Well, if so then it can be assumed that Manchester United don't have high luck, because if we look at rival teams like Chelsea with Tuchel, Liverpool with Klopp and maybe Tottenham with Conte they are lucky to get the right coach. Especially about Chelsea getting the right coach and great again, Tuchel was able to quickly overhaul the team with the existing squad to finally win the Champions League title at that time. As for Manchester United, as I said before, basically from season to season the Manchester United squad always has star players with high salaries. I am yet to understand how Heung-Min Son wasn’t included in the PFA players of the year, after winning the Golden boot by banging 23 non-penalty goals this season. I mean the fact that he won the golden boot and led Tottenham to the Uefa champions league place should be massive and should've played a big part in his selection. Honestly this is shocking and disappointing. The omission of H. M son in the team is highly questionable. It makes me think there's other non-sporting reasons for this omission.

Have close negotiating with Frenkie de Jong as Barcelona midfielder and previous his club faced financial crisis and become easy how get deal and agreement values transfers both team, I think Manchester United need to build up from midfielder because losing Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matić have been enough reason why need player like Frenkie de Jong. But not only with midfielder I think Manchester United have weakness on forward and defender position. Have busy time for Erik Tan Hag preparing Manchester United team for next season because he should make United more better than last season and can finish on top standing with champion league ticket for next season.

Manchester City and Liverpool will still be top competitors for Premier League championship. Chelsea will improve their competitiveness if they have a good transfer season.

Tottenham will have same issues. Will they be able to convince Kane to stay? Will Son manage to keep his performance as good as in the last season? They did not improve too much compares to themselves in last 4 seasons.

Arsenal will still have problems with their young players. They can have very good months but also have very bad months. It is how they lost the fourth position to Tottenham in very last weeks of last season.

I look at Newcastle on the list and still don't know how the progress is because I didn't see it yet in the market. when we look in the mirror of man city, Newcastle is the same case, in the beginning, they will be fighting in the middle table until finish in UEFA or conference league. They still didn't buy a high-priced player now, maybe they have to look until the next winter windows transfer.
