Manchester City and Arsenal are the two teams that almost everyone is thinking will be the champions of the EPL next season because of how well Arsenal has been trying in the last two seasons to overtake Manchester City and  no other team do come near them except Liverpool that tried last season but failed at the end of the season.

Next season, I am seeing Manchester United among the title contenders; they have sign some players that are very young and talented, and these players can help the team if Gen Haf do his job right. If they perform to my expectations, I will be expecting them to be title contenders ahead of Chelsea, Tottenham and even Liverpool next season.

Arsenal was the reason why Premier League becomes more fun, recall last season when many were expecting Arsenal to win their match and Manchester City to lose so the two club can be on the same points but Manchester City trash their own opponent and Arsenal lost battle. With the way things are going right now this season, we are going to see the two teams recreate that again.

I'm only concern about Arsenal why they refused to sign one great player. Manchester City didn't do anyone right now because they did 2 years back and today, they are enjoying Guardiola's privileged, if another coach is to represent Manchester City in the absence of Guardiola, he can win matches for them, that's what I expect Arteta do for Arsenal right now.

If Manchester City sets their minds on the Champions League and doesn't care about the league, I think Arsenal will take advantage of this opportunity. If Manchester City wants to win the league, I don't think Arsenal has a chance. There is still a quality gap between the two teams and Arsenal hasn't closed that gap yet. If a transfer is made to the team, maybe this situation I'm talking about will change, but this is my opinion.

Arsenal can compete for the championship, but my strongest candidate for the championship is Manchester City. If this situation changes and Arsenal fights to the end, it can make the league more exciting.
There are exciting news that follows when we talk about the big winnings. Manchester City is one of the tough barrier for Gunners, retraining them from winning the odds, this is absolutely not encouraging for them. Arsenal mindset is already pointed on winning trophies and this have become a burden for the Gunners. They have to struggle entirely to win matches, it becomes a smooth run for them. Mikel Arteta have imported solid strategies for winning and improvement of his team's performance.

Chelsea is the 4th favorite of the bookies compared to other teams because they made such a big overhaul? Maresca being the new coach there may still be hope for change, but still not sure Chelsea will do it significantly.

Yeah, I also think it is a big surprise that Chelse is the fourth favorite considering their performance last season. I'd put Tottenham or Aston Villa at the fourth based on last season placements. Transfers do change things but they have a bumpy transfer records IMO. Not sure if their transfers will massively improve their performance even if they do well in pre-season. Even Liverpool do quite well but their odds are still lower compared to Arsenal, so who knows if the numbers will change significantly latter. CMIIW.
I think that the transfer method that Chelsea is doing is more on young players who will not play in the Premier league, but some of the transfer players will enter the first team and now there is still a chance for Osimhen to join Chelsea this can add strength to them, it's just still skeptical what Chelsea will do later.

Poch in the last season did a good job where Chelsea won in a row which ended up in 6th place could shift Man United, but now Maresca comes as a new coach this will be difficult again to adjust.
We should known that Enzo Maresca   is trying to improve the talented and young players in his squad. so the transfer he is doing shouldn't bother us because he known what he is doing and how to control his squad.  you should not start judging when  you have not seen yet, who told that that the young players he bought won't play even though they are not his starting eleven, but actually the players he bought this season are mostly experience and old players just like  Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Pedro Neto, Tonsi Adaradabayo except from which other player the sign except from Marc Guiu. poch was woeful during the starting of the season but actually he tried and put all his effort in the end of the season and he did it, ending up in a good position on the table, just to stay but it did not work. in my opinion Chelsea will not be able  to sign the contract successfully with Napoli striker Victor Osihmen.

