After Newcastle and apparently Arsenal, Aston Villa has entered the race for Coutinho as well. It is a loan offer until the end of the season, Barcelona will probably accept any deal they get because they cannot play him anymore - if he collects a few more appearances they have to pay an additional significant clause to Liverpool.

Aston Villa makes more sense from a footballing perspective than Newcastle or Arsenal, he could potentially try and fill into Grealish's role there. Gerrard also knows him from the time they played together and will know how to take the best out of him.

I think they would be a good fit, and I'm really careful when I say that about Coutinho Grin

I think it's still quite early for Newcastle to be a contender in the top 1, 2, and 3 classes at the moment. The long process of only being able to bring Newcastle in the top 10 is good enough. Now it only needs the Newcastle manager's agreement whether they can really rely on the player of his choice or not.

Right, if it was still Europe at least the players would prefer to play in a team that is part of a prestigious tournament like UCL. But indeed, sometimes with big money they will be willing to play for the team in this case Newcastle, but I think Newcastle's chances of getting great players of productive age will still be difficult even though they have a lot of money. With that, maybe the alternative for Newcastle is to get a slightly older player for now, since it looks like they no longer prioritize playing in the UCL that possibility, let's look forward to the transfer market.

if Newcastle is serious about their big new funding of course bringing in some big names won't be difficult. and I believe there must be big names in the transfer market this season to be on Newcastle's list.
this is not only because of the prestige of the large funding that has been obtained. but seeing Newcastle's performance this season is not very good. and of course, they have to start from scratch with the hunt for new players to make them appear more fierce in the next season.

Manchester City is on fire, their performance is consistent and they are really in great shape, even in their last 11 matches, Man City has always been able to beat their opponents. So I think it will be hard for Chelsea to steal points from Man City, moreover, the match will be held at the Etihad Stadium.

Regardless of what would happen later, the match between Man City and Chelsea is a big game not to be missed.

It's difficult if players don't have a sense of shared responsibility. That's what's at Man United at the moment. Statistically Man United are a club with a lot of good players, but they don't look to be united fighting together. It seemed like something was wrong in the locker room, Rangnick had to eliminate that. United need a sense of togetherness and that's very hard to see at the moment. But I see indeed Wolves also perform well they often make surprises for big teams in the EPL.

They could if they want to sign those players for a far higher price but they probably wont do that and not to mention that they are currently on the risk of relegation so there is no reason to sign all those players for half season then let most of them go this summer if the team is relegated, it just doesnt make any sense to burn all those money

Lol, the last line of your comment made me laugh @Postponed due to Covid. Never the less, its a possibility, one that could be a very sad one as, its an anticipated play and watch by both players and fans. It would would mean, Manchester City sealing the league and Thomas Tuchel would be determined on having a bim of hope for the team. Winning Manchester City could be that bim but, its most unlikely not to happen as Pep would be fully prepared against it. Perhaps we could hope for a draw as it was in the last Chelsea 2-2 Liverpool match.

Nice signing getting trippier on board.i think if they can get wijnaldum I think it we help them alot in securing safety and he knows the club well from his past experience there.i don't think they can get dembele in this transfer because Barcelona don't want to sell.coutiho prefers Tottenham more than Newcastle and arsenal.but I do think they should go all out to get Wilfred Zaha,he has so much to bring to the team,with a good offer to crystal palace they will gladly sell him

Well deserved win for Wolverhampton Wanderers. Manchester United were all over the place running around like sheep without shepherd. Very very poor outing for Manchester United, as they were outplayed by wolves in every aspect. The midfield was in shambles . All the players were just displaying wrong passes everywhere. To be honest, when i saw the line ups, i didn't tick Man united to win. I analyse the the game and knew where Man united will suffer and that was the midfield because Rangnick has instructed them to pressing higher and that wont make them hold possession and that was why Bruno Lage set up his possessive midfield pair; Neves and Moutinho. They will be away to Aston Villa in their next game, I don't know what to expect.
