Chelsea had finally made the decision and sacked Graham potter. Honestly it’s painful, after enduring unnecessary loss all in the name of giving the coach a chance.

All that is nothing because the coach in the end got sacked and now Chelsea is in a very bad position in the English Premier League standing. Chelsea joins Leicester in the latest list of clubs who has sacked their coach.
In fact hiring Graham Potter did not meet Chelsea's expectations. Potter has not been able to bring Chelsea to the peak of performance as expected, in fact they have very likely failed to qualify for the Champions League next season and are in danger of losing some of their best players. Chelsea should have sacked Graham Potter sooner, but the team's form has been getting worse day by day and they have come out as a mid-table team this season.

I'd love to see Julian Nagelsmann at Chelsea at the end of the season, it would be worth it to replace Tuchel instead of Graham Potter. If Julian Nagelsmann deals, then Tuchel and Julian Nagelsmann seem to switch places.

It looks like for now Chelsea fans are genuinely relieved after Potter's dismissal. he showed nothing during his tenure and only made Chelsea worse. Hopefully this will also be a lesson for Todd not to be too hasty when dismissing a great coach like Tuchel.

We're definitely relieved, this has been our worst season in the premier league for the last 20+ years, Graham Potter turned us into a team anybody can come to get points off us both home and away. We didn't have any respect in teb eyes of any team. I hate it when English coaches rush to take role that they should clearly know are bigger then a them. Just like Lampard, Graham Potter should now be regretting taking the coaching role at Chelsea. This English coaches need to go get their coaching skills well developed.

Chelsea just exposed Graham Potter as an average coach and all the success he had at Brighton was just because the players were good as they're doing very well even after he left the club. He should go take so vacation to enjoy his money because he has successfully scammed Chelsea of a lot of money. When he gets back then he should go take more classes on coaching.

after the 0-2 against aston villa and almost 7 months on the bench, fc chelsea has sacked coach Graham Potter. on sunday evening, 'the blues' announced the separation from the 47-yo coach, who won just seven of his 22 premier league games...

What took them so long?
Potter was a disaster. His Chelsea team won only seven out of twenty two premier league matches. In seven months he managed to take Chelsea to 11th position on the table. Chelsea don't create enough chances so they can't score goals
I always knew he was going to be sacked, it was inevitable. The future wasn't looking looking bright at all. With the players Chelsea bought they should be able to win most of the games they lost. Chelsea couldn't even win games against the worst teams in the league.
So Chelsea will most likely hire Julian Nagelsmann which wouldn't be a bad decision but I still don't expect much from Chelsea this season. With Potter sacked they have a chance in the champions league though.

Underestimate- nothing
And now that Potter has been fired, I see a lot of Chelsea supporters celebrating. One thing about football is that when you stop giving people victories, they start to think you are incapable, not remembering all the victories, but even so, this might be one of the best decisions. Since Chelsea will be playing against Madrid in the Champions League and they have already been celebrating their victory, I wonder who Chelsea will choose as their new coach and I hope he lives up to the management's expectations. I also hope they are not taken by surprise by madrid.

The end of the long wait Chelsea fans had previously voiced for Potter to leave and now that it has happened because of his poor performance against Aston Villa, is this the only coach in 7 months short notice for Potter?

Julian Nagelsmann is currently still in internal talks and this can be confirmed from Fabrizio, maybe there will be some relief if the Chelsea management can find someone better than Potter.

If Julian Nagelsmann happened to Chelsea maybe this would be encouraging too.

On the other hand at the moment Nagelsmann is indeed one of the real talks but with this they also have to fight with Tottenham because Tottenham also want his services at this time. The worst thing is that they are also preparing to face Madrid and with a new coach they really need to move a bit quicker now.
Although it may not be relevant in this case, all these owners are uncaring about the ages of their employees, and some employees may have trouble controlling their emotions if their employers push them around too much. Regardless of the circumstances surrounding Tuchel's dismissal, the fans like him. In the case of football, the game responds to the wishes of the fans because they are direct customers. It is my hope that Tuchel won't repeat the same fracas with the Bayern board as he did during his previous employment. Nagelsman is not my choice especially as Tuchel replaces him

Newcastle vs Manchester united match was very interesting because the Manchester United club and the coach weren't expecting the losing, the first half of the match was full of pressure and both teams 👥 were very careful with the performance of each player and both teams performed very well on first half that's why the score was 0:0 in first.
The second half of the match was full of changes, freekicks, corners, and all the rest but Newcastle showed Manchester United that they are also a strong 💪 team, that's why they scored 2 goals on second half.
Manchester United tried their best but I can say the coach should go back and work on his team.

I think there was no other choice for Chelsea than to fire this trainer. The results are just too bad. Perhaps it is still a small miracle that he had 7 months to do all this. There are trainers who ended up being fired much faster this way. And who should Chelsea actually appoint as trainer? That might be even more of a challenge. Would someone like Ruud Gullit not be interested? He was a player and coach at the same time at Chelsea. You should be able to handle that as well. Company once did it when he left Manchester City.

And in the end, Graham Potter had to accept this decision after Todd Boehly seemed to lose his temper. I think the rumors about Julian Nagelsmann will get louder, but they will be dealt with by Bruno Saltor for now.

I think this is the right decision, even though it's a bit late.

Club statement
Chelsea sack Graham Potter - Julian Nagelsmann next?

Quote
Chelsea have sacked Graham Potter. The club announced the decision just 24 hours after their 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa. Potter took over from Thomas Tuchel in September and averaged just 1.42 points-per-game in 31 games. Chelsea paid a world record €23 million to sign Potter from Brighton in September.

"On behalf of everyone at the club, we want to thank Graham sincerely for his contribution to Chelsea," co-controlling owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali said in a club statement. "We have the highest degree of respect for Graham as a coach and as a person. He has always conducted himself with professionalism and integrity and we are all disappointed in this outcome."

