Trust the process, imbibe consistency
You are a very good football analyst, you know what happen in Manchester United camp, unlike other bias people that gave fault to only the coach Erik. I feel like the way they wanted to see him leave the club looks more like a coordinated attack because that campaign of let Erik Ten Hag go started since ending of last last season but the club didn't listen. The only mistake he did was not signing up more good players and free some of this dumb ones.

When Ruud took over, look at how the players turn up for the matches, they attack like they are going to kill their opponents, look at how the midfielders were attacking and scoring goals, what now stop them from doing that when Erik was around, not everything the coach has to be blame for but that was in the end, the remaining rest on Amorim and we will see if Erik sack was justified or the another Pochettino in Manchester United again.
Erik Ten Hag had quite good players to have turned things around and ample of time was indeed being given to him while his stay at United, then what stopped him from signing desired players which would helped him out ,, from my perspective, Erik Ten Hag failed in the contract he was signed for and nothing to justify him the fact that he failed his duty as Manchester United head coach.
I don't really know what to say went wrong the Erik Ten Hag but what I do know is that his performance at Old Trafford was bad if not terrible. He was even lucky to have a management that believed so much in him and gave him all necessary supports and assistance including being so patient with him even when it became obvious that he was the problem. He indeed failed the club but it is what it is. Now that Ruud Van Nistelrooy was able to stabilize things a little for the club, lets hope that the new management will be able to continue in the new direction or things will also get out of hands with him.

Julian Alvarez is not too excellent and cannot compete with Erling Haaland in the official position, but at Etihad Stadium, Julian Alvarez still has unique features that cannot be mixed. Alvarez is not a "false 9" even though this striker plays very wide and if paired with Haaland, he often drops back and suddenly enters the penalty area to receive the ball and finish. However, if Alvarez is pulled down, it will be difficult for this striker to compete for the position of Phil Foden, Ilkay Gundogan, or De Bruyne.  I believe if he stays for a few more seasons, Alvarez can replace De Bruyne.

By deciding to move to Atletico Madrid, Alvarez will certainly be involved in the biggest games, but it is unlikely to be the Champions League final. So this will be a big bet for Alvarez.

Julian Alvarez was good and even more of a rounded player than even this Halaand we are talking about, Alvarez was simply just not going to get those minute at Manchester city because unlike the past where Pep Guardiola do prioritize players of his caliber or ability now he prefers the direct approach or players like Halaand whose quality are direct and this have won him the champions league, for me Alvarez made the best decision by joining atletico Madrid because they actually are one of the best in the world. Atletico Madrid might be facing difficulties now but they definitely do challenge for the league title and the champions league. But even without that has won everything in world football and just need runs of game time now to help himself and nothing much

Julian Alvarez made a right decision in leaving Manchester City because the presence of Haaland on that club affected him so much because at the very first season he joined Manchester City he was unstoppable so he managed to hinder Julian Alvarez but however if Julian Alvarez was still playing for Manchester City I believe by now he would have been giving more long opportunity on there matches because Haaland is no longer that fierce, so actually i use to imagine how useful he would have been for Manchester City at this time.

However Atletico Madrid had a good signing on Julian Alvarez because he is giving them what they want and he was the one that made there wining against Mallorca possible when the club almost lost hope of winning, I'm very happy with how his career is going on that club.

Alvarez was indeed a very good player, but we need to understand that pep wasn't that Interested in playing the both of them at same time in every game. Though, there were a couple number of games where the both of them featured, and in most cases, Alvarez plays as an AMF. The truth is, Alvarez needed more playing time, and it was obvious because that's what we all should probably expect from a player with such quality. There is no way Haaland will have to sit on the bench for him even though he is good. I think it's just the managers decision to decides who to play often, and Alvarez as a player had that opportunity to make that decision to leave which is probably the best thing to do if he wants to get more playing time.

There is nothing to regret from past decisions that bear fruit, it will only be a beautiful story when Manchester City are in a bad state today, I think Guardiola will definitely find a way out to restore the position of Manchester City.

