If you wait for the board's decision to be late, it will lose important players that it has been chasing all this time, obviously Spurs and Chelsea will definitely finalize some players to bring in they will definitely move quickly for this especially important strikers but if Arsenal's local board is slow, it's clear Mikel Arteta will be frustrated.
Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling are still targets for Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal.

Certainly Mikel Arteta wants what some players have been looking for so far.
On the one hand, Mikel Arteta has to hurry if Jesus is their target. Arsenal exclusive board must agree on this spending not to delay any of their goals. Arsenal have been dominated by young players this season and I think they need to reshuffle the squad to bring in players who have long experience like Jesus. Depay is also rumored to be Arsenal target to strengthen the front line even Arsenal are ready to offer £40m to sign Savic from Lazio.

I just heard that Mikel Arteta is scared of losing Gabriel Jesus to either Tottenham Hotspur or Chelsea because of the way the board is slowing going for the transfer, it will be a shame if that happens because arsenal have been going after him for a while now,and he is very suitable to play with those players and style arsenal play, another place he might end is Tottenham Hotspur because they are very serious in bringing another top striker and he looks like the type that can adapt to Conte style when he pair both him and Harry Kane.

Won't qualifin for the Champions League be a problem for Arsenal, if I am sure Gabriel Jesus desires to play in the premier league and not else where. But Arsenal may not be he's final destination. And also not sure he will move to Tottenham Hotspur.
We are going to monitor the move closer at the end he will decide.

Talking about Arsenal, they always end the season with failure in the UCL competition in recent years.
When compared to totenham, it would be more suitable Gabriel Jesus to play with totenham than arsenal although it is very possible he will become a star in arsenal but the club had a bad match in recent years, and it could end Gabriel Jesus career

Btw, according to information circulating the club from LaLiga, Real Madrid is also reportedly interested in Gabriel Jesus, maybe he leave the Premier League and start a career in LaLiga?

The annoying thing about this transfer is that if arsenal delay too much they might lose him to either Tottenham Hotspur or Chelsea there London rivals or to a club outside England like AC Milan and Real Madrid who are after him also and  among the players that Mikel Arteta wants Gabriel Jesus is the cheapest for just £50, because another option is Victor Osihmeh he is worth £80, then Darwin Nunes £75 then the Argentine guy at Inter Milan ( Lautaro Martinez) £75 so is a no brainner delaying the transfer.

This will really be frustrating for Arsenal and Mikel Arteta. It is now that I'm beginning to know that most times that Arsenal delay in signing a player,it is not because of the coach, but the board.Gabriel Jesus saga has been on even before the transfer window started, and now the window is beginning to gather heat, because most clubs are seriously in the market to search for players that can add depths to their teams, and Arsenal is at risk of loosing out on Jesus, who is also linked to Tottenham and Chelsea.Arsenal really need to act fast on Gabriel's transfer if they really need to sign the player.

I have not heard the information who will be recruited by Chelsea next season to replace an important position that is left by Chelsea players who leave in the transfer market this season.
If Chelsea don't bring in new players, I think next season will be very difficult for Chelsea to continue to compete with their opponents. I think with the new owner this club can provide fresh funds for the coach to get other potential players
If Chelsea stick with existing players next season, then it is a bit of a ridiculous thing because it is clear Chelsea will not be able to compete with their opponents next season although Chelsea's overall performance this season is also not too bad, but for this season The future clearly still needs new players to cover the shortcomings they have this season in order to compete optimally in several leagues next season.

Chelsea don't really needed to hurriedly sign new players, Tuchel will review and study the transfer market
before scouting for a quality replacement for Rudiger there is rumour of bidding for Presnel Kimpembe PSG defender as a possible replacement for Rudiger and their new owners had reportedly budgeted £200million for signing of quality players, there is no cause for alarm, I believe Chelsea scouts and Tuchel are doing their job and working behind the scene to bring or sign in new players who will improve the club.

Chelsea is definitely looking for talented players. But Chelsea management doesn't buy players by spending extra money on needs. My guess is that they will check the market, and pick the right player for the team at the lowest cost. And so there are very few rumours about which players are interested in joining the Chelsea team. Tuchel is a very experienced coach. I think next season he will take all the necessary steps to strengthen the Chelsea team.
Chelsea currently have a very good squad and for now they only need a few quality players to keep the team consistent for next season, I think their coach Tuchel knows what he has to do to sign the players he wants. As for no rumors and any movement so far I think it's quite natural for a team like Chelsea.
and true, with what Tuchel has given to Chelsea's progress in the last 2 seasons I have no doubt that next season will do the same thing, even better.

