You are right about Tottenham, but Manchester United has exactly the same problems. That is why Tottenham can still make it into the Champions League qualifiers. As for the coach of Manchester, Ralf Rangnick is an outstanding manager indeed. Not sure if you know much about him from Germany, but he has an incredible reputation. The team just seems to not work properly. I don't know if it's misbalanced too much between offense and defense? I don't see Manchester being able to compete with City and Liverpool next year either, regardless of whom they sign for next season. They need to have a fresh restart somehow and build a real team over two or three years.

I don't want to devalue the good coach that Ralf Rangnick is. But looking at his curricula in terms of prizes, it's not that extraordinary. He won in Germany he only won the German Cup once, with Schalke 04. Where he had the greatest achievements was in Austria, two championships and two cups.

Of course he needs time to get Man United in a better position. But the tactical and strategic decisions for the team are not showing that he is capable of improving.  I could be wrong, but I feel that the team is playing worse now than with the old coach.

And a team like Man United, needs a coach that creates some kind of impact almost immediately, even if it doesn't make the team extraordinary, but you can see that the team is improving. And that doesn't seem to be happening.

Teams like Tottenham are not good for great managers, the result was embarrassing from the players.
Hugo lloris had a bad game yesterday, contributed to both goals from Wolverhampton.
This is a total of three loss, I think he hasn't loss like this in a long time now.
And I'm sure they're not ready to sign the players he wants them too get, too bad!
It really hurts Having a great coach but not being able to get a ticket to the champions league, Conte has already given up on the pursuit of the champions league after losing to Wolves, if the club management doesn't want to bring in the new players Conte wants, Conte could just leave and leave Tottenham Next season, Tottenham are now in 8th place in the standings, and 5 points adrift of West Ham who are in 4th place in the standings.

Conte is an experienced coach, there is no doubt. If Tottenham management had paid Conte enough money to add the players he needed, they would probably have performed better. Manchester's team is not stable. They rely heavily on forwards to score goals. They need attacking midfielders. Moreover, the defense also needs to be strengthened.

Yes but Tottenham has all chances still to qualify for the Champions League. They have three games less than West Ham and two games less than Manchester. Rangnick now publicly announced that rank four is the official goal for his team, but seriously that is not going to be an easy mission for them. In their current condition all the teams around them have at least equal chances to make it.

in the current situation tottenham needs to hire players to score goals, at this rate they may not be able to go to the champions league, and worse, tottenham will be risking to see newastle being a better team than them in the near future

In the case of manchester united they urgently need to hire a good coach and players so that they can change the current bad scenario or they also risk not being able to go to the champions league at other times because for this one they are having a lot of difficulties and I doubt they can

I'm quite surprised that Tottenham have lost 3 games in a row, despite having a great coach. Tottenham have changed coaches several times,
but only Pochettino has been able to make Tottenham achieve good results. After Pochettino was sacked, several coaches after him always struggled
to make Tottenham play well. Likewise with Conte, now Tottenham's performance has decreased drastically. In the match against Wolves, not only
Lloris played badly, but the majority of Tottenham players played badly. Even Tottenham's new players couldn't make the expected contribution,
let alone next Tottenham will face Man City, it is very likely that Tottenham will get another bad result.
The truth is that it hurts me a lot that Tottenham is losing like this, I don't see it feasible for them to lose so often, this makes me understand that they have a material problem but not a technical one, the technician is someone who has a high level. The next match will not have much chance, for me Manchester City has one of the greatest of all coaches, Pep Guardiola, and also for me they are one of the best coaches, if Tottenham can get at least 1 draw against City it would be like a victory and I think that if they can do it and break the losing streak they have, which is very normal in football, every team always goes through a crisis, the important thing is to get out of it.

I also don't see anything wrong with Conte's strategy, whereas before Tottenham suffered successive defeats in the Premier League,
Tottenham played very well. I'm also very surprised that Tottenham can be beaten by Wolves at their own home without scoring a single goal.
In fact, in the January transfer window, Tottenham managed to bring in Bentancur and Kulusevski, which I think is a very good purchase.
Because both are potential players, but after the arrival of these two new players, Tottenham's performance has decreased. I hope Tottenham
can get up soon and fight this season to be in 4th position, so that next season Tottenham can play in the Champions League. I agree with you,
at least against Man City Tottenham's target is to draw, because beating Man City is a slightly impossible target. With Conte's experience and
the quality of players Tottenham have, they should be able to get a draw against Man City.