Yeah I believe Amorim will change Manchester United and brought Manchester United to win treble: Premier League, Europa League and Carabao Cup. Amorim is a Portugal player and he have played with Ronaldo in the pitch for few times, I'm sure Ronaldo will back to Manchester United and destroy all the teams.

Mark my words, Manchester United will be the strongest team after coached by Amorim.

I don't think this is ever going to happen again, the last time was his biggest mistake of his career and he wouldn't want to make that mistake again. Ronaldo needs a club that he can be scoring lots of goals as his main aim right now is to be the first player to get 1000 recorded goals as others that have claimed to do the same doesn't have proof. Ronaldo will rather stay in Saudi Arabia and continue playing with the farmers. Manchester United isn't the best club for Ronaldo as they're currently rebuilding and they don't need a star that can make the dressing room to not be united as when he gets treated badly, he can divide the dressing room.

Thus, the "reign" of interim coach Ruud Van Nistelrooy at Man United has ended. In 4 matches under the leadership of Van Nistelrooy, the "Red Devils" were unbeaten, winning 3, scoring 11 goals, and having 2 clean sheets. This is a completely different achievement than Erik Ten Hag.
In the coming time, fans expect Ruben Amorim to bring emotional football and fresh features to Old Trafford. From there opened a promising start at Man United. Amorim inherited a Man United side that is 13th in the Premier League, has lost four of its 11 games, and is struggling in the Europa League. How long it will take for the team to get back to challenging for the title is difficult to say. We must give coach Ruben Amorim plenty of time to build Man United the way he wants. Don't make too many demands. Getting back to the top 4 should be put aside.
Don't expect too much from Ruben Amorim, this is not an easy job for Ruben Amorim because the competition in the Premier League is very fierce and also Manchester United is a team that has been very depressed so it takes time for Ruben Amorim to make the process of building this team.

And the 4 matches that have been played with Ruud Van Nistelrooy have been extraordinary, fans are quite happy with Ruud Van Nistelrooy's performance and hope he stays but Manchester United management has taken another step, so no one knows if the future will be better or worse but what is certain is that I believe that Man United fans miss Ruud Van Nistelrooy.
In my opinion Manchester United fans have to realize that their team is compeletely messed up although under Ruud Van Nistelrooy Manchester United was performing well but i think there is no guarantee this condition will be last long and after Ruben Amorim get in charge i think the fans should be lowering their expectations to this manager because the transition period while changing coach probably will make Manchester United performance will not stable this because every players must be adapt with Ruben Amorim strategy and  besides that as far i know Manchester United owner didn't set high target to Amorim

To be honest Manchester United had the best performance after Ten Hag left this team and I think now everyone could understand the main problem in Manchester United was Ten Hag in this team. After Ten Hag left Manchester United and Nistelrooy and was coaching the team, he did his work in the best way and they got perfect results with Nistelrooy working there.
Recently, Manchester United won the game against Leicester with a 3-0 result. Nistelrooy left Manchester United, while Amorim will start working for the team.

This is definitely not happening. Ronaldo’s hope of ending is career in his boyhood club Manchester United has since gone down in flames after the problems he had with Manchester United last time. It wasn’t just his issues with the manager, Erik Ten Hag but he also had problems with how the club and the faculties was run by the owners not to mentioned the saga involving Ronaldo’s daughter. There is no hope of Ronaldo coming back to wear the Red Devils jersey ever again.

Before the international break, we were able to see a lot of new developments in the English Premier League and one of the most interesting of them is the one that happened at Manchester United. The club have signed former Sporting manager Ruben Amorim to help bring them back to winning ways as well as make them become competitive in the league and every other competition. Do you think the Portuguese manager who's believed to be a good great tactician will succeed in the English Premier League or he'll struggle to shine in the league? Let me get your thoughts on this
Some are saying maybe the team is cursed after several managers failing at the club while some are saying the problem is from deep within the board but no one knows for sure where the problem lies, we all believe it’s poor coaching but despite bringing in a lot of coaches there seems to be no difference at all. Now they have appointed Amorim who have been doing a good job at Sporting so everyone expects things to be better for Manchester United.

