status as a free agent became the target of big club Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia who started negotiating with de gea regarding salary and bonuses.
and if it is true that De Gea has indeed moved to Al Nassr, then De Gea will reunite his old teammate at Manchester United with Ronaldo this summer.

Since glazer was only allocating around £120m for summer transfer. Ten hag must be thinking so hard to use that budget properly. As you can see that if ten hag has been spending around £55m to buy mount from chelsea. In another case, ten hag really needs to sign onana. I expect manchester united's transfer budget will remain very small if MU will be dealing to buy onana from intermilan. Unlike another club. Manchester united is now having a lot of budget for that.
Ten hag must be thinking how to allocating the fund efficiently in this transfer season. It's very bad for ten hag. MU has been rumored with so many players but it seems like that manchester united has no enough budget to buy more players.
The price of football players are so crazy these days. I just wanna see how good performance from mount and onana next season.
With the size of the budget that has been set, Manchester United can't do much, so it's back to Erik Ten Hag who must be able to maximize these funds. Because as we can see from other clubs their budget is more than that. The Glazers don't seem to be serious about fully supporting the future of Manchester United. Because it demands that Erik Ten Hag be able to take advantage of a limited budget, don't blame Erik Ten Hag if the results aren't as good as last season.
This summer transfer market is quite important and when Manchester United's budget is minimal, the addition of players will not be achieved optimally. The Glazers should have sold Manchester United to Sheikh Jassim from the start, maybe this club will get big money.

Manchester United didn’t have to be in this situation if they did not spend a lot of money on players that basically did not give anything to the team. But I think the money that Manchester United have right now he's still distant and they can manage with that type of money for now. It is going to be hard for them to continue performing well and compete against the big clubs of the English Premier League when they only have a limited budget to spend. But it is what it is. At least they got Mason Mount. Which is great news.

Considering the situation of Manchester United, the Glazer's are economizing their porse because of the situation on ground about the transfer of ownership should incase the club become sold to another person because Sheikh Jassim offer is still on the table and they are willing to buy the club any moment from now. But even with the little budget, they can bring in good men from other clubs that are willing to live their club for Manchester United, after all we have seen low budget players becomes good assets to another clubs, they don't need to target big players to win leagues.
If you look at Manchester United's statistics last season, you can say that Erik Ten Hag's composition is unstable, especially when several core squad injuries forced Manchester United to force reserve players to play with a different strategy. For example, when Martinez was injured and Casemiro accumulated cards, Erik Ten Hag pulled Shaw into the back line and Casemiro position saw many gaps.

Therefore, for the current budget, Erik Ten Hag is still unable to maximize the purchases he wants, but because Erik Ten Hag is quite creative, he tries to buy players at inexpensive costs. It was proven when Mount's offer was repeatedly rejected because it had not reached the agreed price.

Returning to competition next season, the task is quite tough in the Premier League. Liverpool, Newcastle and Arsenal will be tough competitors in fighting for their position in the standings. Meanwhile, Manchester City will still be at the top of the standings. That's the scheme in my opinion so far. It depends on how Erik Ten Hag prepares his players for the additional schedule in the Champions League which is much more difficult.

That's a good consideration from Man United, judging from what Erik Ten Hag has done, Man United is indeed much more solid and now they are bringing in several players, currently they are also eyeing Inter Milan goalkeeper, Onana.
Erick Ten Heg knows what is missing in Manchester United club, and that is why he is going for the right players to get them signed into Manchester United. The players he has successfully signed have helped improve Manchester United to able to qualify for the champions league and premier league next season.
If Manchester United could successfully bring in Onana as their number 1 goalkeeper to replace De Gea, I will be happy because that will a major boost for the team to know that they have a good goalkeeper that they can rely on for premier league and champions league matches.

Not only goalkeepers and midfielders are important in football, because of course all players on every line are important to be able to play well. Also, De Gea is not the only source of Manchester United's problems, because previously Manchester United also had problems in defense or with their defenders. So yes, even though De Gea can play well, but their defenders are very weak, so of course it is difficult for Manchester United's goal to keep clean sheets.
David DeGea has never been Manchester United's problem. I cannot mention countless times DeGea has been match winner for United. He's a loyal servant that has given his best to the club for 12 good years. The reason ETH wants Andre Onana is because he prefers building play from the back starting with the goalkeeper and not a goalkeeper that always like launching the ball inside, which is one attribute DDG lacks. If you watch the champions league final against City, how confident Onana was passing the ball around with his defenders, you would get a clear picture of what I'm saying. I don't know how good Onana is in the air, with his feet, his reflexes but it's just a shame how United handled DeGea's contract. In a thousand times, I still prefer DDG to Onana.

Onana was surprisingly good recently. During the final match, the main attraction was his offensive performance. Sometimes he went forward and took a pass between the defenders and brought the forward players to the ball with great passes that guided the game perfectly. Considering that great offensive performance, it wouldn't be a surprise if they go back in the last minutes, he'll come forward at the set piece and be crowned with a goal. Overall, I think it is a good move for him.

