Manchester City and Liverpool will still be top competitors for Premier League championship. Chelsea will improve their competitiveness if they have a good transfer season.

Tottenham will have same issues. Will they be able to convince Kane to stay? Will Son manage to keep his performance as good as in the last season? They did not improve too much compares to themselves in last 4 seasons.

Arsenal will still have problems with their young players. They can have very good months but also have very bad months. It is how they lost the fourth position to Tottenham in very last weeks of last season.

Good analysis for 7 teams, very impressive. I look at Newcastle on the list and still don't know how the progress is because I didn't see it yet in the market. when we look in the mirror of man city, Newcastle is the same case, in the beginning, they will be fighting in the middle table until finish in UEFA or conference league. They still didn't buy a high-priced player now, maybe they have to look until the next winter windows transfer. And, i don't hope MU will be in 9th table for 2023, if Ronaldo is still fit and got many balls supply, MU will be in 3rd place only if Maguire has repented as a child also.

Premier league teams are hunting for new players and reportedly Manchester city rejected Arsenal offer for Gabriel Jesus. With all this, Manchester United still had a real chance at a certain point to get into the Champions League zone. Ndidi will fit in very well, he has the highest tackles won per game and wins ariel duel's.
I think he's the right man to replace the Roy Keane,cause ever since he left I have never seen any as good as he was.
Carrick tried but not as the Former Manchester United captain, Ndidi can fill the void space.

Wilfried Ndidi? I don't know if they are even thinking of signing him but he would be a really good addition to the team though. Manchester United would make use of a defensive midfielder like him a lot now. Defense is their biggest problem as everyone has already mentioned it. Signing one defender and one defensive midfielder both or even doing only one of them would change many things for them. Manchester United conceded so many goals in unexpected games last season and they need to figure this out.

Yeah its as you said but in my opinion the team that need the most changes is man united if they want to be back on track and forget about this season they need some players gone in addition to mata and matic both lindelof and maguire need to go not to mention that they need one or two good midfielders since pogba will be going, add to that that they lack a good striker so ronaldo can play at ease at the post where he is much better at.

In order to have a successful season especially in non local competitions, given that the local leagues would always be that although, staying top means your players have got to be optimum in the league. Well Manchester united had a manager that got back to back champions league participation for the club since Ferguson retired, but the media and everyone called it individual brilliance and gave it a short code 'show me your trophy for 2nd and 3rd position'. The club deserves every rejection they get by players they try to sign; and the fans deserved the performances of the just ended season as well.

Its better for Ten Hag to sign credible midfielders if he wants to have a chance of succeeding

Maybe as you said the main target is to get into the top 4 and qualify for the Champions League. But I think targeting the top 4 in the domestic league will be easy for Manchester United next season. the work that Erik ten tag has to do now may have to bring in the right partners for cristiano ronaldo. We can see that Manchester United game this season is not too good from the right wing, making it difficult for Ronaldo to move. well the back side may also have to have a major overhaul in the transfer window this season.

So artheta need to change the narrative come next season, also owing to the transfer news of lacazzet rejoining Lyon, this is something Arsenal management need take serious to be able to contest for the top four I'm the EPL next season.
