What I don't understand is why Ilkay would leave Manchester City for Arsenal when he's still a key member of the squad and if he wants to change League, he will go to Barcelona. I want him at Arsenal but I am not sure he will join. He has won a vast array of trophies at Manchester City but it remains to be seen where he will be playing next season. Then again, the constant pursuit of Manchester City's players seems somewhat questionable to me. I’d love Arsenal to continue with their recruitment strategy.
I have heard that if manchester city unwilling to sell him to its competitor. If gundogan will be going to the arsenal and it seems like that rumor was not true. Remember that arsenal became a good team caused by it was getting some players from manchester city in the past. I will support gundogan to go to the barcelona rather than arsenal. Gundogan has not yet decided his future and i think that the rumor about he will be going to the arsenal will not true.
Gundogan may stay or go to the barcelona. I prefer to see him join in barcelona. It will be far better for him.

İlkay Gündoğan was great during his time at Manchester City and his performances as captain were outstanding but his contract expired at the end of this season. He decided to change clubs because he would not sign a contract with Man City for one season. In this case, English club Arsenal and Spanish club Barcelona have expressed interest in taking him but I don't think he can go to Barcelona because the position he plays in Barcelona already has several players playing in that position, in which case Arsenal can come late in the transfer market and sign İlkay Gündoğan.

On June 30, Gundogan's contract ends, there are many who want to get him, but the player himself says that he has not yet made a final decision. Here, most likely, it will matter whether he can agree with the club on the conditions, if this cannot be done, then he will look for a new team. City are a great team, I don't know if they can do great things at Barcelona, Arsenal or another team, unless he decide to follow Ronaldo in search of big money, but I doubt it.

Manchester City president can consider İlkay Gündoğan's stay in Manchester as Manchester City won this season's Champions League title under his leadership. No player would want to join another club while captaining such a consistent and successful team. As his contract runs until the 30th, he still has several days to consider leaving the club. I doubt he will be a regular at all if he joins Barcelona or Arsenal. As he is a regular player and captain of Manchester City, he must consider his position before leaving the club.

The decision still not final yet because basically Gundogan still wait the response of Manchester City and it said he will giving his priority to Manchester City because if this team will giving contract extension which is the proposal will be good for his career then Gundogan most likely will decide to staying but indeed some of people has been speculate Arsenal in the good position to gets him if the negotiation between Gundogan and Manchester City reach to deadlock but so far there was no official news regarding this rumour and Gundogan is good player and he was reach his top career with Manchester City this because he was successfully to bringing Manchester City to gets treble winner this season and Guardiola personally hopes Gundogan will extended his contract and he will be staying much longer with Manchester City

That was the exact question I asked about Gundogan position in Barcelona if he goes there having know that there are many stars in the club and I am not surprised that it is even difficult for De Jong to have a nice playing time in the squad.
But someone said the old guys as Busquet have left Barcelona and there is now space for anyone coming and including Gundogan.  I know Gundogan will be careful at this because he wouldn't want to play from bench.

It looks like Ilkay go to Barcelona than to Arsenal.
I don't know what he was thinking, but this midfielder has actually done quite well at Manchester City and this season he has participated in defending Manchester City to win several titles.
With his transfer I'm not sure he can develop there like he did with Manchester City.

Or could there be a tempting offer from Barcelona so he chose to go there instead of playing with Manchester City, who are now kings in the Premier League.

Pep Guardiola has shown in the past that he's very good in replacing members of his squad immediately they leave his club and he does it so efficiently that the player's absence wouldn't be felt no matter how important he was to the team's progress. He did it after the departure of Vincent Kompany, Yaya Toure, Sergio Aguero, and David Silva .
However I think IIkay Gundogan still has a lot in the tank to give out when it comes to delivering top performances for ManCity but time will tell if he'll remain in the club to do more for them or be allowed to leave

Guardiola also has a very good understanding of whom to let go and whom to keep in the team. He has an idea in mind of the type of soccer he wants to play and the type of players he needs both in basic quality, but also in intensity and motivation and persistence. A good example was when he let Sané go to Bayern Munich. Sané was a strong player, but only 30% of the time during a season and we can see that again now at Bayern Munich where Sané sucks really hard most of the time. That is why Guardiola had no issues to let him go. Guardiola needs players who are willing to go the full distance and beyond, who are ready every single game of the season and who are willing to accept pain in exchange for success. Today he has a team that exactly fulfills these requirements. Manchester City can go a very high level for a very long time and just for a weekend.
Now it has also been confirmed that Pep will remain at Manchester City next season after previously several rumors said he would leave but with a recent statement even though he doesn't really expect a new contract extension considering his contract is still awake until 2025 but for this season he confirmed he would remain at Manchester City.
At this time I also read some related news that now there are 3 names that have been prepared and are a priority for Pep this season.
We know Mateo Kovacic is now their main target, on the other hand there is the name Julio Enciso winger from Brighton who is also being approached and this is likely to anticipate that Mahrez will leave because indeed he is also now in the club's lyrics from Arabic and there is the name Josko Gvardiol who is projected to strengthen their line of defense next season.

History Pochettino at Tottenham, he didn't have much money to buy and select players. Currently at Chelsea he may be released to rebuild the club. So I think a lot of people have good expectations of Chelsea this season. Maybe he will sell a lot of players and buy new players according to the character of how to train him. A tough task awaits Pochettino to restore Chelsea as the top club of the EPL.
Chelsea has loyal owner and not difficult for Pochettino get much money for active in window transfer, but regarding this season Chelsea spent much money but they can't finish on top fourth standings position. Its not about how much money have by Pochettino but how smart him when spent money for signing potential player and actually his strategies will work or not. Since become Chelsea manager last month, Pochettino not signing new player yet and waiting who the first his signing, Chelsea has forget bad performance in this season and very poor achievement because not participants in European competition next season.
Chelsea fans have high hopes for Pochettino. The former Tottenham manager is required to be able to restore the glory of the team. Currently, Pochettino is also quite a selection of potential young players who have been brought in by previous coaches. But with Chelsea's abundant finances, of course he can also go back to shopping for players according to his wishes.