Liverpool fc is about to close the transfer season. They bought football players at very reasonable prices. As well as to their missing places. United has not made any real transfers yet. The mentioned football players are generally very mediocre types. In this direction, the football players bought are also unnecessarily expensive and none of them can do justice to that money. For example, United is the only club in the world to give 95 million euros to a someone like antony matheus dos santos. There could be so many examples.
David de Gea's position and contract are in jeopardy, and United have to move quickly to secure the replacement goalkeeper in question. Manchester United made their first bid of €45 million for Andre Onana, but Inter Milan is still demanding €60 million to part ways with the goalkeeper.  Erik Ten Hag wants United to sign the Cameroonian since he previously worked with him at Ajax and is hoping for a reunion.

Liverpool's summer signings have been extremely impressive; these reasonably priced midfielders will contribute tremendously to the team, and Jurgen Klopp just wants to succeed with the Reds next season after thoroughly planning out the club's budget.

I think that if Sheik Jassim becomes the real owner Manchester United whether now or towards half way of the season, there could be some strategic shuffle of players, he will be willing to give Erik more money in the January transfer period to acquire more players, however, I still think Manchester United will do fine with the players they are bringing in since last month so far.

I think it's right time for him to move on. Fact is his situation at Man United doesn't seem as positive as before. It's an unfortunate that De Gea has no other choice but to leave Manchester United this summer. I want to take a moment to thank him for all the magical years he spent saving Man United in goal. He truly was an incredible asset to the team. Now, perhaps it's time for Ten Hag to take advantage of this opportunity and find a good goal-keeper like Onana who fits well into his philosophy.
This season De Gea has made 38 Premier League appearances and in fact he has conceded 43 goals in all Premier League match. He's not as good as he used to be in the 2016-2017 season and the 2017-2018 season, so of course De Gea has to understand enough why the team expects another goalkeeper. In the last two seasons, De Gea conceded 100 goals where he played full time in the Premier League, so isn't it true that Manchester United's move to bring in another goalkeeper is right?

I know he may still be comfortable at Manchester United, but in several matches De Gea seems to be no longer the best goalkeeper for Manchester United. Onana is doing well with Inter, but I don't think he will come to Old Trafford soon even if he gets an offer that is hard to refuse.

In my opinion, Bruno will play in Eriksen's position, while Mount will play behind Striker. Bruno will start the build-up of attacks from behind because Bruno is a typical playmaker so he is the one who flows the ball from the back to the front, while Mount will move freely behind the strikers looking for and opening space and has a high enough scoring instinct so he can score goals when the strikers experience stalemate to score a goal.
I like your analysis about the way they will play... But imagine a double CAM role for Mount and Bruno, with Casemiro being the sitting Dm!!! Because Bruno can score goals and assist well too and i am sure both CAM's track back enough!!! Lol... in my opinion the attack will cook and Manchester united will be so unpredictable moving forward!!!

I really love this kind of discussion..

Mount can play at many positions. You can play him as winger also but he won't be as effective as he is in central attacking midfielder role. It could be possible like Fernandes going a bit back on defensive midline but is given a right to be a bit aggressive and contribute with attacking moves also. But it would reduce the playing chances of Eriksen as well.

What I'm noticing at the moment is that Chelsea has dumped some good players and kept bad ones. For example, Mudryk is being defended while Kante, Mason Mount, Silva, Kovacic, Havertz, and many more are all I think players who are still better than those currently being defended. I know the sale was to cover last season's losses due to Todd Boehly carelessness. It's already a risk, but learning from experience now I'm still not sure that Chelsea can finish in the top 4 next season.

I don't think De Gea is a source of problems in Manchester United's defence, but basically their defenders haven't had a great run of form which is the source of their weak defence. But of course we have no right to blame any of them because the coach must be responsible for the strategy and choice of players who will play in the main line-up.

Some of us have said Maguire is not a good defender for Manchester United, but Ten Hag still used him in some games. I don't know, Ten Hag knows what the consequences are and he is responsible for his team's performance. So if Manchester United really wants to appear strong in defense, then they shouldn't just buy a goalkeeper, but several defenders are also important to bring in.

It seems to me that even if Man U remain unchanged next season, their game shouldn't get any worse... As far as I know, the main players are not leaving the club yet... Man U showed good football last season and finished the season in third place... If they don't have any major team changes, they can continue to play well without any new transfers...
Their problem is similar like Arsenal where they don't have a good player in bench, if there's a player in Manchester United is injured, their performance would be bad. However Manchester United make a crucial move where they let De Gea to leave, goalkeeper is one of the most important position similar like a central midfielder. I don't think Manchester United's performance would be same, it's either they're better or worse.

Manchester United needs a bigger budget than that to be able to get the number of players they want, while Glatzer gives a limited budget and it is of course a big job for Erik Ten Hag to be able to make the best use of the given budget. Obviously it won't be easy, because after all with a limited budget like that Manchester United will find it difficult to move, especially the names they are after are players who have a high transfer value. If it continues like this, then we cannot blame the coaches if in the future they decline again, because the funds they receive do not support significant changes.
Its seems diffiuclt under Gltazer era Manchester United has limited budget for signing new players, I think Manchester United manager Erik Tan Hag have smart thing how to manage small budget for getting which potential player. Currently, Manchester United success sign Mason Mount from Chelsea with transfer fee above 60 million euro and has chance for Tan Hag get two or three new player later depend with limited budget allocate by Glatzer.

Manchester United has huge ambition for signing Harry Lane but depend on Glatzer want spent above 100 million euro for transfer fees or United have looking new center forward with lower fees transfer from Harry Kane.
