sometimes, the pra session tournament will give us the surprise and this is really doesn't show the real team when the real competition begins. we still have to wait until kick off to see the new coach performance. I remembered like Mike arteta begin on the first session, he didn't even give away any wins at that time, probably because he still adapt to circumstances, but after after a few match, the composition and formation is changed, and made some crucial wins to get to the top stand. unfortunately, because the city is better, they are just capable in second place. I hope this situation give the lesson to another new coach on premier league.
Might I ask, do you see Chelsea going or doing better when the season starts? Their number one issue like Arsenal is they don't have an adequate finisher and are also not creative on the field. There's Cole Palmer who tries to bring life to the game but no matter how good a player is, it's hard for just him to bring change to the club's playing pattern don't you think?
And as for Arne Slot, you are right. We can be able to differentiate the weed from the plants when the season starts but for the time being, Liverpool are being impressive and are depicting the example of "no new signings, no problem".
There could be a change for the future if their management and coaching staff pay attention to the shortcomings in several seasons, and at least be consistent in the current squad, because we see for ourselves that there is no consistency in Chelsea's management camp even though Chelsea's slump is not about a decline in performance, but underlined that Chelsea as it is now is due to the Russian and Ukrainian war and everything has changed in terms of the economy and Chelsea's game itself, but I am sure Chelsea is able to compete this season at least they are willing to penetrate the European League zone.

Chelsea has made good changes at the start of the season, but their problem is that they don't have a good finish in their squad. No matter how hard Cole Palmer tries, he will never take the team to victory alone, but each player will have to change their game, but the team will be strong and can move into a good position. I also think that better steps should be taken for the team and good players should work hard so that they can stand in a good position. Of course, I can see that Liverpool have been very impressive, and they are excited to be taking their early season performances into consideration. Moreover, the way Manchester City have built their squad has certainly made them much stronger at the start of the season.

Erling Haaland scored a hat-trick of 3 goals alone, but in a total of 60 minutes. And the rest of the time he was normal scoring two goals in the first 4 minutes and 5 minutes both of which were very busy. Because they scored as soon as the game started, and it was a wide gap for a long time, but Chelsea scored two goals in the last minute.
In this case, Manchester City played a significant role as their victory extended their reputation, Erling Haaland is a player of high quality. Manchester City have long maintained his reputation but the potential for better performances in the future is high.
It must be importantly noted that if Manchester City used a lot of their young players in this game. It was enough to make Chelsea struggle with the game, and what about if City uses its main line-up. Im sure Chelsea will be completely destroyed by a huge margin. No progress so far from Chelsea's side.

Chelsea were terrible again. Chelsea spent on youth wonderkids. But, City's younger team won, and even they looked more talented than Chelsea's young squad. What a horrendous preseason for Chelsea. This is why i strongly believe Chelsea is gonna struggle in the current season.
Also, Chelsea's defensive line is very weak too. Disasi, Badiashille, Colwill, Fofana—all these defenders are crap.

Look at that Manchester City lineup. Even the subs were mostly young players, too.

Chelsea have been on the spot light when it comes to the transfer window and they haven't disappointed themselves in getting players they feel are their problem but I know the fans are not really impressed by how they go about business in this transfer market. They know the particular department they're really poor at but they neglect it and act like everything is fine. With Conor Gallagher on his way to join the Spanish side Atletico Madrid (that's if he hasn't join yet) I think they are now losing more of the experience players who are suppose to guide the younger ones to do better. With the recent development at Chelsea, can they finish at the top 4 of the league table? Are they even doing the right thing or are they ready for the pressure ahead of next season 🤔?
Chelsea are known for being active in the transfer market, but the question is,can they deliver when the premier league games begin? Can they show that they are an elite team? Can this their new coach turn things around? These are some of the questions that players are supposed to ask the person who invited them
I heard they ha e bought more than five players so far, anyways, let's see how the season will look like to them, whether it will be good for them or bad for them,we never can conclude.

