the season has yet to start and the strengths of each club could change in the summer transfer market. some clubs will buy and release their players. Man City may still appear strong, but to dominate, I think there will be many competitors next season.
Ten Hag will mature more next season with the United squad. so did Arsenal who lost momentum at the end of the season. and another surprise maybe from Newcastle. but I don't expect much from Chelsea.

Man City demonstrated in the just-completed season that they were far superior and more reliable than other clubs, and they demonstrated to Arsenal that consistency is the key to winning the league. Even though everyone predicted that Arsenal would lose their form by the start of the second leg, they kept it up until the final weeks of the league season. Man City shouldn't be too relaxed heading into the upcoming season because it's clear that every team wants to strengthen its squad by adding new players. We cannot assume that Man City will easily stroll over all of its opponents because the fixtures don't truly represent much because some small teams may be in form when the season begins.

The match schedule has been released from the Premier League's official website.

Burnley vs Manchester City as the opening match on the 12th of August.
In the season that will start later, it will start from a new one again and we don't know which team will compete again. In fact, several of the top EPL clubs are still active in the transfer market for readiness later, so it's not surprising that someone will compete with Manchester City again but I wouldn't say that Manchester City doesn't have a rival for it in fact it will be more once the season starts.

It will be very difficult to predict which team will win the title next season. There is no doubt that Manchester City and Arsenal have played very well this season. But there is no guarantee that they will perform well in the next season. Moreover, Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Newcastle are ready to spend more money to strengthen their squads. And everyone will be aiming for the title next season. Because of this, it will be very difficult for City to dominate the Premier League next season. Manchester City have a great season but do not just conclude because they had a great season they will still be more superior than other teams in the coming season. Sometimes games change, and the performance of players can also. I know Manchester City is a strong team and they will definitely do well in the season , but I can't conclude if they will win the league again next season.

The way the season was easy for Manchester City it may not by the same thing in the next season, things can occur that can deprive from performing well to win the league. When the game starts in the season by the performance of the team we can tell which of the teams have better chances of winning the league.

But as for teams Like Manchester City and Arsenal it is very sure they will do well in the new season. But it is hard to predict which team will win the league now that the season have not started, their are top teamsters have chances of winning the league.

Newcastle still has a solution to increase the spending money budgeted for in the transfer market, they will sell several players who are not needed or players who have minimal playing time to prevent Financial Fair Play. Qualifying for the Champions League has been a success for Newcastle for the last two decades, this success must be supported by the quality of an established team in order to be able to compete with elite teams from different competitions. Newcastle can still prevent swelling in salary expenses by selling players to make room for new, more qualified players.

Many more. The young players are willing to make his career even better in the football. that's why they were trying to leave from chelsea to find a new club that can make their career to be even better.
The previous season was a terrible season for chelsea. Chelsea is now starting to go back again to the what it must be. I think that chelsea has choices to sell some under perform players like havertz. Im not happy with what already done in the early of summer transfer season. So many targets were missing. The young players though that if they can make their career even better once they decide to leave from the club.

I can understand if they are feeling like that.