Both teams Manchester City and Arsenal have Champions league to face and I don't believe this season that we will only have Arsenal and Manchester City again as the major contender or in the leaderboard, but I had to believe that Arsenal is acctually cooking up something good and warming up for a more better season more than Manchester City and than previous one, and possibly lifting the premier league trophy
In the previous two seasons, both Arsenal and Manchester City had shown quite fierce competition in the hunt for the title and in the previous season these two teams also competed in the Champions League but they failed. One side of interesting competition will certainly be presented this season, even for the title race, I think Liverpool will also compete to disturb them in the fight for the title.
On the other hand, Manchester City is a team with a strong mentality to defend the title, but if they make a mistake, I think Arsenal will have a greater chance of winning the title.

Arsenal have made many changes over the two seasons because their performance is getting better in the Premier League, the preparations they have made will lead them to achieve their targets this season. For the Champions League, I think Arsenal has not found better confidence when facing stronger teams.

This season, I believe we are going to see another round of tough and anticipating Premier League season as usual that will be between Manchester City and Arsenal. Manchester City has denied Arsenal the opportunity to lift the Premier League trophy two consecutive times. It will be another round of shame if Arsenal allows Manchester City to do it the third time(deny them the trophy).
For the first and second spots, I am giving it over to Manchester City and Arsenal, for the third and fourth spots, let Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, Manchester United, and Aston Villarreal battle it out between themselves
It seems like the feud between Manchester City and Arsenal continues this season, how could it not be, both teams look much more prepared than the other teams. It is interesting to see the breakthroughs of the two teams that have been fighting each other for the last two seasons until the last match. I see Arsenal will not let Manchester City lose again for the third time, Arteta has evaluated his squad and the arrival of Calafiori is proof of how serious he is about making his squad stronger. However, Pep Guardiola is always the difference, he is an experienced manager and he has quite a lot of ideas for Manchester City. But what is clear is that I prefer Arsenal for this season.
I believe if clubs like Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool and Tottenham did up their game against Man City last season that could have help Arsenal title bid unfortunately those clubs didn't live up to expectations because it was a two horse race between Arsenal and Man City, however I think those clubs would give Man City a run of their money this season because of some decent signings of new quality players thus give Arsenal opportunity again provided that the team would remain consistent in their performance this season just like the two previous seasons, though Pep  Guardiola side would want to continue to dominate the  league but it would be very tough this new season..

Now many people want to watch Arsenal become champions. Manchester City is a great team and they have been winning the championship for years. They have an experienced, quality, thoughtful manager like Guardiola. Maybe this keeps them ahead of Arsenal. Arteta is getting more experienced on this path. Maybe this year will be Arsenal's year, we don't know. To tell you the truth, I also want to watch Arsenal become champions now.

The transfer of Osimehn is getting more controversial and complicated as the transfer window is closing in and coming to an end. The player needs to get a new club if he wants to continue been the great player he has always been that was seen by many clubs that they have interest in him. His price tag is very high no doubt but there should still be a way they can all come to a compromise since Napoli wants to sell him, and he’s willing to go and the club bringing the offer is interested in him. Getting a premier league club to continue his career in will really help his career more than joining just any team because of now getting to join an English team because of the high transfer fees. If he doesn’t get signed by any of this big clubs, Napoli should be blamed and shouldn’t have taken his transfer too hard because Osimehn didn’t perform very greatly in his last season that he did in the seasons they won the scudetto. Let them look into that, reduce his price and allow him to join the clubs he wants to and are willing to sign him.

Likewise with Napoli, Conte insists on wanting Lukaku. Osimhen's decision is clear that he has said that he wants to leave in this summer's transfer window. but so far Napoli seems reluctant to let Osimhen go by lowering his transfer value, that's why not many clubs are willing to pay Osimhen's release clause. the latest news from Romano's report, Chelsea is still trying to hunt for Osimhen. unfortunately, Osimhen wants permanent status and does not reduce his salary. so, so far there has been no change. it seems that this situation is not more profitable for Napoli either, because Osimhen also has conditions for Chelsea to be able to bring him to Stamford Bridge. on the other hand Arsenal have not yet found the striker they want to bring as a team need so far, but I doubt that Arsenal will return to negotiations for Osimhen. while PSG, are no longer rumored with Osimhen as far as the Nopoli striker is linked to Chelsea. interestingly the transfer window will not be long to end, besides the 2024/25 season will start soon. will Osimhen join Chelsea soon, or will he ultimately stay with Napoli with the consequence of sitting on the bench more often.