I don’t really know what results he will bring and what his performances would be like but he will be definitely be better than Ten Hag. I am not quite sure if he will succeed but i think he will do better than Ten Hag.

Last season wasn't as bad for Manchester United compared to this season, this season started as a big mess for them not just problem from the coach but the players as well, Ten Hag cannot be 99% of their problem, since his departure the only big team they played is Chelsea which is not considered a tougher opponent due to primarily in the stage of rehabilitation and are still developing into full potentials.

Ruud van Nistelrooy already left, he was the one in charge after the soon sack of Ten Hag and he gave them those few wins and no loss. The new coach has arrived, with his own different pattern and tactics, the team will be undergoing serious transformation in their style of play, the best of them is expected but shouldn't it take a few more time to adapt?

I also feel this comes with personal relation with his players, Ten Hag never built that friendly relation that will encourage his players on pitch, only there can we count on his fault. If we look at statistics of teams with most missed chances Manchester United under Ten Hag had the most count, if even at most half of those opportunities were converted into goals then the team will be topping lots of teams on the table. Under Ruud van Nistelrooy, the players had lesser missed chances but were able to convert the little ones they had. New transfers are expected under this new management.

Julian Alvarez is indeed unable to compete with Haaland in the race for the main seat at the Man City club. But Julian Alvarez is really helpful as a second tier player at Man City. because Alvarez's qualities are not much different from Haaland in other respects except in goal productivity. Julian Alvarez chose to leave because he could get the main place at the current club, namely Atletico Madrid. But things didn't go smoothly at first at Atletico Madrid. because he rarely scores goals there. but here he got better and can be relied on there.

Meanwhile, Haaland made a good record at the start of this season and scored several hat tricks at Man City. But that did happen at the start of this season. And now Haaland is starting to lose his productivity. But even so, Haaland is still the best and is still the top scorer in the Premier League at the moment. I think it's just a matter of time until he returns to being sharp again in Man City's attack line.

Julian Alvarez is a talented young player, it is very unfortunate if a player like Julian Alvarez only gets a little playing time. And he got that when he played for Man City, Alvarez was only given a little playing time because the coach always gave the main position to Erling Hallad. Hallad was never replaced even though Alvarez was there, and this is what made Alvarez decide to leave Man City and join Atletico. Alvarez just needs more playing time, because it greatly affects his football career.

And indeed at this time Man City is experiencing quite serious problems because some of their key players have to suffer injuries. So that makes Man City's midfield less creative and City's defense a little fragile. And this is something that should not have happened, if only some time ago before the season started, Man City did not downsize its squad.

It is very difficult to maintain team consistency without problems when some of the main players are injured, this is the main factor why some big teams fail to maintain their best form. Manchester City lost Rodri and several others due to injury, it is clear that their performance is difficult to improve and therefore Haaland, who is a goal machine, has lost his productivity.

Haaland is a player who is the target man in the team and he tends to wait for a pass instead of dribbling and finding goals himself, so without a player who likes to pass, Haaland's goal productivity is clearly reduced. Other players don't really like giving passes to Haaland, except for De Bruyne who often finds Haaland in almost every match.

Julian Alvarez was one of the best attacking players for Manchester City not until Pep Guardiola signed Erling Haaland, the Norway international presence made things difficult for the Argentine.

Anyone can see that this is one of the worst season for Manchester United and they have not been able to stabilize their performance for the second season now and it even got better when they sacked ten that is even when they got a little bit better and I was even having thoughts thay they might not sack anyone this season not know that the management is already tired with the excuses thay ten have been keep up with and you won't blame the fans for requesting for the sack of the betterments of the club so they have to do the needful and the expectations of the fans were high for this season and they already have a feeling that they might be able to catch up this season even without thinking anything, the management will always comsider the performance of the club so their is a lot for the new coach to do, and I don't blame the fans for not lowering their expectations this is what gives them joy so they have to consider the feelings of their fans.
Yeah, that's the fact anyone who watched Manchester United last season and also how they started this season with a very poor performance and then compared it to their current performances will know the team is actually improving, unlike their last season performances when the tag was still leading them as a management, but ever since they sacked him, Manchester United's performances have been much better than before; this shows that their new management has begun training the team in the right path: The Manchester United can be able to end this season with good performances if this their new coach keeps up with good work for the team.

