8 points lead, am I getting this correctly or you meant 3 points. It was just a point difference between these two at Manchester City and Liverpool before the weekend and then, Liverpool got to share points with Tottenham while Manchester City took all 3 points giving them a 3 point space between Liverpool.

It was commendable seeing City playing so well to ensure the game is won and with lots of goals too. They needed to break free of Liverpool and with 3 games left, should they are very much insured. Perhaps they would need more goals to ensure they stay top should they loose 1 of there remaining 3 games but, I doubt that very much.

That's what Arsenal fans don't know. They think that the champion league is like the premier league, where you will contest with a lesser team to gain points. Arsenal still has stuffed games to play, by then we'll know Arsenal's fate whether they are qualifying for the champions league or not

I also have this feeling that Liverpool might overtaken City if care is not taken. But, it all depends on how Manchester City probably perform in their remaining matches. Although, they won't be facing any tough team. Since, they got knocked out of the CL. The Premier League trophy is their only hope, and Pep Guardiola will surely do anything to ensure he wins the title again this season. However, I will wait patiently to see how eventually lifts the trophy.

The premier league this season is not unpredictable; it is simply an eye sore. That such Arsenal team is contesting for top 4 this season is enough reasons for you to know that its a bad season for the top teams in the league. Arsenal fans can be happy, getting a top 4 after consecutive 8th position is good for them. Son? Salah? Time will reveal who gets the top scorer prize

Agree with what you say because indeed with this, of course they will be more difficult in pursuing City.
But indeed in this case they can still become champions if they really win in the remaining matches and City lost 1 match.
Although this is quite difficult, of course they can still fight until the end while hoping City will lose in the rest of their current games even though it sounds like it is impossible for City to lose

Am optimistic that Tottenham Hotspur will win arsenal on Thursday, but they will still be behind the gunners in the table ranking but they should be optimistic about it because is the premier League and in the premier League anything can still happen, I think even if Tottenham Hotspur did not go to the champions League it won't be considered as a dissaster for them if you consider there position and what the team were going through before Antonio Conte came,I don't think he will abandoned the project because he didn't go to the champions League next season because they is lot of improvement, what might makes him reconsider is if the board doesn't support him in the transfer market.

If Arsenal can win the London Derby, it is certain that Arsenal have secured a Champions League ticket for next season, but if they lose of course their points will be closer to Tottenham's points. And if Arsenal get 3 points, they can certainly replace Chelsea ranking in the temporary standings. Arsenal performance has also gotten better in the last 5 matches. I hope Arsenal can continue with this positive trend.

In the meantime, if Arsenal can play well and beat Tottenham with ideal points, they can overtake Chelsea early. Linked by only 1 point is not difficult if you look at the progress of Arsenal, which is currently in optimal condition. Plus after against Tottenham, they will take points back in their match against Newcastle.

It's a very tough match, Tottenham played great indeed Conte has ambitions for next season.
If not for the deflection Liverpool had they shouldn't have secured a single point.
It's a London derby both sides will be very focused, defending and attacking at the same time.

But the Emirates have come a long way they should win the game.
