Manchester City have performed quite well this season, Sterling and De Bruyne have performed well this season because these two players contributed greatly to bringing Manchester City to the Premier League champions. now manchester city already have erling haaland who was a very prolific goalscorer during his time at Dortmund. Doesn't Sadio Mane's contract expire next season with Liverpool? If I'm not mistaken, it means we will still see Sadio Mane with Liverpool next season and competing for the Premier League title with City, Chelsea and Tottenham. They inevitably have to reshuffle the current squad considering that in this case they are like holes in every existing line.
The front line is still quite good but that's not a guarantee if the midfield and back are a lot of gaps.
They have to maximize this time to overhaul and prepare for the new season but in this case there will of course be some other adjustments they will have to accept because it will not be possible for this to run smoothly for the first season.
