Bad results, I agree with you. Ole should be able to use all the players well. I watched him from the first time I coached United. He always got the players he wanted, but he wasn't able to produce good results. This year if I become a shareholder member in MU management I will propose an evaluation for him. But it seems in some media that Ole will continue to coach Manchester United, so his condition is still safe to this day.

What Man United really needs right now is a new coach, a new coach who can really develop the potential of all Man United players, and maybe they need a new captain too, a leader who can direct his teammates on the field, so they can become a solid team.

I don't know what was in the minds of the directors of Man United. So far, Solskjaer has not been able to make a good contribution, but the Man United directors don't seem to care. I think they kept Solskjaer because he is the type of coach they can control.

I wish football was as easy as recapitalization of the club and results are seen the following day,but this is far from reality.  But of course Newcastle is expected to be a more competitive club after this then they are today. And because positive results will be what the new owners will want to see,I fear for players that have grown with the club as the club will be importing new talents away from the club.

Is this transfer of ownership done and dusted....

Looking at Newcastle United current standings after 8 matches, I believe if there were no financial fair constraints they would have immediately bought some star players when the transfer window opened. because every rich team will do whatever it wants to improve performance without thinking about the cost and many rich teams have achieved instant success by practicing star player expense.
and it is unlikely that a player who grew up with the team will be retained unless he is someone who is loved by the fans and has great talent

Newcastle United took the lead but could not maintain the lead and lost at home. Tottenham continued to rise with this result. Both Kane and Son managed to score.
Chelsea are leading the week. Manchester United was the loser of the week. While they were losing, all their rivals managed to win their matches. Arsenal have not played yet, as they are not in European competitions, Monday and Friday matches in Premier League are always written to them. Grin

Making good use of them chances and absent in any of the European competitions,I'm actually talking about the Gunner's, it should be a sure three points for the home side if the manger strategies and formation will work out at the end of the day for him.
Can Arsenal get a win today ? Likely but Patrick viera's team can still hurt Arsenal.
Zaha still a tough guy to handle by the Arsenal defense, he needs to be kept silent and quiet in this game

When was the last time Arsenal didn't play in European competition?
their absence in European competition should have made them more focused on improving the rankings in EPL.

That's true! But an interesting thing about England is that although the Champions League is something good and important, most fans don't care much about the Champions League. For them the most important thing is the result of the team against other English clubs. Of course one thing ends up implying the other, because if you're a winning club, you're at the top of the table. But what happened to Arsenal was having settled down, now they have a bigger journey to do to get back to being a top club.

In business POV, its a pretty bad investment when you purchase some investment for considerably a huge amount then spend another huge amount just to start the business only to get minimum return from it. The new owner probably already shaking their heads right now thinking that purchasing Newcastle was a bad decision lol

On the contrary, i think the new owners of the club knew exactly what they were buying before they did. They must have made analysis and must have had it at the back of their minds that this investment is not immediately going to pay off but after a while. So it's no bad decision yet until at a set date when ROI is measured and it doesn't meet up with what they must have estimated. They certainly knew as well that they will need to spend money on getting new players.

So agree with you, we know the new owner is not an ordinary person he is already known in various lines of business he has a team of advisors and a team of observers of course they have made all these efforts before deciding to buy Newcastle surely our perspective is not the same as theirs. We'll see next season how Newcastle transition.

The existence of the new owner has not had an impact on Newcastle because they have not yet made any changes so the results they get are not suprising, Tottenham have a squad above the Newcastle average.
Man United defeated was quite surprising and this defeat made their position temporarily outside the top 5, and again all the eyes is on Ole wait when he will sacked.

However, Leicester took advantage of that, pressed very far up, which made defenders in United to not know what they should do. Since United plays usually weaker teams, that means they are usually allowed to pass to midfield easily and midfield starts the game up for them and sets up the play, but when Leicester pressed then it made things so much harder for United. All they have to do is work on their playmaking and what to do when there is a high pressing going on.
Maguire is not a fast defender and Mourinho did not want to buy Maguire when he was in Manchester United. I can deny that Maguire helped to improve the defense of Manchester United but he is not a top-notch defender. And he needs support from another central defender who has good speed in order to help him fixing mistake if occurs.

The club bought Varane in the summer but their combination is not good so far.

Everton vs West Ham is a very interesting game for this week, this is a classic battle top coach strategy, We know Benitez for a long time ago, he brings Liverpool a winner Champions league, but this time his strategy is not good for the team, he lost at home. several times they failed in the penalty box, Alex Iwobi is very bad, he got many wasted opportunities but can't finish it. this is a bad strategy also for Benitez, he should have been replaced earlier not on 10 minutes left.
The lost of Everton indirectly helps Manchester United to keep their position in top 6 of the table. Everton and Benitez have to work harder if they want to challenge top 4. This season looks to be weird like the past with the appearance of Brighton in top 4. From position 5th to 8th, only 1 point more or less among those clubs.

Haha. That's epic. No European football almost like every other mid to lower tier teams. Arsenal has a long way to go on their road to recovery. As for Newcastle, I wasn't expecting any quick results from Newcastle since their change in ownership. Newcastle even tried, I didn't expect them to play much after that red card. They need to reduce how fast they commit those fouls.

