Chelsea has loyal owner and not difficult for Pochettino get much money for active in window transfer, but regarding this season Chelsea spent much money but they can't finish on top fourth standings position. Its not about how much money have by Pochettino but how smart him when spent money for signing potential player and actually his strategies will work or not. Since become Chelsea manager last month, Pochettino not signing new player yet and waiting who the first his signing, Chelsea has forget bad performance in this season and very poor achievement because not participants in European competition next season.
there is no need to worry about Pochettino whether he will choose some quality players to bring Chelsea like in the past year but certainly Pochettino was appointed as Chelsea coach who has a big responsibility to be active in the transfer market to select several players to be selected to be able to improve Chelsea's performance .
I'm sure Pochettino won't let Chelsea sink with this poor form into the summer and I'm also sure Chelsea will rise again to prove they can't get any worse.

Gvardiol might indeed be a great player and there's no doubt he can strengthen Man City and suit Man City's game. but other names like Raphael Gurreiro are equally great players. In fact, he can always play his role well when he is played at the back or in the midfield. and to replace Gundogan who is said to be leaving Man City, the suitable player to replace him I think is Kovacic. Kovacic also seems to have agreed to sign for Man City and that means he will leave Chelsea. And I think Chelsea should be able to keep a great player like Kovacic more. But maybe Kovacic himself is not interested in staying longer at Chelsea.
Manchester City already has many center back players, I think Manchester City want to sign Gvardiol is for long term investment since he's still 21 years old.

Both of Guerreiro and Tierney are left back players, there's no pure left back in Manchester City, that's why they want to sign 2 players. Usually Ake or Akanji playing in this position, if Pep already get a good left back players, I think Manchester City will not extend Akanji contract.

Kovacic, a good midfielder who has a good dribble skill and ball control.

History Pochettino at Tottenham, he didn't have much money to buy and select players. Currently at Chelsea he may be released to rebuild the club. So I think a lot of people have good expectations of Chelsea this season. Maybe he will sell a lot of players and buy new players according to the character of how to train him. A tough task awaits Pochettino to restore Chelsea as the top club of the EPL.

There is no doubt that Pep Guardiola always has a backup plan in managing the club.

And I think even now in the transfer market Pep Guardiola will definitely pick and bring in good players. because he always has a keen eye on players who have potential.

for now there are at least 4 players who are rumored to be coming to Man City Mateo Kovacic, Raphael Gurreiro, Kieran Tierney and Josko Gvardiol.
You named four players but I only see Gvardiol is a promising player who can be a target of Manchester City in the summer. That young player had a successful World Cup 2022 with Croatia and rumor that he was in transfer radar of Manchester City since the World Cup 2022 already. He is a type of Pep's favorite defender who can play defensive proactively and can contribute very well for attacking.

Spurs managers Jose Mourinho and Anthonio Conte left with nothing, no success, and nothing to strive for. Tottenham Hotspur is a dormant club, with fans who are fed up with the club's inability to win a trophy despite appearing in top competitions and returning to the white hart lane with nothing. The owners are the ones undermining the good chance Spurs would have had, despite having top experience managers in the club, and yet they still mm resigned because the club has nothing to give other than a good competitive race for trophies and not accomplishing anything.
Tottenham Hotspurs had many years with strategy to grow up players then sell them to enrich the club budget. They have changed recent seasons but success has yet come to them. No title has come to Tottenham and they only have two final matches, one with Pochettino and one with Mourinho but they sacked Mourinho a few days before that final match.

Tottenham wasted best times in career of Harry Kane and Son Heung Min and maybe those players will sooner lose their best performances when they are getting older or will leave Tottenham to find new opportunities.

There is no doubt that Pep Guardiola always has a backup plan in managing the club.

Pep Guardiola has shown in the past that he's very good in replacing members of his squad immediately they leave his club and he does it so efficiently that the player's absence wouldn't be felt no matter how important he was to the team's progress. He did it after the departure of Vincent Kompany, Yaya Toure, Sergio Aguero, and David Silva .
However I think IIkay Gundogan still has a lot in the tank to give out when it comes to delivering top performances for ManCity but time will tell if he'll remain in the club to do more for them or be allowed to leave
There is no doubt that Pep Guardiola always has a backup plan in managing the club. included in recruiting players when one of their mainstay players had to be released for not extending the contract or for whatever reason. Because of Pep Guardiola's track record as Manager of Man City, we have seen many good players come and go from Man City, but this in no way weakened the Man City squad under Guardiola's coaching.