Nobody will decide what will happen yet because the coach has not made many impacts that we will say they have recovered. I think we need to see more from him before we can make the decision that he will restore the team performance to winning ways, as you said. As you know, the Premier League is a tough competition, so we need to see him score some goals and also make some positive impact on the players.

Then by then we will know whether he will struggle in the league or he will achieve that easily. However, the coach also needs to sometimes study the players patterns of play, and he also needs to come up with his own strategy for how he manages a team, so you can see that the players must understand this before we see the changes we are looking for.

Your absoluteness with the future of Manchester United is so firm and laudable, it's a really good optimism but have you considered that so many changes will have to be done in other for Manchester United to effectively get this done in the way you anticipate it and that means it's going to take some time so this optimism should be in the long term as things may not get too perfect almost immediately but looking at the fact that Amorim is known for his tactical prows we just have to keep hope alive and believe it alignes with the orientation of the players so they get a perfect productivity in the end.

This season is entirely different for Manchester City because they've failed in major phases this season, watching them having a losing streaks is definitely something to talk about because they're weigh out of the league. This is a big slam on Pep Guardiola reputation as manager, this is the first time for an elite team managed by Pep Guardiola having recorded defeats 4 times in a row. This is happening and the earlier Pep Guardiola spots his problem, the better for the team and supporters. Manchester City have reunited with the current players and Pep Guardiola sorting out possible means to get the team settled this season.

How do you guys conclude with coach reputation been on the line? Guardiola has been with Manchester City since 2016 if I remember correctly, he won some leagues, sometimes he win the domestic leagues and sometimes he doesn't win anything and the team doesn't do anything because of what he has shown in Barcelona before he was appointed in Manchester, even now is just one of the minor phase in football, you don't expect a team to be too good every season, even machine efficiency worn out with time talk more of human being.

Last season was similar to this, they fall out of the line but came but the only difference between now and then was Arsenal was at the top last season and they later fall out of the top of the table while Liverpool are the one leading the race now. The question is will Liverpool also fall down as the season continues? Nobody can tell but I know Guardiola wouldn't give up until the last match round of 38.

Guardiola has indeed accompanied Manchester City for quite a long time, as the team succeeded in becoming one of the strongest teams in the Premier League and Europe. They won several league trophies under his guidance, making history by winning the treble in 2022-23. Guardiola is not only results-oriented but focuses more on the process of building a team; it has to be a unique and consistent playing style. His contract will soon expire; this may be his last season with City. It would be rather unfair to bring such a long, successful journey to its end if not for somewhat satisfactory results.

In contrast, Liverpool has been much more consistent this season. With improved stability and a more mature composition from the squad, they might just continue to press the title race right down to the closing weeks. Which is quite something, given that both Guardiola and Klopp are known as two of the most intense coaches who will push each other all the way until the end of the season.

You know struggle is the beginning of every success, Manchester United have good players who are ready to play well, with the point you make regarding whether he will succeed, I think this is due to individuals differences, I think the problem of former coach was that listing to people advice is a big issue and again he lacked good relationship with his players and that what make them not to improve in their performance, I have noticed Ruben Amorim since when he was pointed at for replacement and he as done many incredible things that can call people's attention, even with his physical appearance he look more friendly than Erik ten Hag and with him Manchester United can improve.
Talking about Ruben Amorim's charisma and how he's good at establishing good and working relationships with his players and everyone around him, I think he's got a perfect persona in doing all of that. Like you rightly said, one of the reasons Erik ten Hag didn't succeed at Manchester United was because he had poor communication and interaction skills which led to outbursts with some of the first team players. Amorim is a great coach that's good at creating healthy atmosphere with his players and that I think is one the characteristics of the new manager that'll help him succeed