The transfer market doesn't leave much time left. And I think Napoli really have to lower Osimhen's price if they want to be successful in releasing this player. And now even Napoli are not playing Osimhen either. Conte did not bring Osimhen even in the Italian League match against Modena last Saturday. Which shows that Napoli will no longer play Napoli as they are serious about letting the player go. But unfortunately Napoli are still reluctant to reduce the price of this player. Chelsea have even withdrawn from the hunt for Osimhen. So I doubt there is a premier league team that will bring in Osimhen with his high release price. Although it is reported that Arsenal are starting to approach the player again.

In my opinion, Manchester City has more complete attributes than Arsenal, they have a more genius manager, they also have more stable finances. It is no wonder that Manchester City have always managed to win trophies in four consecutive seasons, even though we realize that in the last two seasons they were almost defeated by Arsenal. As we have seen together, expectations for Arsenal have increased for next season, I think that is very reasonable, because Arteta has succeeded in building a better squad depth than in previous seasons. Arsenal is believed to be able to suppress Manchester City next season, especially if we refer to the match between the two teams last season, Arsenal was able to beat Pep Guardiola squad.

Arteta understands very well what his team needs to win the trophy competition, a striker who is sharper than Gabriel Jesus and Eddie Nketiah. Unfortunately, until now Arteta has not shown any signs of wanting to add to his attacking options, many assume that Arteta should recruit a striker like Osimhen. While Arsenal current defense is quite good when judged based on the number of goals they conceded last season. Besides that, what Arsenal needs most to end their title drought is luck, so that they can perform more consistently, especially in crucial weeks like the end of the season.

Of course, Manchester City has more complete squad than Arsenal, and I believe Arsenal finances are stable, but they are not just spending as much as Manchester City did in the transfer window. I wasn't surprised that Arsenal failed to win the league for the last two seasons because Arsenal is a popular club that didn't have a history of winning the Premier League title If other clubs were competing with Manchester City for the title, I would be confident in their game that they can defeat Manchester City, but Arsenal I didn't expect much from them last season because it wasn't their first time disappointing their fans, even if they performed well in pre-season games, I do not expect much from Arsenal next season.

In addition, I think Arsenal want to let Nketiah leave, and many clubs have requested for him. However, if Arsenal allows Nketiah to leave this summer, they must focus on bringing in a new striker. Osimehn price is quite expensive and Arsenal believe that with Jesus and Havertz they will achieve more next season, so they do not want to spend much on a new striker.

Chelsea should work with the defenders they have now and forget buying more, let them build the connection/communication among themselves instead of adding and then lack level of commitment, loosing the ball at critical points will only send the team down the table.

Well, I'm a person who thinks that Chelsea should do Something to be able to go further in the Premier League. I say one thing: they have to change everything that is necessary, and it's not a question of luck, it's a question of attitude. They have changed everything that can be changed , Think that now they have to adapt to everything that the Premier League means, because things will start to work out for them, but they have to work very hard, because they have a very difficult path ahead of them with Man City, with Liverpool , with all these teams that are Aways number 1.

I hoped they adapt to the style of play before the season begins, Maresca changed everything about the team right from the base of what Pochettino did during his time. Now the club is facing a hard time winning their matches played so far, right now they just headed to the second half with loosing yet, 1: 0 and it's really something to worry about. The rate at which Chelsea conceded last season, seems like the same they would continue this season because it's being shown during the preseason games. The Premier league is a tough one, If they would love to take a good spot on the league then they should adapt very quickly at the beginning of the season and not during the end of the season unless they end where they ended once again.

