There are speculations about Arsenal allowing Thomas Partey to leave this summer. Honestly I don't really have a problem with selling Partey at that amount. The problem is also selling Xhaka as well. It'll really leave their midfield lacking in experience though. In as much as I want him gone too but not on the back of losing two of their midfield generals at one go.
Remember that the midfield is at the heart of how they play. Even if the new guy comes in and hits the ground running, we can't realistically expect two new midfielders to hit it off immediately.
If it's just speculation it still doesn't look like there's a possibility of a move, but if Arsenal have to sell a player in their midfield to get a new player to replace him there's no problem as long as it suits Arteta I think it's fine, maybe Arteta wants something new for their squad team let alone facing a great club in the league as well as in the UCL next season.

It does take time to make the squad team solid, playing in rhythm according to the wishes of the coach and the strategy made, but I think over time if new players have had enough playing hours I think they will quickly adapt to other players, the competition is quite tight, I think I think Arteta just wants to create a new style of play to be able to win the league next season after his failure last season.

...Lampard wasn't a coach so anything instead of Lampard was a win for the fans, people aren't ready to have this discussion because Lampard is a Chelsea legend but he wasn't supposed to be handed Chelsea in the first instance and neither does he deserves the second opportunity he got under Todd Boehly to handle the club. He cost us so much in the short period he was the caretaker of the club. Immediately he took over, our champions league hopes got destroyed and other hopes as well...
I have a lot of sympathy for Frank Lampard, but so far this is still not the figure in the coaching shop who can raise the club from the middle of the table to the level of the championship leaders. Lampard in his current form is more of a head coach who can keep any club in the Premier League. Lampard's appointment at the end of the season is a clear indication that Todd Boehly and the company did not have a clear plan and candidates in case of Potter's dismissal and their feverish search activity led to Lampard being appointed, who, with all due respect to him, did not pull the role of the person who would save a hopelessly failed season for Chelsea.

Lampard was just a puppet Todd Boelly think they could use to keep Chelsea on balance, there was no back up plan because if they had it in mind to replace Graham Potter, they would have done so during the transfer window but they found out lately how Potter was underperforming and they just had to free him of the club responsibility of weekly salary and stress without any good results, though I commend him for bringing in good players but the problem was that he couldn't utilize the players as they were supposed.

I think Lampard career need a recheck and review, even Chelsea had to sign him as a caretaker manager instead of full manager and when he had the chance to prove his worthy, he failed whole fully more than the performance of Todd Boely but seeing Pochettino actions, I hope to see the reaction side of it to balance Newton third law of motion. Those would be bad moves as midfield is what wins or loses you games. For Xhaka I think he is a great player and still not old in age which means he can sure give again to Arsenal,I don't know about Partey but as you say letting two players go without substituting them with better ones is not the best of the moves in the summer. Also let's suppose you get two other great players to replace them, these new players cannot directly produce good results for Arsenal as they will need time to know each other and the new team, thus taking more time to be harmonized as a team and this is what Arsenal should keep in mind before making any move.

Chelsea and Newcastle will be the teams I expect the most movement in this transfer period. Chelsea signed Nkunku and added a strong player to their squad. One player who had a great time in the Bundesliga is Nkunku. I am sure that he will adapt to the Premier League and achieve success there as well. Of course, when it comes to striker, it goes without saying that Haaland is the best.
Of course, because after all they really need the best, high-quality players for ammunition in the Premier League next season, especially Chelsea who will be doing a lot of massive maneuvers. Very right with Chelsea's decision to have succeeded in bringing Nkunku on a 6-year contract, he will be included in Pochettino's long-term plans along with other quality players they have also managed to bring in. I see that Nkunku is very happy and excited to be joining Chelsea, he is a high-quality player from Leipzig, and with his various achievements while in Germany he has been named the best player in the Bundesliga and has won the DFB cup in the 2022 season.

All Chelsea need right now are good, seasoned players who can boost their performance in the upcoming Premier League competition, and I believe Nkuku joining the team will be a great decision for them because of how well he played in the Bundesliga these past seasons, which has convinced me that he will be a great player for Chelsea in the upcoming season. Nkuku is great at striking, though, and I believe he will exert every effort to help the team succeed in the upcoming season.

However, I think that because Nkuku was named the best player in Germany and that was given to him because of his experience and the way he played, you can see that even in the Premier League next season, he still has a chance to accomplish a lot of things, which would be fantastic. I also think Chelsea should continue looking for players with a lot of experience to add to their squad in order to have a successful season the following year.

