It was a clear victory by Manchester City indeed. They completely deserved this 3-1 win.
The first half was under the control of them completely. Leeds started to find more chances in the second half but this didn't prevent Manchester City from winning this game comfortably. Haaland was again superb with his 2-goal performance. He is giving his 100% for the team no matter what tournament they are playing in. He is just focused on his game to do always better. As much as we might say this is football, Leeds is no match for Manchester City. Not now most especially when they've got there chance as league title contenders at stake. They were well deserving of the second place on the league table with there 3points in this game and closed in on Arsenal to a 5points difference meanwhile, Newcastle drops to third spot with 2 points difference from Manchester City.Haaland again gets to score a brace and even had chances of scoring more but, wasn't able to convert. Leeds tried to get in the game in the second half but, Manchester City was just too much for them. I think the league at this phase is going to be more competitive than we had in the first and Arteta is already pushing Arsenal towards closing early deals in the transfer window.

It isn't his 19th goal in EPL, it is his 18th goal.I agree that Haaland is a beast, he always shows great performance and made goals in every match. It's not even half of the total matches in 1 season. It is still the 15th match for Man City, they have 23 remaining matches in EPL. If Haaland continues his good performance, he can score more than 40 goals this season.

Haaland's performance was extraordinary at Man City. He was able to score many new goals in several matches. However, there was a lot of trouble and Rashford played at times, hell Eriksen played striker for a game if I remember correctly, Martial? Whatever happened was it was always a bit indecisive because everyone kept asking Ronaldo to play as well and manager had to sub him in, or play him in Europa. It could well be liberating for Guardiola's team, which can now calmly let the opponent come and switch at the right time. A fairly high result could well be possible because of this 0-1 on the stroke of half time.
Am sure Leeds had this coming because, how could they not. This is Manchester City and with the lots if chances that have been coming, it was only a matter of time before one finds itself at the back of the net. I just couldn't imagine how Jacj Grealish was just missing all the provided chances. His got some of the best chances in the first half of the game and he keeps putting it off target. Good chances with balls that already has enough momentum and all he needed to do is just direct it to the goal but, he keeps shooting it up. Manchester city just scored the first goal of the match in the last minute of the first half by Rodri, they clearly dominated the first half with 16 goal attempts and they was able to score in the last minute, leeds didn't make any attempt in the first half let's see what they can do in the second half

Manchester City is favored to win the match as Leeds United would likely not stand a chance to win the game against the superior Manchester City. I actually don’t see Leeds winning the game but I’ve been wrong before and I may be wrong today though highly unlikely. Manchester City is on top of the game and the obvious stronger of the two. The defense built by Leeds really made it difficult for Manchester City to penetrate their defense.
