There are speculations about Arsenal allowing Thomas Partey to leave this summer. Honestly I don't really have a problem with selling Partey at that amount. The problem is also selling Xhaka as well. It'll really leave their midfield lacking in experience though. In as much as I want him gone too but not on the back of losing two of their midfield generals at one go.
Remember that the midfield is at the heart of how they play. Even if the new guy comes in and hits the ground running, we can't realistically expect two new midfielders to hit it off immediately.
Xhaka is a great player that Arsenal is not supposed to sell out, Xhaka is used to the game and also good for the game.  I have no problem with them if they should Partey, but including Xhaka is not a good move, and this decision can seriously affect the club next season if their is no good midfielder that is good for the game. Arsenal should be very careful with the players they sell out , because they still need their key players add to the new players they will be having for the new season. If Arsenal only have players with no much experience it will be difficult for them to challenge big teams.

Arsenal needs to make good signing against next season because this is what will determine if they can be able to achieve success in the season or not. I don't expect Arsenal to make mistakes in signing players ,their lose in the last season should be a reason for them to get the best next season to achieve what they couldn't achieve in last season. Their competitors are not easy to win , should make them to form a stronger squad for next season.

I'm no fan of the Emirates, but we both know who should leave, Granit Xhaka has been a temperamental player and at times also lacks discipline. Thomas Partey also is no bad player but with age and injuries, he wasn't so consistent for Arsenal at the end of the season.
Good wishes are with Thomas Partey, I'm dead certain he'll excel at the Saudi Arabian League.

Gunner's have been linked to Timber from Ajax, Latvia from Southampton and also Declan Rice ahead of the Pre-season. They couldn't win the Premier League because they lacked depths and due to fatigue.

The coach doesn't need to strengthen any bond between those players you mentioned as alot of them will be sold or loaned before the transfer window ends. Already Aubameyang is going to continue his football at Saudi Arabia and other Chelsea players will be following him out of the door. Fofana would be sold or loan as there are rumors of Chelsea wanting to sign a striker who isn't going to be our first choice striker which means we'll likely get two strikers coming in before the window closes. Pulisic who be sold as well. Sterling still has some quality in him and can be utilized very well under Pochettino and that's the only player available frolm your list.

There's no doubt we have to strengthen the bonds of the new players we'll be signing in this summer window and that's what preseason are for. Todd Boehly got some millions in his bag to use in buying players Pochettino wants because he's getting alot of profits from the Chelsea players getting interest from the PIF of the Saudis. Already the likes of Kante, Mendy, Hakim Ziyech, Koulibaly are already on their way to Saudi Arabia as those deals has been finalized and Havertz is going to Arsenal as well with Mason Mount leaving to Manchester united.
I'm excited to see my favorite club getting back to their form this season. Players leaving the club will have no effect on their form the next season; alternatively, it will relieve the club of its difficulties. This season brings new players, a new coach, and a new game logic. Chelsea will have a better chance of returning to glory if they sign potential exceptional abilities. Todd Boehly will do what he does best: spend huge amounts of money in the transfer window. Mauricio Pochettino will plan his personal XI for league games, and there will be multiple modifications in the Chelsea team.

I personally prefer Arsenal to keep Thomas Partey and Granit Xhaka. But it seems that Arteta really wants to make big changes to the Arsenal club. Even though what I expect from Arsenal is to keep the existing players and add a few players to the attack line. As for the midfield, I think the two players actually played quite an important role last season. But Arteta seems to have a strong desire to bring in Declan Rice. Even though the first offer was rejected by West Ham. but it seems Arsenal have not given up.
I think Arteta had other plans and his decision to change players was inevitable. However, in the future, Arteta will definitely know what Arsenal really need. Even though I actually don't agree if Xhaka is on the sales list, it's not too much of a problem for Partey because his performance also declined at the end of last season.

However, Chelsea has talented players like Aubameyang, Pulisic, Sterling, and Fofana in attack. So if Chelsea's new coach Pochettino can't strengthen the bond between the players, this team will not be able to perform well in the next season. Pochettino will have to work hard to strengthen this squad.

The coach doesn't need to strengthen any bond between those players you mentioned as alot of them will be sold or loaned before the transfer window ends. Fofana and Aubameyang don't seem to need to be strengthened or defended by Chelsea. Whatever the new coach wants must be completely endorsed and a complete overhaul must be made so that it doesn't look like Pochettino half measures. Thus there is no reason for next season to target the final ranking in the standings.

