Spurs already did put themselves in a very difficult situation from the results of there previous fixture with Chelsea, after loosing 2 goals to nothing in a game they scored both goals by own goals from the defense. Today's game from the first half result, it has come to be a very bitter experience dir them because, Chelsea isn't giving them any chances to make runs. Most of their passes are been intercepted although, a few loosed balls have proven to be dangerous. Chelsea is on a serious look with that, especially A. Ruediger that isn't letting any one close to the 18 yard box whole standing. It's second half already on the goal and it's Spurs 0-1 Chelsea.
West Ham are leading by 1-0 in the only game in the Premier League today. Norwich are not playing very badly actually and maybe they could score a goal too. But West Ham can still win this game nicely. And when it comes to the EFL Cup game going on right now, Chelsea are in the lead by 1-0 away now and their performance has been quite dominant like in the previous leg. I think that they will secure a decent win or maybe a draw. But I'm sure of the thing that they will be advancing to the final round.
I am sure they will make it to the final for Chelsea. For Tottenham, the situation does not look easy. In the West Ham game, I thought they would have an easy win, but it was not an easy match in the first half. Towards the end of the first half, West Ham United only managed to score a goal. They win this match. They should not lose points to Norwich.

Norwich is very weak right now and it looks like the game should be easy for West Ham. But Norwich still has good chances to get out of the relegation zone and this is a very strong motivation. For West Ham to get into the Champions League zone is a very difficult task, I even think it is impossible, because Tottenham is now very good and they will oust Arsenal and West Ham, since Tottenham have two less games played.
I really doubt Norwich's chances of not getting relegated at the end of this season, they are currently the worst team in the premier league at the moment and I am not giving them too much chances to escape relegation yet again except they have an outstanding second half of the season, though it's unlikely. West Ham I'm sure do not have any plans of making it into any of the champions league spots, their aim should just be to finish as high as possible in the league and going by their current form, I don't expect them to finish in any position lower than 7th, West Ham are really pretty good, and going by the quality they have in their squad, which is far from excellent, the players and manager deserve all the credit in the world. 
Today's EFL Cup is about Tottenham against Chelsea for the 2nd leg match, where Chelsea won 2-0 in the 1st leg. That way, I personally really believe that Chelsea will only play defensively and make the game not have many goals. I just don't believe Tottenham can turn things around because for me, the Tottenham squad is not good enough despite Conte's management. So yeah, I think the game will be boring due to the loss of some key players in both teams, it seems like they are getting to a stalemate to score goals.
I haven't seen today's real line up but some media say that Chelsea will play optimally because Tottenham is not a team to be underestimated
After all 2 goals is not safe in a big match like this Chelsea can't let Tottenham get up in the game because if that happens something unexpected can happen , In an important match like this morale is very necessary.

Chelsea benefited from Son's absence until February which was the biggest loss for Tottenham where Son's contribution was desperately needed. Relying on Kane alone is not enough to create a dangerous resistance for the Chelsea defense. Hopefully playing at Tottenham home will give the Tottenham players a little mental relief to make it easier to motivate everyone to be able to hold on to a draw or at least give a goal without a fight. Right and if Norwich wins then yes its going to be a day for them. Norwich's constant poor performance is keeping them at the last position in the table. What lacks in the team. Is it the coach or the players or the sponsors are not ready to get best players in the team?

I think the difference of 2 goals is very difficult for Tottenham Hotspur to be able to score 3 goals in the second leg against Chelsea in the EFL cup semi-final. Instead, Chelsea will play more with a defensive system to be able to maintain a 2-goal margin advantage and be sure to qualify for the final. But it could be if Spurs scored in the early minutes and could make the game more exciting. However, this match will be more intense because both teams want to appear with the best composition of players and can qualify for the final round.

I looked at the bookmaker's quotes for this match and it seemed to me that Tottenham is underestimated:

Chelsea will be satisfied with a draw and any defeat with a difference of no more than one goal, so I would rather give preference to Tottenham in this match, although I think that Chelsea will go further, since Tottenham is unlikely to be able to win with a difference of at least two goals and wait for a penalty shootout.

I expect nothing less from a Chelsea win in today's fixture between Tottenham vs Chelsea. Its sure to be a difficult game, looking a the fact that, Conte is Chelsea's formal coach, his experienced with the teams pattern of play and knows some of these players haven't managed them. For this reason, Thomas Tuchel would be putting everything out to ensure Tottenham doesn't make the 3 points in this encounter.