So many questions to ask when it comes to Chelsea and how they're trying to develop the squad but we can't get the answers not until the season begins, to me I feel the club don't have anything to offer not to the fans or even the owner, the Blues will find it difficult to get a comfortable win in games they're suppose to win without stress and I won't use any of their victory in this friendly games to say they're doing well and check how bad they went about business against Manchester City, it wasn't impressive in any and the manager Enzo need to go back and address the messed up team ahead of next season or else they'll continue the way they're doing till the season begins.

You know, football can be quite funny and full of surprises sometimes. Two coaches were brought in recently to succeed their predecessors; Arne Slot for Jurgen Klopp and Enzo Maresca for Mauricio Pochettino and of the two, Enzo was more confident in his ability to turn the team to a type that can beat the likes of Arsenal and Man City but from how we've been seeing them perform in the pre season, it's looking like Enzo Maresca will be wishing he can take that back.
Meanwhile, Slot has been quiet, taking the whole thing one step at a time and so far has been able to defeat Arsenal and are currently Makita mess of Man UTD. Granted, one can say Erik ten Hag's team are not in tip top shape at the moment but that doesn't mean you'd not acknowledge the work Arne is doing at Liverpool. It may be too soon to start commending the man since thos is just friendlies but I feel it's how you make your bed that you'd lie on it.

Liverpool are leading by 2 goals to nil but that doesn't stop ETH men to try as much as they can to bring out the best in them on this encounter, a friendly game but the way UTD are handling the game I believe something different will turn up in the second half. Manchester United are holding on to the ball but they're a little bit unlucky especially from the man Rashford, I haven't seen him play the way he's playing now in a long while and I think he needs an extra help to back up his efforts in this game.
In as much as this is a friendly game I think ETH need to take it very seriously because if they don't stop this lead that Liverpool have it will be something the Reds will use against them when the season begins, is best to end it in a draw than losing this game, talking on the side of UTD but can they even get a goal to give Erik ten Heg that hope of seeing a draw? Let's see how they charge the Liverpool side which I don't see anything special about them, Man UTD can get a draw.

Change of management is having serious trouble for the Chelsea because after this change we have no good things happening around Chelsea they are having fall down with many coaches are already gone and chances of improvement is still not good because we need some time for coach to have changes and bringing improvement which happened in last season, but suddenly another change of coach bring another dilemma for them.

Now as we are having few good changes and mostly are expecting Enzo could be gone through for good results realistically it is looking not easy for him because we have to expect few things having good and solid performance is not going to happen quickly usually its take time and for this management needs some patience and good favour to coach currently we are having few clubs which are going down and having serious trouble due to management, but can things take change its never been easy.
Chelsea has changed quite drastically because they often fired coaches which made their progress in two seasons without good development for the team. Chelsea has slumped because they missed the Champions League and even closed the season outside the top 4. In the transfer window, Chelsea management was quite unsuccessful because they had spent quite a lot of money but had not provided good results for the team's progress.

Even this season, fans hope that Chelsea can compete with other strong teams such as Liverpool and Arsenal. Management has entrusted the coaching chair to Enzo Maresca and he must be able to take Chelsea in a better direction this season. As usual, management gives big money to the coach in the transfer market and this must be maximized to recruit quality players.

Chelsea's decline began shortly after the change of ownership. Chelsea management is very inexperienced. I would say they don't have the ability to manage a club as big as Chelsea. They made a lot of wrong decisions and that's why Chelsea's overall position is so weak.

Chelsea management changed their coach very quickly. Players also need time to adjust to new coaches and their match tactics. But Chelsea management is not interested in long-term planning. I don't think Chelsea can improve without long-term planning. If Chelsea management had given Thomas Tuchel or Pochettino the freedom to work, I believe these two coaches would have been able to stabilize Chelsea's overall performance. But Chelsea management sacked both these coaches. Now I don't see the possibility of Chelsea finishing in the top four of the table with new Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca.