United was lucky to have won yesterday. Brighton was a far better team before the red card and that De Gea's save at the end of the 1st half was truly world class.

At the end when Brighton was left with 10 men individual quality came through - but United will have to play a lot better than this if they want to keep the top 4 position they climbed into with yesterday's win.
Top four is not going to be easy at all, considering the way Arsenal is playing too.Manchester United are trying to begin a run that will make them remain unbeaten for like 10 matches, but at the same time,West Ham and Arsenal are also trying to win every match they play as well.

We'll wait to see which club among the four,Arsenal,West Ham,Man u and Tottenham, will qualify for that top four spot.

I think Manchester United are at the advantage because Brighton lost one player, If there was no red card I'm sure Brighton would have equalised. Because if we refer to the game statistics between the two balanced teams.

Indeed, since Brighton lost players, Man United are easier to have the ball and the game. They looked very difficult to develop at the start of the first half. They even make a lot of mistakes themselves. That's why they're depressed in their own cages. Moreover, Man United's players really look pathetic they don't seem to be confident. Mentally they are not good. Ragnick seems to still have a lot of PR to make Man United a big and feared club again. To date I think Rangnick has not managed to make Man United's better game .
Not really surprise with Manchester United result when success defeating Brighton Albion last nigh 2-0 because need waiting on ten minutes after second half Cristiano Ronaldo can scoring goal. I think Brighton Albion not full team and loss many important player, but Manchester United can get three points how ever still not good performance, but I think still not guarantee for Manchester United can consistent for the next match exactly Manchester City is waiting for on Manchester derby next week.
Although Manchester United won but they were awful, Brighton was still dominating the game even after going down to 10 men. Watching Manchester united play is really tiring, you can see the level of inconsistency and lack of cooperation, no proper communication and Maguire is just a terrible defender. Brighton played the whole of the first half and the only thing united could do was to defende. Imagine Manchester United playing 5 defender against Brighton, the coach isn't ambitious enough.

Yeah, you'd have to see Arsenal as favourites for fourth. They have 3 games in hand over Man U, and are 4 points behind, but also have a slightly better goal difference. Even a win, a draw and a defeat across those three games in hand would likely see Arsenal move to fourth. I'm skeptical that Man U will be able to maintain that position, it seems like they owe a lot of it to de Gea's inspired form at the moment.
Compared to other teams arsenal does have a great chance to get into position 4, because it has several postponed matches, but even so it is not impossible that arsenal can get out of the top 4 later, because they have postponed matches against big teams like tottenham and also chelsea, when you see Arsenal slightly difficult match against Burnley and Wolves made me not sure if Arsenal could get full points against other teams in the postponed match later.

Arsenal sold some important players without signing replacements, that alone is the first piece of their down fall from finishing top 4, when fatigue comes in and when things start heating up more some of their players might fall into injuries and that will really affect their performance and winning games. Any thing can be possible, they can still try to qualify if they can be consistent in winning against smaller teams.

Arsenal have already done better than last year in the league. They started somewhat difficult and the season but have recovered well and won a number of games. I don't know what the remaining schedule looks like but normally Arsenal will definitely qualify for the Europa League and maybe even the Champions League. There are something like 4 or 5 teams stronger than Arsenal so I'll put you in 6th place in my rankings. Don't know if that's enough for the Champions League. At the end of the season we'll see how good Arsenal has been this season. I really have my doubts about this coach Ortega, he is quite inexperienced and does not make a great impression.

I do not know what will happen but that fourth spot title fight seems even better nowadays.
It's really going to go down to the wire, I think fourth spot is between Manchester United and Arsenal, Spurs and West Ham aren't too far away, but I don't think either of them will make it, they should prolly fill in fifth and sixth comfortably (though i can't tell the particular order). Having said that, consistency is going to be key as the battle for 4th heats up, Arsenal look the most consistent as things stands, with United somewhat erratic and unpredictable, but there are still a lot of matches to play, and a whole lot of things can happen, but I remain confident of Arsenal scooping fourth position.

I also predict Arsenal will be in 4th position at the end of this season, compared to other teams competing for the 4th position, Arsenal has
the best performance. I say that because we can see how inconsistent Man United's form is, although Man United's position is currently in 4th position,
Man United has played 25 times. Meanwhile, Tottenham have only played 22 times, the same as Arsenal who have only played 22 times.
But Tottenham suffered a decline in form, even Tottenham have lost 3 games in a row. While I still believe Arsenal will take 4th place, but surprises are
still possible, because there are still many games to play. We really have to see progress every week.