Pep Guardiola managed to overhaul his players after being abandoned by some of his veteran players and this made Manchester City even more feared for any team that became his opponent. If Pep Guardiola can maintain his current squad for the next few seasons I think they will continue to dominate the EPL or even Europe.

Regarding Gundogan who will leave Manchester City, I think he will still consider his next career because after winning the treble winner for the first time for Manchester City, sometimes players feel satisfied and want to leave the club immediately to start a new challenge, but if Gundogan wants to stay then he will still be able to win everything if with manchester city.

Every manager that have the experience to be at the white hart line unde levy knew that the club won't achieve anything with such policy from the board, mourinho and antonio conte speak up about that multiple times and yeah pochettino is the one with the greatest achievement under super limited resources. It's a whole new level for poch to bring chelsea with his idea to bring a success that nobody can imagined.

As for Pochettino's future success at Chelsea or, conversely, failure, a lot depends on what role the club owner Todd Boehly will play. For in my humble opinion, a big role in Chelsea's relatively unsuccessful results lately is that Boehly fancies himself a genius of scouting and the transfer department of the club, although the sobering reality seems to say something completely different.

That's right, the club owner should focus on administrative matters and don't evolve himself in the choices of the coach, many clubs owners want to play the role of the coach and this will surely lead to very bad results, i really don't want to see Chelsea experiencing the same situation as previous season

After winning the treble this season, Manchester City may be the best team in the world. However, if they do not spend enough money on acquiring new players, the void left by the previous ones will not be filled, and they will struggle in the coming season. Those players who are about to leave the club should be known to the club by now, and planning for their replacement should be underway. Manchester City have spent a lot of money to establish such a strong team, and if they want to keep it, they'll have to spend money to bring in new players as the old ones are leaving.

Thish is true. There's still a lot of work for Manchester City to do. Players like Gundugan would be leaving and he should be replaced. Benardo Silva is also a player that may also be leaving. Manchester City needs a right back too that can back up Walker.
Then they need wingers, on both sides of the wings. Grealish has been okay this season but he needs to be better than okay. Benardo Silva is not a natural winger. Mahrez might leave so he needs a replacement.
As long as Pep is their manager I have no doubt that they will get the right players for the future. They have the money and the brains to keep their squad strong at all times.

Everything in life is risky, and the only way to discover your actual potential and win big is to take risks. Pochettino is an experienced manager, and many people anticipate a significant improvement in the team's performance by next season. I hope he does not disappoint the team or their fans, and that he makes the most use of the squad he has to bring out the best in the team.

That's just what the Chelsea Boss needs to do if his got any plans for his team and Pochettino isn't that bad a coach. With the right players, he can restore Chelsea back to its formal glory. He might not have to win the Premier League but, at least a team worthy of the top 4 like it once where.

The state of Chelsea right now is more about them lacking the confidence to go into any match and expect a win. They need to get a goal scorer unto the team to do there finishing and from there,  with the goals coming, they can get back there confidence and actually win matches.

Manchester United team is currently not showing any performances. Basically, this team used to perform admirably. Currently, the big teams are losing performance, such as Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, these teams need to return to their previous performance.

The team that is currently not in form and use to be good are Chelsea. Other teams like Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are still performing well even though not as good as before. I believe by next season most of the underperforming teams would have improved and better themselves.

Premier league is now more competitive than before as the fight for the top 10 in the league is very tough and most of the underrated teams are performing well than before. Next season will be a more exciting and challenging season in the premier league than before.
I'm not sure how the upcoming season will pan out for all of the premier league's clubs because each one is adding new players and improving its squad. Every team in the Premier League, big and small, is now aware that, if they choose not to perform well, they may find themselves failing to reach the top position of the Premier League table or, if caution is not exercised, falling under the relegation zone, which will prevent them from qualifying for the Champions League, Europa, or Europa Conference league. That will be like the club receiving disgrace at the conclusion of the season. By the following season, they had to avoid it with all of their might.

Barcelona are interested in getting Gondogan in this summer's transfer window, especially with free agent status where Gundogan contract with Manchester City will end in June. I think his certainty of staying with Manchester City will not come true after he postponed the delay to sign the contract proposed by Manchester City.
Maybe you're right, Gundogan seems interested in moving to other teams including Barcelona considering he hasn't decided his future with Manchester City at the moment. He is old, but he is an influential player.