Manchester United team is playing against Liverpool today in their fifth friendly match. I have not seen Manchester United players perform well in past friendly matches. Although Manchester United won against Rangers and Real Betis. Even so, their performance was relatively lackluster. Manchester United lost against Arsenal and Rosenborg.

Manchester United are without Harry Maguire and Hojlund due to injury. Hojlund's injury has taken a big toll on Manchester United. We still don't know which player Ten Hag will use to replace Hojlund next season.

At the end of 35 minutes, Liverpool team is leading 1-0 against Manchester United. Liverpool took the lead in the 10th minute with Fabio Carvalho's goal. And after going 1-0 up, Liverpool's players are performing very cautiously. Liverpool players are not trying to attack too much. Liverpool will definitely not want Liverpool players to face injuries in this friendly match. On the other hand, Manchester United's players have been able to attack several times, but have not scored a single goal so far. I am sure Manchester United will lose this match.

Considering how Matthijs de Ligt rose to the ranks of a regular starter and even a captain of Ajax at 19 years, I think he's currently telling himself that he can do better than he's currently doing at Bayern Munich if he gets into a team that guarantees him regular football. I can't say much about Noussair Mazraoui because I know very little about him but if it's for de Ligt, I think the Dutch player's limited game time at Bayern Munich last season is the reason why the he's trying to force his way out if the German club. Bayern Munich have other center-back players who are ahead of him in the ranking order so remaining at the club when he can go to another club where he'll get more playing time I don't think will be a good idea so if de Ligt can maneuver his ways and go to Manchester United, I think he'll get the playing time to prove himself and the quality he posseses.

Bayern wants a premium for an injury-prone plate that they signed for Free. They must be happy that they have a market for him.

Noussair Mazraoui is a player similar to Aaron Wan-Bissaka but United needs to sell Wan-Bissaka as soon as possible considering his contract has one year left, United has to sell Bissaka or get nothing and wrap the deals with Bayern but I think Mazraoui is not an upgrade on Wan Bissaka, United needs fresh young blood, not old blood that will soon end his career

I don't think the coach of the Reds Arne Slot would be pleased with the kind of performance they had against Arsenal, if he is ok with everything in that game then Liverpool are going to find it hard to get the team play as a unit and get better results when it comes to the big 6 teams in the EPL and the clubs in the champions league. To me I don't see anything special about the Liverpool side, let's forget the fact that Arteta and his boys was joking about the game, Liverpool need to identify their problem before it becomes too late for the team and they haven't gotten any player in this transfer window, seems they don't feel like adding any new player to the squad but someone might leave Liverpool soon.
From the looks of things, he seemed pleased by their performance and was also heard commending them on their efforts. If you look at things, they are the only club that hasn't made any signings and that should tell you a lot. Liverpool will either be better than when Klopp left them or they will be a shadow of themselves, all depending on how Arne Slot handles the team and we'd see when the season starts if Liverpool will remain the threat they were last season and if Anfield will be a dreaded ground for teams or not.

He should be proud of his team because he got the best result in that game but he shouldn't be too comfortable about his squad because the heat hasn't started yet, EPL and champions league games and the domestic league games too are to be worried about, we know they haven't gotten anything in the market which we also know that they need the team to be more than he is seeing it as "ok to go".
No matter how this manager Arne Slot wants to handle the Liverpool team I still don't see them becoming as tough as they were when Klopp was in charge, they need to bring in some new faces to make the team look more mobile. To me I think smaller clubs will make a mess out of Liverpool more than they can imagine especially their long time rivals Everton. Come to think of it Ipswich has been busy doing stuff in the market and you feel Liverpool can survive the heat against such a busy team? I haven't mentioned some of the teams who finished the top 4, Aston Villa, Arsenal, Man City and the others are going to get the best of Liverpool, so all I'm saying is, the Reds will find it hard to play as strong as they did last season.

