In fact, I think the teams that qualify for the Champions League must have much more mature preparation. And they are definitely building the squad more seriously. Truly Chelsea has a better chances or opportunity to concentrate on the league matches only having been out of any European competitions, however there is tendency of losing some of their quality players due to non participation in UCL or Europa cup thus it up to Pochettino to reposition the club in competing at the top level.
Arsenal will also be busy in the transfer window to sign quality players Edu had promised to strengthen the team and Declan Rice was there top priority now at the start of next season the club will well formidable.

Arsenal having competition in Champions league doesn't mean they won't be able to perform better in the English Premier league. Every Club has a target that they would love to win and this is being done according to the strength then, they go for the one that is more easy to win or the important one. I know next season, Premier League will be the most important for Arsenal to win as they could not win it this season , and also day may not put more energy in Champions League knowing fully well that the Champions League is very competitive strong teams, putting more energy In Champions League can be a of  Waste energy for Arsenal.

Liverpool is a team of the size of the English Premier League but they have completely failed to show their best this season. We never expect such a performance from a team like Liverpool.

It is not only the president of Liverpool that is not happy with the outcome of Liverpool for last season. I also I am not happy about the result of Liverpool. The worst thing that would have happened to Liverpool is that they did not win the EPL and they did not end second or third, but at least they were supposed to be in the top four. Before they could realise what was happening, it was already late for Liverpool.
For this new season. I am not sure that Liverpool would not be able to win the English Premier League. The only favourite to win the English Premier League remains Manchester City, every other club is in the second place.

There is half a month left for Pochettino to take over and have a fresh start. He has a really big responsibility to bring back the much stronger times of this team. Because this season was just a big disappointment. They couldn't finish it even in top 10 and there was a huge problem with scoring goals. 38 goals in 38 matches is just horrible statistics for Chelsea.

Pochettino should focus on solving the striker problem first. Havertz has been used as a striker for a long time but he can't give the expected performance to the team. The problems that faced by liverpool are if some of its players didn't meet expectation. I remember when people are hyping gakpo so much but his performance was as bad as nunez.
That's the reason why liverpool performed so badly in the last season. Mc allister will come to the liverpool soon but i will not put big expectation for him.

Jurgen Klopp also definitely doesn't want his reputation to decline in the following season. So he definitely tries to build a better squad in the coming season. What I see is that they buy players based on their likes and not based on the abilities of the players they need, so that makes buying their players look like a waste and not contributing to the team. Indeed, they should make an overhaul in their squad and start sorting out the players they will keep and also start looking at which players they will bring in for next season.

Chelsea did spend too much money last season to bring in all the talented young players and they shouldn't have to be hasty in making these purchases if in the end Chelsea change coaches for one season. Agreed but so far chelsea's plan has not been going so well. It's caused by some players that already targeted by pochettino has been rejecting chelsea's offer. Pochettino has not yet agreed with other clubs regarding the transfer of Chelsea's players.
Pochettino is having very big pressure right now. I think that this is not good for pochettino.

Todd boehly has been making so many mistake especially signing the players with long contract. Spreading payments for a long contract will be hurting the club for the long term.
If the player will always be performing so badly and it will just become a burden for chelsea. I hope that chelsea will not repaet same strategy go spread the payment to sign a player for long term.

I don’t think you should rule out Arsenal form next season’s campaign. Arteta came in and took the team from 8th to 5th and this season to 2nd position. That’s a good progressive curve considering the squad he had at his disposal. The reinforcements in January helped them sustain such a push until a flurry of tough results saw them drop points and finish second to Manchester City. With a young squad at his disposal and a summer transfer window now here, Arteta has plenty to be able to mount another push. So I am tipping them to replicate the same form and go again next season.

I don't sure with Newcastle United will be compete teams for next season, not blame with Newcastle United achievement lead top fourth standing but they have many competition participants and qualifying to Champion League next season make them have busy schedule match. Exactly, Chelsea is the most compete teams for next season based on my opinion, not participants in Champion League or Europe League make them have many time for getting rest and focus with Primer League only.

For Arsenal seems they not compete for next season, the same with Newcastle have play in Champion League will make Arsenal busy and think how to make balance with Primer League and keep consistent performance.

There are too many players there so Chelsea need to make reductions and Pochettino as the new manager there where not as someone involved in buying these players will choose which one he thinks will be suitable as a starting XI and also a reserve so that his team is competitive. Mason Mount has long been rumored to want to leave Chelsea due to dissatisfaction with the wages being earned, with other players still around Chelsea should be able to cover well the place Mason is likely to leave.

Maybe this happened because there were offers from other clubs that were more promising and Chelsea's own management did not defend them by offering a contract extension or slightly increasing the agreed contract.
If some players are not able to give maximum results then just let them leave Chelsea so that Chelsea can take other players who are more dominant but for players with potential Chelsea still have to keep them.

I'm sure if Pochettino manages to change Chelsea next season and at least make Chelsea Runer Up or even a champion then Pochettino himself can have achievements and is also known as a very great coach because he brought big changes to Chelsea.