Last season, the situation at Chelsea was indeed very chaotic, it was not easy for everyone present at Stamford Bridge to be able to manage their emotions in a stable manner so that the atmosphere in the locker room did not get along between the players.

Now Potter has to be able to unite them and I'm sure he's capable enough to manage a team that is sinking. By only participating in domestic competitions, Pochettino's job will be a little easier and he has a great chance to take the Blues to the top of the standings.

Gvardiol might indeed be a great player and there's no doubt he can strengthen Man City and suit Man City's game. but other names like Raphael Gurreiro are equally great players. In fact, he can always play his role well when he is played at the back or in the midfield. and to replace Gundogan who is said to be leaving Man City, the suitable player to replace him I think is Kovacic. Kovacic also seems to have agreed to sign for Man City and that means he will leave Chelsea. And I think Chelsea should be able to keep a great player like Kovacic more. But maybe Kovacic himself is not interested in staying longer at Chelsea.
Manchester City already has many center back players, I think Manchester City want to sign Gvardiol is for long term investment since he's still 21 years old.

Both of Guerreiro and Tierney are left back players, there's no pure left back in Manchester City, that's why they want to sign 2 players. Usually Ake or Akanji playing in this position, if Pep already get a good left back players, I think Manchester City will not extend Akanji contract.

Kovacic, a good midfielder who has a good dribble skill and ball control.
Gvardiol is perfect center back who can operate at centre half and left back. Honestly he would solve some problems for Guardiola but i think Leipzig are setting an asking price of more than £85million if they are to sanction his departure. Manchester city are buying and selling at the same time. If they buy Gvardiol for £85m, they will likely sell Laporte for upwards of 40m, depending on his contract situation. They have cleared a space for a starter and spend less than 40m net to get a guaranteed starter in. I admire their business strategy and a lot of clubs need to copy from them.

Everything in life is risky, and the only way to discover your actual potential and win big is to take risks. Pochettino is an experienced manager, and many people anticipate a significant improvement in the team's performance by next season. I hope he does not disappoint the team or their fans, and that he makes the most use of the squad he has to bring out the best in the team.

Selling players is not the challenges of Chelsea because they have good players just that they don't work together to achieve their purpose in every match which their coach need to put an end to it in next season. I think, Chelsea will definitely get it right next season because Chelsea president is not happy about the team performance since he took over the Chelsea and he has changed two coach no improvement. If Chelsea management can bring in young talented striker like victor Osimhen to join the team next season, I believe there will be improvement from the team because they really lacked finisher through out this season.

there is no need to worry about Pochettino whether he will choose some quality players to bring Chelsea like in the past year but certainly Pochettino was appointed as Chelsea coach who has a big responsibility to be active in the transfer market to select several players to be selected to be able to improve Chelsea's performance .
I'm sure Pochettino won't let Chelsea sink with this poor form into the summer and I'm also sure Chelsea will rise again to prove they can't get any worse.

There is no doubt that Pep Guardiola always has a backup plan in managing the club.

And I think even now in the transfer market Pep Guardiola will definitely pick and bring in good players. because he always has a keen eye on players who have potential.

for now there are at least 4 players who are rumored to be coming to Man City Mateo Kovacic, Raphael Gurreiro, Kieran Tierney and Josko Gvardiol.
You named four players but I only see Gvardiol is a promising player who can be a target of Manchester City in the summer. That young player had a successful World Cup 2022 with Croatia and rumor that he was in transfer radar of Manchester City since the World Cup 2022 already. He is a type of Pep's favorite defender who can play defensive proactively and can contribute very well for attacking.

Spurs managers Jose Mourinho and Anthonio Conte left with nothing, no success, and nothing to strive for. Tottenham Hotspur is a dormant club, with fans who are fed up with the club's inability to win a trophy despite appearing in top competitions and returning to the white hart lane with nothing. The owners are the ones undermining the good chance Spurs would have had, despite having top experience managers in the club, and yet they still mm resigned because the club has nothing to give other than a good competitive race for trophies and not accomplishing anything.
Tottenham Hotspurs had many years with strategy to grow up players then sell them to enrich the club budget. They have changed recent seasons but success has yet come to them. No title has come to Tottenham and they only have two final matches, one with Pochettino and one with Mourinho but they sacked Mourinho a few days before that final match.

Tottenham wasted best times in career of Harry Kane and Son Heung Min and maybe those players will sooner lose their best performances when they are getting older or will leave Tottenham to find new opportunities.

There is no doubt that Pep Guardiola always has a backup plan in managing the club.

There is no doubt that Pep Guardiola always has a backup plan in managing the club. included in recruiting players when one of their mainstay players had to be released for not extending the contract or for whatever reason. Because of Pep Guardiola's track record as Manager of Man City, we have seen many good players come and go from Man City, but this in no way weakened the Man City squad under Guardiola's coaching.

Pep Guardiola managed to overhaul his players after being abandoned by some of his veteran players and this made Manchester City even more feared for any team that became his opponent. If Pep Guardiola can maintain his current squad for the next few seasons I think they will continue to dominate the EPL or even Europe.

Regarding Gundogan who will leave Manchester City, I think he will still consider his next career because after winning the treble winner for the first time for Manchester City, sometimes players feel satisfied and want to leave the club immediately to start a new challenge, but if Gundogan wants to stay then he will still be able to win everything if with manchester city.
