As a matter of facts, Gerrard is coaching Aston Villa. A living legend of Liverpool has the chances to help his former club win the trophy by either winning against City or getting a draw. Thats all he has to do though, its a slim chance to actually halt City from getting 3 points but its better than 0% chance so its definitely going to be interesting

Imagine if Villa decided to hold down and goes in full defence position, City would find it hard to score a goal thus forcing a draw

The title of the Premier League will be decided on the last day. City will not let the premier league titles slip through Liverpool's fingers. Man City's wrath will fall on Aston Villa. There is not too much of a gap between City and Liverpool and the rest of the league. However, feelings don't stand since they would have to play against other opponents before lifting the trophy.
