Quite remarkably, many big teams have struggled to string good results together of late. This is a tough spell for Manchester City, who find themselves in a difficult phase with a number of players who normally feature centrally now out injured. The series of defeats surely add to the pressure on Pep to find a solution by using the depth of the existing squad. A good one for Chelsea is that they are in quite a good place at the moment and, if they do beat United, they have a chance to get into the top three- depending, of course, on other results. But the season is still a long one, and changes in the standing will most certainly change with different performances and strategies from each side.


Liverpool continue to display the kind of winning mentality much needed in this tight competition. Bournemouth have looked surprising and proved to be a thorn to the big teams; they will take wins against top teams. The wins do not just show the strength of Bournemouth but just how unpredictable the competition is this season.

We are amazed by the performance of Bournemouth players in every match. We haven't seen a better performance from Bournemouth since the start of the season. However, this team has performed well in the last three matches. Bournemouth won the first match against Arsenal. Bournemouth shared the points with Aston Villa in the next match. And in today's match, the players of Bournemouth managed to defeat the mighty Manchester City.

I am sure many gamblers lost their money in today's match. Because Manchester City was considered the favorite by everyone today. It was Manchester City's first defeat of the season. City missed De Bruyne in today's match. Manchester City might not have lost the match if De Bruyne was with the squad.

Arsenal lost the truck badly. They have lost points in three consecutive matches. Arsenal share points with Liverpool after defeat against Bournemouth. And in today's match against Newcastle, Arsenal team lost again. I thought I would see a more organized performance from Arsenal in today's match.

But the Arsenal players were not able to score a single goal in the entire match. Arsenal are now fourth in the points table after dropping points in three consecutive matches.

Well, that's what I mean that it's very strange if bookmakers give big odds on top teams and that makes me doubt that there will be a surprise and as far as I remember City also has slightly bigger odds than before around @1.5 +.
And if indeed top teams like Man City and Arsenal can easily get a win, surely bookmakers will give odds less than @1.3.
And now we see that what I was worried about happened that Man City and Arsenal had to experience defeat.

Regarding your prediction about Liverpool, it is very true. Only Liverpool performed optimally in this match because playing at home without giving a strong performance, of course the supporters could bring down the mentality of the opposing players and Liverpool ended up winning.

What really happened to Man City and what happened to Haaland in today's game? The champions dropped point today and same as the always second place club in the last 2 seasons, Arsenal. Today the upset is not what many fans expected especially the Arsenal fans, I was expecting Liverpool to either lose or draw the game against Brighton but the Anfield guys won the game due to the carelessness of the Brighton players. I don't think Liverpool came out with all they have and you'd believe me that since the game against Chelsea, Liverpool haven't been playing in their best, play so slow and not as fast as they were against Manchester United and other games before the Chelsea game. I believe is not yet over for Arsenal and at the end of the season the title challenge will be between Man City and Arsenal.

I was wrong about Arsenal today, they were never effective in offense with Trossard and Havertz striker duo. They had very few chances and didn't score. It was an important defeat and loss of points. Manchester City also lost, but Liverpool won the game coming from behind and became the new leaders. It was a very interesting week for the Premier League. Bournemouth won their last three home games, two of them against title contenders. There are no unbeaten teams left in the league.

Well, it's super surprising to see that Bournemouth still managed to beat Manchester city after they completely dealt with Arsenal in their previous game, this is shocking to say the least, and right now, I am wondering what many fans of Manchester city who have placed high bet in city will be feeling like at the moment, what a big disappointment this match must be for them 🤣.

And away from the above, Arsenal again today lost to Newcastle, and slow and steady, Arsenal is losing points and sliding down gradually in the league table, what a hard time this must be for we the Arsenal fans, it's very unfortunate that once again, we may likely not win the title this season, all hope is getting lost with every match Arsenal plays, very unfortunate.

Looking at the Premier league table is just too doubtful, the least expected teams are the ones at the top of the table. City lost two matches in a row, one to Tottenham in the Carabao and today in the premier League to a minor club who recently started doing well. I'm sure Pep will be having a hard time with this recent defeats, with Rodri, De Bruyne, Doku and Walker who currently makes up the first eleven being injured does not assure the team of keeping their lead, Pep is a good manager i expect him to make good use of other players and still hold the table.

Chelsea currently sixth yet not playing their 10th fixture which will be played tomorrow, a win against United will be pushing them to the 3rd position on the table ahead of Arsenal if Villa will likely lose to Tottenham.  

Maybe you are right, but not about the match between Bournemouth vs Manchester City. Bournemouth have never won a single Premier League match against Manchester City in the previous 14 matches, that means Manchester City have won matches over Bournemouth for 7 consecutive seasons both away and at home. This can never be considered normal, unless it is about matches involving other teams.

You could say this is common in the Premier League in general, but when it comes to this particular match between Manchester City and Bournemouth then rest assured it is not normal. So don't generalize that everything is the same, you have to talk specifically. But I agree that's normal, especially regarding the Newcastle vs Arsenal match.

I agree, but either way Newcastle are not in great form so far. Newcastle didn't win a single match in their last 5 matches before meeting Arsenal, but today they surprisingly managed to stop their bad trend.

