Everton have been really down this season, they almost got relegated and with what happened this season they have to improve very seriously to look at next season so that what happened this season doesn't happen again next season.
and as for their coach Lampard, maybe he should be fully supported to sign some players who match the tactics he applies with Everton.

Being a good player and a leader on the pitch and in the dressing room doesn't mean you'll automatically be a coach. Of course, your experience will help you lead a team in the best way. But then you need to have the mentality of a coach, be able to put together the pieces you have and form a tactic that can bring good results.

Lampard has just started, and of course he has a lot of time to grow as a coach and show what he is capable of. And maybe with some tweaks to the squad, he could show some of that next season.

At least Lampard has kept his promise not to be degraded. Furthermore, Lampard can focus more on the preparation of the team for next season
So far I haven't heard their plans to reshuffle the team including buying and selling players we also don't know how their financial condition because sometimes this problem can hamper their plans.
Lampard saved everton from the brink of relegation, home performances kept Everton afloat, Lampard deserved money in the summer to turn things around to be stronger and be able to compete with other teams. Everton can't have a season like this again, avoiding relegation is a shame.
Yes, the opportunity came to Everton to improve themselves during the upcoming season. They can't be in a tough situation forever, much less have to fight to avoid relegation again. Lampard has to make the most of the potential of the team to at least get back to their best and I think he will be able to do that.

I think the management club should support Lampard to get some players who can boost Everton's game next season. this season was a bit lucky because in the last game they were able to win the game very dramatically, this is an important match I think, we can see at the end of the game the players, the coach and the Everton fans did an extraordinary celebration because the players made sure the Club was not relegated.

Pre season will soon start and all the teams will be preparing for next season. The window has already opened and some clubs have started signing players from now to avoid deadline day drama.Signing players from now seems more meaningful to me because the prayer will have the opportunity to travel with the club to preseason, where he will have to adapt well with the
club's pattern of play.So many players will be moving from different clubs to the other.
The English premier league is really going to be competitive next season because of the players that the different clubs in England are signing.Any club who fails to sign players now will risk their position next season.

this depends on their quality later.
They should be grateful that this season they are still safe but this does not mean they will be safe too for the future because it all depends on what they do to get through the next season.
On the other hand I think that for now Lampard can be said to be their savior even though his performance was not too good while he was coaching here but it was more than enough at least they avoided relegation

Asides Cristiano Ronaldo, the team will be in a better position and shape than they are this season. As fans shouldn't expect miracles too happen, he is a new and good coach so I do expect him too loose to some teams before he gains experience in the premier league. Fans are optimistic knowing a change will come with time.
What matters is for the full team to have a fighting and winning mentality ready too win and also defend themselves.
The arrival of a new coach will also bring new hope for Manchester United and it becomes a must for the coach to give the best. Yes, this season has been a tough season for Manchester United, who have had to go up and down in order to maintain their position in the standings. Although managed to secure a place in Europe, but that can not cure the feeling of disappointment.

For some reason it seems to me that the main reason why Antonio Conte stayed at Tottenham is that the option of leaving for Paris Saint-Germain did not work out. In any case, the financial resources promised by the Tottenham management to strengthen the team for next season are in no way comparable to the resources and players that Conte would have at his disposal if he had become the head coach of Paris Saint-Germain. And in this case, there is no point in leaving the club for the time being, when quite substantial funds have been promised for strengthening and participation in the Champions League will take place, although at the same time I am not at all sure that all these funds and the existing squad will be enough to claim titles for next season.
Success finish on 4th position I think not any reason for Antonio Conte leaving Tottenham Hotspur actually if rumor about interested from PSG, so far have good relationship between Conte and Spurs management where have budget prepare for Conte get new player. I think if Harry Kane and Son keep extended with Tottenham Hotspur have chance for Spurs get top position standing next season. Conte can prepare team for playing on champion league and keep get chance how to give trophy for Tottenham Hotspur after long time not success with any trophy yet.
One thing Conte was able to achieve was to revive Harry Kane's passion for Tottenham again after he was bent on leavng in the early stage of last season. If Conte could make do of his current team and was able to finish fourth he can do better if given new players. As long as Conte will have more professional team players ahead of next season there is evey likely hood he will win some trophies for Tottenham if his contract is been extended not necessarily champions league.