Xhaka, is one of the Gunners' important players who is almost certainly always the main starter. in one season, he has played 36 matches as a starter in the Premier League. his role this season, really contributed greatly in every game with the Gunners. Actually, I don't like it when he leaves and is replaced by another player. however, it looks like he has decided to decide on his future playing with another club. if Declan Rice is successfully brought in from West Ham, it is certain that Xhaka will leave for the Bundesliga to join Leverkusen.

Meanwhile Partey, at the end of the season his performance has decreased. then, Arteta had time to rotate him into full-back and it seemed he was playing quite well. to be sure, these two players are key players as well as a counterbalance to the young squad of The Gunners. if both of them leave next season, Arsenal will only have Jorginho. Anyway, I don't know what Arteta is planning with his squad for next season. in fact, we have a tussle over the exorbitant price of Declan Rice. but what is certain, the coming and going of players is something that is certain in a team. Gradually, each player has his time.

As an Arsenal supporter, I hope Arteta is not wrong with his decision. and hopefully what we hope for can be realized in the next season, even though we are well aware that it doesn't seem like it will be easy for the young Gunners squad. So, let's see how it develops.

As usual, the Premier League is indeed a competitive league, so it is difficult for us to predict and say which club will be the superior club next season. Even though we put Manachester City as the club that has the biggest chance, it doesn't guarantee that they will easily win the title, as happened in the season we just passed. They had to fight hard to catch Arsenal, and they could be said to be lucky because the club they were after eventually experienced a decline in performance so that it was a little easier for them to coup the position that Arsenal had long occupied.

Next season will be different, and maybe we don't see Manchester City in the title race, that's possible right? because now a massive evaluation will be carried out by all clubs to navigate the 2023/2024 season
You are so valid, current performance is not indicative of future performance, Man City did well this season but that doesn't mean that they did not have changes. And if Arsenal could have done better than relenting when they needed to fight most, they would have won the title. Next season is another chapter that no one knows yet, there are viable contenders in the line-up.

A good contender to be watched for is Liverpool, I will not underestimate them with the comeback they displayed in the last months of this season.
Yes, that's true, but sometimes we forget and always make the previous season a benchmark for us to see what might happen, even though that's not wrong, that's not a guarantee either. There are many factors that will ultimately affect a club's performance, both internal and external factors which in the end make them drastically decline.
I hope one thing I want to say, clubs that are considered strong clubs now I hope they don't get lulled into the atmosphere of the comfort zone, however they have to improve every season so they are not overtaken by other clubs that are also experiencing improvements.

Manchester City is one of the strongest clubs. Just as well as Manchester united, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal too.
These clubs I mentioned have a capacity to win the league next season with the kind of performance we just witnessed. Although Arsenal may need to strengthen the attack with more experience and defense too, Manchester United has a well blended squad that's ready to do damage in the next season.

The quality and cohesion of the new players and managers who might be arriving these clubs is a big determinant on whether Manchester city would lift the trophy next season. It's all open down till the last 5games.
I agree with that, even clubs that are not on the list of clubs that you mentioned are also very likely to give surprises. This is the Premier League as we know it always brings surprises that we might not have thought of before.
Apart from all that, I just wish I watched the Premier League as usual where no club is far from being overtaken by other clubs in terms of points, because it makes the competition for the title a bit monotonous. I hope the rivalry will still exist even until their last 1 match.

Even ittihad and hilal have been preparing so much money for gundogan.
I hope that gundogan will be staying even longer in the club. It's very good for his career and he will be able to become city's legend.

Gundugan is already a city legend. He has won everything there is to win at a City. If I were him I would leave now. It's better to leave and be remembered as a top player than staying there till he's too old and starts catching the bench. Gundugan is a very good player. I even feel he's underrated, because he's a very integral part of that Manchester City team. De Bruyne can be missing and Man City would manage but when Gundugan is away the team suffers. Then there is the way Gundugan always steps up at the big moments to save Manchester City. He has done his all for City so at this point it would be best if he goes to Barcelona and search for more glory.