Although Liverpool finished in a good position last season, I'm talking about finishing in one of the top 4 positions, Liverpool performed very well in some games, so it wasn't a perfect season for Liverpool. The season before last season Liverpool had another disastrous performance, but from what I could see in that game against Arsenal, despite it being a friendly game, Liverpool performed very well in terms of performance. You see, Arsenal was playing with its best players.

Even so, Liverpool won. Liverpool scored 2 goals first, then conceded 1 goal. But looking at Liverpool's performance in this game, in my opinion they are doing very well. I see some people saying that the new coach should sign players, but how will he sign players when he hasn't even coached the team in many games to know what difficulties the team has? It doesn't make sense for him to sign any players now. He needs to see how the team will behave in the Premier League games to know which sectors the team has problems in, whether the attack or midfield or defense has any problems and then he will research which players he could sign to solve the problem in that sector.

Man City 4 - 2 Chelsea

Even though it was a friendly match, this is a result that made me laugh. Manchester City has not been good in these friendlies, they have conceded many goals and suffered many defeats.

Manchester City 3 - 4 Celtic

Manchester City 2 - 3 Milan

Barcelona 2 - 2 Manchester City

You see, in all these 3 friendlies, Manchester City failed to score 4 goals and failed to win. But it's funny that they managed to score 4 goals and won the match against Chelsea. It seems like a sign for the next matches they play against Chelsea. In that match, Erling Haaland scored a hat-trick

I heard they ha e bought more than five players so far, anyways, let's see how the season will look like to them, whether it will be good for them or bad for them,we never can conclude.

The question should go directly to the management of Chelsea and the head coach because online them can give a perfect solution to the crisis rocking the Chelsea team right now. The problem is not about the number of players they have brought into the team right now but how good can the players perform to help in bringing back the glory of the team. Right now they are still lacking the presence of a striker in the team so until the team is ready to do the needful I don't think they will be able to bounce back soon.
For me, the question has no answer and maybe even the management will not be able to answer the question. Now let's see how Chelsea condition is now after firing Pochettino, the team's hopes are very small because previously Chelsea experienced a drastic decline and after Pochettino arrival he was able to revive the squad's performance towards the end of last season. But unfortunately he was fired without any reason.
From the dismissal of the coach who had found the long-lost key, it had a negative impact on Chelsea who had to adapt again with the new coach Enzo Maresca. I admit that Enzo may have been an assistant to Man City but it still takes time to improve Chelsea performance to return to its glory days.

From this question, the answer is that it only takes a long time.

I believe Jürgen Klopp had put a formidable squad before the left Liverpool judging with lack of transfer decision by Liverpool in the present transfer window show how strong the squad is thus that would make the job of Slot less difficult, recall towards the end of last season when some first team players of Liverpool had injury Jürgen Klopp deployed and drafted academy players into the first team Lo and behold those youngsters played well and performed brilliantly against strong teams like Chelsea,  I believe that is why Liverpool had been quite in the transfer market therefore Slot should just continue to work from where Klopp stopped on the team towards upcoming season.

No doubt it was pretty good, but it was probably not at its peak under Klopps management. There has been a better Liverpool a few years ago and just in recent years, you could definitely see that Liverpool was slightly on a downtrend in terms of performance. That still means they have been highly competitive, which is not surprising as Klopp wants to win every single game ever, but the time when they got close to 100 points in the Premier League and were toe to toe with Manchester City seems to be a bit on pause to say the least. It's going to e hard to fill that gap for the next coach.

The English summer transfer window officially opened on the 14th of July 2024. Surprisingly, the rate of  transfer has been very slow, although some clubs had gone about their businesses in the market before the window was opened. Many clubs have brought in players to strengthen their team ahead of the season while some are still in the market identifying their targets.