Manchester City are favorites to win the EPL again next season, this has been the case for quite a lot of seasons now. Pep Guardiola and Manchester City have won 5 EPL titles out of the last 6 season's, that is an unbelievable and unprecedented feat, something that if it continues, the EPL might soon be referred to as the farmers' league.

City would lose a couple of players this summer, it is certain Joao Cancelo is leaving, there is also doubts about Gundogan, Kyle Walker, Bernado Silva and Aymeric Laporte, even if they lose a couple of these players, they'd still be extremely strong next season and favorites to retain all 3 trophies they won last season. City are also going to make signings themselves, Kovacic is coming to the Etihad and they would soon send a bid for Leipzig's CB Gvardiol.
Since last three years winning Primer League three time in a row seems Manchester City is always favorite become the champion on every season, due has complicated squad and not difference qualities between main and reserve players make Pep Guardiola easy for winning every match although got problem with several player injured.

Joao Cancelo was confirmed leave Manchester City for next season, but its not big problem for Manchester City because success won treble winner this season although Joao Cancelo loan to Bayern Munich on second half season. Pep Guardiola has prepare with several replacement position after many rumor linked with Kyle Walker interested by Bayer Munich, beside still has another player from Gundogan rumor move to Arsenal or Barcelona and Bernando Silva interested by PSG.

for the next few seasons it looks like Man City will continue to dominate the premier league and for next summer it looks like there is a new dream for Man City to win the champions league title again and of course Man City management will retain their best players or even add some talented players from the transfer market to strengthen Man City's performance.
After successfully winning the treble title, all the Man City players and coaches became more enthusiastic about being able to get more trophies.
It's likely to happen. Just try to remind you that if manchester city was adding more players to the club while at the same time city is still having really big ambition to extend the contract for some of its players like gundogan and kyle walker.
I see no reason for the performance from manchester city to decrease a lot caused by it will be performing use the same squad. Pep has been also putting the same target for the next season. There will be no a lot of changes to happen in manchester city. The thing that i knew that if city is now focusing to face sevilla soon. Gundogan is still trying to think for twice before he will leave from manchester city. It seems like Walker will agree to the new contract that City is offering him.

Even ittihad and hilal have been preparing so much money for gundogan.
I hope that gundogan will be staying even longer in the club. It's very good for his career and he will be able to become city's legend.

Nkuku is a great center forward that every club would dream of but Chelsea bid for him and got him, that's a good profflit for Leipzig by the way, bought $13m and sold for $60m is great investment in my opinion and he has also contributed a lot to Leipzig by making them among the top three teams in Germany Bundesliga league this season  and they will be going to the Champions league next season, I think Chelsea is about to make greatness next season.
The arrival of Nkunku at Chelsea will strengthen their forward line by next season, albeit this will depend on how the new manager uses him. Other players must demonstrate more ability and commitment on the field of play for the other players to do effectively. I don't expect anything less than an outstanding performance from Chelsea after such a disappointing season; they should have learned by now.

Personally, I like Christopher Nkunku very much. I like Christopher Nkunku's style of play. He scored 16 goals and 3 assists in 25 matches with Leipzig last season. He has performed quite well. If Chelsea can add Christopher Nkunku to the team next season, their attack will undoubtedly be stronger.

However, Chelsea has talented players like Aubameyang, Pulisic, Sterling, and Fofana in attack. So if Chelsea's new coach Pochettino can't strengthen the bond between the players, this team will not be able to perform well in the next season. Pochettino will have to work hard to strengthen this squad.

Starting the next season with a couple of losses would be the worst ever, but I don't know whether the pressure on Pochettino would even be that high then. He would exactly sell bad news to the media like you said it. He would say that cleaning up the mess will take some time whereas if they are successful he will say how brilliantly they prepared for the season. But I think that he is in quite a relaxed position and Chelsea wouldn't sack him early on in the season because what would they do then? Get another Potter? That's the advantage as a coach when you start from nothing.
Right now, they need to have done their homework about players selection because this is first thing which needs good intention, and they are doing positive with first player is already arrived from RB Leipzig hopefully in coming days we will have few more quality players with the help of these new and few old things could be improved and after this hopefully they will go ahead with some friendly matches which will give them better idea which players are going to have better performance and if this all gone as plan than surely their start could be ideal, and we will have good performance from them throughout season.