But what is the difference between a Gudogan in June and a Gudogan in August? What is the reason to leave the best team in the world when he is the captain and one of the most important players in the team? It is not like he played so many games until June and won't play any games from August and afterwards. It is onto him to keep the performance and if he does why would Guardiola decide to not let him play?
Gundogan wants to leave when the ovation is high. It could be that he doesn't recieve the accolade and respect he needed to recieve as the team captain. Rather all these years it has been KDB and recently this ended season it is about Erling Haaland and then KDB. No one mentions Gundogan as a hit man or a hero and yet he does majority of the week in the middle.
Even in the UEFA team of the season he is missing. He should look for a new adventure even if it's the Saudo trend

Those would be bad moves as midfield is what wins or loses you games. For Xhaka I think he is a great player and still not old in age which means he can sure give again to Arsenal,I don't know about Partey but as you say letting two players go without substituting them with better ones is not the best of the moves in the summer. Also let's suppose you get two other great players to replace them, these new players cannot directly produce good results for Arsenal as they will need time to know each other and the new team, thus taking more time to be harmonized as a team and this is what Arsenal should keep in mind before making any move.
He’s been a mainstay in the Arsenal midfield for much of the campaign, but Partey lost form in the title run-in and Arteta feels it’s the he’s lost the hunger to go another season with the team. So Arteta is afraid of big underperformed players such as Ozil, Aubameyang and Lacazette and recently Partey. If they do eventually sign Rice, Arsenal would still need to bring in a replacement for Partey, because it seems Arteta wants to reshuffle his midfield ahead of next season.

That's never going to happen so let's operate in reality here. Bringing the players that he needs is not just up to his "freedom". We all know that there is a lot of competition in the market and other big teams would most likely bid for those players that he wants. Another constraint is that he cannot simply throw more millions just so he could outbid others.
Basically, Erik ten Hag was able to form a good squad so that Manchester United had a good performance but unfortunately, Erik ten Hag still couldn't maintain this good performance consistently throughout the season or until the end of the season. But yes, if for example Erik ten Hag is not given the freedom to acquire or bring in new players I am sure that Erik ten Hag can still produce good results. But yes, if it's to win the Premier League title or to go further in the Champions League next season, I personally feel that Manchester United still haven't been able to achieve that success.
I would say Erik Ten Hag has been successful this season because he has been able to strengthen the bond between Manchester United's players. He managed to fix the small problems that were there within the team. Manchester United is a very stable team now. And next season Erik Ten Hag will try to make this team even stronger. Since Manchester United has not been able to win the Premier League title for a long time, they will build a strong squad to win the title next season. Erik Ten Hag is quite an experienced coach. We may see more great gameplay from Manchester United next season.
IMO, I see Ten Hag at the moment wanting what he did when he was with Ajax. most likely, Ten Hag will no longer use a formation that requires a playmaker. it could be, if Bruno will be shifted to become a winger. for now, the system that he implemented has been running according to what he wanted. one or two touches, with a quick style of play and so does the rotation of the players. well, regarding goes ups and downs, I think it's very reasonable. after all, United do not have a second coating that is as good as the core team.
Well, if in this season's transfer window Ten Hag brings in players according to the wishes and needs of his team, don't be surprised, if United will be much stronger than the previous season. for newcomers, actually all coaches want very high quality players. and, Ten Hag is looking to sign some star players. but if in the end the hunt for Kane fails, he will definitely have other options, maybe even making an mediocre player shine. for example, Rashford.
So, what's wrong if Ten Hag is given the freedom to bring in the players he wants. By the way, I am not a supporter of The Red Devils, but under Ten Hag United will gradually find their glory again. especially, if the Glazers ceased to be owners.

You may be right. Ten Hag may come up with a change in his match strategy. Perhaps he doesn't want to be dependent on any particular player. And so he is not buying a scorer. He will stabilize the team. Every player in the team will perform well in his position. Even last season we saw United were not reliant on one particular player. If Manchester United provide Ten Hag with enough funds and freedom to buy players, he will strengthen this team. I think we will see a Guardiola vs Ten Hag battle next season. Both these teams will play for the title.

for the next few seasons it looks like Man City will continue to dominate the premier league and for next summer it looks like there is a new dream for Man City to win the champions league title again and of course Man City management will retain their best players or even add some talented players from the transfer market to strengthen Man City's performance.
After successfully winning the treble title, all the Man City players and coaches became more enthusiastic about being able to get more trophies.
I also think the same about the reigning champions, Manchester City. What makes me really like Manchester City is that they are still trying to add strength to their squad in the current transfer market. Even when they already have enough great players, they still take anticipatory steps by hunting for more great players. What I really regret about Manchester city is that this season the captain, Ilkay Gundogan, had to leave the club. Even though he is still very much needed in the Manchester City squad. But even so Manchester City will not lack great players on their front lines. so I'm also quite sure that Manchester City also has the potential to become the strongest candidate to win the Premier League title again. Maybe even in the Champions League Manchester City will still be the strongest candidate.