It's really sad to see Manchester United play so badly, even though this is an away game I think they should be better prepared to win no matter what, but we were all presented with a very chaotic game from Erik ten Hag's squad. But Newcastle deserved this win they are so strong and disciplined in attack or defence. Newcastle won with a score of 2-0 with this result making Newcastle shift the position of Manchester United with the same 50 points and only a goal difference away.

It’s really sad to see the lads play so poorly. Playing away doesn’t have anything to do with the poor performance the team put up while playing Newcastle. They couldn’t create any chance that would lead to goal when they had the ball and the match statistics shows they had more of the ball than Newcastle.
Newcastle pretty much dominated the first half of the game. Second half, they renewed and strengthened their attacks and were rewarded with 2 goals. I did think and hoped Manchester United would win the game but it was a disappointing loss for the lads and for me as well. Good game for Newcastle and a well deserved win.
Newcastle bossed the match in the first half but raised the bar and dominated the second half and that was why United couldn't take any point from the match. This is another serious pointer that Casemiro has been saving United's blushes and since he's been absent, they've not been able to convincingly win matches because no one is able to protect United's defense and dictate play.
United still has the chance to right their wrongs and finish the season in good position and that

It looks like they've started to get angry and this is what they should have done from the start actually because forcing the ego to continue to defend Potter as if they were okay after Tuchel's departure was a stupid thing.
On the other hand, this is a nightmare for Potter, even though he has been reckoned with since he was at Brighton but for a big team he still doesn't seem capable.

I must admit that Manchester United's performance was really poor today. They deserved to lose this match certainly. Newcastle had a really dominant match against them. This goal gap would have been bigger than this if de Gea didn't save some important chances as well. He is still a very important part of the team without doubt. Manchester United had better extend his contract as soon as possible. Because he has only six months left on his contract. He looks happy to stay here too.

Manchester United defense was really weak against aerial balls too. This was the main reason they conceded those goals truthfully.

Newcastle United's 2-0 win over Manchester United made the competition for the top 4 positions even more interesting with the remaining few matches ahead, The Magpies success break to 3rd standing position awhile although have the same points with Manchester United but lead with goals difference.

Unbelievable with Newcastle United performance success defeated Manchester United, have chance for Newcastle back to the Champion League up coming next season if consistent on 11 games later. Have one team will eliminate from Champion League spot standing of reach top fourth position between Spurs, Newcastle and Manchester United with one points difference but Spurs have played 28 games but Newcastle and Manchester United have played 27 games.

The way Newcastle won this game is amazing. They were much better than Manchester United in the first half and they started the game better than Tan Hag and his players now Newcastle and Manchester United both have 50 points and Newcastle got Manchester United's place on the table, which can make the competition of these two teams more interesting on the premier league.

Newcastle actually played much better than Manchester United in the first half of the game as well as in the second half. Man united had very little chances to test the Newcastle goalie and the little chances they could muster, they hardly got an attempt at goal. Newcastle did really well in creating some good chances that generally, could have increased the number of goals scored. I wouldn’t want to allot any fault to anyone for the general performance of the team cause football is a team effort and as a team, Man United played poorly. With this win, Newcastle climbs to the 3rd spot in the league table.

2 days ago I lost the chelsea vs aston villa bet and this time I lost again in the man utd vs newcastle bet, I predicted the final score would be a 1-0 win for man utd but in fact, didn't happen, pity me

newcastle continues to surprise and I really didn't expect a team that doesn't have a lot of expensive players in the club, to continue to threaten big teams who have a lot of expensive and talented players
Surprisingly, football results don't provide us with a better outcome as we had predicted.
The Chelsea game yesterday cut so many people's betting tickets because Chelsea hosted Aston Villa and was higher in the EPL position than Aston Villa, many people gambled on Chelsea to win the match. Everyone was shocked by the loss. Nobody expected Chelsea to lose.

Any big club that didn't pull up a huge strength in the premier league will be eliminated by a lesser club. The top position in the premier league is damn open for every club contestant. Don't think Newcastle can't combine with any major team because they don't have any expensive players. That is not how football is rated. Less expensive players on a squad are sometimes more effective than more expensive players in a big club. Match results are determined by the club and the player's willpower. The Arsenal team serves as an example.

Seriously, Manchester united was so weak in their attacking today, and that was what really affected them to lose the game to Newcastle.I don't really expected much from Manchester united but I don't expected Manchester united losing all the point to Newcastle despite Newcastle is in good form currently, at least I was expecting Manchester to draw in worst cases.

However, Newcastle seems to be so powerful thanks to their effective attacking and defending strategies. They played with great strategy, and they earned the victory because of it. I was really pleased with their playing pattern. any big team that is playing against Newcastle in  second leg, the team have to be fully prepared, if not winning against Newcastle we not be easy.

I never expected the result of the match to be this, even if it was the home of Newcastle I expected Manchester United to  win Newcastle but I know Manchester United will still get back to their position.  I think this is a revenge for Newcastle,  Manchester United won them in Cup finals,  Newcastle just try their best this time again.
Yeah, and i am pretty sure the Newcastle players had that Carabao cup final defeat somewhere at the back of their minds, Manchester United denied them an opportunity of winning a trophy after a very long time, so they weren't going to let them have their day twice. Good result for Newcastle, one that sends them back into third place on the EPL table. 9-10 games to go and Newcastle actually have an opportunity to qualify for the CL next season, their fans would be rubbing their eyes right now, if you had told them this was the position they would be in at this stage of the season, they wouldn't have believed it. If Newcastle get CL football, it gives them the opportunity to allure quality players, so the good days for Newcastle fans has only just begun.