Arsenal are now three points behind Manchester United, with three games remaining against Chelsea, Tottenham, and Liverpool. With 9 points to play for, they have a better chance of finishing in the top four than the other teams.
right, 3 games (9 points) up for grabs for arsenal is a great chance to stop in the top 4...

indeed chelsea, totenham or liverpool are not easy teams to deal with but 2 wins from that 3 matches are really needed by arsenal to immediately shift MU, I am looking forward to what surprises arsenal will achieve.
It would be a fantastic result for them if they could get two wins (6 points from a possible nine) from these difficult fixtures, but I doubt they will be able to beat Chelsea or Liverpool, who are looking for any possible points to close the gap on Manchester City, who are about to run away with the league. With Tottenham's current dismal run, getting a point against them is possible.

With United winning this game, we only have Arsenal left who didn't play a fair share of games. It will decide so much for the 4th spot as well 3 games means 9 points if they can win it all, I am sure that they won't be able to win them all but if we consider it 9 points then they would be 48 points and 5 points ahead of United, even if they lose 4 points that would make it 1 point ahead of united and in a case of 5 points (one loss, one tie) that would be equal to United as well.

I feel like Arsenal could get that much, just 4 points out of 9 points they could potentially get from the extra games. I do not know what will happen but that fourth spot title fight seems even better nowadays.

I watched this match till the first half. Manchester United had a very annoying performance. Brighton had some good attacks in the first half. Manchester United would not have been able to win without an experienced talented goalkeeper like De Gea. De Gea saved a lot in this match. But I am happy because after a long time we have seen goals from Ronaldo. He played well. If he returns to form, maybe Manchester United will do better in the upcoming matches.
We will just say luck shinned on Manchester united against brighton the performance wasn't enough for the victory but since the goal is all that matters in each match Manchester has been able to secure a full 3 points, De Gea actually saved the day for united. I won't say Ronaldo performance was bad but united is a big team so the should live up to the task

I think Manchester United played well but the red card at 54 minutes certainly helped their cause.
Though they had scored already at the 51st minute, after the red card I think they looked better and more in control of the match.

And obviously, the late goal scored by Bruno Fernandes sealed the deal for Manchester United in this match. And even though it seems like Manchester United won quite easily in the end I am still going to say that they were lucky.

That's right, it's impossible to think Tottenham will finish in the top 4...
The race is still wide open, with only small point gap separating the teams between the 4th place - 7th place. Tottenham is still in the race, but only if they can clinch the crucial 6 points in hand.

I'm so glad to see that Manchester United won their game missing last night. Brighton were a really tough competitor for them but they still had the game under control and won by 2-0. I was really happy for Ronaldo too as he finally ended his streak of not scoring in the Premier League. And the last goal came by a counter-attack and B. Fernandes' fake before the goal was worth watching. They sealed the deal by that goal and they have taken the fourth place back now. But they will need to continue to win because there are still teams below them which are waiting for playing a few games missing.
I don't see how Ronaldo goal process happened, because at the same time I prefer to watch the champions league match between PSG and Madrid, but when the champions league match is over, I switch the broadcast to see the match, even if it's just watching when the match was 6 minutes left, but I quite enjoyed the match because it was quite fierce, even though brighton played with 10 players but they were able to press manchester repeatedly, but unfortunately the attack in the last minute turned out to be a disaster for brighton who lost the ball and made manchester able to score second goal was with bruno solo run action.

Judging from the results of the previous match they might still have a hard time facing Chelsea even though they lost in their first meeting this season and now they have to travel to Stapord Brige and this will definitely be difficult, different from against tottenham which indeed their performance still tends to be the same and even better arsenal .
But with the current conditions, it's not even impossible that they can also slip even though they were quite good last week.
I think Arsenal should reduce their rough game because if you look at this season there have been quite a lot of red cards received by their players and this is of course very detrimental

Manchester United got a really important win against Brighton by 2-0. This was critical for them to start pulling themselves together in the league. But it is still early to be relieved for them. They need to make this a winning streak to get better. They are going to have a very tough schedule soon. Before that, they are going to play against Leeds and Watford. They must win these matches too. After these matches, they are going to face Manchester City, Tottenham, Liverpool, Leicester and Everton consecutively. This is going to be hell of a run for Manchester United.