@shogun47 Gundugan is definitely a City legend and whatever he decides will be respected by the City fan’s and I’m sure that he’ll be welcome back if he decides to join them in any role. Furthermore I feel that he should join Barcelona and further cement his legacy as he’s an incredible player and then after a year or two he should join the Saudi league.

Would Partey feel threatened by his regular position if Declan Rice joined Arsenal? I think maybe that's what Partey is thinking if the reason he left was in the summer and it's no wonder because Partey is actually a good defensive midfielder and thanks to him over the past season Arsenal's defense has been very strong. But again, every player certainly wants more playing minutes and doesn't want to just be on the bench. I think even if he leaves Arsenal it seems that Partey will still be at an EPL club and if this happens then Arsenal will lose one of the most important figures so far.

Graham Potter is still without club now. I thought he shouldn't have been signed by Chelsea in the first place as I saw it as a risk. Because Chelsea can be much more successful with managers who have at least a decent experience with big teams in Europe. Potter wasn't such manager so it is normal to have doubts about him.

I'm afraid he couldn't prove me wrong about this and his time was a big failure. I think he should go back to managing average teams in the league. I'm not saying this to belittle him of course. I'm saying it because he is much more successful with such teams. We have all seen how good he was with Brighton in the end.

Funny enough I thought Potter will do great at Chelsea. He was really good at Brighton and I felt he will replicate the same performance with Chelsea. How wrong I was. I really don't know what happened t Potter in Chelsea but he was beyond awful. His team played so badly. Chelsea should have fired him earlier.
But then again, Chelsea went ahead to hire Lampard. What exactly were they thinking? If Chelsea had gotten a better manager after sacking Potter they would have finished in a better place on the table. probably not a among the top 6, but definitely not 12th position.

Yeah it was also really odd that they just gave up on the season like that by bringing Lampard as a caretaker manager. If I don't remember wrong they could have still qualified for a European tournament by finishing the season at a much better position. Pochettino could have been signed back then as well and he could have at least tried his best to do this.

But there is nothing to do about it from now on. With Pochettino they are starting off with a clean slate and we will see how much change they will make. If we see a significant difference between last season's Chelsea and the new one's then I will still continue to blame Potter for last season.

In fact, there are many other names that are also being targeted by Arsenal in the transfer market this time. for example, like Timothy Castagne and Ilkay Gundogan who are also players targeted by Arsenal this season. And Arsenal are also eyeing James Maddison, who is one of Leicester City's mainstay players. I think this season the Premier League will be much hotter than last season.

If it's just speculation it still doesn't look like there's a possibility of a move, but if Arsenal have to sell a player in their midfield to get a new player to replace him there's no problem as long as it suits Arteta I think it's fine, maybe Arteta wants something new for their squad team let alone facing a great club in the league as well as in the UCL next season.

It does take time to make the squad team solid, playing in rhythm according to the wishes of the coach and the strategy made, but I think over time if new players have had enough playing hours I think they will quickly adapt to other players, the competition is quite tight, I think I think Arteta just wants to create a new style of play to be able to win the league next season after his failure last season.

...Lampard wasn't a coach so anything instead of Lampard was a win for the fans, people aren't ready to have this discussion because Lampard is a Chelsea legend but he wasn't supposed to be handed Chelsea in the first instance and neither does he deserves the second opportunity he got under Todd Boehly to handle the club. He cost us so much in the short period he was the caretaker of the club. Immediately he took over, our champions league hopes got destroyed and other hopes as well...
I have a lot of sympathy for Frank Lampard, but so far this is still not the figure in the coaching shop who can raise the club from the middle of the table to the level of the championship leaders. Lampard in his current form is more of a head coach who can keep any club in the Premier League. Lampard's appointment at the end of the season is a clear indication that Todd Boehly and the company did not have a clear plan and candidates in case of Potter's dismissal and their feverish search activity led to Lampard being appointed, who, with all due respect to him, did not pull the role of the person who would save a hopelessly failed season for Chelsea.

Lampard was just a puppet Todd Boelly think they could use to keep Chelsea on balance, there was no back up plan because if they had it in mind to replace Graham Potter, they would have done so during the transfer window but they found out lately how Potter was underperforming and they just had to free him of the club responsibility of weekly salary and stress without any good results, though I commend him for bringing in good players but the problem was that he couldn't utilize the players as they were supposed.

I think Lampard career need a recheck and review, even Chelsea had to sign him as a caretaker manager instead of full manager and when he had the chance to prove his worthy, he failed whole fully more than the performance of Todd Boely but seeing Pochettino actions, I hope to see the reaction side of it to balance Newton third law of motion.
