The transition from the old owner to the new owner made a lot of things change for Chelsea. I agree that their player transfer policy is something that is done very hastily and they just look eager to achieve the best results whereas the quality of coaches and strategies are not as good as expected.

Newcastle is different, they seem to be more relaxed in building their squad and instead focus on performance and improving the strategy that little by little will make them qualify for the Champions League next season. These two teams have different characteristics, Chelsea are eager to show that money can buy everything while other teams tend to focus on the quality of play.

It is not easy to have a threat like KDB and Haaland facing your defence for 90 mins without breaking it.

In the last two seasons, Manchester City were beaten in the semi-final and final. And in both seasons Manchester City missed out on the title due to tactical mistakes.

City won the first leg of the semi-final against Real Madrid last season. But the team could not qualify for the final because of the big defeat in the second leg. They haven't made the same mistake this season. This shows that Guardiola has learned from his previous mistakes. And this season he is more experienced. Also, his squad is stronger this season than any previous season.

Finally Burnley can return to the premier league after last season they were relegated. but it didn't take long for Burnley to return to the Premier League. Actually, Burnley is indeed a team that is quite strong, they even stayed in the Premier League for quite a long time. it's just that last season Burnley did experience a fairly drastic decline. Much like the current state of Leicester.

And actually I didn't follow the EFL Championship. But I see how the statistics for Burnley's matches are quite impressive there. They only have 3 losses from a total of 46 matches. And I think next season Burnley will be one of the teams to be reckoned with.

We have seen both burnley and sheffield united back to the premier league some two seasons
Burnley should keep up with the pressure but they need not use that championship players for the premier league, they off course needs some upgraded players

I can easily say that Chelsea is the team with the worst transfer policy in this regard. The Newcastle example, on the other hand, I see as a good work done by Prince Selman to bring the team to better places after the acquisition. They could even form a team that could perhaps be in the title race with Manchester City next year. They want to bring in top names for UCL.

Chelsea's management cannot select the right players for their team. This is the reason why despite having a lot of talented players on the team, their performance is poor. On the other hand, although there is no star player in the Newcastle team, this team is consistently performing well. The team at the bottom of the points table has now qualified for the Champions League. Newcastle's owner is very rich. I doubt Man United would really care much about losing that home advantage. Both teams are already in a safe spot so there's probably not enough motivation for them except to finish the league with a win. MU already secured automatic qualification for Champions League while Fullham still in top flight for next season and that's the most important thing.
