Formation of a team is a very long process, but I believe that Pochettino is able to achieve a good result with proper funding and with enough time to do so. I will have to agree with you, I was listening to a sports broadcast this morning on a radio, and I heard the sports analyst saying that chelsea right now needs to sign new players, good players, and they themselves know this and have been taking some steps towards it, but unfortunately for them, they don't have the needed resources (money) to complete  any signing deal, I personally do not know how true this claim is, but then, if it be true, I think Chelsea's problem is much deeper than we all think, a club can have good players but without funding, such a club is likely to remain stagnant in terms of progression.

I do not doubt Mauricio Pochettino he has enough experience as a manager in the Premier League he shouldn't need adjustments and just focus on finding players.

Arsenal also will added 2 more players into their sell lists and the name such as Kieran Tierney and Eddie Nketiah possibly will be sell and Arsenal will listen the offers from other teams to these players and if it looks reasonable then they will considers to sell them immediately but Kieran Tierney currently was linked to Newcastle and the negotiations still under progress and apparently Arsenal seem to be making big changes for next season because they will sell some of players which Arteta felt could not live up to his expectations

In conditions like this, I think we should at least find another alternative as a replacement for Firmino. As you said, last season Darwin Nunez didn't play very well and indeed his game didn't even match his price and salary but when he tries to think positively maybe he needs more time in this case hopefully it can be right because if he doesn't succeed back for this season so indirectly this is already like a failure for him and Liverpool.

Sergio Busquet left Barca at the end of this season, i guess Gundogan can come in with so much experience and leadership quality and bring back some of the experience Barca will be missing with the absence of Busquet; reliable sources have it that Xavi has spoken a lot with Gundogan, we'd see if he can influence his decision to come to Spain.
