Arsenal are playing like title contenders this season, their performances show they want to win the trophy this season. They have been a subject of mockery for this especially from the rival fans but they are showing glimpse of been title contenders this season winning 6 games out of 7 and currently sitting at the top of the table ahead of Manchester City who have been unbeatable this season also.
That's true and this is what make the premier league more excited this year, not just arsenal but even totenham Hotspur they are showing really strong performance and you can feel that they can do something surprising this year

I believe Arteta has learnt and he’ll now go against them in a very coordinated way this time around. I don’t expect Arsenal to lose against any of them.
Spurs are counter attacking team and in game against United, Arsenal were caught mostly in counters only. It's a tough job for Arsenal but I think its a test again for them and they have to avoid mistakes they made in United game again. Spurs are not doing great defensively either so we have good chance of winning against them but as long as there is Kane and Son out there its a tough one if you ask me.

I'm a little confused at the moment who will win because these two clubs are in very good form not only that their new players and their current coach can be said to be successful in blending the existing strength.
But even then I'm actually quite leaning towards Arsenal but looking at Tottenham's performance last season I'm still not too sure about it and maybe I'll just watch without any bets there.

Based on their performance so far in this season, showed that Manchester city will still win this premier league title because there is a strong unite among the team that will help them to maintain the first position until they win the trophy. I don't think, Tottenham will go far in this season, if you look at their tactics they are using in this season show that they can't defeat strong teams like Manchester city, Arsenal and Manchester united because all those teams are very ready to defeat any team to drop their points in this tournament.

I can see Tottenham records while against strong teams that they playing defensively and it was successfully to stole point such as against Chelsea before and Conte might be will used similar strategy while against Arsenal because Conte know if Tottenham playing attacking they probably will ended up to lose so Tottenham probably will let Arsenal to control the game until they can found the weakness of Arsenal and make a quick counter attack and to support this strategy Tottenham have fast players such as Son, Kane or Richarlison

One problem I found with Arsenal is their inability to play big teams and win. They can be able to get 100% record against average teams but when it comes to big teams, they may not be able to get out with just a point.

Manchester City are in a good position to win the league, they are sitting 2nd with just a point difference but we shouldn't give them the trophy just yet, Tottenham are also sitting third with few points different so its still an open competition at this stage and you can say any team will finish top because it is unsure at this point which team will keep up and stay consistent till the end so let's not be in a rush to declare one side as the favorites to win the league.
It's too hasty to predict the likely winner of the league with just seven matches played out of 38 matches, there is going to be some upsets in some matches which Man City who many will have predicted an outright win might drew or even lose such matches for instance they drew their matches against Newcastle and Aston Villa respectively this season, a match soccer pundits and analysts tipped Man City to win, so it's like this season will be very tough with the likes Tottenham, Arsenal and lately Man Utd becoming more stronger and formidable will definitely challenge Man City give them a run of their money.