I think that everyone who thinks that Chelsea should be Saved , I totally agree with that , first Because it is a team that has not had the necessary luck, second because they are really in the most difficult league in the world, so just for that reason I think that sometimes teams Should look for that connection to get ahead, and they have to do it quickly, there is not much time left to start the PL, they have to have a good plan to ensure a good position in the Classification  , if they do not give it to them, I do not know what changes will have to be made.

Things really seem to be kicking off at Chelsea in the past 24 hours, with moves for Samu Omorodion (incoming) and Conor Gallagher (outgoing) in danger, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Chelsea has spent a large majority of the summer assessing the market as they targeted a new striker signing to compete with Nicolas Jackson, and that looked set to finally be Omorodion, who would join on a seven-year deal

I think Arsenal also wanted to bring in Osimhen in the transfer market this season. In fact, their interest in Osimhen actually still exists today. The only problem is that Arsenal still feels that Osimhen's price is too high. So Arsenal withdrew from the hunt for this player. And then PSG and Chelsea stepped up to compete for Osimhen. But yes, PSG has made an offer but Napoli doesn't seem to have agreed to it because it is still considered not to be what was expected. Meanwhile, until last week Chelsea were still in talks with Napoli but there was no progress. And reportedly Chelsea have also withdrawn from the hunt for Osimhen. And other news is that Arsenal wants to move forward again to hunt for Osimhen. But there has been no further news until now.

The transfer of Osimehn is getting more controversial and complicated as the transfer window is closing in and coming to an end. Building up with youngsters and adding some star players with experience to the squad is a thing but it shouldn't only end with that, the question is would Maresca be able to bring out the best from those youngsters? if he can good for them this season but if not it's going to be bad for Chelsea this season cause Boehly has shown that he's impatient and would sack Maresca if he fails to qualify for the Champions League or win a trophy, winning the Conference League could buy him another season but going trophyless and not making top 4 could get him a sack letter, and that means the players have to learn the strategy of another new manager again. But I expect Maresca to try as much as possible in winning the Conference League if he fails to qualify for the Champions League especially if they succeed in signing Victor Osimhen. However those young growing players would benefit Chelsea for years, that's if they have a very good season with Maresca and development into future stars.
But actually building a squad with young players in it always takes a long time before achieving maximum results. And in this case the club must be patient and give time to the coach they have. And I'm sure Todd Boehly can be a more patient club owner this time. He certainly won't make quick decisions like in the first season he became owner of this club. But the important problem right now lies in the question, namely, is Enzo Maresca able to bring out all the good potential from the young players who have been brought to the club in just one season? I don't think it will be easy. But I believe that in the long term Maresca will be able to make young players perform better. It's just that we can't expect it to happen straight away in the first season. And yes, I hope Maresca at least doesn't disappoint the club owner. so he can last longer and shape the Chelsea squad to be even better in the long term.

The more aware the course is, the better the team will perform. The course plays a successful role in keeping a team fully responsible and risk-free, in which case the responsibility must be met most arduously. So the role of the course is the most for the team to be aware and play well.

In the poll I said Manchester City would be champions but this time I want Arsenal to win. Every year a team goes forward but in the final City are champions. Let's see a different champion. Arsenal came ahead for me because I saw the other teams a little bit behind. Maybe Chelsea will be better this time with their new signings. I don't think United and Liverpool are too ambitious, I think Arsenal will do it, maybe Chelsea a little bit. Any other surprise is close to impossible. Stories like Leicester City happen once in a hundred years.
For me, Man City still remains my favorite. But If they get kicked out, then I'd say Arsenal to take the first place. I still stick to the scenario where Arsenal can finish at the second place, and it has minor gap toward City. This was caused by Arsenal is not really solving the problem in their forward. However, if Arsenal can sign an above-average striker, I think they can get one step closer to winning the league. The problem is Arteta sticks with the same forward as last season. This raises my doubts. It's hard to see how they can take first without a beast of a striker.