Lampard can breathe a sigh of relief after successfully saving Everton from the threat of relegation. I see Lampard as a unique coach, when Lampard took over at Derby Country in sixth place, then at the end of the season Derby Country finished in sixth. Then Lampard came to Chelsea, at that time Chelsea was in fourth place and at the end of the season finished fourth too. Lampard repeated the same thing at Everton, Everton were in 16th place when Lampard took over, and finished in sixteenth.
Something can happen by chance because actually Lampard really wants to end the season in a better way and finish in a better order. Everton managed to stay in the Premier League next season because at the same time Ledds and Burnley only produced 1 point while Everton managed to win the match when they beat Crystal Palace with a score of 3-2. If Everton fail to make a comeback in that match, then of course I think Everton's chances of staying in the Premier League are lost.

This season Lampard's performance has not been great for Everton despite all the team shortcomings he currently has. Next season Lampard must improve and improve everything to make Everton a better team.

Everton's problem still persists even though they managed not to relegate from the league. Therefore I wonder what Frank Lampard will do about this to solve it. They have a great squad right now which is full of capable and talented players. We shouldn't be seeing Everton this much desperate next time. They deserve the upper positions and it would be lovely to see them there next season. Lampard gave a promise to the fans not to relegate and kept his word. However they will want to see the same promise from him to have a much better season next time too.

If this new coach does not do something new to the team, either change their playing pattern,or change tactics, and as well bring in the appropriate players that can yield good result to the team, the club will still remain the way it is.A good manager will manage those boys and they will produce good result to the team.Somebody like Klopp of Liverpool can come into that team  and change every aspect of their game, and Man u will become tittle contenders. This new coach should Atleast be able to introduce his own pattern of football to the team so that the club will change for good.
Manchester United have a very critical problem which means critical fixing. The team haven't won or lift a trophy for a while now and it's really a bad results for them. United board have sacked their previous managers like Olen and now Ragnick is leaving the team for Erik Ten Hag who happens to be their new boss. United may do better next season only if they stick to a good winning tactics. Erik Ten Hag is a good manager and he is interested in young lads who have potentials in the team, although he would still include his signings to the team, and he is so lucky to have one best player, Cristiano Ronaldo who have lengthy experience in football.

So, Conte decided to stay at Spurs after all. Great news for Tottenham fans and great news for the PL as well - he is one of the better coaches around. Clinching that last CL spot must have helped - he was also seeking assurances regarding new players and strengthening the team. With Kane looking likely to remain at the club as well, Spurs will be dangerous next season too.
The team will play in the Champions League, this is an excellent result, Conte has already settled into the team, and if the team can be strengthened with new players, then Tottenham can become even more dangerous. With the advent of Conte, the team started very well, but then a decline began, perhaps they could not stand it physically. To be honest, I think that it will be very difficult to compete with Liverpool and City. Many thought that it would be possible for Tuchel in Chelsea, but this is not so.

I think some players need too leave and get sold so they can have a budget and get some players that will actully make a difference. They have top quality players but just dont go with each other and that was Evertons problem this season in the premier league.

If they were to sell, then they have to sell some big names and build a good budget to buy players. Its kinda like Liverpool did Coutinho a couple of years ago, sold him and then bought some great players who were spot on and are star players of the Liverpool now. Everton need to do the same in order to build the squad. About not much chemistry between some top players, I think I would agree with that but I feel that's just one which I feel is Richarlison I think (did I got that right?) . Well Richarlison has this childish kinda attitude but I really like his winning mentality so he is a hard worker. Everton will easily get around 50-60m Euro mark if they try to sell him or even more.

I'm happy about another thing that we are going to be able to watch Cristiano Ronaldo playing for Manchester United at least for one more year. I was seeing it as guaranteed that he would leave the team after this very poor season they had. Ronaldo by himself was incredibly good in fact but the real problem was related to the team as a whole. Maybe Ronaldo changed his mind and decided to stay because of having a manager like Erik ten Hag next season. He must be believing in him now or maybe he just wants to achieve a big success with Manchester United as well.

I can't say he's had a bad season, it's his first season at Manchester United after such a long break, maybe he's not used to that pace of play, plus he's an older player, his game at Manchester City won't be the same as when he was young. I don't think he had any thoughts of leaving the club, at least this season. I think he will end his career at this particular club

Honestly I was expecting christiano Ronaldo not to play for Manchester United next season because how bad the performed in the concluded season,  it will be nice to see christiano Ronaldo play for Manchester United next season.  I think next season will be a total different season for Manchester United , it won't be like this season.  I'm expecting Manchester United to have good players that can always make the team to have victory.
