About Rudiger obviously it's a loss but I'm sure Tuchel will keep Chelsea's performances good next season, but about Lukaku I personally don't think it's a big problem because in Tuchel's era Chelsea can play well without playing pure strikers. So yes, even if Lukaku leaves I think Chelsea will be fine, I recognize Tuchel's quality in building a team, Tuchel can form a solid team quickly even though for a title it will still be difficult.