Chelsea can really have some difficulties in next season but they aren't difficulties that they can't leave behind. They need to focus completely on filling the places that are becoming empty by the departure of those players. Rudiger's place comes first in this list surely now. Chelsea will need to spend so much money in this summer maybe but it is going to worth it. If they stay solid for next season maybe they can fight harder for the league title too. But realistically, Liverpool and Manchester City are still way ahead of them.

There is still enough time for the transfer to be made, I think Chelsea is also aware that the leaving players need to be replaced by better players. They will definitely make good transfers in the coming period.
It will not be easy for them to become champions in the league with their current squad, if they want to be champions, they need to add a few top football players to their squad Smiley

It's true, Chelsea is under Manchester City and Liverpool especially after the departure of important players they definitely leave gaps for Chelsea. The gaps they get in defense must be filled with quality players as well, because it is a crucial position. If they can't get players of the same quality I don't think they will be able to compete next season.
For Chelsea I think they are special, even though a key player left but Chelsea have a great coach. Yes, I'm sure it's not a problem that frustrated Tuchel because I'm sure Tuchel will get another player he can make great. I'm personally really looking forward to their process on how to get through this kind of problem but it's not about like other teams that continue to hunt for star players, because new ownership could be something new for Chelsea too.

Tuchel is indeed one of the interesting coaches and deserves to be a candidate for one of the good coaches in the EPL since the last few seasons.
His ability to mix players is unquestionable but I still feel it will still be difficult because Chelsea are currently in a transition period and this will definitely make some adjustments in management and the team. At the moment I don't see much news about player transfers also at Chelsea.

But I still have my doubts about them, last season they actually competed in the top 3 with very close points difference, but they fell behind near the end of the season. Sure they have a great coach, but the departure of a key player is sure to leave problems that need to be fixed. In this case the coach must be observant in appointing players to replace the vacancy.

Chelsea problems related to abrahamovich sanctions have now been resolved automatically making them carry out their activities as usual in the transfer market, so maybe they will soon look for other players who are worthy of replacing rudiger in the future, losing rudiger will indeed leave holes in their defense but I think there are still many players defender who does have an interest in joining chelsea at this time, the competitive rivalry in the english league of course makes some clubs fall behind and that is natural but I don't think chelsea is far behind liverpool at this time due to the fact because when chelsea was hit by problems due to abrahamovich sanctions last year but chelsea can still compete and get third place in the English league.

I believe that Chelsea’s main problem were Lukaku and then those sanctions, and now Lukaku should depart which means that they can afford to get player’s who wants to play for Chelsea, and as you’ll rightly said the sanctions story is over hence it’s time to move on and stop discussing about those sanctions. Furthermore I feel that Chelsea’s new owners would like to make a bold statement in the transfer market, hence I’m expecting them to approve couple of signings for the club.

Although, their coach, Tuchel will sign new players in the upcoming transfer window, these players will serve as replacement for outgoing players. But, Blues will miss Rudiger and his performance in the defense because he was one of the tough player and defender the team had. Losing him to Real Madrid wasn't a good idea IMO.
Chelsea lost 2 strong center-backs, Rudiger and Christensen. Their defense is decreasing so much, I am not really sure they can compete for the EPL title in the next season. I even think they won't do much in UCL competition with a big drop in their squad quality. Moreover, they seem to lose their main CF (Lukaku) because he feels uncomfortable and wants to leave. With having no strong defenders and weak attacking, Chelsea may be difficult to improve their performance and even very possible to experience the same thing as Man United.
I think they still can be competed for race title for next season and regarding team condition i'm not too worried if Chelsea losing Lukaku next season because Lukaku can't show his best performance like when he played at Inter so for forward position i think losing him shouldn't be a problem especially Chelsea have good quality player such as Timo Werner who playing better than Lukaku but indeed for defensive side they should immediately looking for the replacement of Rudiger and Christensen because these players are their key players for last season

Chelsea may not have made it as the top club in the league but coming among the top 3 is a massive performance, but making some changes in the club will give them a better position in the next premiere series, and if the players are signed to meet up the opposition on the table.

Bad performance with Chelsea last season after passing season without any trophy, finish on 3rd position standing on Primer League and eliminated from quarter final at champion league I think bad season for Thomas Tuchel. I think he needs new player how to get back top performance and make Chelsea can consistent for next season on primer league and champion league. Beside have bad news after Roman Abramovic and Chelsea got suspend with war invasion by Russia to Ukraine I think this bad performance from Chelsea reason and next season not any trouble again for Chelsea.