But on other-side if we have no ideal start like we are looking then surely things will take time and then after few rounds they will be able to adjusted and give their best as requirements which is not problem because in coming season they will be play only in Premier League and few domestic cups which are not problem for them.

It wasn't the best season for Darwin Núñez. However, as erratic and inconsistent as Liverpool's overall performances have been, I'd say Darwin Núñez has played well enough this season. We must not forget that he is still young, not experienced enough. Moreover, it was his first season with Liverpool. He could not adapt himself well to the team. But next season maybe we will see a more composed performance from Darwin Núñez. There is no doubt that Darwin Núñez is a talented player. If the coach can use Darwin Núñez properly, he can score a lot of goals.

Firmino has been a very important player for the Liverpool squad. We don't know how Liverpool will fill his void if Firmino leaves. Liverpool has enough money. Perhaps they are looking for a new talent.
Robert Firmino will be replaced and new players will set in his position. Darwin Nunez was compared to Erling Haaland during his first game; his performance was exceptionally fantastic, weighing better than Erling Haaland, who made numerous blunders on footings on the ball. I never imagined Erling Haaland would outperform Darwin Nunez with such an effective performance. Furthermore, Liverpool was not in their finest form this season, with uneven league performance, winning elite clubs with huge scoresheets such as Manchester United, who dropped to Liverpool 7-2 and then lost the next game. Jurgen Klopp will improve the club's performance in the coming season by recruiting one of the best midfielders from the Seagulls, Mac Allister. Let's see how they perform next season.

Mykhaylo Mudryk's transfer to Chelsea was overhyped; his initial move was to Arsenal, but the Blues hijacked the deal; it was one of those hype bids that I never expected to become reality. Mudryk failed to make a good first impression on his debut at Stamford Bridge, and now is the moment for him to be at his best if he wants to play regularly under the new management.  The Ukraine international lacks the confidence to move the ball on the pitch, he has good footing on the ball, I've watched him play essential areas but he failing to deliver when under pressure, this is not about adapting to chelsea's pattern of play, the fans gave him enough chances to adapt but he never got acquainted but rather became worse, let's see what happens under Mauricio Pochettino.
Mudryk was not only failed to give a good first impression during his debut, but he was also failed to make good impressions for his performance until the end of season. So many the blues fans were feeling very disappointed with him.
I hope that pochettino will be able to boost his performance. Mudryk is fast, but it's not enough when it was coming in EPL.
He needs also to learn about how to shoot properly. All of his shoots in the last seasons were mostly inaccurate. I see how so many people were blaming his performance last season in instagram.
Pochettino shall try to tell something useful for him. I hope he can deliver better under pochettino.

I also just saw about the confirmation of a player named Nkunku from the official twitter @ChelseaFC. And I also hope that there will be many changes to the Chelsea team next season because Chelsea itself has also assigned a new coach for Chelsea players besides continuing to move to find new players who are more talented. This is done by Chelsea just to be able to boost their performance in the next season so they don't fall behind as before in the Premier League.
After serious mess-up in last season now things looking improved with many players which were bought by Chelsea on high price have better way to go into Saudi League which is giving them good salary and Chelsea is also having good return of their money which was looking completely down with this all hopefully new coach and few new players can do better right now we already have 6 or 8 players are already completed their transfer things which is good change for the new start in coming season.

Nkunku is surely currently the best player but how he will perform here is never been easy to predict because we already have many top ranked players fail to give their best in past but now hopefully after having changes Chelsea will be at their best again.

Roberto Firmino has confirmed his departure from Liverpool after his stay ends on June 30, and so far Liverpool will only have Darwin Núñez as a centre-forward if they do not find a replacement for Firmino. Darwin Núñez has been very unstable this season, but maybe Klopp will start him as often as possible if Liverpool don't find another striker.
I want to address Darwin Núñez, it was not an excellent season ofcourse, yet Darwin Núñez had a very good season in the league with Liverpool. A young talent, in a new team, in a new country and language and yet he was able to bag 15 goals. We can argue about the fee but it was an okay season for Darwin Núñez in the just concluded season.
Also, with Firmino leaving and Jota always unfit, it makes sense for Liverpool to sign a new forward player

If Manchester city coach can maintain his potential players till next season, I think the opportunity to embrace the title is there for them because we saw the excellent performance they displayed in this season that made them to over take many teams to maintain the first position till the end of the tournament. Despite, other teams are signing new potential players in this summer, I don't think they can still withstand Manchester city next season because Manchester city coach is a talented coach and he will like to bring new tactics that will improve the players more in next season to defeat any strong team.