I would rather be realistic than being sentimental here, I don't want to see a new champion, i would rather prefere to see the better side emerge as winner of the premier league title this season, i dont care if it's Liverpool, Manchester united, Chelsea, mancity or arsenal or perhaps a team that just gained promotion as long as they are deserving of the title, let's not forget that there are so many factors that determines the winner of the title, eg, matches won, points dropped, injuries, back up players, suspension, technical ability, ability to withstand pressure etc, now if any team is able to handle all of these issues, would you say they shouldn't win the league because they won it previously? I don't think so, if arsenal or any other team in England wants stop Manchester city's dominance in the premier League then they should accept responsibility and work hard until they detrone Manchester city.

I get your point, you don't want an underserved team to win the trophy and that's exactly how it is suppose to be, last season different club fans wanted arsenal to lift the trophy based on there sentiment, pity and the fact that arsenal needed to win the trophy because it has seem very impossible for them to do such and it is becoming something else but unfortunately for Arsenal, Manchester City narrowly became the English premiership champions because they never dash their chances for any reason.

Yea, truly support you, if any team feels that Manchester city needed to be stoped then fine they should do the needful, Manchester City has shown a high level of performance and without sentiment of any kind they deserve every bit of the result they got, the league is for the smart, strong and teams that are able efficiently utilize what they have to get what they want, football should not be based on the sentiment we bear individually but the ability of football team to make a difference at all time, I will continue and praise Manchester City because it is not easy if any thinks they don't deserve to continues wining the trophy then they should fight to stop them to make the league very competitive.

It's just that we can't expect it to happen straight away in the first season. And yes, I hope Maresca at least doesn't disappoint the club owner. so he can last longer and shape the Chelsea squad to be even better in the long term.

Arteta has forgotten that he is dealing with the best tactician in the premier league, which is pep Guardiola. And when you are up against the best, you have to operate in his standard or even more than him. Guardiola when he came to the premier league he had Aguero and he was scoring for him good goals, as Aguero aged on and wasn't producing much goals anymore, he was sold and Gabriel Jesus was leading the front line, but a time came when Pep Guardiola realized that Gabriel Jesus was missed chances was more than his converting rate, he was sold and Haaland was brought in. Guardiola understands the demand of the premier league that without a world class striker it will be difficult to win the league. My question is why is Arsenal not going for Victor Osimhen? They are busy recruiting players in areas they are solid and neglecting where they are lacking the most.

I think Arsenal need a talented player and scorer like Osimhen right now. Osimhen is an excellent player. And Osimhen has the ability to score a lot of goals. This is why Osimhen can be a gem for any squad if used correctly.

Arsenal's squad is still strong. However, Arsenal do not have a suitable replacement if any striker in the squad suffers an injury. And this is why Arsenal lost their consistency in performance in the last two seasons. And this is why Arsenal need a talented player like Osimhen. As Arsenal aim to dominate the Premier League.

Napoli management wants 130 million euros for Osimhen. Although many teams are interested in adding Osimhen to the squad. No club is interested in spending so much money for Osimhen. PSG and Chelsea management are also not interested in the 130 million euro cost. This is why Arsenal are once again rumored to be interested in signing Osimhen.
Are you trying to say that Kai Harvest and Gabriel Jesus are not talented soccer player right now. You are very correct Osimhen is an excellent  striker
but doesn't mean that Kai and Jesus are not.  Kai Harvest and Jesus are also capable of scoring goal that osihmen can score  but doesn't mean that they are better than him. Arsenal have being more competitive than any club except from Manchester City and Liverpool.  Actually Arsenal have a relievable and suitable replacement if  one of them should fall for injury,  Arsenal  have never lost or loose their performance in the two past season in my opinion. they already have talented player, please don't start judging players when the premier league have not yet started.