It's happened what fans regret will be useless. Everything should be a lesson for change. Actually I missed watching this match, but I saw the footage of the second and fourth goals it seems their defense is too weak. Maguire seemed unprepared in anticipating the ball that came. Losing Varane seems to make Man United very weak. It seems that if this continues, it will be difficult for them to win the EPL and even the champions league. Solskjaer has to evaluate himself, on everything. Fans are very disappointed in the coach, but management looks set to keep Solskjaer. But I admit Liecester played well, they have the motivation and passion to keep running and winning matches.
Watching the full game doesn't really change too much neither. It was obvious that United was playing with disorganized defense and they weren't sure how to playmake from the back. They have amazing offensive players but their defensive players are not amazing and starting the game up from there. Liverpool excels at this for example, their defensive players are amazing at passing, VVD is one of the best defenders in the world that can pass.

However, Leicester took advantage of that, pressed very far up, which made defenders in United to not know what they should do. They are already losing 1-3 at home to Tottenham in the first half and I don't seem them coming back into this game, they're still Newcastle, and nothing has changed. If they don't stay out of the relegation zone before the new transfer window (January), I don't think anything will change.

The relegation zone wont really have any effect for the team on January so it should be safe to assume that Newcastle will hang on to atleast until the new transfer window but the main problem would be that Newcastle will need alot of money to sign few new players that might help them get out of the relegation zone.

Well deserved away win for Westham against Everton, the whole match was boring for me, I actually played it over 2.5 thinking it would be a goal exciting Match, but it seems Everton wasn't ready for us to have an exciting game, Westham dominated Everton both halves although when they get into the box Everton always has the antidote to counteract their attack. I think the game ended fairly with all it took was a goal for Westham to get three points at Goodison park against Everton.

Quite a dull match in my opinion. I also didn't expect the match to be a large number of goals or an exciting one either. Everton is not a good enough team like they were 2 or 3 years back. I was a neutral fan in this matchup and Westham won by the only goal scored by Angello Ogbonna in the 74th minute. Other than that, there was hardly any exciting moment in the match.
Not quite an impressive game, Everton were very poor today, their attack was so poor,I we put it to the injuries of there two strikers Richarlison and Lewin Calvert, they really miss those two, iwobi has not improve a bit from his arsenal days,he does not suppose be starting for a premier League club,I expect the game plan from David Moyes

I don't think they will move so quickly to overhaul the whole team because it will definitely deal with FFP. They should be able to do it gradually without rushing and one of the most appropriate steps in my opinion is to bring in a new experienced coach. I'm quite curious which coach they will bring in to improve the quality of the team in the next few season, that's the most important thing so far.
Very interesting, because the wealth of this Newcastle owner exceeds the owner of PSG or Manchester City. If I'm not mistaken he is now the owner of the football club with the greatest fortune. I don't know what his plans are but maybe they will be like Chelsea with Abramovic.
Maybe the fans have wished for a new star-studded squad. The funny thing I found this image on google. Whether this can happen, maybe yes or no let's wait.

Could the Newcastle revolution start today?? Huh Cry
Well, they still have the same players that have 3 points from 7 games. They can’t buy anybody until January so I think they need to try & avoid being in a relegation battle before they start talking about starting a revolution.

I will be cheering Spurs on. Had enough of small clubs getting bought by Oil States.
And a coach will be sacked in 3..2..
Newcastle 2 - 3 Spurs, I find it personally an interesting result, at least they scored 2 (1 OG well) goals and ended up with a 1 goal difference defeat. Meanwhile they are getting deep in the relegation zone. The oily money might save them next mid-season but it will be a harder mission if they continue their free fall.
Problems that must be resolved quickly if they do not want them to go down caste next season.
because this wouldn't be funny at all if the team was rich and a prospective team for sure there would be some really good players there (money power) but they only played in the second tier.
they have to start extra in changing the team's performance, at least they have to stay in the premier league and not be on the brink of relegation at the end of the season.

Chelsea finished all the matches in the last few matches well, they are very fitting to be in first place

for Man Utd I saw their performance up and down, at the beginning they looked convincing with the presence of the superstar Cristiano but lately, their form has dropped

I am a Man Utd fan, this season is still not over, at least I believe they will be in the top 4 when this season ends

That's the conclusion of this week's league, quite full of unexpected drama. Watching the annoying Manchester United, Ole who also did not develop anything from his strategy, Newcastle confirmed recently, also did not appear as the most expensive club as we saw in the news about Newcastle early career, but fell short of expectations. They need to do a lot of evaluation so it doesn't happen again in the future. Manchester United is also in a period of confusion. Grin

🗣️ Paul Pogba on yesterday's defeat:

“We deserved to lose. To be honest, we've been having these kind of games for a long time. We are conceding easy, stupid goals. We need to find the right mentality, the right tactic, stick with it and resolve the issue." 🤷‍♂️ #MUFC

These are exact same words and lines in my mind and I have always said it.
Ole, is sailing without tactics. Manchester United is just floating. No one can confidently say the matches they can win or draw. Just go to match and come out with any outcome.

It looks like MU game is floating if Ole really continues to be selfish. MU game will be very visible not full performance and acceleration on the field. They have to overhaul their strategy and return to their game who have the identity of the MU players known to many fans. Otherwise Ole will be very bad in the future for any football team.

Newcastle United 2 - 3 Tottenham

it was a good game, I watched it and I was happy with tottenham's performance, although tottenham's defense made some mistakes, but in the end they won and I made a profit.

Harry Kane and Heung Min Son scored today.

when Harry Kane scored a goal I was worried because I thought I was offside, luckily the goal was validated

I was sure from the first glance that Harry Kane was indeed onside, I was just glad that he executed the goal properly without considering that he was flagged offside.

I was also able to take a decent profit from the match, I thought Tottenham would win the game no matter a little the margin would be, but going behind that early into the game made me second-guessed my decision.