Manchester City looks to have very strong team but many players in their squad are no longer young and some of them are old already. They will be sold to other clubs or move as free agents. Replace one key player by another young player is never easy. Sometimes you can succeed but you can not not succeed with your replacements 100%. Sometimes you will fail with your belief in a young player or even a star player who fails to grow up or fails to adapt to your club.

Next two years will be important for future of Manchester City and their domination in Premier League. A new squad must be built successfully and they should convince Pep Guardiola to sign a new contract with them.

Winning treble is not commonly seen. Like a voice of history, so far only two English clubs can achieve treble, Manchester United and Manchester City. No more clubs can have such achievements even they came very closely to achieve trebles. It's not easy.

Next season will be really tensive and unpredictable, Alot of team are really preparing to challenge Manchester city next season and Manchester city is also strengthening their team also, so we should expect an interesting games and more winning for gamblers.  I'm sure, Manchester city will not retain the title, Newcastle and Manchester United are the favourite for next year title contenders. Liverpool and Arsenal may not make the top four list next season, Liverpool needs to reshuffle their team while Arsenal has to bring in more and build a team they Will compete well.

The team will be strong and also great if it has an extraordinary coach like Pep Guardiola and Manchester City will still be a tough opponent for other teams. And if you look at Pep Guardiola's history in managing teams, he has always been successful and has become a scary team and will win several competitions.
and no matter how great a team is and also has a lot of quality players, if it is not handled by a quality coach it will still not develop, and Manchester City as long as it is held by Pep Guardiola will remain dangerous.

There are rumors about the arrival of a new striker, but so far I think it's just rumours. Liverpool basically have Nunez, but because Nunez's form has been disappointing some times, then Liverpool need to find another striker who can back up Nunez when his form is poor. But I'm sure Nunez will be better next season, but Klopp has to give him a lot of faith.
As of now, we have updates about few players those are going to leave after 30 June but nothing is clear who is coming but behind the scene many things are already under development because Jürgen Klopp and management already understand how worst were things in last season, and now they need to bring few suitable replacements because if they will not do anything surely they will be down and out of the top again which could be disastrous for them.

Even now it's all in history but still departure of Sadio Mané was the biggest shock for them, and they are still feeling the pain, but now they need to look into future which is much better and improved because they are capable of bringing many new quality players, and surely we will have good news in coming weeks before start of the season for the right place in league table in next season.

That's right, for next season's competition Manchester United still needs to develop and at least be able to show consistent performance in the Premier League and in the Champions League because Erik Ten Hag's biggest challenge is to face clubs who definitely have a pretty good consistency. For Manchester United to win the UCL or Premier League trophy, it is still quite difficult considering the factors that the rivals they are currently facing are not easy, especially to overtake Manchester City and Arsenal, who are currently far above Manchester United. We admit that Manchester United still needs big help and full financial support. The position of Manchester United's attack line is still inconsistent. Rashford needs an experienced partner. But then again, at the moment Erik Ten Hag has no other choice but to take advantage of the players he has available, and if the official ownership of Manchester United goes to Sheikh Jassim I'm sure things could be more easily realized.

The glazers are so self centered people, they're taking forever before they make a final conclusion about the sale of Manchester United.
If the sale of the club is not done immediately, Manchester United will get the bad side of it, because they can support and back the manager since they're in the state of negotiations.

Harry Kane and Atalanta youngin remains on the list of players wanted by Erik Ten Hag, but more importantly he wants the deal between Mason Mount done as fast as they can. Sole players have also been listed to be sold to help fund of r new players that suit the managers plans.
While other teams have carried out massive revolutions after receiving an injection of funds from Middle Eastern owners, Manchester United still has to be confused with its current owners, namely the Glazzers brothers who have made the development of the Red Devils increasingly behind. If the Glazzers don't want to sell Manchester United, it's tantamount to destroying the future of the Red Devils in European competition and it's unlikely that Manchester United will be further behind other English teams in the race for the EPL title or the Champions League. Surely seeing a neighbor like Manchester City who managed to get the treble winner this season will make all the Red Devils fans even more envious.

Maybe instead of focusing on Harry Kane, it's better for Erik ten Hag to put more effort into getting Højlund from Atalanta and of course playing in a big team like Manchester United will make him excited. Mason Mount is indeed a priority, but Chelsea will not easily let him go if the desired transfer fee is not suitable.