The likes of Manchester United,Chelsea, West ham United and Arsenal, Aston Villa and Fulham have been the most active clubs in the transfer market. They’re making good signings and bolstering their squad to challenge for good positions in the league table.
Liverpool is the only club to have not brought in a player. I don’t really understand what’s going on with them, but I feel they’re waiting on departures before they can bring in someone.
Other teams apart from Liverpool already have additional new players that they got from the current transfer market. They are all competing to take advantage of opportunities in the transfer window to get the players they need for their squad. But Liverpool doesn't seem to have any intention of bringing in new players this time. They only promote their young players to main clubs. But Liverpool have also released several players. But those who were released were several players whose contracts had expired and were not renewed or several players whose loan terms had expired. And there are also players who retire. Man City in this case also did almost the same thing because they didn't move much in the transfer market. But still, Man City also managed to bring in a new player to their squad. But what caught my attention the most was Arsenal. Not because they brought in new players but what caught my attention was because they released so many players.

I don't understand What the plan of Liverpool is right now. Is Arne Slot trying to work with the squad that they already have or what? I mean it is not a bad idea to do that. if he is confident in up that he will be able to bring in good enough results with the squad that they already have then I have no problem. but he will definitely have to make good on The promise that he will make. otherwise, the Liverpool fans are going to be very angry towards him. Which Anari sees almost every coach doing in new players whenever he joins the club. but Liverpool not making any big changes through the squad and not making any big Movement in the transfer market also suggests that they are very confident in their ability to win Matches and bring in good results with the squad that they already have.

Arsenal is probably trying to save some money by releasing some players. do not forget that they have spent probably the most amount of money out of all the alarms in the last few years. so now that they are facing good times and good performance they are probably trying to save some money so that they do not have to see the same situation like Barcelona in the future.

De Ligt's performance declined after he was at Bayern because it was indeed a mismatch with Tuchel that made him eliminated from the main squad and it seems that for now Kompany is also not looking at him as an option because after all, seeing Kompany who brought several defenders in the same position as De Ligt and Bayern's rumors with Jonathan Tah still continuing, this condition is not profitable for De Ligt.

I think this is the right time if De Ligt is looking for a new experience at another club and that could be a way for some of the big clubs currently interested in De Ligt, because after all we can see that for now it looks like De Ligt at Bayern his position will be the same as before and insecurities like this need to be utilized by several clubs who are interested in it, it's just maybe in terms of price that sometimes becomes difficult because we must be aware that De Ligt's release clause is still quite high for now with his condition still not too stable.

Management has entrusted the coaching chair to Enzo Maresca and he must be able to take Chelsea in a better direction this season. As usual, management gives big money to the coach in the transfer market and this must be maximized to recruit quality players.
The expectations have always been the same in recent seasons but changing Chelsea's performance from mediocre to very good and being able to compete better in the race for champions or at least in the top 4 is still not easy because the challenges for Chelsea are still very much.
Currently Chelsea still cannot fix the internal problems they have faced since 2 seasons in the Todd era so it is certain that this will interfere with the performance which ultimately affects the stability of the club.

This season will also not be much different because seeing from what is happening now we must be aware that in the end Chelsea still seems ordinary even after several friendly matches were held, it actually made them seem even more mentally down because they could not show their best performance.
Although it cannot be denied that friendly matches are sometimes not only about winning but also from other aspects that are seen but we can also definitely see that in the end the situation they had at the beginning of this season still does not show signs that Chelsea has changed for the better.
Yes, they have to fix this because the weaknesses always come from the poor performance of Chelsea management, whether in recruiting players or they always fire coaches. I was surprised by their performance because like the Chelsea team, of course they can recruit great coaches who have experience to improve the team's performance. But one side of the management lacks confidence, they always fire coaches who have a bad impact on the situation in the team.

Tood has to change his attitude if he wants Chelsea to be the top team in competing for the title because he has to learn from what other teams like Arsenal or Liverpool have done. It does take time but in just two seasons they have always failed to show their consistency with what they have done. Yep, the results of friendly matches are not yet an appropriate benchmark for assessing team performance because in friendly matches no all the main players are fielded.