The rumors have been on for sometime now, with the season now over and City have three more trophies added into their trophy cabinet, the players can now make a decision on their future, so that the club can make adequate provision for replacements. Gundogan and Bernado Silva are very important players for City, but i'm pretty sure that if they leave, Pep would be able to identify who he wants as replacements, and the club would try to get them. Kovacic is almost certain to join City this summer and there would be more reinforcements coming in, City wouldn't struggle next season even if they lose these two players.
Of course it will be replaced, but the quality will definitely not be the same.
Gundogan was captain at Manchester City, he has influence in the squad but that will only end soon if he doesn't extend his contract. I've also heard about Kovacic going to Manchester City, but either way the quality won't be the same.

First of all, I don't think Manchester City is going to make big changes in the team. And secondly, even if some players do decide to leave Manchester City right now I don't think Manchester City is going to face too many problems. Manchester City is currently the best club in the world. So, I don't think they are going to have any problems trying to find players who will be as good as the players that they had, if not better. Liverpool may not have been in their best form this season but ended the season fifth in the points table. On the other hand, Manchester United was not in good form at the beginning of the season but this team managed to qualify for the Champions League. On the other hand, the Arsenal team has been at the top of the table for a long time but ultimately failed to win the title.
Chelsea has performed worst among the Premier League's renowned teams this season. This team is not even in the top 10 of the points table. It was unimaginable to see such a bad situation for a big team like Chelsea. However, everyone expects Chelsea to solve all their problems next season. And will come back stronger.
After such a season for Chelsea it will be very hard for them to recover and regain confidence, now the administration should make many changes to bring back Chelsea to it's real level, seeing Chelsea in a position like this is really awful not just for Chelsea fans but for all football fans

After such a terrible season it will be difficult to get the Chelsea players back into confidence. Also perhaps Chelsea management is not friendly enough. Because Chelsea's performance started to deteriorate after the management change. Chelsea management has changed coaches. They have hired experienced coaches. But they really need to add more experienced players to the team. Chelsea's team will not be strong if they do not add experienced players to the team. There are now many teams in the Premier League that are richer and stronger than Chelsea. And so Chelsea management has to spend a lot of money to build a strong squad.

That's Ange Postecoglou's job, we can only imagine the devastation of not getting a replacement for Kane. I saw on social media that Tottenham gave Kane a price of £100m. According to Prof. Dr. Ian Graham, the price tag Tottenham set for Kane is not worth it. Graham is Liverpool's director of research analysing transfers. By the age of 29 he will only be in good mass maybe 3 years.  At such a price, Real Madrid also began to retreat. The remaining Man United still hope to use Kane next season.
Harry Kane was one of Tottenham key players in the previous several seasons where Kane was always able to end the season by scoring lots of goals, even this season his performance with Tottenham was quite impressive. Well if he leaves Tottenham in this summer window I think Tottenham will have a hard time finding another player capable of making as big a contribution as Kane did. As the latest information we got that Tottenham is not willing to release Harry Kane to the EPL team where they will release Harry Kane to another team apart from the EPL. Real Madrid really needs a new striker next season after Benzema left for another team. However, The few efforts that have hindered Real Madrid are the high value of Harry Kane that Tottenham wants. I think his departure from Tottenham will cost Tottenham an aggressive goalscoring figure next season.

Bernardo Silva and Ilkay Gundogan are rumored to be leaving Manchester City soon. I know they have been important players in the Manchester City squad in recent seasons, so I think Manchester City will have a very hard time finding replacements for both of them if both players leave this season.

Gundogan has been linked with move to Barcelona, then Silva will go to PSG. If these reports are true, then of course Manchester City are in big trouble especially about finding the right replacement.

Ilkay Gundogan had a wonderful season this year. He won the admiration and respect of everyone with his performance. However, Manchester City did not offer a contract that would convince him. I think he will definitely leave the team. However, Bernardo Silva has a contract for 2 more years and is one of the most important players of the team. I don't think there is anything that requires him to leave the team. Manchester City will make a transfer to the midfield instead of Ilkay, but I don't think they will make radical changes in the starting 11. I think it would be a risky choice and Manchester City would not prefer such aggressive changes.

You have a valid point to say Manchester City is among the best teams at the moment, but some of the players are getting closer to their end of their careers and anybody offering a little extra money should easily get the move and I see some moving in trying to secure the bag in preparation of retirement ! Besides I wonder how many young stars are ready to occupy the big shoes  that will be left....

By the way, Transfer window is opening and any contracts coming to an end risk City losing  out on any potential revenue, and to counter this...City  should sell to avoid players walking out as free agents, they better act quick !
