As I said before, I don't believe Manchester United will win this match, even though they are playing at home but their situation and condition has not improved. There are still two more matches for Manchester United to improve on this chaotic situation and luckily, the next two opponents are not strong opponents but they are not a weak team. So yes, if Manchester United can't fix this bad situation then of course, Ronaldo and his friends will be eliminated from the UCL event early.

To be honest I thought there would be more goals in this game, but a 1-1 draw is also a good result for Southampton... The kicking stats are small but almost identical for both teams... No matter how the match ends, it is obvious that Manchester United is not thinking of getting out of the crisis. In my opinion both team will score because Manchester has ups and downs during the game and its very hard for them to play stable game for 90 minutes, therefore Southampton will use every chance to score. but it seems a little bit unpredictable who will win, I just think about many goals.

United is playing like a Championship team since that new coach came in and I have no idea who it is or who he trained before but at his age I doubt he can manage a squad like United. I don't doubt his knowledge and experience but let's be honest...there are only a few managers in the world right now who could train United.

My bet is for United, who will repeat the same formation as when they drew with Burnley, but the difference now is that they put Ronaldo in Cavani's place.

Actually Southampton didn't play badly at all here and because of that, I believe in the second half Southampton had the ability to score goals. There are still 45 minutes of the second half and anything is still possible, I hope there is a miracle in the match where Southampton can turn things around. But yes, I also realize this advantage is certainly good for Manchester United and they will certainly keep it and Southampton will have to make a bigger effort if they want points in this match.

Manchester United leads Southampton with a goal. They dominated in the first half with more shots on target. They just been very busy with counters and it has been resultful. What they need now is to avoid the mistakes they have been making since against Aston Villa and Burnley. Where they just slipped off and allow their opponents to equalize their lead. Honestly Southampton looks very dangerous on the attack because they risk their defense line and push more players forward when they are pressing and this can cause trouble for Manchester United. Not much time left for the Manchester United - Southampton game. I'm still favouring Manchester United to win this game even though I witnessed the games of both teams last week. Manchester United really need this win after not even being able to beat Burnley. Southampton might make difficulties for them as they are in a good shape now. But I still see Manchester United as one step ahead to reach a victory here. They would win and take a deep breath.
I am really not as confident as you because i lost many bets on them this season they are unpredicitible and even when they win their performance is not good since they conceid goals almost in every game i think i would go with both teams to score.I also chose both teams to score and It seems that Southampton will score at least one goal based on the current stats. as of now they have 2 shots on goal and 7 goal attempts which may be precondition of a goal.
