Yeah, i honestly didn't know that Arsenal and Spurs are so close to Chelsea in the table, the blues are in 3rd position (having played 29 games) with 59 points, while Spurs are in 4th position (having played 30 games) with 54 points, with Arsenal in 5th (having played 28 games) with 54 points as well, thus the battle is no longer for only 4th position, but for 3rd and 4th position as nothing is decided yet. Arsenal have the advantage, and honestly i can see them overtaking Chelsea and claiming 3rd place, if they win their outstanding games and their crunch encounter with Chelsea coming up, then they will finish 3rd. Chelsea must up their game so they do not fall out of the CL spots entirely.

It was hell of a game for Tottenham! The result of the first half was unexpected to me because they were dominating it but still couldn't get ahead. But in the second half, Tottenham were like a completely different team. They scored four goals and won a huge victory by 5-1 over Newcastle in this home game. Tottenham showed once again how serious they were about the Champions League ticket this season. Arsenal haven't still played their game on this week but it is still good to see this level of competition between them.
Tottenham did well in the first half but they couldn't score untill the magpies open the scoring and when Ben Davies equalise before the break,that was the beginning of the demolishing of Newcastle United because from the second half Tottenham Hotspur didn't give them space, I thought to myself if Emerson Royal didn't start this game Tottenham would have win this game with more goals than the five but still it was a five star performance. Tottenham Hotspur were superb against Newcastle United literally all their players were fantastic but to mention one exceptional player in the game was Romero who had the entire Newcastle attack in his pocket, making them toothless in front. With this win Spurs has indeed established themselves as a contender for the top four but I honestly don't trust them because they hardly have a run of wins. I think if Arsenal starts flopping then Tottenham will have a chance but I sincerely don't see it happening.

Ever since Antonio Conte came on board Tottenham his vision was clear change the fortune of Tottenham hotspurs and make them competitive again, right now we can see he is doing that, Tottenham are gradually rising and are now in the top 4. I was also very surprised to see Tottenham's performance was very different between the first half and what happened in the second half. Because as
you said in the second half Tottenham played incredible, very different to what Tottenham showed in the first half. This is Conte's experience as a great
coach, can make some changes, ended up making Tottenham's game much better in the second half. It seems that the Tottenham players are also
quite motivated by the poor results obtained by Man United, this makes Tottenham only need to focus on competing with Arsenal. Victory against
Newcastle is very important, because with this victory Tottenham can replace Arsenal. Now Tottenham and Arsenal have the same points,

But on the other hand, this might change by Arsenal's result against C. Palace tomorrow. As for that game, I fully trust Arsenal to defeat their opponent. Lampard was an exceptionally good player, of course, and he will always be a legend in England. The problem with good players is that they automatically assume that they are also a good coach.
As a coach, I think Lampard lack player management. He did have that problem at Chelsea when he makes players dislike him and want to leave the club because of not having playing time. Excluding that, Lampard do have a vision and if given time he'll become a good Manager. Lets not forget the success Chelsea experience last season and also enjoying now is because of the steps Lampard took in bringing the academy into the first team.
Lampard had the vision then Thomas Tuchel has the ability to managed player. If Lampard can work on his management skills then he'll become one fo the best managers in the premier league. I think Lampard doesn't usually do well under pressure, he's still a new coach that have lots of years ahead to learn so that can be resolved.

After today's big win, Tottenham again have hopes of fighting for a ticket to the Champions League next season but must rely on Arsenal's fate. We know that Arsenal have 2 match in hand which will probably make him more likely to reclaim his position from Tottenham, and this is an unfortunate situation for Tottenham.Arsenal have an easy game against Crystal Palace tomorrow and I think it will be put to good use to get his position again from Tottenham. It might be good if Arsenal failed to win it so that Tottenham would benefit, but that's a hard thing to hope for.
Tottenham did play really well against Newcastle United. The deadlock was broken by Newcastle but after that, it was all Tottenham in that match.

Any team can come back strongly but need to change the style of game. Firstly they should identify their mistakes and take steps to fix those mistakes. Obviously experience players matter in a game. They need to sign some good players aslo.

The coach Thomas Frank did make some changes that put great pressure on Chelsea until the last minute. Chelsea conceded in yesterday's gameplay has made them underestimated because no one could have expected it to end with a score of 1:4. It's quite a shame as a club that is in the top ranks.The way Chelsea has lost the last match is really a big concern for a lot of people and that also raises the question if they will actually be able to defeat Real Madrid in the Champions League match. Never have I ever thought that Chelsea is going to lose against Brentford by a margin this big. It was obviously a surprise for a lot of people. Chelsea might not be able to get close to the team ahead but they surely need to stay away from the teams below.

this was a very strange game, I thought at least Newcaste could get a draw, but lose and concede 5 goals? wow this is something shocking
both points are now the same. but Arsenal still picks a difference of 2 games not done. Arsenal hasn't missed a chance.
Arsenal's next games are not very difficult to win, maybe the only games that can give them headaches will be the games against Chelsea, Manchester United and West Ham, but the other opponents are weak while Tottenham have to face Liverpool and how inconsistent they are it won't surprise me that they lose a lot of points in the rest of the games.
It's going to be a very difficult end of season for Frank Lampard and I won't be surprised if he ends up been sacked or go back to the championship level after getting Everton relegated.