Bournemouth is really doing well because in the last 3 matches they can able to win from big teams Arsenal and the latest is Manchester City today and at home Bournemouth is became an the team who really hard to beated and this season only Chelsea who able to beat them at their home ground so i have to says this season Bournemouth is the giant killer this because everytime they met strong teams Bournemouth has good results

Do not forget too about Nottingham Forest because today they can overcome West Ham with the final scores 3-0 and finally Nottingham Forest can occupy 3rd position on league standing their points even better compared to Arsenal with 19 points and i think this is good achievement considering Nottingham Forest president target at the beginning of season is they only want to survive in Premier League and if Nottingham Forest consistent i am sure they can playing at European competitions next season

Personally, I feel it was written in the stars that Manchester City were going to lose their game at Bournemouth earlier today because after Josko Gvardiol scored for Manchester City, they created few more clear chances to get an equalizer or probably win the game but were not clinical enough to convert those chances. That being said, I think we should give Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola his flowers because he actually deserves them because in his last three games, he's been able to win against Arsenal and Manchester City while drawing against Aston Villa which I think is a great and historical result for an average team like Bournemouth

Bournemouth is one team that can stand out against Big teams. Their speed, strength and ability to position in the right places has given them a hedge over big teams. They might now be lucky when they get to play teams that have similar qualities like them. If they do it will be difficult for them to win the game.

Aside that Manchester City has lots of injured players that are absence that is one main reason they lost the game. They had the possessions and the highest shots on target. Meanwhile that's not what determines a win. Only the team that have the highest goal is the winner so is Bournemouth.

For those of us who are used to enjoying match after match of the English Premier League every season, of course the defeat of the top teams when playing against the lower teams is a common thing. Behind that, what is surprising is usually us who bet on the best results that they will get after we analyze it.

Honestly Bournemouth winning Arsenal wasn't in my thought as I predicted Manchester City to win this game, this is the end of Manchester City unbeaten run in the English premier league.

After about the 75th minute, City created enough chances to equalize, maybe even win. In the 95th minute, Haaland missed a great opportunity, hitting the post from just a meter out when the goal was wide open. However, if you look at the game up to the 75th minute, Bournemouth genuinely deserved the win—unexpected but fair. I know City has a number of injuries, but even with this lineup, they could have performed better.

Match results like this is common in Premier League, if you are used to Premier League, you will know that such defeats is common with big teams and there is usually one or two of them that will escape the defeat, and they will also be defeated some weeks by small team they never expected to be defeated by.

Arsenal and Manchester City has dropped some vital points today, and Liverpool take the lead of the Premier League table after match week 10. Manchester City struggled to break through Bournemouth's low block. The stat above explains we had many passes and crossings, but very few goal attempts. Manchester City deserved to lose. We were not even good at finishing in this game. Nunes, Gvardiol, and Doku gave me hope. I appreciate their hard work, which was more than that of the other players.

To be honest, all the injuries in Manchester City's squad make it impossible to rotate the team. We have lost too many important players; it makes our club unbalanced. We could have been way worse if Ederson had not made a lot of important saves. It sucks we're not lucky enough. Haaland could've equalized if his shot had been on target. It's also kinda weird many of his shoots have always gone straight to the opponent's goalie.

They could have still secured the 3 points but looking at the situation, it actually looks the same as not having Rodri and KDB in the midfield made things more complicated as they were unable to come up with a good attacking scheme and ball flow to the attacking line which left them confused and trying to make a breakthrough only with speculative shot attempts which in the end did not have much impact on their attack.

The dominance they had from possession, the more chances they had were not very useful if their on target was poor which in the end made Mancehster City have to be willing to lose 3 points in this match.

Of course with this result the advantage is owned by Liverpool in the end because they again managed to get the top position and now the distance is a little further.

But this week is quite different, see who is in the top 3. Nottingham Forrest have really surprised at the start of this season.

Back-to-back losses, I don't think Guadiola can win the Premier League anymore, with what they are playing on the pitch, injured as cause Manchester City loses points in the league, I don't know why he didn't start with Doku, and he has come back from injury, see how he pressured Bournemouth defence when they bring him in in the second half, I think if he starts with him Manchester City should have draw the game or probably win. Manchester City still have tough games and lose against small club ,let see there next game am sure they will come back stronger. I believe Guadiola is a good coach and he can do and win matches.


What a good performance for Liverpool against Brighton they deserve to win the match because they are playing at home and they have all the fans and motivating them on the pitch what a good day for Liverpool they have top the league again for the second time again, they should continue winning their matches so that they will achieve the tithes season, Arsenal can't win the Premier League anymore as he has already shown nothing will make them top the league again Arteta did his best, but he was unable to win a trophy for Arsenal this season. Arteta has a poor record of losing two trophies in nearly two seasons, and this season was especially difficult for him. He did more last  time. nothing will cause him to get it again, he should just try and finish in top four. so that he can qualify to ucl next season again, with what they are doing even the Champions League I don't think they will go far anymore. Bournemouth have defeat them they draw against Liverpool now they lose against Newcastle again what a bad performance for the club.
