I really hope that Erik ten Hag will be able to solve this problem and Manchester United will have a better trust factor with each other. But it is obviously going to be a lot of hard work.

Also from the mental side, the young players at Manchester United are still too spoiled. I think Erik ten Hag should also put more emphasis on this for his players. Mostly because they are young, so to be at a giant club is mentally a lot more difficult. Competing with other clubs will greatly affect the game which is not very stable.

Sterling would be an exceptional signing for Chelsea. He is fast, skillful and still young. But for me I would like to see him in Chelsea because it would be a great plus to the attacking force of the team after a disappointing season with Lukaku. Chelsea should present a good offer that would be difficult for both the player and club to resist.

You may be right about that. It can be another problem for Manchester United to find a new club for him. I'm pretty sure that very big clubs wouldn't like to pay too much money for a defender like him. Maybe Manchester United can be hopeful about middle-placed teams but I don't know. Maguire's performance in the previous season was so horrible that even those teams may not be eager to sign him too. Manchester United shouldn't expect making any profit in his sale either so I think they would be eager to sell him as long as they get a reasonable offer.

It is the coach's job to make his players work well together when they are played in a match. Obviously it's important to hope to help the team achieve a good result in a competition, but so far I don't think Manchester United are too bad in terms of teamwork. The players have tried to do their best, but the problem is that Manchester United can't really get back to their best.

There is hope for Ten Hag next season, but I'm not sure he can bring the same glory as Ferguson before. Ten Hag had a chance to fix the team's performance issues, but it took him some time until he really got the best recipe for making a big impact.

Rashford lost it upon Ronaldo's arrival last season where he choosed playing to impress fans than playing as a team. Rashford fading was a product of his own self paced games. Ten Hag should be ready to do so much work if Rashford remains in united. Rashford is a kind of player that hates competition. I am thinking he needs to embrace the fact both of them can still exist in united and still earn their various glories just like in the days of Evra, Nani, and Rooney and Gigs

It's a good thing for the former Manchester City player and captain Vincent Company, I believe he will use the experience he has as a good player to push Burnley to the better side. Burnley struggled throughout the last season and was later relegated to the championship.
Vincent Company was a prolific player for City having won different titles with the team but he was later not offered a new contract with City by Pep. I think Company will stay with burnley since the deal has been finalized.
